I have made payment rs 22000 through online banking on 12 july 2018 transaction reference no-nici[protected] for bed admission (Candidate roll no-276334) to ptetmdsu. My money got debited but message received by ptet with error "reasons: sorry! Transaction fail. College allotment letter also did not generate. Again i made payment through debit card and this time it went successful.
Money which i paid first time rs 22000 (Transaction reference no-nici[protected]) did not come yet.
Pl refund my amount at earliest.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I paid my Tata power bill of Rs.1501/-vide[protected].dt.21/7/18 from ICICI bank through net banking but later shows transaction could not processed
the said amount deducted.

If not credited to my Tata power Customer ID.[protected]
please refund to my account

Sir i have done pay bill electricity bill of CSPDCL by the reference number[protected] of my upi so sir why it is not done and also not refund in my bank account

I made a payment of RS 1150 on 28-06-2018 in tez mobile app the amount deducted from my account but payment is still processing please check and do the needfull...

    Hi,

    Against the tspsc id ts[protected], two times payment done for the vro post application.
    On 29 th i performed transaction but it got failed.
    Again on 30th i performed successful transaction.

    When i enquired about 29th transaction, sbi gate way people say that it was also a succesful transction with merchant order no cggvro[protected] for amount 285.90 rs.
    Please revert back this amount to my icici bank account as payment is done twice.

      I made online payment of Rs.714.00 to my lic policy no.[protected] on 19th July 2018. The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction failed and the amount is not received by LIC.

        My admission last date is nearby please help me as soon as possible.

            I was try to get a LIC policy for Senior Citizen (named Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana). I filled the form online & while paying for the above online Rs.300000/- go through Net Banking of Axis Bank I completed all the procedure, my account has already been debited, but system came out, says that " Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction. The message was received from www.billdesk.com. You are requested to credit my Axis Bank...

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            On Sunday evening i.e on 15th July 2018 i ordered dominos pizza from Airoli cost of 628.00 though paytm wallet. My amount deducted from my bank but dominos told that they didn’t get payment. From paytm i received the confirmation message mentioning ORDER ID NPT[protected] for your further reference.

            I called paytm also they are telling payment showing done.and now after two days they are telling Please contact the billdeskFood1 customer care team for further confirmation.

            I need my refund as per.. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis,

                Hello,

                On, 10 July 2018 i was making payment of my BSES electricity bill using their website www.bsesdelhi.com though Billdesk gateway.

                In Billdesk gateway i selected MVISA and paid (12, 877.50 INR) but there was no successful message and bill payment got failed while amount was already debit.

                Later on i did payment with another gateway because my due date was over, so can you please check your system and refund unsuccessful transaction amount of 12, 877.50

                    I have paid 5000.00 to MDSU University ajmer PTET counseling fee by paytm rupay debit card with transaction I'd S[protected]. And reference no[protected] on 01 jul 2018 at 1300 Hrs. Payment has been deducted from my account but not updated or paid to MDSU University for challan number 11090623 then I have again paid fee by HDFC credit card for same challan so I have deposited double payment for a single challan.

                    Now please update how can I get my refund for 5000.00 as bank replied that payment was successful from their side so MDSU University will take action on this issue. Please resolve this as earliest

                      I had made a payment of Rs. 2370 from Tez App towards bill payment on 30.06.2018. The same got rejected and I got a message that any money debited will be refunded in 3-5 days by Bill desk. I tried contacting bill desk but got no response.

                              Respected sir, today i am paid 2nd quarter of tuition fee for My son : Priyanshu Dey, Class-9(D), Reg No P171/16, for the year 2018-19 through your online portal : sxccampuscare.in, money has been deducted from my savings account but no slip has been generated and transaction failed is shown.
                              Please do the needful action either issuing the Tuition fee slip for 2nd quarter or return back the money so that i can deposited it again.My transaction details are also attached herewith for your ready reference.                                   Respected sir,

                                  I have done the payment two times for CCC form of Mr. Alok Kumar for registration no. GOCCC4540307 on 30june2018 by online method via upi( upi reference no.[protected] &[protected] but my money deducted both the times and transferred from the bank to nielit billdesk and the fee payment status was not successfull at nielit fee deposit page both the times.

                                  Now after 3 days form status is "fee deposited but not processed at regional centre."

                                  I did the payment two times for the same registration no.
                                  So i request you to refund or reverse my amount of rs.590 + rs.590 = rs.1180 to my bank account.

                                  i have also mail several times to [protected]@nielit.gov.in but i havent received any response yet from nielit.

                                    While I had initiated online transaction amount Rs. 43538/- from ICICI bank to the Manapuram Finance on 04th July 2018. The amount was debited from my account but was not reflected back at the receiver end even after 2 days.

                                    While paying online an Error showing: Reason : " Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologies for the inconvenience and request you to try again later".

                                    Till date the amount is not even credited back to my account.

                                      I made a payment of rs. 3350/ to cesc using my sbi debit card. The system showed ' do not press back botton or refresh"and below that it said something like" sorry we cannot provide receipt now, receipt would be generated on confirmation of payment... Wait for two working days etc and then a close window button. I closed the window after more than one and a hour. Till now no confirmation came.
