    As i received msg #waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues# i. Went to your shaikpet branch. Hyd. When i asked your counter boy for the courier with my id and mob number with tracking details which i received the link from blue dart. He asked me to speak to the manager. Srinivas. But the manager said he will not give me shipment as there is no proper address. He said the messge from blue dart is fyk. And he refuse to give the shipment. Inspite me showing all the details.. My number id and the link and the tracking details in my mobile.. Hence i want blue dart management to taka action against him.. I[censored] have cameras in your office you can listen to the conversation. He is clearly saying that blue dart messages are fyk..

        I had ordered headphones from a chennai based company headphonezone.in and they had shipped the item through bluedart express waybill no-[protected] to durgapur, west bengal. The order shipped on 3rd of august and now on 5th of august in the evening i got message that order has been delivered. But i didnot receive any order. Please help with a resolution to this problem.

        Delivery guy left package at the security gate of apartment without bothering to call or inform me even though I was present at my home.I had to go and ask the security guard if any package has been delivered.

        I have mistakenly provided wrong pin code. I ordered a product from mi.com. the AWB number is [protected]. the pincode was supposed to be 110017 instead of 110019. I request you to correct the pin code ASAP.

          This is with reference to the above noted shipment. On 3/8/2019 your delivery boy called me and told that he is at my home for the delivery of the shipment. As i was out of station that day i told him to delivey it to my mother as he refused to do so i told him to come again but before 11 a. M. Not after that. Now when i am checking the status of shipment online it shows consignee's address incomplete/ landmark requred. How come my address becomes incomplete all of once.

          Kindly look into the matter.

Due to this i had a huge losss i have to got other station for few days for some impotant work. I want to konow wheather it can be solved today or not.               My package with waybill no. [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 3rd august in trichy. When i check the status, it says that the shipment is at trichy, kk nagar and that the undelivered shipment held at location. They have not contacted me about delivery, even though i have already paid for it. This highlights the pathetic state in which their service is functioning.

                        Moreover, i did not get any calls from any blue dart courier person regarding the delivery. My phone was never off nor i had any missed calls.
                        How can he attempt delivery without contacting me... It is very frustrating and disappointing.
                        I would urge u to contact the delivery person or reassign my packages to someone else and expedite the delivery.

                            Blue Dart is not delivering my Shipment [protected]. They are sending SMS that Shipment was attempted but premises was closed which is totally a lie.

                            Two times same thing has happened,

                            I was full day at Home waiting for the the shipment. NO BODY CAME TO DELIVER.

                            Delivery person is sending fake messages and not delivering the shipment.

                            This is clear case of fraud and cheating and expected from a reputed company.

                              We have booked high value document from standard chartered bank to axis bank bokaro on 25.7.2019. Documents under blue dart docket no. [protected] reached bokaro on 27.7.2019 but they have attempted to deliver on 31.07.2019 after 5.30. Which bank will open after 5.30.

                              I want to get the phone number of blue dart of bokaro but i could not able to get.

                              I had called bangalore office telephone no. [protected] fist time they have spoken after words no one pick the call even after 1 hour continuous trying. I want give phone number of axis bank bokaro to help to deliver the document immediately.

                              Inform your people to attend phone first.

                              Why delivery has not happened even after 4 days after document reached to bokaro.

                              Also please update latest telephone number of all office through internet.

                                  The Blue dart express delivery company of branch Bilaspur Chhattisgarh has never delivered orders on time. At times, the orders were delayed a week or two that I had to pick the orders from the office. At times, the shopping site companies have itself forced the very company to deliver the orders on time, else they woukd just keep delaying the delivery. Please look on to the matters of blue dart express delivery service, it's very slow and lazy. My recent order is from SMYTTEN company that is supposed to be delivered today on 31st july, though I got the message from blue dart that it is to be delivered today but I haven't received any calls from them.

                                        Dear sir.
                                        Yesterday one delivery boy from bleu dart came to my house to deliver my courier. He knocked the door and ask for me but at that time my mother was at home and she is 65 years old. Within two minutes she came at door thought he was shouted on her and says can't you come fast i have another work also. This is very rude behavior and can't tolerate as valuable customer.
                                        Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
