I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as need department name/extention number for delivery.
Suddenly i recived a call from the number [protected]/ [protected], name rahul kumar asking me for my debit card number and also ask to download anydesk remote control app, and asked to send money for delivery through this anydesk app.
Can this issue be resolved immediately, its very urgent, please sir.

Ur executive told me that he would deliver my package at morning before 10:30am saturday but he is not in time and i didn't have his contact number also... I have taken permission from my office because of my package is very important to me..

My two packages with awb number [protected] & [protected] were picked up by bluedart on 27th july. The status says delivery attempted on 30th and 1st but the delivery person b sai kumar supposedly to be reachable on [protected] was not reachable despite my repeated calls. His number kept saying busy or got disconnected after one ring.
Moreover, i did not get any calls from any blue dart courier person regarding the delivery. My phone was never off nor i had any missed calls.
How can he attempt delivery without contacting me... It is very frustrating and disappointing.
I would urge u to contact the delivery person or reassign my packages to someone else and expedite the delivery.

It was received in damaged condition at our hyderabad office

Hence we require explanation as well as compensation for the same

Hi,

Blue Dart is not delivering my Shipment [protected]. They are sending SMS that Shipment was attempted but premises was closed which is totally a lie.

Two times same thing has happened,

I was full day at Home waiting for the the shipment. NO BODY CAME TO DELIVER.

Delivery person is sending fake messages and not delivering the shipment.

This is clear case of fraud and cheating and expected from a reputed company.

We have booked high value document from standard chartered bank to axis bank bokaro on 25.7.2019. Documents under blue dart docket no. [protected] reached bokaro on 27.7.2019 but they have attempted to deliver on 31.07.2019 after 5.30. Which bank will open after 5.30.

I want to get the phone number of blue dart of bokaro but i could not able to get.

I had called bangalore office telephone no. [protected] fist time they have spoken after words no one pick the call even after 1 hour continuous trying. I want give phone number of axis bank bokaro to help to deliver the document immediately.

Inform your people to attend phone first.

Why delivery has not happened even after 4 days after document reached to bokaro.

Also please update latest telephone number of all office through internet.

I have ordered an kurti worth of rs539 but they delivered a old saree... What type of service ur doing to the customer.. Fed up by ur service a cheating website... You must get it back and return my money... U delivered a worst product.. And totally a different one.. I need my money back... Kindly consider this... Nd do the needful... The Blue dart express delivery company of branch Bilaspur Chhattisgarh has never delivered orders on time. At times, the orders were delayed a week or two that I had to pick the orders from the office. At times, the shopping site companies have itself forced the very company to deliver the orders on time, else they woukd just keep delaying the delivery. Please look on to the matters of blue dart express delivery service, it's very slow and lazy. My recent order is from SMYTTEN company that is supposed to be delivered today on 31st july, though I got the message from blue dart that it is to be delivered today but I haven't received any calls from them.

Product is totally different, has a poor quality, smelling like anything. It is totally different that was shown on the site.

Total 3 shirts-. 2 of them are very worst..
It was delivered on 31st july, 2019.

Yesterday one delivery boy from bleu dart came to my house to deliver my courier. He knocked the door and ask for me but at that time my mother was at home and she is 65 years old. Within two minutes she came at door thought he was shouted on her and says can't you come fast i have another work also. This is very rude behavior and can't tolerate as valuable customer.

This is to inform u that dis is the third time your branch kadur in chikmanglur dist karnataka delivery boys have rudely spoken. To me, firstly they don't deliver the courier to the given address, they call us make us wait for hours, leave all the work & wait in the hot sun for dis courier, a boy named mahesh is so rude that if v ask hm why u made us wait so long, he will question u back, do u want your courier or not, doesn't know how to speak to the client, very bad behavior of his i have seen, so bcoz dis is the third time i m facing dis i have come fwrd to complain dis matter. My bank has sent debit card through Blue dart courier way bill no-[protected] .My address given to them is office address which is wipro technologies in Emcot sez, shollingànallur chennai. BUT today they have updated status as undeliverable due to no address findings.i didn't received any call from your delivery person.

I got a message from british counsil about my ielts trf and they even mentioned about tracking the post
(Blue dart and awb number is *[protected]*
Yet, having the awb number when i try to track post on blue dart site using awb number, it is showing that the awb number is not correct!

This is n v subba raman. P, i have applied for my debit card to hdfc bank and they have sent courier on 26th july, but bachupally bluedart team not even tried to deliver and close the account stating that consignee (Means i am) got changed the address and sending it back to my bank.
My questions are ad below.
1. Why the team not even check the address properly and why they nit interested to attempt on delivery.
2. How come your team claims that consignee changed address.

I am living in same address from long 3years.

Your team were not aware of their responsibility and they donot understand the courier sensitivity and how important to customer.

If i am not getting my courier today 6pm i will file a case in consumer forum on your managing director and ceo name with subject of miss leading my identity ti my bankers.

I have booked some items on 8/7/19 from isha yoga centre. They deliver their items through your company. Today is 28/7/19 till yet i haven't received my courier. The status shows unlocated address while i have mentioned my mobile number, not a single call i received from courier company or delivery boy. Even after having written complain in patna blue dart office. Can i know will i get my courier ever or not.
