My shipment not yet delivered to me.
Delivery executive was not attempt to my address/ near by no phone call form his side at the time of near by landmark.
He was call me after marking my shipment as address incomplete and reaching my area.
I request him to pls deliver my shipment it's urgent but he was reached from my area.
Delivery executive behaviour is very rude.
Pls deliver my shipment.

I have received this message previous week. But i can't get that courier at my residence. Please inform me what is the problem behind it. My way bill no is [protected].

Still i have not received my kotak mahindra bank credit card, i have given my office address, but not delivered when i asked said incomplete address, so will be sending for home address, courier boy came to home, but i am in office, but family member tried to show my identity proof, but not given card. I am also called him many times but not responding when i'm available at home. I can't expect this kind of service from blue dart courier boy

I had ordered a set of 3 shirts and the deliver of shirts is totally different to what i had selected, it was unexpected and the quality of shirts are pathetic as you can get, totally unprofessional

I had paid 899 as charges for the shirts and Rs 100 as delivery charges, I want to return the shirts and i am also expecting REFUND is because i had made the payment.

Awg no.[protected]. Parcel is dispatched on 1st April.it is showing shippment delivered on 4th april 6.30pm.In tracking it is showing delivered on 4th april.but parcel is not received..please help to deliver as soon as possible.

This is to bring into your notice. I ordered a product from nykaa and your bluedart ref no-awb#[protected], wherein your delivery boy himself imitated my mom’s sign when i asked him to cancel my product also he had the audacity to show the fake receivable copy to nykaa. Although nykaa was helpful to believe me but since my item is a prepaid one ppl of such malacious intentions should be out of the service of any strict action need to be taken against them. Also twice i spoke to your cce to cancel my shipment and now for the 3rd time i am asking them to cancel still it’s not cancelled. Are you guys out if mind or what??

I was to be delivered a package via blue dart shipment number [protected].
The status shown for the package is that consignee has changed address.
The same is not true. No attempt has been made to reach my address, where either my parents or someone else is always present.
Extremely poor show.
I am currently travelling to bangladesh. My parents who can get delivery may be reached on [protected], [protected].

Hello im manish singh bisht today evening 5:17 PM my packet is out of delivery then 9:20 pm show me delivery address not complete/ landmark but I'm put my full address with landmark all courier partner & govt post delivered at my address without any problem. Blue dart delivery boy not contact me my contact no already on packet fake delivery show by u r deliver boy this is my 4th time experience by blue dart soooooooo very bad service provide by blue dart

Terrible service!!! Document reached the city and they didn’t even bother to call us even though they had the contact phone number. When we went to collect they made us wait for TWO hours at their office before locating and handing over the package to us. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Your employees retained my credit card instead of giving me. It's very urgent. Your team wasn't reached to me at given address. Your employee called me to receive credit card for about 10 km away from my hometown & i told him to for giving my card at my home and he retain the card. Ask him the reason for retaining and ship my card as fast as possible. Ref. No. Of my order is [protected].

I was expecting a courier delivery of my daughter's b.com certificate which had been sent by blue dart from bangalore on 28/03/19 addressed to our home patna. The delivery never happened and me & my family were getting anxious, so we decided to contact the local blue dart office which is located at — mezzainen first, verma centre crossing, boring road, jai prakash path, patna, bihar 800001 on 04/04/2019.

The guy sitting at the office said that on 01/04/19, they had sent a delivery guy on a bicycle to deliver all the packages addressed to my area & in the process of delivering a package, the delivery guy left his all other packages on his bicycle which was unlocked and unchecked and someone stole his bicycle including all the packages. You can understand my agony when i heard this because my daughter's priceless academic certificate is now lost, and also the valuable packages of all the people who were expecting delivery that day.

I would like to ask you to take strong action to fix such unprofessional delivery system and make sure this does not happen again.

My order has been returned by your office many time without informed me. I have called many times. But there was no response from them. I am waiting my order since one month. But not delivered till date. Its was the my dabit card of icici bank. It is vry ungent for me. And bank already tried many times dispatched its ordered.

Now kindly check in this attachment that the courier probably be delivered to us at 27th march 2019. But they argue with us that "the premises was closed at that time so they could not deliver."
But our premises is closing at 7 p. M and which person or which company receive the courier after 7 p. M?

It is our very very imported courier from hdfc and we want it urgently.
The courier company only take money. Is there no any responsibility of the courier company for the customer?

Kindly help us for receive our courier.

Hi,
I didn't receive any phone calls from blue dart as well as any notifications from blue dart so when I checked the status of my order it shows that the item has been delivered today at 1pm. The tracking number of my order is [protected]. How could the order be delivered to me when I wasn't even called once by blue dart.i m in a hurry for my product and now it's a problem. This is the second time this problem has occurred.

Low quality goods supplied by the companty. Pls take it back. I want to return it. So its better to improve the quality of goods. Please refund my amount to my syndicate bank account at the earliest. My consignment was supposed to be delivered on 2nd of april 2019. Tracking id is [protected]. The same was not done however system update shows delivery attempted.

During that time i have taken delivery from a different courier company, same time.

This is not the first instance of poor service delivery of blue dart, hence both for my professional and business needs is reluctant to use your services.
