Dear sir,

My axis bank debit card shipment tracking no. Is awb# [protected]. Today (On 20th feb'19) i got a message that card has been delivered but i was not available in mentioned delivery address, actually i was updated my permanent and communication address through axis bank mobile app but only permanent address got updated but communication address not get updated. So i submitted a complaint to axis bank for the address change. Could you please deliver the above shipment no.in my present address. Kindly below address for your delivery purpose.

    We are waiting in the home itself for the cheque book,
    But then also no one came to deliver and today morning i am seeing the status
    "c'nee shifted from the given address"

    So negligible that no attempt was made to deliver even on the urgency of the my cheque book this is so disguising,

    Can you please let me know the number and name of the guy who tried to deliver

    This happened on :- 19th feb 2019

    My brother was waiting in the home itself to get the cheque book

          I was contacted on the first day of attempt to delivery, i asked to deliver the next day, even mentioned the time.
          Nobody contacted me the following day yet i received a message that the person was unable to deliver. Also the link in the message to report an issue against the order doesn't open.
          Only three attempts are made and then the product gets cancelled. This issue recurred quite a no of times that the delivery person doesn't call after the first attempt and the product gets returned.
          Really fed up with such inconveniences!

              Hi, i am a corporate customer & my bank sent some important details to my home address, but when the delivery person showed up, i wasn't at home. He called me and started abusing me for not being at home and said he threatned to purposefully throw away my package and i wont be able to get my package.

              I am extreamly hurt and want to bring it to attention. Since my package is still with bluedart and it has important things. I am not disclosing the awb number

                I have to inform you that karvy fintech had couriered my document in april 2018 with tracking no [protected]. As per there reply courier company says it has been delivered. I have not recieved the courier and has been following up with karvy since august 2017. The address where it was mailed was locked, please let me know who has recieved my document and which date. If you are unable to give me details i will have to lodge a compaint with local police station.

                    There are 2 items to be delivered. The address was my office one, as my office is closed on saturday there's no one to accept the delivery. On saturday 16 feb evening at around 7:30 i got 2 sms saying my order is delivered. When i checked using the online tracker, there it says delivered to self. As there's no one in the office to confirm i waited for monday to check if it really delivered. On monday, when i inquired with office front desk/reception there's no entry for saturday deliveries in the log book. How can you guys deliver items without checking a valid id? And how can an item be delivered, when there's no one there.

                        In return i received only rs 970 from the blue dart delivery person. The remaining 7 rupees is still pending.

                        Please try to refund the pending dues of 7 rupees within (24 - 48) hours or adjust 7 rupees with current [protected] order number payable (Rs 1870) which is going to be delivered in my home on 20/02/2019.

                          We applied for visa in american ambassy delhi and we had choose premium service for delivering our passport back to our home with all fees (Rs 500) of courier was paid at the time of booking. American ambassy has sent our passport through blue dart courier no [protected]. At the time of delivery courier at our address, the courier boy has again charged rs 500 to deliver that passport without giving any receipt, said receipt will be mailed to you on your email. He said if we not pay the amount, he will sent courier back.

                          How this a courier company smartly charge double amount for one courier.

                          We have also mailed this complaint to visa aplication centre given on courier docket.

                                  Hello,

                                  Purchased a xiomi phone on 13th feb afternoon. Writing this on 16th feb 9:10pm after much annoyance.

                                  Expected delivery date : 14th feb
                                  Waybill no. [protected]

                                  On much follow up on email, on 16th the tracking details got updated. Recieved a message that the delivery would be attempted on 16th. Am home since then awaiting the delivery man to arrive.

                                  At 8:30pm. Website reads : delivery attempted premises closed.

                                  How is it possible? No door bell, no phone. Now tomorrow i have a commitment and would be travelling, so the house would be closed anyway.

                                  I have bad experience on 3 levels that company needs to look into.

                                  1) it took 3 days for package to reach from ahmedabad to vadodara. (Even a normal courier service provider, delivers next day between these stations.
                                  2) no updation on the delayed schedule if its late, by when would it reach. We are left to wonder about the whereabouts too for 2 days.
                                  3) lie on the attempt of delivery. Delivery not attempted yet updated as attempted and premise closed.
                                  4) no phone call from the delivery boy to even confirm that he has attempted the delivery. I buy quite a lot from online shopping, and delivery boy always gives a call if attempted and not delivered.

                                  We have our schedules and commitments too, and can not keep waiting and adjusting our travel schedules and availability to the convinience of courier companys time.

                                  This is absolutely not expected from a company like bluedart. Absolutely unprofessional handling.

                                    I don't understand why bluedart hired worst delivery guys, when i was checked my order waybill [protected] reference no : [protected], it is showing out of delivery at 10:40 am but after 05:08 pm, the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, i am still at home at that time. When i tried to call bluedart basheerbagh contact number [protected], its not working. They couldn't even provide delivery guy number and delivery guy couldn't call me either. What should i do.. Where can i get my order??? Without proper communication.

                                      Service of bluedart naranpura, ahmedabad, branch is pathetic. My credit card was dispatched via bluedart by the bank, further, the bank has requested blue dart to call and check availability of customer. I never received a call from the delivery boy.
                                      I called bluedart customer care (I have never seen such arrogant and belligerent costomer care executives) and wrote emails to bluedart, but to no avail.
                                      I was at my home, no attempt was made to deliver the card and fake status was updated on the website.
                                      Whenever i receive a message from bluedart, i get headache as i know i will have to climb everest to receive the courier.
