I was expecting my courier ay hyderabad from sbi bank on 1-march-2017 but status was showing "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed";
I have already provided detailed address but the status was repeated 3 times till 04-mar-2019 & now on 06-oct-2017 status is showing "undelivered shipment held at location"but it continuously saying "sorry the network in congested" i also tried to contact the blue dart. The no is showing on their web site for customer care of chakan hub but the no. Is not in service.

I haven't seen the worst service of courier before; please improve your service quality

Blue dart courier boy came inside the house without calling me and house is not locked and he makes phone call to me inside house. I told him before entering into the house you should call me. He asked me what's wrong and why not i enter into house without informing. I told him in future before enter into house make a call for that he is shouting out at house and he spoke bad word related to human body parts and he is threatening if you book order next time then i will see you. Courier boy name is vellingri and he is working in blue dart express ltd, paga towers coimbatore. I have complaint to blue dart still now i didn't get any proof regarding action taken. He is working under this person name manoj and his mobile no [protected] and my transaction id for product (Awb) [protected]. And he is not giving details regarding delivery person and i am going to give police complaint and my name is harish

Delivery from bluedart is getting worse day by day. I had applied for an credit card and delivery has to be done by bluedart. The delivery executive didn't even try to deliver the courier and the delivery got cancelled.

Delivery executive is sending messages to come here and there giving locations rather than delivering courier by hand

"hi this is blue dart courier, i have some credit cards, and i am waiting.. Please come to collect...in 12:00to1:00am..."

This is the message he had sent from this number-[protected].

When i'm trying to reach him he is not lifting call. Very shame on bluedart.

After sometime i got this message

"dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment... From icici bank. To update your address, please call icici bank customer care"

And unable to connect to bluedart customer care also.

I was supposed to receive a parcel from Lenskart through bluedart on 28/2/19 ... It's showing out for delivery from 28/2/19 5 pm... But now i called them because it's 8pm and they informed me that they attempted to deliver it at 11 am but i was not there... I am a student and my mother is a house wife... She is alwaysa at home and they didn't attempted. Also it shows out for delivery at 5 pm... What a lie... Only a illiterate one can lie like this... My awb code is [protected].

My courier has been delayed by bluedart jamshedpur for 4 days, today on 28.2.19 the courier person who even didn’t arrived at my house, just called me once, after i enquired him that if he came to my house, at first he lied to him, and then foul mouthed me and later told me to pick up the courier from office as he is not interested to deliver it to my home. Furthermore he added that i can also lodge a complaint against him, as he doesn’t care.

Amex credit card has been sent to the address where i last stayed. Currently, i am not in that address but my previous owner knows about this card delivery. Even i informed to the person who contacted me, they agreed to deliver to the same address. As of now, it is not delivered. When i call back no response. # customer care is not connecting proper. Very bad service from bluedart.

My consignment has to deliver by 21st feb 2019. Today is 26th feb 2019. What your delivery boys and your delivery system is doing. Are you doing pooja to my card? Either deliver card to the mention address or contact me else return to the bank itself.

Morning i received a txt msg from bluedart saying i would receive my courier on 26th feb 2019 and by noon on 25 th feb 2019 at about 2:30 pm again txt came saying they would attempt to deliver it by that day. I was waiting until 7 no one turned up nor any msg not any phone calls. Then i just thought to see the status and to my utter surprise it showed it was delivered. I tried the hotline there also it said same that product was delivered. I tried to contact the customer service but did not get any response. Being such a reputed courier service how can you people give such wrong information. Moreover it was a prepaid order. Please kindly look up to the matter as soon as possible. Its highly intolerable. I have given the images kindly refer to it.
