    Status is showing that "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" whereas my given delivery address is still same and not has been changed. Please deliver the product as soon as possible to the given address only .

        Address: Leeway office, kondapur, Hyderabad

        I received m message from bluedart on 4th February with a tracking I'd [protected] and i received a call regarding the delivery on 7th February.

        I was not available on 7th February so i requested delivery person to come in the evening around 6:30pm and he refused and said he will come on 8th February. His name is afroz khan([protected]) and he is not picking up calls from 8th February.

        Nobody contacted me but they were mentioning that consignee is not available and consignee is out of station. I don't understand without calling a customer how they can update it like that.

        I want my delivery as early as possible or else I'll register a complaint in consumer form also.

          The consignment was supposed to be delivered at TIFR Hyderabad, situated in Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, India-500046. But the consignment has been delivered to the wrong guy named Ramovanand there is no such person with this name in the TIFR Hyderabad. The WayBill No.- [protected]. I have been complaining to the BlueDart team for the last three days, and they assume the issue will be resolved. But it hasn't yet.

              Please find the attachment. As per attachment my courier was delivered on 3rd Feb 2023 at my house address. But I don't have received any courier so kindly take complaint against Blue dart because this is prectice is wrong. And I can't accept this my courier is very important for me and send by my company Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company Ltd. So kindly take this complaint and do the needful soon as possible.

                I am Rubeena.I haven't received my courier which had to be delivered by blue dart express on 6February 2023, I have ordered hyperx stinger core pc headset which is offered by hp . The blue dart tracking is showing Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect .
                My correct correct address is :-
                Chandchak, Banjarawala, Banjarewala Mafi, Uttarakhand 248001.

                Please send my courier to me on this address

                  Blue Dart massaged me that they have delivered my parcel to muskan. I didn't got my parcel.My name is Taruna. I have given my contact details. It was bank kit and how the delivery person can handover such a confidential thing to anyone. I don't know who is muskan who recieved my parcel. He even didn't called me.

                        Amount got Debited twice during payment for COD

                        My order with Blue Dart AWB# [protected] was delivered yesterday and money got debited twice. The delivery person told it would be refunded by blue dart in 24 hrs. But the extra payment has not been refunded and we haven’t got any information about the same....

                            Status shows as 'C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address' eventhough we are still residing in the same address.

                            No calls received for clarification of address.

                            Funniest part: 2 days ago, received similar product delivery on the same address by 'Blue Dart' representative.

                            On calling the BlueDart helpline number, nobody cared to speak/respond while the call was ON (could hear the background noise but no response for more than 2 minutes)

                                The order was supposed to be delivered today i.e[protected].
                                I got a message saying the order was out for delivery at 08:17pm and the shipment details updated saying (Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect)
                                at 08:39pm. Between those 20mins time I didn't receive any call OTP or any message from BLUE-DART.
