My Shipment was arrived to Periyanaicken palayam hub, coimbatore on April 14th 2023.. Tracking status showed as out for delivery on April 15th 2023. But no one contacted me from blue dart courier.. I tried to contact them but no one picked up the calls. when I contacted blue dart customer care he responded like before 8 pm your shipment will arrive. I didn't receive any calls from delivery person But in the middle of the night at 23:41 they changed the status as "Customer not ready with exchange". I'm really disappointed in blue dart service. Delivery person didn't even contacted me but changed the status like this and customer service is also not properly responded.. can you please escalate this and please inform them to deliver my product tomorrow itself?

Hi Im Deepthy and I am expecting a package from Purplle.com from 10th of April, Monday. From that date I am getting "out for delivery" message from both Blue dart and Purplle, but no one delivered the items yet. The place where the package is hardly 3 kms from my address. They are least bothered about delivering the item. The place of the Blue dart office is Karukachal in Kottayam district, Kerala. I badly need those items. It has been 5 days since the items reached the service center. I have attached all the details. You can see that Im getting texts from them all days!!

My produch has not been delivered. The bluedart tracking portal shows "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" even though this is nit true. Infact i received a delivery from bluedart just a week ago in the same address. I haven't received any sms or calls from the delivery person. I dont know what to do. Please help....

Hi thos is pavithra on 22 march 2023 at 13.44 pm and 13.45pm i had received a parcel from Shrus website and the parcel was delivered through the bluedart express and it was a COD process and i had paid through the googlepay of sum od rupees 1180/- which is debited twice from my account and i shall share the upi transanction

I ordered my product on 2nd April and just because I couldn't pick up a single call, the deliver didn't even bother to pick up the call after that. I tried calling him several times but no answer. They just kept postponing the delivery and now it just said that the consignee cancelled the order, which in fact I didn't. Such a poor delivery service and no audacity at all to contact and inform the customers about the status of delivery. Please...

On 23rd March 2023, via waybill #[protected] I received a package. By mistake of the courier delivery person I ended up paying the amount of Rs. 10710/- twice through Google pay and PhonePe

Since then I have called your customer care about 10-15 times to enquire about the status of my refund. The delivery boy had said 48 hours, your customer care folks have given me misleading numbers like 48 hours, 3 days, 10 days, and 52 days. Nobody even bothers about my refund and keeps promising me to call back and process it ASAP. They also cannot connect me to any higher authorities to whom I can raise my concern about my refund. They gave me complain number # 902794 but never processed my refund by saying it is with the finance team. In this case, I feel cheated and I now consider this a fraud.

I will be filing a case with the local police station in the cyber crime cell and will also file a complaint in the consumer forum against your company.
Be rest assured that I will never again use the services of Bluedart and let everyone know in my social circle what cheaters you are.

Delivery Agent Refusing to Deliver. The worst company ever. They always do this. My medicine is getting delayed because of this unprofessional and disrespectful people. The delivery agent called me several times and asked me to pickup the package and after refusing to come he asked me to cancel the order and give him the OTP to cancel. I want the package but he won't deliver. Very rude delivery agent. If you can't service any area why do you take order. Just go out of business already if you can't do the only job you are supposed to do.

Worst company ever. Every time they do this. The delivery agent refuses to deliver the package. He wants me to come to his location. what a crappy people. i[censored] cant service any area just don't take the order. And delivery agent calls the customer directly and asks to give them the cancellation OTP if I don't want to go and get package. very disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. they do this every time. My Medicine is getting delayed because of this unreliable and worst company. just go out of business already i[censored] cant do it properly.

There is a package which is from Axis Bank (Way Bill No. [protected]). I talked to the customer service yesterday and told my full information of address they said it will be delivered on monday. Today call came from meham blue dart and said to take it from meham yourself.
Please do solution it happens second time.
