I have not received my consignment of awb no [protected].
I had received a call yesterday from bluedart but my call was put on hold. My updated address is
Flat 303, A wing, Rose avenue society, Salunke Vihar road, Kondhwa Pune 411040. Opp unity splendor....

I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to be received on Dec 30, 2022.but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. Blue dart has not even called/contacted me once if they had difficulty finding my address. Additionally, All my order are getting delivered...

I didn't receive my order today although received a message saying " Your order is delivered to SELF" . Please help me with the same... I checked out with everyone at home about order but no one has received any of the order .. so kindly look into the matter...

I have not got any call from the courier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called the customer care of the blue dart. But they have not responded properly. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this...

I had placed an HP Laptop Order on 21 Dec . It was told in the HP website that I am supposed to recieve it on 24 Dec.

The same thing showed in their partner Delivery website Blue Dart, that I am supposed to recieve it on 24 December.

However till 25 Dec at night, when i did not get, I contacted the HP customer service, they told they will raise a complaint.

So on 26, today, at 4 pm, I got a call...

Last 2-3 days, BlueDart is simply updating the status of my shipment with AWB [protected] as "Consignee not available" without making any attempt to deliver or even contact me. Wrote an email to them about why this is happening, but as usual no response. Their phone line[protected] always gives a message "Network Congestion". The package was sent via Domestic Priority.

Need strict action on such lies by big organizations like...

my ref number is : [protected], when i check in online status is showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have Shifted and changed address and reflecletd evrywhere (Addhar card). I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/ number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.
