Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery

Delay in delivery and non-response of customer care numbers

On 16th Oct 2014, an important courier (Waybill No: [protected]) was shipped from Namrup, Assam to Bangalore, Karnataka and committed to deliver within 3 days. Till date (1300 hours 22.10.2014), the courier is not delivered, and not even a single number of customer care cells respond us. Many numbers dont even ring. Initially it was supposed to reach me on 6th September and then I saw a status on tracker that the expected date of delivery is 8th september which has also crossed. C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address

i would like to inform you that Blue Dart Express ltd has cheated me. Me and my sister had applied for the pan card at NSDL.
NSDL had made available on its site that the pan card would be delivered on my home address but no delivery took place. i had called the blue dart in the next morning . they told me that they had returned the item to Mumbai.They didn't even felt necessary to inform me regarding this matter....

When I check updates in the site its showing as "Consignee Not Available At Given Address Contact Customer Service".. Their service is not at all Praise worthy . Fake updates and cheating customers.

Blue Dart damaged my passport

I work for an IT company and recently had to go abroad for attending a business meeting. I applied for a visa and had to send my passport to Delhi for the stamping. Since Blue Dart is the only private courier company in India which is authorised to handle passports, my passport was sent to the embassy through Blue Dart. Non delivery of Credit Card

I was to get a credit card couriered about 2 weeks ago which has not been delivered yet. I keep calling there Customer Service numbers and they never respond. Nor the person on the call acknowledges that its Blue Dart unless we ask from our side.

They give a call to know where the address is.. we give them the address but in vain keep waiting for the person to deliver but they NEVER Come..

I hope this attitude...
