Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home and no any call for me. wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed kindly request you to resend my doc.if any problem call me

    Regarding not delivering my prepaid order

    They are just looters. I had ordered my product which was expected to deliver on 7 March and I have ordered it on 4 march but today is 14 march after 11-12 days after booking I haven't received any product or update on my order. They are just fooling their customers by saying that your order will be deliver today. They are just fraud. I regret so much by ordering from this company. And my mental health is also affecting due to this such dumb...

    One of my courier from HDFC was not delievered. When i went to Bluedart office siwan kagzi Muhalla the person at the counter told me that the pin no mentioned on the courier it doesnt belong to my area. I told him that this the correct pin and same has been provied by government for my area and i showed him my aadhar carc for proof. Still he didnt agree and refused to deliver.

      I am writing to you to report a concerning issue with a recent delivery that I was supposed to receive on March 4th 2023. According to your delivery tracking system, the product has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it yet.

      I am very disappointed and concerned about this situation. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this product, and now it seems that it has been lost or misdelivered. I kindly request that you investigate the matter and update me on the status of my delivery as soon as possible.

      I understand that such situations can happen, but as a valued customer, I expect prompt and efficient communication and resolution of this issue.

        My name is vaibhav and my AWB number is [protected]. I had order a product from the Xiaomi company. I ordered on 4 march the expected date of the delivery was 7 March but till today I don't get my order yet. The customer care service is pathetic and disgusting. They just says only one learned line which is you will get your order today itself. But till today I don't get my product and it's already 8-9 days that I placed the order but don't receive yet. I constantly calling the customer service from the past 1 week but there is no response from the team . It was a prepaid product but today is 12 march and I still can't get it. I want my order or my money back as soon as possible.

          Blue DART is making status to failed without making delivery attempt .. Very poor service

            Actually my document was returned today there mentioned consignment address unlocateable/landmark but i am not received any call from courier boy but customer care people told that courier boy call me . I checked i not getting any call from courier guy. Please resolve my issue please as soon as possible.

              In continuation of earlier complaint regarding non delivery of order with awb no.[protected]. Though the messages are being sent as out for delivery, the order has not been delivered. Also, a message has been sent as delivered which is not true on 9th March 2023. There are cctv cameras in the premises as well as in each floor of the apartment. Also whenever a delivery person comes, phone no. as well as photo of the cover of parcel is taken by the security and then allowed. On verification it is found that the delivery parcel is not at all arrived on 9th. When contacted the delivery person told that the parcel is lost on the way. Admn whoever is is the CEO of the company's attention is invited to the hopeless & persistent problems faced by the customer due to lack of admin control of the blue dart services of Cunningham ham road Bengaluru. I request for either the product to be delivered or refund is to be made. If the reply regarding the issue is not resolved, legal course of action will be taken.

                On 9th March 2023, My shipment (waybill no- [protected])was about to deliver. when I tracked the shipment on bluedart website i found out that it is showing the shipment is delivered on 09-March-2023. To inform you, neither I received any call or message from bluedart regarding the shipment nor the shipment delivered to me. the shipment contains sensitive information that can cost me a lot

                  what is blue dart responsibility?

                    I have made an order of Rs. 4850 from Gpay then due to network issue it got stuck and was paid later. But Till that time I already paid the money from Phone Pe. Now the payment has been made twice.
                    I am attaching the screnshots for the same. I didn't received the refund till now. Please look into this.

                      This is regarding the non delivery of the order with AWB No.[protected] from Blue dart Cunningham road Bengaluru, stating various false reasons as undelivered due to address related issues & prohibited area entry, since 4th March 2023. The order from the same supplier during Feb 2023 with AWB No.[protected] is delivered to the same address. How come it is being stated as address related issues etc., now. Since 4th March I've been receiving messages that the order is out for delivery without being attempted to & delivered. I would request the attention of the administration to look into the matter & resolve the issue. BLUE DART services assurances both to the supplier and the customer is to be fulfilled as assured.

                        The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. But, in tracking status they showing as consignee address incorrect. I have provided the address correctly.

                        I have reached out to courier office through phone call and asked about why without contacting you guys returning my product. They said, my delivery boy tried to call you but you are not reachable. My mobile is working perfectly and I'm in a reachable area. They were lying to me.

                        Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. I'm experiencing this again and again.

                        Please help me out to get my credit card.

                              Today, I was contacted by the delivery person for address confirmation. Have shared the route details with him. After sometime when contacted he informed he had more package deliveries awaiting so it would be delayed. Later when I tracked the status on the bluedart website, it states " Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect" whereas the address is correct and complete one, and also shared the route details with the delivery person. When I tried to reach out to the delivery person multiple times he didn't attend the call and after sometime blocked my contact. I want to know whether my package would be delivered or not. I have also raised concern with the bluedart official site. Could you please confirm whether my package would be delivered.

                                I ordered an product from traya which was to be delivered through blue dart on 28th jan of 2023 while the delivery agent asked me to collect it from him because he said he won't be coming to my area just for one package. On denying to collect he started rude behaviour and refused to deliver. On the subsequent days I complaint to blue dart and traya both but even after than delivery agent didn't deliver the package and he put the reason for non-delivery that address was incorrect and I refused to show Id. while the delivery agent never showed up to address. My Order number is #400229 from traya and AWB number is [protected]

                                      The delivery boy called me to deliver but he won't come to my address as per courier address, he said he don't have an delivery service to my address,

                                      but he updated the status as consignee not avaiable.
