On 23rd March 2023, via waybill #[protected] I received a package. By mistake of the courier delivery person I ended up paying the amount of Rs. 10710/- twice through Google pay and PhonePe

Since then I have called your customer care about 10-15 times to enquire about the status of my refund. The delivery boy had said 48 hours, your customer care folks have given me misleading numbers like 48 hours, 3 days, 10 days, and 52 days. Nobody even bothers about my refund and keeps promising me to call back and process it ASAP. They also cannot connect me to any higher authorities to whom I can raise my concern about my refund. They gave me complain number # 902794 but never processed my refund by saying it is with the finance team. In this case, I feel cheated and I now consider this a fraud.

I will be filing a case with the local police station in the cyber crime cell and will also file a complaint in the consumer forum against your company.
Be rest assured that I will never again use the services of Bluedart and let everyone know in my social circle what cheaters you are.

    Delivery Agent Refusing to Deliver. The worst company ever. They always do this. My medicine is getting delayed because of this unprofessional and disrespectful people. The delivery agent called me several times and asked me to pickup the package and after refusing to come he asked me to cancel the order and give him the OTP to cancel. I want the package but he won't deliver. Very rude delivery agent. If you can't service any area why do you take order. Just go out of business already if you can't do the only job you are supposed to do.

      Worst company ever. Every time they do this. The delivery agent refuses to deliver the package. He wants me to come to his location. what a crappy people. i[censored] cant service any area just don't take the order. And delivery agent calls the customer directly and asks to give them the cancellation OTP if I don't want to go and get package. very disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. they do this every time. My Medicine is getting delayed because of this unreliable and worst company. just go out of business already i[censored] cant do it properly.

        There is a package which is from Axis Bank (Way Bill No. [protected]). I talked to the customer service yesterday and told my full information of address they said it will be delivered on monday. Today call came from meham blue dart and said to take it from meham yourself.
        Please do solution it happens second time.

              As I am not available at my place during day time..I asked the delivery guy to hand it over to my fiancé..they did not..I am in urgent need of the card and bcoz of this ### rule I am unable to get..I need resolution or ask delivery person to ask at 9PM

                I ordered a product from a known brand from their official website. They sent my product through blue dart.

                When I am checking the status of my parcel, it is showing address unlocatable and cannot deliver. On the day of the delivery, I didn't get even a single call from the delivery boy if he had any confusion locating the address.

                Now when I am trying to contact Bluedart, some random boys are taking the call and talking in a very unprofessional manner (it sounded very evident as if these boys are some Jamtara types).

                They said that if I want the courier, I need to pay some registration fees and give my contact and address again. The nos. from where I got such calls are [protected],[protected].

                How will I get my courier?
                Atleast there should be 2 delivery attempts. And why doesn't the blue dart delivery boy call, I don't understand.

                  I have ordered a product from a known website and their courier partner is Bluedart.

                  When I am checking the status of the parcel, it says address unlocatable and cannot deliver. I didn't get get a single call from the delivery boy. And when I am trying to call Bluedart, some random guys are picking up and talking in a very unprofessional tone and they are asking for registration fees, and full details like contact and address.                     I claimed my warranty from antesports for a keyboard and mouse and they gave the responsibility to bluedart courier service and here it is cancelling my shipment when I didn't even see the delivery guy

                          Regarding not delivering my prepaid order

                          They are just looters. I had ordered my product which was expected to deliver on 7 March and I have ordered it on 4 march but today is 14 march after 11-12 days after booking I haven't received any product or update on my order. They are just fooling their customers by saying that your order will be deliver today. They are just fraud. I regret so much by ordering from this company. And my mental health is also affecting due to this such dumb...

                          One of my courier from HDFC was not delievered. When i went to Bluedart office siwan kagzi Muhalla the person at the counter told me that the pin no mentioned on the courier it doesnt belong to my area. I told him that this the correct pin and same has been provied by government for my area and i showed him my aadhar carc for proof. Still he didnt agree and refused to deliver.

                            I am writing to you to report a concerning issue with a recent delivery that I was supposed to receive on March 4th 2023. According to your delivery tracking system, the product has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it yet.

                            I am very disappointed and concerned about this situation. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this product, and now it seems that it has been lost or misdelivered.                               My name is vaibhav and my AWB number is [protected]. I had order a product from the Xiaomi company. I ordered on 4 march the expected date of the delivery was 7 March but till today I don't get my order yet. The customer care service is pathetic and disgusting. They just says only one learned line which is you will get your order today itself. But till today I don't get my product and it's already 8-9 days that I placed the order but don't receive yet. I constantly calling the customer service from the past 1 week but there is no response from the team . It was a prepaid product but today is 12 march and I still can't get it. I want my order or my money back as soon as possible.

                                    In continuation of earlier complaint regarding non delivery of order with awb no.[protected]. Though the messages are being sent as out for delivery, the order has not been delivered. Also, a message has been sent as delivered which is not true on 9th March 2023. There are cctv cameras in the premises as well as in each floor of the apartment. Also whenever a delivery person comes, phone no. as well as photo of the cover of parcel is taken by the security and then allowed. On verification it is found that the delivery parcel is not at all arrived on 9th. When contacted the delivery person told that the parcel is lost on the way. Admn whoever is is the CEO of the company's attention is invited to the hopeless & persistent problems faced by the customer due to lack of admin control of the blue dart services of Cunningham ham road Bengaluru. I request for either the product to be delivered or refund is to be made. If the reply regarding the issue is not resolved, legal course of action will be taken.
