While applying for us visa stamping i already paid the charges for my querier delivery of my passport and my wife's passport along visa processing fee.
After visa stamping, the passports were delivered to my home. However during the delivery i have been asked to pay rs.650 each as delivery service and got collected by delivery person through phonepay.

The above delivery charges were never documented. Why additional delivery service charges were made? Is it correct ?

My Blue dart package was supposed to be delivered on 4th May 2023. I was out of station and couldn't accept the package. The second delivery attempt was made on 5th May and I was still not at my place. I requested the delivery person to come on 6th May as I would be present by then.

He straight forward denied my request with an argument that my package would be returned to destination if I don't receive it today.
He was extremely rude and arrogant.

As far as I know there are 3 attempts made by BlueDart before returning the package. So, my request was valid.

I would like an apology from the BlueDart employee and would like him to deliver my parcel to my place.

I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day I was present at the given location. They have not provided me with the number of the delivery guy either. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve your service and get me my package asap.

The delivery status of waybill number [protected] says that consignee refused to accept it, whereas I did not recieve any delivery that day and did not get any call from delivery partner of bluedart. Inspite of sending mails, I've not been given a solution or my product.

Its been almost a week, i am to be recieved two couriers bearing details :

Iam sick and tired of blue dart express and their customer care.

Please create awareness about your company policy for verification . Today your delivery person refused to hand over a credit card of my son who was at work even after giving him the OTP received on my sons mobile. He insisted on my ID proof & when I gave him my PAN card he noted down my PAN no. Of what use is the OPT & also why should a customer give ID numbers to courier delivery individuals. Is this your company policy or is it done at an individual level. Please clarify or rectify the flawed policy.

I was supposed to have my pakage in 27th of April but The Delivery guy contacted me once and told me that He is coming but never came, after half an hour I received a notification about how I was not available so I didn't get my package but with that message I got a link to reschedule my Delivery so at that point I was still not much angry but well to my suprise that link is dead. I thought that maybe on the official BlueDart site Iight be able reschedule and there was option for it but when I enter my Phone number of Rescheduling I always receive the error that you are not using the Number assigned to the waybill Number which I am sure is very wrong because I am using the right Phone number.

Myself Mayank Saini from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. I have a shipment from ICICI Bank, AWB no. [protected]. The delivery date of this shipment was 24/04/2023, and today it's 27/03/2023 and I still have received my consignment. On 25/04/2023 I received a SMS from bluedart that "consignee's address is incorrect". The address in my bank account is the same as the address on my aadhar card then how can it be incorrect?
I called the customer care on the same day and the lady executive told me that they will get my consignment delivered by the next day, i.e, 26/04/2023. On next day, I still didn't received my consignment and again called the customer care. They took my address amd contact number and again i was told that my consignment will be delivered by today, i.e, 27/04/2023. It's around 2PM when I'm writing this complaint, and I still haven't received my shipment.

Is this your service bluedart? Is this how you treat your customer? This is my worst experience I've ever had with a courier company.

Please look into this matter and get my consignment delivered to me asap.

A parcel from yesbank was supposed to be delivered. it showed out for delivery today morning but didnt reach me and noone called and now it shows delivered.

My delivery was supposed to arrive today. Its showing cnee refused id/otp incorrect, but no one came to delivery the product.

This is my complain with Blue Dart Employee for my order not delivered on time . He call me in evening and due to some reason i was travelling by 6 PM. he said will deliver the order by net week and then again i was on the way to office and did not pickup phone. once i called him he said you are not picking phone, then i said see i was driving and i can't pick phone during driving.
i redialed him and told...

Blue dart delivery agent instead of visiting our office or contacting on our contact number didn't deliver our important doc from ICICI bank and tagged remark - no consignee found on given address. I will surely write to ICICI bank regarding Bluedart unprofessional service. It is totally a fake delivery attempt.

I have been sent a wrong package by a spam service and have been charged 3500 for the same ref: Blue Dart AWB# [protected].
I want to return this package and claim refund for the same

Even without any attempt or a call from the agent of Blue Dart, they simply updated the status of my courier to Consignee address incorrect or incomplete, how do they do so, such things make our trust drop-down. If possible try to contact the consignee through mail or call before make the decision or simply updating the status, even they haven't tried to contact me via phone.

They do NOT care for our complaints.
I don't know. They actually want to Not delivery our packages because every time we request redelivery they get paid from the company.

In my many interactions with Bluedart i have realized that tey don't care. This behavior comes from business management and is reflected in delivery guys.

Delivery people that nothing will happen to them whatever they do.

Waybill num: [protected]. When I check the status it shows as C’nee shifted from the given address but I’m staying at the same address form past 16 years and when I call them no one can be connected please help me and send my courier as soon as possible.
