I've not received any tracking number for the courier i got. I'm getting a call from the service agent and no further information. They are disconnecting the call straight away. I've tried calling the KPHB blue dart office number which was available on google. But none of them are answering the calls. When finally i made it to the office they are asking the tracking ID so that they can help. but I havn't received any ID.

As i'll be in office from 9-6, i wont be available at my delivery address from 8AM to 7PM. Before i could say something and ask the courier person about the delivery he disconnected the call. As there is no tracking ID, i cant go to the office and request for the specific delivery time.

At least there should be a contact number where we can contact the office and we should receive a delivery message with the tracking ID. I had to look at the phone constantly so that i don't miss the call.

This is the worst service i've ever experienced.

    Bluedart is worst.. 4days passed and they receive the parcel but neglect to delivery on my address, as they saying that address is no hut no. Incomplete. Infront of face they just refused to deliver the products.
    I want to say if they know before the booking any product why they dont tell us that they will not be able to deliver the product without hut no. ... Just nothing they wasting the golden time of people, doing harassment, irritate.
    EVERY courier company deliver the product on my address except the worst blue dart... Just close ur ### service bluedart..

      Courier boy called me and ask me for convenient time to deliver shipment#[protected] in the last week and i told him to come after 5:30 pm on workdays because i don't come at home before the said time due to my office working hours but till today courier boy hasn't come to deliver the shipment. And nowadays his contact numbers also gets busy while calling. Pls do the needful and deliver the shipment.

          My order No [protected] could not be delivered till date. However an message from paytm Mall was received yesterday duly stated that your item has already been delivered. Your agent (mob No. [protected]) contracted yesterday and confirm for delivery yesterday i.e. 24/09/2018) However the same has not been delivered. Today i.e. 25/10/2018 I also contracted with him and this time he also assured for delivered on or after 11 A.M. However the same has not been received till. Take the necessary action earliest.

            Shirts are very bad colours and quality.

                  Hi,
                  I had ordered a product from amazon in 28 th august under awb no [protected]. And almost everyday after a week i have been receiving messages that the parcel is out for delivery. However on 14 september finally i receive a message that i was not available to take the parcel. This was way too much because it is surely a white lie as no one ever tried to contact me or reach the delivery address. Further, it was also notified to the seller that i had refused the parcel and have asked for a refund. Much to my chagrin here after one month of placing the order, neither do i have the parcel nor a refund. Kindly help!! Extremely pathetic experience!!

                        Blue dart, kota submitted status without attempting delivery for awb [protected] on 24-sep-18.

                        This practice is not acceptable as by profession i am chartered accountant and receiving on an average 10 post every month with the same address.

                        And at the earlier time blue dart is also deliver various parcel in the same address.

                        Please look in to the matter.

                          I refused to accept a courier coming from nykaa via blue dart with awb# [protected]. I returned the package on 6th of sept itself. So according to policy they should send the package back to nykaa warehouse. Neither they marked the courier unaccepted nor have they returned it.
                          However on their site it is showing that the order is delivered.. Really bad on their part..
                          If the action is not taken i'm to file a complain.

                          i still didnt get my product yet it was said ti be delivered today now it is telling wait till 8.. the product was urgent there no contact number attached to ask to collect the product if they cant deliver.. the worst part it only shows out for delivery but no sign or customer service hate the service

Till now i didn't got any message saying whether it is out for delivery or not and on friday i received an email saying that the address provided is incomplete and i replied to that email as well. This is the second time i'm not getting my order delivered.

                                I bought a product from amazon. It shipped from u. S. The product successfully landed in india. Custom duty and other formalities are also cleared. I was told that the product is with blue dart now, and it will get delivered shortly. [protected] is the provided awb no. But blue dart shows that no such awb exists at all. I tried to contact but the contact no. Is not working, i also sent them e-mail, but they didn't reply! Please deliver my product! I cannot believe this behaviour of blue dart. No system updation, no reply to the e-mails of customers, non working contact no. & non-delivery of the product! I am also attaching a screenshot where i was told that the product is with bluedart and the awb no. Is also written there. Deliver my product as soon as possible.

                                The very same day I made the complaint, they started to show my product in their tracking system, and within 2 days delivered the product.

                                    I received a call from the delivery boy on friday 21st sept at 11.36 am asking me for the location of the place. The same was conveyed to him.
                                    Our hospital is open from 9 am to 9pm from monday to saturday and 9 am to 2 pm on sunday
                                    There is just no way that the consignee cannot have been there is the place.
                                    It is a false allegation that the delivery boy has come twice with no one in place.
                                    On calling his number he does not pick my call ([protected])
                                    Pretty unhappy with the behaviour

                                      Their earpods are not in aworking condition so i just want to return it...

                                      But they are not ready to pick up their order to initiate a return but inspite of sending so many emails to contact their store but not getting their response and also they all have not provided us with their contact number bloody frauds...

                                      Its written there that hustle free return but they are not on their promise...
                                      I am very very angry for this...

                                      I just want my money back thats it,
                                      Otherwise i have to raise legal complain against yours website...

                                      So kindly initiate a product pick up so that i can return it back...
