My order No [protected] could not be delivered till date. However an message from paytm Mall was received yesterday duly stated that your item has already been delivered. Your agent (mob No. [protected]) contracted yesterday and confirm for delivery yesterday i.e. 24/09/2018) However the same has not been delivered. Today i.e. 25/10/2018 I also contracted with him and this time he also assured for delivered on or after 11 A.M. However the same has not been received till. Take the necessary action earliest.

    Shirts are very bad colours and quality.
    So i was return the product and

          Hi,
          I had ordered a product from amazon in 28 th august under awb no [protected]. And almost everyday after a week i have been receiving messages that the parcel is out for delivery. However on 14 september finally i receive a message that i was not available to take the parcel. This was way too much because it is surely a white lie as no one ever tried to contact me or reach the delivery address. Further, it was also notified to the seller that i had refused the parcel and have asked for a refund. Much to my chagrin here after one month of placing the order, neither do i have the parcel nor a refund. Kindly help!! Extremely pathetic experience!!

            My icici bank credit card not received till date my delivery started tracking on 19th of September 2018.shipment out for delivery on 21st of September 2018 result is address is unlocatable/ land mark is needed, but I am received many of my couriers with this same address and delivered only through Bluedart, I don't know prev deliverys possible, and we need Landmark, then I given comment box full address with land mark, then shipment out for 22nd of September 2018 and the result is consignee not available, he is came for afternoon and I am in office at that time, Result is consignee not available, and 24th also be same repeated, call to the person ask about my shipment but, I will he answerd irriguler name VAHID, from paradise branch and not deliver tomarrow also send to return...

                Blue dart, kota submitted status without attempting delivery for awb [protected] on 24-sep-18.

                This practice is not acceptable as by profession i am chartered accountant and receiving on an average 10 post every month with the same address.

                And at the earlier time blue dart is also deliver various parcel in the same address.

                Please look in to the matter.

                  I refused to accept a courier coming from nykaa via blue dart with awb# [protected]. I returned the package on 6th of sept itself. So according to policy they should send the package back to nykaa warehouse. Neither they marked the courier unaccepted nor have they returned it.
                  However on their site it is showing that the order is delivered.. Really bad on their part..
                  If the action is not taken i'm to file a complain.

                  i still didnt get my product yet it was said ti be delivered today now it is telling wait till 8.. the product was urgent there no contact number attached to ask to collect the product if they cant deliver.. the worst part it only shows out for delivery but no sign or customer service hate the service

                    A courier order with waybill number [protected] from cross is not delivering by the team. Till now i didn't got any message saying whether it is out for delivery or not and on friday i received an email saying that the address provided is incomplete and i replied to that email as well. This is the second time i'm not getting my order delivered.

                        I bought a product from amazon. It shipped from u. S. The product successfully landed in india. Custom duty and other formalities are also cleared. I was told that the product is with blue dart now, and it will get delivered shortly. [protected] is the provided awb no. But blue dart shows that no such awb exists at all. I tried to contact but the contact no. Is not working, i also sent them e-mail, but they didn't reply! Please deliver my product! I cannot believe this behaviour of blue dart. No system updation, no reply to the e-mails of customers, non working contact no. & non-delivery of the product! I am also attaching a screenshot where i was told that the product is with bluedart and the awb no. Is also written there. Deliver my product as soon as possible.

                            I received a call from the delivery boy on friday 21st sept at 11.36 am asking me for the location of the place. The same was conveyed to him.
                            Our hospital is open from 9 am to 9pm from monday to saturday and 9 am to 2 pm on sunday
                            There is just no way that the consignee cannot have been there is the place.
                            It is a false allegation that the delivery boy has come twice with no one in place.
                            On calling his number he does not pick my call ([protected])
                            Pretty unhappy with the behaviour

                              Site is very disgusting...
                              Their earpods are not in aworking condition so i just want to return it...

                              But they are not ready to pick up their order to initiate a return but inspite of sending so many emails to contact their store but not getting their response and also they all have not provided us with their contact number bloody frauds...

                              Its written there that hustle free return but they are not on their promise...
                              I am very very angry for this...

                              I just want my money back thats it,
                              Otherwise i have to raise legal complain against yours website...

                              So kindly initiate a product pick up so that i can return it back...

                                  I called the bluedart office at narwal to mob no.[protected] for delevired my debit card. Daily i calling the above mentioned no. To deliver the card he noted down all my contact details, landmarkand my alternate no. Also card. He says ok will delivered to you but when i called again after the following up 4 days they replied that they return the product. If you guys deleiver these type of services to customer then i think you should close because customer staisfication is big zero. Again i am saying third class services provided by your company.

                                    I was called from bluedart today the employee that called me asked if it needs to be delivered. I said yes then she turned rude towards me and verbally used abusive words. I was called from bluedart north lakhimpur, assam. Although i was assured from hdfc bank that the parcel will be delivered to the doorstep. Why do i always have to collect the parcel from the office.

                                      Very bad response from bluedart staff and incharges. Especially operations incharge rajendra. And credit card incharge ramana from hyderabad hitech city branch. Bleady people cut the call while speaking to them. And still i have not received my courier. I would like put a complaint on bluedart and very bad services from you guys no one is responding on time.
