Hi!

There is a Bluedart agency in our town. They never deliver packages to the customer's address rather, even after few days in their custody, they call those customers and ask them to collect from them and I personally experienced it for everytime a package sent through Bluedart.
When asking about the delay and non-delivery, they often abuse us.

My last courier with reference no.
EV[protected] hasn't been delivered yet to me but I have received a call 2-3 days back saying to collect it from them and I have already requested to deliver at my house.

Is this how you are providing services?
Will there be any action taken against the frenchisee?

    Dear Sir, above given reference massage I had received on 25.07.2018 and yet till date We have not receive my credit card. This is ridicules service experience gain from blue dart. one time your delivery boy had comes in my house, by personal reason same day I was not in our home. but second time of delivery not trying by blue dart.
    I requested to you please provide us my consignment. bank already deducting bank charges.

      I had applied for an insurance and i received a message from insurance company stating policy dispatched via bluedart courier bearing AWB [protected] on August 14, 2018
      I havent recevied the courier till date(31 August 2018). On calling the bluedart office, they informed that the courier is in their office(Deralakatte, Mangalore, Karnataka) and they havent attempted to deliver so far. They expect us to reach office and take the courier.
      It is the responsibility of the company to make sure the package is delivered. How can they simply say its delivered without even delivering it. It is a mental harrasment. Without viewing the policy and confirming details i cannot start the monthly payment. Due to this this affects my coverage to family and also i will lose the initial amount that i had paid the insurance company. Bluedart should own the responsibility for this chaos.

        My product was shipped to bluedart on 22nd or 21st. And they didnt attempted to call. And always keep sending we were unable to deliver your product due to service contact.. And though i went to there office 3 time. And they keep making fake promises, that they wil deliver ur product as u reach home... One of there workers name Ritesh mishra says that we are unable to find your product.And says that we cant find your product because we dont know where the delivery guy kept your product.           Myself Sohan lal s/of Sh Jagdish Chander, Village Nangla-R, District Panipat is likely to get a docket today ( which contains credit card of Axis Bank ) from your panipat branch, where that manager has misconducted with me and also denied to deliver the docket at my comunication address as mentioned in my first line, I also request him to deliver it to the nearest Axis bank branch but he denied and abused me a lot.
          henceforth you are requested to take necessary action on him as he don't know how to deal with the public. I am shocked how he perform his duties assigned to him

              Sir,
              Booked a online parcel from shopclues.
              It was expected to bd deliver by 27th of aug in ajmer
              Bt the courier person submitted a comment that customer was not contactd.
              While i have not received any call
              I went to the office of blue dart on 28th aug
              They told me server is down
              Again i went to their office on 30th aug in morning
              They asked me to come after 3pm
              I went their at 3.30pm they kept me waiting for 20min and told ne that my parcel is misplaced.
              I was shocked to see that not only i am facing this problem 4-5 more customers came their with same problem

                Since last 15 20 days i am chasing for my sbi credit card but these bluedart people are unable to deliver my credit card. They are not even contacting me for delivery. They are going to wrong address and updating wrong information in track website.i want my card anyhow. Please give me solution.

                  Proper phone response also not there

                    One person who is delivery boy name is dhavalsinh chavda is not comming to particular delivery address and saying that you have to come to the palce where he stay right now.

                    He also say do complain or whatever you want. This type of behavior with customer is not acceptable. He has to behave properly and delivery should be on proper address.

                      Inspit of calling up the customer care twice of not delivering the same in the morning hours they continued to do so in the mornings only when no one was present home. One day the delivery boy lied saying no one was present on the premises in the evening too. I immediately called the customer care and complained when saw the tracking chart.
                      Being such a brand name, this was not expected from blue dart service.

                        I want to lodge a complaint about your carelessness, laziness. Your delivery service is very poor. I have the same experience with you in the past.

                            I had made an order from nykaa on aug 16th. I have not got the order yet. I did not receive any call from the blue dart executives as well regarding delivery. I have been making calls to u ppl since the past 4 days. Everytime u say it will be dwlivered. What do u mean by undelivered shipment held at location.                               I placed an order from Naykaa and I have not received it. It has been 3-4 days and no courier guy has contacted me even once. Reference number is[protected]. I have tried to contact Bluedart's helpline number a lot of times and the number is always busy and the one time someone picked the call, they ended up cutting it on my face without even responding to my query. Bluedart's people update fake status every time sometime saying they could not find my location sometime saying that the premise was closed which is entirely fake. Please do something about this.

                                I ordered a product from mi.com on 25 August and received a message from blue dart that my product will be delivered by 27 August. Now not even the tracking details are shown. There is no response from Blue Dart costumer care service.
                                I can even file a complaint in consumer forum regarding not being able to deliver my product by stated date and not even a single response from the company. I am afraid that my product is being tempered.

                                  You guys are useless. My three orders are missed and i am getting no status of it. And one of my order instead of coming to delhi it went to shivpuri (Madhya pradesh). I want my orders to be tracked asap and send me the status otherwise i'll file a complaint against this service to some other portal as well. One complain number i have got from some agent and that person is not even picking up my calls. Useless services.

                                      Its is for you information that the office /delivery station of kota (Airodram road) is not doing their services in right manner, our many curious came through blue dart couriers but the delivery boy didn't came on the mentioned address and always message us that the address not found although our address is well known, the person st that office did not response in proper manner and always call and say that collect your consignment from the office.
                                      So it is our humble request to you that please take action on it.
