Since last 15 20 days i am chasing for my sbi credit card but these bluedart people are unable to deliver my credit card. They are not even contacting me for delivery. They are going to wrong address and updating wrong information in track website.i want my card anyhow. Please give me solution.

Description :
One person who is delivery boy name is dhavalsinh chavda is not comming to particular delivery address and saying that you have to come to the palce where he stay right now.

He also say do complain or whatever you want. This type of behavior with customer is not acceptable. He has to behave properly and delivery should be on proper address.

Inspit of calling up the customer care twice of not delivering the same in the morning hours they continued to do so in the mornings only when no one was present home. One day the delivery boy lied saying no one was present on the premises in the evening too. I immediately called the customer care and complained when saw the tracking chart.
Being such a brand name, this was not expected from blue dart service.

I had made an order from nykaa on aug 16th. I have not got the order yet. I did not receive any call from the blue dart executives as well regarding delivery. I have been making calls to u ppl since the past 4 days. Everytime u say it will be dwlivered. What do u mean by undelivered shipment held at location. I cant wait this long for a prepaid online order

I placed an order from Naykaa and I have not received it. It has been 3-4 days and no courier guy has contacted me even once. Reference number is[protected]. I have tried to contact Bluedart's helpline number a lot of times and the number is always busy and the one time someone picked the call, they ended up cutting it on my face without even responding to my query. Bluedart's people update fake status every time sometime saying they could not find my location sometime saying that the premise was closed which is entirely fake. Please do something about this.

I ordered a product from mi.com on 25 August and received a message from blue dart that my product will be delivered by 27 August. Now not even the tracking details are shown. There is no response from Blue Dart costumer care service.
I can even file a complaint in consumer forum regarding not being able to deliver my product by stated date and not even a single response from the company. I am afraid that my product is being tempered.

You guys are useless. My three orders are missed and i am getting no status of it. And one of my order instead of coming to delhi it went to shivpuri (Madhya pradesh). I want my orders to be tracked asap and send me the status otherwise i'll file a complaint against this service to some other portal as well. One complain number i have got from some agent and that person is not even picking up my calls. Useless services.

I booked a parcel on 25th august. At the time of booking they assured me to deliver it by 27th august but on 27th august they updated the status as consignee not available.
On 28th august they did not deliver my package and updated some foolish status that delay caused beyond control.
On 29th they said to deliver but still i am trying to contact them but no one is picking my call.
These guys don't pick call... Don't deliver parcel on time... Don't give satisfactory replies.

Waybill # [protected]... Status till afternoon was Delivery attempted - premises closed.. at evening they changed to Address Unlocated ... There was no calls made, neither any attempt made to deliver.. please stop providing false information.. get the item delivered ASAP.

From the Last 3 Days,
The Status is Showing "Out for Delivery".
The Bluedart office is 15 mins from my office and still they fail to deliver the product.it is such a shame for your delivery service. i have personally went to the bluedart office where once said that we are unloading the truck in which your parcel is. Next day i went again then they said the delivery boy have already taken your parcel and will be delivered by today.but there was no delivery at all.
this is the third consecutive day and still the parcel is not received.
if the bluedat is failing to provide the service in this state then why they have setup over here.they should stop their service and stop harassing common people.
this is disgusting

1. A shipment was booked for me by axis bank vide bluedart waybill number [protected]. The shipment was not delivered and returned to the consignor stating the consignee has shifted from the given address. I wrote to their customer care, but the response was bot generated and hit a dead end.

2. Another shipment was booked for me by adidas vide bluedart waybill number [protected]. This time bluedart found my location restricted area. Incidentally, amazon delivered a shipment same day without any difficulty. I have apprised bluedart of the repeat deficiency in service, but bluedart has been silent to my mails.

Yesterday, we received message by your courier blue dart that material is delivered at 15:00.in fact, neither any person from blue dart visited our house nor he delivered product to us, they are liars.

Please note that in my earlier delivery,

Tracking #[protected].

We received message from blue dart, person visited the house but customer not available at house. Again they are liars, we are giving our mobile #, he did not give any call to our mobile, nor he make any enquirer with neighbor, next day i personally went to their office & collected.

Note that we maid complain with home centre regarding above subject & asked them to make strong action with blue dart and send copy to us otherwise we will take this subject with consumer court.

+your toll free # [protected], we tried to call through 3 separate mobiles, every time it says your balance is less, all the toll free no starts with 1800 but your no is very strange, did you notice it or nit bothered at all, let customer face the difficulties then they will fade up and leave blue dart.
