My sister send the courier through u r service, from banglore to hyderabad, no b57187022 this week,
Till date i did not received my parcel, my sister send the rakhi for me,
I got the call from u r blue dart service boy, on thursday at 11.00 am i ask him to give the delivery, he said he will not give, due to no service, were as i m staying near to u r office he may reach my home just in 10 min, also i request him to give in my shop, its very neat to blue dart service just 2km, but still he did not given, he said to collect form u r office,
I m dong my job in different place 100 km far from hyd, i start my 7 am and i will back by 10 pm, by this time u r office will be closed, 2day is raksha bandhan, i m unable to tie my sister rakhi due to u r service, i have very good opinion on blue dart service, but u r staff response is very bad, used unparliamentary language, i said i will give the complaint, he said wat ever u want to do do it, his contact no. This type of employees is working at u r office,
My question is when i paid all charges to blue dart so why should i want to go and collect my parcel,
When u r help less to give delivery so why u r courier is charging all the charges,
Plz u see that my parcel get delivery right now,
