    My self karishma arora. My courier dispatch on 24 august and i pay 250/- for fast delivered but till time this courier on palwal. Mr. Hasan ji says that it's mistake and boys are child. Till time my courier not delivered and it's rakhi.. So u told me how i do this courier now and pay also 250/- i want strickly action on my hasan ji or other staff. And they are not pick the call landline no it's[protected] i call before 3 days but i have no response...

      This is my reference number [protected], i have tried calling bluedart from 2 weeks, spoke to shalini, simton and so on, spoke to many i dont remember they names, im having a very pathetic experience with you guys who ever i spoke too only says it will get delivered today, today is never come from 2 weeks i guess, i'm trying to call several number no body is answering, and some numbers does not get connected, i want to know when i'm going to receive my cc card, if you guys cannot deliver it, please let me know i will go and pick it up, never will i choose blue dart again... Waiting for an update, my number is [protected]

        The tracking id says the item was delivered but i never received it. I checked with all neighbors and they don’t have any idea. I called customer care but they have not taken any fruitful action. I told them to give me the details of the guy who delivered it so that i can speak to him directly but they don’t have any idea. Most of time times their customer care number doesn’t even work

          Blue dart promised to deliver the packet from hyderabad to mathura for
          Rs 1080 and when i informed the lady at the reception desk that there is an iphone x she jacked up the price from rs 1080 to rupees 4260 so i paid the whole amount at the same time on 22/8/18. And today it is 27th of august still not delivered to my client. Is this how the blue dart company works in india, not only they charged exuberant amount for delivery, they promise to deliver the package on 24th of august and today it is 27th and still they are not able to deliver it on time

          If they cannot deliver it on time they why do they do all false promises

            Hi my name is ajay. I'm facing very worst experience with bluedart.

            First of all, i want to say about customer service.

            They don't know how to talk with customers. And they are very rude to customers. Really they are very un-professional. (If you want you can check the call recordings). And they are irresponsible.

            And then courier service:

            Courier service very frustrated.. I've wasted my 2 valuable days for waiting the courier. Actually that courier is very valuable to me.
            They are updating that they were tried to deliver the courier in their database, without attempting it. They are very lazy and trying to escape from their responsibilities.

                  My sister send the courier through u r service, from banglore to hyderabad, no b57187022 this week,
                  Till date i did not received my parcel, my sister send the rakhi for me,

                  I got the call from u r blue dart service boy, on thursday at 11.00 am i ask him to give the delivery, he said he will not give, due to no service, were as i m staying near to u r office he may reach my home just in 10 min, also i request him to give in my shop, its very neat to blue dart service just 2km, but still he did not given, he said to collect form u r office,

                  I m dong my job in different place 100 km far from hyd, i start my 7 am and i will back by 10 pm, by this time u r office will be closed, 2day is raksha bandhan, i m unable to tie my sister rakhi due to u r service, i have very good opinion on blue dart service, but u r staff response is very bad, used unparliamentary language, i said i will give the complaint, he said wat ever u want to do do it, his contact no.                   This type of employees is working at u r office,

                  My question is when i paid all charges to blue dart so why should i want to go and collect my parcel,

                  When u r help less to give delivery so why u r courier is charging all the charges,

                  Plz u see that my parcel get delivery right now,

I dont know the person also i am available at my address so how can you deliver my bank confidential to any person, even i was not receieved any call. This is bank information and i will sue against you in court also i share it on social media bloody courier.

                      The courier person not even called me but they cancelled my order that i m not available. I called him more than 20 times but he only declined my calls. They send that he will personally deliver the parcel and attached his number .but when i called him he even didnt pickup the phone and sometimes he cancelled my call.what kind of action Is this.

                        I was supposed to get my parcel on 25 may 2018 evening but due to absence of landmark and not being able to find my location the package wasn't delivered.
                        Now i'm trying to reschedule it but i am unable to do so, and there's no response from customer care too.
                        Kindly look into and reply at earliest as it is a birthday gift and i want to recieve it as soon as possible.

                        This parcel is in chikalthana aurangabad since 3 days these guys are not even trying to deliver this parcel simply updating different stupid reasons that my address is unlocatable, sometime say my address is institution. The location of my parcel is same hub which shows that it was not even moved out of the hub. If they attempted delivery so why did not these guys tried calling me on the contact number provided. .Worst experience with bluedart especially chikalthana aurangabad maharashtra branch. Please ask these people to delivery order soon amd atleast try calling me

                          I sent a online rakhi to my brother and the expected delivery date was 24th august 2018 on bluedart dart courier service and the rakhi celebration is on 26th august 2018. The last tracking was at 22:13 on 24th august and the last updated tracking was shipment further connected from bhubaneswar. It hardly takes 5/6hour from bhubaneswar to jharsuguda. And i was continuously calling your officer and following up, requesting to send the package since last two days and he also assured me that the package will definitely reach before the occasion. Today is rakhi and your staff confirms me now that sorry mam, the package is still in bhubaneswar. Blue dart, the no-1 courier service.?? Is this the way to serve your customer.?? You really disappointed me and i ll never ever order anything from your courier company and i ll also make sure none of my family members, my relatives and my friend circle, nobody ll do any business with your company. Thank you for your great service.

                            Reference to my complaint id no.2049996, i would like to express my grievance against blue dart courier service as they have just communicated through a mail assuring that they will resolve the issue very soon but i am very disappoint of the fact that i have not received my parcel yet. It has been almost 22days the parcel has been sent. The parcel was very much urgent but seems they are reluctant to deliver the same.in this present condition is it necessary to move with a legal action? Waiting for your reply since it's crossing my patience level. I demand a quick action against it.

                            This is very unfortunate that Bluedart is not taking the responsibility of my parcel which has immense important for me to have and they have mailed me stating the parcel is missing or untraceable. According to them I can not claim my goods or value except for freight charges which is kind of insulting for me. Even I am ready to offer them extra charges if they are in need or they are facing hard time to maintain their company which is in very bad shape. The local Bluedart proprietor had packed the parcel and many complaint had gone through him. This kind of SHAMELESS act by Bluedart was not at all expected. My courier value was worth more than Rs.53000(excluding courier charge) which is more than many Bluedart persons salary I guess and after announcing my parcel as missing they are saying that they can only reimburse the freight. I work in PSU (Andrew Yule & Co Ltd.) and I will spread this news as much as possible. My final decision is that I am moving legally if they do not come up with a better way out to solve the issue. I am uploading the worthless mail of a shameless company Bluedart. Thank you.

                                One courier dispatched on 20/08/2018 vide pod no. [protected] from lucknow to kanpur and i've checked online that pod no. Delivered on 21/08/2018 to archana but no one working in the name of archana in my office.
                                I am doing regular followup for the past 3 days with customer care and every executive not able to provide me complete address where courier was deliverred & told me arrange call back but not receive any single call back in last 3 days. Today customer care executive provide me local kanpur branch's mobile no. [protected] of mr. Alok when i called him he told i'm not the concern person please call mr. S. K. Sharma on mobile no. [protected] whene i call in this no. Was switched off.

                                This is very ridicules & very bad service.

                                I'm definetly going to consumer forum & file the complaint against the company.

                                  This is regarding my consignment waybill no : [protected], it has been sent from delhi on 11 aug 18, it reached my location (Tracking details in blue dart express) but despite that till now they have not called me once, i called customer care numerous times, most of the times it gets cut in between, 2, 3 times i was lucky to get connected, in that they gave me numbers to contact local customer care but to no avail as all numbers are not working/not reachable. Then at last i got connected to customer care they told my address they cant locate (My address is largest and only hospital in that locality which wont be creating any difficulty in finding my location) i have given my contact number (3 mobile numbers) so as to contact me if they find any difficulty in locating me.
                                  As it contains very imp bank documents i m stuck at my work and many payments are pending too so kindly get it delivered as soon as possible.

                                    I yet not received my parcel yet when i check status it's showing out for delivery scince yesterday but yet i must not received by parcel yesterday i hv make call to customer care she told us that u pic from our centre situated on hal indira nagar when i go there they told us delivery boy is on the way he must reached your home by 8 pm but still he not came..
                                    And today yet no body came please provide contact detail of courier boy so we trace him
                                    It's important parcel belongs to festival so please provide details as soon as possible
                                    Unless i complaint above issue to your higher management

                                      This is to bring in your notice that today in evening i have recieved a call from blue dart delivery boy saying that, he could not come today as he has some work regarding urgent delivery and also said that he is late now so he will deliver my products tomorrow for sure. Then i said ok no problem. Now i have just recieved the message from blue dart saying you were not available at home so we are unable to deliver the products but why as i was at home and it is not my fault. Kindly tell who is defaulter.

                                      I need clarification on this.

                                        It is really disappointing customer care numbers are rearely ringing. If it rings but no executive will pick up..

                                        The 2nd thing is contact numbers of the blue dart offices are incorrect which is mentiomed in the internet.. 700050 and 700091/64 comes under this and bangalore offices.

                                        This is really very bad no information and nothing is correct in the internet and people are confused where to contact. Is this the situation in india? I am surprised why then they are paying for customer services..
