This is regarding my consignment waybill no : [protected], it has been sent from delhi on 11 aug 18, it reached my location (Tracking details in blue dart express) but despite that till now they have not called me once, i called customer care numerous times, most of the times it gets cut in between, 2, 3 times i was lucky to get connected, in that they gave me numbers to contact local customer care but to no avail as all numbers are not working/not reachable. Then at last i got connected to customer care they told my address they cant locate (My address is largest and only hospital in that locality which wont be creating any difficulty in finding my location) i have given my contact number (3 mobile numbers) so as to contact me if they find any difficulty in locating me.
As it contains very imp bank documents i m stuck at my work and many payments are pending too so kindly get it delivered as soon as possible.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This parcel is in chikalthana aurangabad since 3 days these guys are not even trying to deliver this parcel simply updating different stupid reasons that my address is unlocatable, sometime say my address is institution. The location of my parcel is same hub which shows that it was not even moved out of the hub. If they attempted delivery so why did not these guys tried calling me on the contact number provided. .Worst experience with bluedart especially chikalthana aurangabad maharashtra branch. Please ask these people to delivery order soon amd atleast try calling me
