I was supposed to get my parcel on 25 may 2018 evening but due to absence of landmark and not being able to find my location the package wasn't delivered.
Now i'm trying to reschedule it but i am unable to do so, and there's no response from customer care too.
Kindly look into and reply at earliest as it is a birthday gift and i want to recieve it as soon as possible.

This parcel is in chikalthana aurangabad since 3 days these guys are not even trying to deliver this parcel simply updating different stupid reasons that my address is unlocatable, sometime say my address is institution. The location of my parcel is same hub which shows that it was not even moved out of the hub. If they attempted delivery so why did not these guys tried calling me on the contact number provided. .Worst experience with bluedart especially chikalthana aurangabad maharashtra branch. Please ask these people to delivery order soon amd atleast try calling me

    I sent a online rakhi to my brother and the expected delivery date was 24th august 2018 on bluedart dart courier service and the rakhi celebration is on 26th august 2018. The last tracking was at 22:13 on 24th august and the last updated tracking was shipment further connected from bhubaneswar. It hardly takes 5/6hour from bhubaneswar to jharsuguda. And i was continuously calling your officer and following up, requesting to send the package since last two days and he also assured me that the package will definitely reach before the occasion. Today is rakhi and your staff confirms me now that sorry mam, the package is still in bhubaneswar. Blue dart, the no-1 courier service.?? Is this the way to serve your customer.?? You really disappointed me and i ll never ever order anything from your courier company and i ll also make sure none of my family members, my relatives and my friend circle, nobody ll do any business with your company. Thank you for your great service.

      Reference to my complaint id no.2049996, i would like to express my grievance against blue dart courier service as they have just communicated through a mail assuring that they will resolve the issue very soon but i am very disappoint of the fact that i have not received my parcel yet. It has been almost 22days the parcel has been sent. The parcel was very much urgent but seems they are reluctant to deliver the same.in this present condition is it necessary to move with a legal action? Waiting for your reply since it's crossing my patience level. I demand a quick action against it.
      I shall be grateful if you take necessary step to resolve the issue. My waybill no. Is: [protected].

      This is very unfortunate that Bluedart is not taking the responsibility of my parcel which has immense important for me to have and they have mailed me stating the parcel is missing or untraceable. According to them I can not claim my goods or value except for freight charges which is kind of insulting for me. Even I am ready to offer them extra charges if they are in need or they are facing hard time to maintain their company which is in very bad shape. The local Bluedart proprietor had packed the parcel and many complaint had gone through him. This kind of SHAMELESS act by Bluedart was not at all expected. My courier value was worth more than Rs.53000(excluding courier charge) which is more than many Bluedart persons salary I guess and after announcing my parcel as missing they are saying that they can only reimburse the freight. I work in PSU (Andrew Yule & Co Ltd.) and I will spread this news as much as possible. My final decision is that I am moving legally if they do not come up with a better way out to solve the issue. I am uploading the worthless mail of a shameless company Bluedart. Thank you.

          One courier dispatched on 20/08/2018 vide pod no. [protected] from lucknow to kanpur and i've checked online that pod no. Delivered on 21/08/2018 to archana but no one working in the name of archana in my office.
          I am doing regular followup for the past 3 days with customer care and every executive not able to provide me complete address where courier was deliverred & told me arrange call back but not receive any single call back in last 3 days. Today customer care executive provide me local kanpur branch's mobile no. [protected] of mr. Alok when i called him he told i'm not the concern person please call mr. S. K. Sharma on mobile no. [protected] whene i call in this no. Was switched off.

          This is very ridicules & very bad service.

          I'm definetly going to consumer forum & file the complaint against the company.

            This is regarding my consignment waybill no : [protected], it has been sent from delhi on 11 aug 18, it reached my location (Tracking details in blue dart express) but despite that till now they have not called me once, i called customer care numerous times, most of the times it gets cut in between, 2, 3 times i was lucky to get connected, in that they gave me numbers to contact local customer care but to no avail as all numbers are not working/not reachable. Then at last i got connected to customer care they told my address they cant locate (My address is largest and only hospital in that locality which wont be creating any difficulty in finding my location) i have given my contact number (3 mobile numbers) so as to contact me if they find any difficulty in locating me.
            As it contains very imp bank documents i m stuck at my work and many payments are pending too so kindly get it delivered as soon as possible.

              I yet not received my parcel yet when i check status it's showing out for delivery scince yesterday but yet i must not received by parcel yesterday i hv make call to customer care she told us that u pic from our centre situated on hal indira nagar when i go there they told us delivery boy is on the way he must reached your home by 8 pm but still he not came..
              And today yet no body came please provide contact detail of courier boy so we trace him
              It's important parcel belongs to festival so please provide details as soon as possible
              Unless i complaint above issue to your higher management

                This is to bring in your notice that today in evening i have recieved a call from blue dart delivery boy saying that, he could not come today as he has some work regarding urgent delivery and also said that he is late now so he will deliver my products tomorrow for sure. Then i said ok no problem. Now i have just recieved the message from blue dart saying you were not available at home so we are unable to deliver the products but why as i was at home and it is not my fault. Kindly tell who is defaulter.

                I need clarification on this.

                  It is really disappointing customer care numbers are rearely ringing. If it rings but no executive will pick up..

                  The 2nd thing is contact numbers of the blue dart offices are incorrect which is mentiomed in the internet.. 700050 and 700091/64 comes under this and bangalore offices.

                  This is really very bad no information and nothing is correct in the internet and people are confused where to contact. Is this the situation in india? I am surprised why then they are paying for customer services..

                    I need to receive a shipment with awb number [protected] on 24/08/2018 and i received sms stating shipment out for delivery on the same date. But delivery agent did not delivered the shipment and updated in blue dart website as need designation or extension number. No one from blue dart done a phone call to receive the shipment and simply they are skipping saying the above reason. If they cant deliver the shipment they should not send sms as out for delivery.

                    This happend many times with blue dart and i dont have all those awb numbers and this is one earlier awb number [protected] that had the same issue.

The incident date is 24/08/2018 on 1530hrs at faridabad. He came for gave my packets at my address which is a/lready updated with you. He was misbehave with senior citizen lady as he doesn't have manners how to talk with the client. He was very rude and treat her very badly even he didn't realize his mistake when i called him for his misbehave. When i said to fill complain against him then he said you can make a complain, i dont care about it.

                      If you cant provide good services to the customer then please stop your services.

                      Your executive cant deliver the packets so why you hired for this job. Customer cant accept this type of behave from the executive.

                      Please take action on this matter for future else no one will not face this type of problems from your end. It is very bad for your good will.

Firstly, you have delayed my order and secondly, i got a message today that customer has rescheduled the delivery but noone contacted me for tge delivery. Your delivery agents suck. They are useless. How could they falsely update that customer has rescheduled it without even calling the customer. Kindly make an arrangement for the earliest delivery of this order.

                          My order with awb no: [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 20th august 2018 at my home from bluedart express limited panchkula. I was tracking the order. There was no delivery on 20th and neither did i receive any call from the courier agent/company. Their website showed it as order kept at the courier office. I tried calling them but call did not pick up. After 100s of calls, call gets picked up on 23rd august and i was told order will be delivered at evening. But then again it didn't happen. Now it's 24th and i called them again and call got picked up on the 10th call. The rude lady ankita told me that my order will be delivered by evening after 4 pm. I asked her could i pick it up myself, she refused and said that order was with staff and i cannot pick it up on my own. When i said i shall complain of this misbehavior to blue dart higher authorities.. She told me go wherever i want to go... Challenged me to do a case on blue dart and said that your order won't be delivered. I'm shocked at such pathetic service and rude staff behaviour. What's the point of a courier service if they can't deliver orders and misbehave. I have no option but to go to a higher court.

                          My address written on courier is very clear for delivery..still bluedart returned them mentioning improper address.. Same thing was happening for the second time also..we somehow went and collected at the office. I[censored] people are not able to deliver for even the clear address please close the service. Really disgusting with you guys
                          All courier services are same.

                          Trackon courier is also worst . Now think on Speed post of Indian Post.
                          Postal services are most reliable services. Courier are private, they do not have any responsibility.

                            I sent a courier to vardhaman megatech. Ltd, mumbi i was given assurance that it will get delivered with in 7 days and courier was dispatched 7/08/2018 with damaged. It has reached it is destroyed, being a reputed company how this type of irresponsible shipment. I dont know how the higher authorities /officer are not taking action for their. Irresponsibility. So much trouble and harassment to the customer. Customer trusted your service and paid for the shipping please keep their trust.

                            I will attach the damaged courier soon with the bill receipt of rs 3250.
                            So strict action to be taken against dtdc courier and refund value of the product which is damage value of the product.

                                Dear team this is ashwath, purchase manager jw marriott, bengaluru. We are trying to get the consignment [protected] for gstaad hotels pvt ltd and your rep prem [protected] is not responding properly. It came for delivery and we have asked for gst invoice for which he did not ready. It shows he might be cheating the company or blue dart is not paying tax properly. Please look in to this. I had a word with him and several times he is least bother.

                                        Hi,
                                        I gave registered for ielts general exam that is going to be held on 8th sept, 2018. I received the courier which british council sends for preparation on 22.07.2018 via bluedart with ref. No. In[protected]. However, i didn't receive the dvd along with the book. Somebody must have stolen or misplaced it. I always believed bluedart is a very reliable courier service. But this incident in which my exam preparation dvd got missing/stolen is so disappointing.
                                        I request you to please take necessary action and send the dvd as soon as possible since i've a very less time left now for preparation. Awaiting your reply.
