I've ordered something from zookr.in and my parcel arrived at shyamnagar bdel on 18th august 2018. The same day they went to deliver my product but nobody was at my home to receive my product and i wasn't able to pick the phone up at that time because i was in a meeting but within 30mins i called the delivery agent back and asked him to deliver my parcel in next working day... But the delivery agent was talked with my just like he's giving me the product for free.

Infact the same thing i've face with previously with shyamnagar bdel.
Please look after the matter.

    I ordered a hdfc credit card
    On 18 august at 9.16 am the status was shipment out for delivery
    On 18 august at 11.20 am the status was consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed
    The matter is no came at my address & not even contacted me as already i provided 2 alternative no but no one called up on either any of those
    As per any courier service rules they must contact the customer
    Rather mentioning as unlovable
    Please understand the importance
    It's a credit card not a small thing to ignore
    Also there is no toll free customer care
    I got one number to contact but it's simply useless

      Dear sir,
      My way bill no: [protected]
      I call delivery man at number [protected] after get call from delivery man at 4.42pm. They try to reach me. But after 5pm they divert towards own home instead of delivery of packet to me.
      Now i check status of packet they showing consignee not available. Means they try to submit that i am not available at home. It is wrong. My all family member are alway stay in home. They do not reach at my home and they submit result that consignee not available. Such deliivery person make blue dart services poor for customer.

        Tracking number: [protected], has reached jabalpur warehouse on 16/08/2018, but still it is not yet delivered till 19/08/2018. I went to jabalpur warehouse to receive it by myself on 19/08/2018, i saw only one member there in office but no other staff present, and i was again asked to come in the evening, ha ha ha, its a ridiculous feeling, it feels like i am the delivery boy of blue dart dhl.

          Citibank has despatched a packet for me on 14.8.18 to my house address at nasik maharashtra. The e way bill no is : [protected]. As per the log, this article is received at nasik on 16.8.18, and ready for deliver at 1.30pm.
          However this is not yet delivered to me till 18.8.18 at 6.00 pm, though i had followed up with them daily for the last 2 days. My house is 4 kms away from their depot, still not delivered. They have the full details of my address& mob no.

          Pl take up with them immediately.

            I have been waiting from past 3 days for the courier by tracking it regularly and the status shows as no such consignee available. What a worst service from blue dart.
            No delivery person called me so far and simply updating the non-sense status.

            I tried calling blue dart many times but their contact number is also useless as no body picks the call.

            I don't even know which branch i need to go and collect the package which is very important.

                Your staff called me on 8th august for delivering my parcel which has my provisional degree. I told him that the parcel has my degree and requested him to deliver it carefully and correctly.
                Its been 11 days and i still have not received the package. Your staff does not pick up phone and had the courage to ask me to collect from main office if i was in such a hurry. Is 11 days not enough for delivering a package.
                He's been lying that he visited the house and no one was there. My younger brother is at home 24*7.
                In the last call, he flatly demanded that if i want an express delivery i should pay him for 'chai-naasta'- asks open bribe.
                Have complained this to bluedart management and they have not responded after dropping a generic mail of apology.

                  The blue dart delivery guy asked me for 150 rupees for delivering my uk visa with my passport. I had already paid at the visa place for delivery. He said “sometimes you have to pay us also. You don’t have to if you don’t want to.” but he kept bringing it up. He did not have receipt with him either. I said i would not pay so he said okay and left. Are your delivery men trying to scam us of our money? I didn’t catch his name but he was an old thin tall man. Please look into this.

                    In manikpur, district : bongaigaon, assam service is pathetic. My consignment with tracking no [protected] reached your office on 16th august, 2018 but till today item was not delivered. The entire day has been wasted just waiting for him to deliver the package.. I have dealt with a lot of courier companies but honestly this is the worst.
                    They have the mobile number but they don't bother call, i had to go and collect the product from bluedart office.

                      This is in continuation to my earlier complaint registered today itself. Thought of letting the blue dart team know about the courier guy. I dont remember his name however his mobile number is - ‭+[protected]‬. I have called him approximately 40 times and the guy does not even have the decency to pick up or respond as to when he would come to deliver the courier. The entire day has been wasted just waiting for him to deliver the package.. I have dealt with a lot of courier companies but honestly this is the worst. And blue dart tends to showcase them as the leaders in courier services. Please relook at your services and how you cater to your customers. Pathetic experience.

                        One of the most pathetic experience till date.. My name is anirudh goel and i was expecting my credit card which was disptched via blue dart.. The status on the site showed yesterday that the consignee has shifted from the address mentioned.in the evening the courier guy calls me up and asks as to where do i live. I gave him my address which is in freedom fighter enclave, neb sarai, new delhi. He stated that he would deliver it today. Since morning i have tried approximately 40 times his number and he has not responded. I dont understand as to why the status shows consignne has shifted when the courier was not even delivered, and then all there customer service numbers are useless as they never connect.. My request to hdfc is if they see my complaint is to please change their courier service provider as they suck to the core.

                          Dear blue dart services,
                          It is emminent that your services can't be trusted in the recent light of events, a parcel from Amazon was to be delivered to us on 16th of August by you. The parcel is still not delivered, the excuse given by you being we can't deliver on Saturday/Sunday and that the parcel is too big.
                          Talk about a lame excuse. If the parcel is soo big, and your services can't handle it, i would recommend you to bot take such requests by yourself and let some other responsible and capable institution handle it.
                          We would like to get the consignment delivered as soon as possible
                          Such behavior is highly condemnable..

                            Some currier came from yes bank then your currier delivery boy called me and he ask me where i have to come then i told in the same building my two flat so if nobody in the address which one you have then please give the currier in same building my other flat not in other building then he told me i am not going anywhere if you want to receive your currier then you have to come here or send somebody here to pickup your currier then i called my home's number but it was not reachable then i request to him please you go to my other flat in same building you have address of (C) wing and you have to go to just (D) wing because my home's number is not reachable so please go there and diliver the currier because i am not available right now there because i am in the office right now then he roodley told me it's not my problem it's your, if nobody coming to pickup your currier here then i go to return
                            With your currier and he gone, after two minutes called my friends home in same building i told my friend go to my home and send somebody to receive the currier then my son gone there to receive the currier, then after a minute i called 10 to 15 time but he was disconnecting the phone 10 to 15 time after one ring, and his mobile number is ([protected]) hwo came for dilivery, can i ask to blue dart company, is this your service, like local currier shop blue dart is brand not a local currier shop. But your service is very bad very poor more than local currier shop. It's very rubbish...

                              I got courier from one of the bank and when i went to point to collect the courier person who was looking about service point she was not will to provide any update and even not responding for phone calls. We i went to courier point her behaviour is not with customers and responsible.

                              I don't know why blue dart maintaing such a employees or dealers.

                                A delivery boy named mitoon is refusing to deliver my package. Yesterday he gone far away without any responsibility of delivered the package. And send me "attempt to delivery" msg 2 times even his is not at duty. I had to pickup the package from there godown.

                                  Firstly when i contacted bluedart before even processing anything you gave me a charge of rs.850 by road and expected time as 5 days. When i asked if we can reduce the travel time, bluedart confirmed that it can go by air and will reach the destination in 1 or max 2 days and the charge would be rs. 2500 (Which is almost 3 times of that of the road).

                                  In spite of paying this heavy charge, shipment took 4 days to reach and the receiver has left the location and travelled to mumbai. Now i would want bluedart to ship the package to mumbai as they have failed to deliver within their promised date.

                                  Note that i could have chosen an alternate service provider to deliver the same package in the same timeframe for just rs.400! Please let me know how bluedart can fix this!

                                    I went to collect my passport after visa application to bluedart ghaziabad, a fat guy sitting on the counter charged me 500 rupees when it is clearly mentioned that nothing will be charged on pickup, my packet details are abe [protected], kindly look into this matter asap, i selected pickup option and it showed bluedart rajnagar location, the man sitting on the counter charged me 500 rupees for express delivery which was not the case as i myself went for pickup as i opted so. Kindly look into this matter as he denied giving me receipt and told that you will get it on mai.

                                    They sent me shipping details instead of giving me an explanation why I was charged 500 rupees, the man on the counter was rude and was furious that he wants 500, I want an explanation on this as it is clearly mentioned that nothing will be charged on pickup on visa site as I opted for pickup not for delivery, the person also told me that bill will be mailed to you but I didn't receive any bill, 500 rupees would have been charged if he had delivered my shipment at my doorstep not when I personally went to pick it up from ghaziabad, I want explanation and refund from bluedart team not my shipment details

                                      If bluedart is not going to even try to deliver the product then what is the point o[censored]sing their services. The tracking was showing out for delivery at about 8 pm and after that, the delivery person did not even call me and then later on the status was changed to address unlocatable. I also called them and the person at the other end was totally unhelpful and she just told me to visit the office the next day after 11 am. I am really busy and can not visit the office just for picking a headphone. I do not know what to do next.

                                        Pathetic service in Bangalore I must say. 1st time they did not deliver for no reason, they have the mobile number but they don't bother call, I had to go all the way to collect the product from BlueDart office. Now this is 2nd time I am facing the same issue. The courier guys are irresponsible and having rude behaviour. Both the times I have important documents which I need it on urgent basis. Customer care is as useless as these people.

                                        Whom to reach for such concern? Or shall we stop trusting Blue Dart Services?
