I have been waiting for my courier from past two weeks
When i request them to call me up on extension number they refused as they said they only on registered number
But today my delievery again refused as they stated that extension number is missing and they denied deliever
I was waiting for call on my registerd mobile number from since 1 pm to 6pm
Pathetic service

Presently I receive a blue dart order.That is Smart watch.A smart watch is look like a already used.smart watch is not working, I want to return this product.the product amount is 2700.product number is [protected] plz return the amount my account number is [protected].when this amount is added on my account.which date are added.smart watch is not working

Sir in last month i have place a order at paytm and they send my order by blue dart courier services and my order received by karnal blue dart office at the date of 24june after that i waiting for 2 day for their call but no any call and msg they send to me after that i am trying to contact him but they don't pick the call after that today 2th august i am visiting their office and ask him about my courier then he says the dont deliver courier in karnal namastey chowk area and abuse with me they says - hum nhi krte knhi bhi deliver jisko lena hai ynha aakr le hmne kisi ka theka ni le rkhaa aur apko jo krna hai kro so sir please take the necessary step on his misbehaving behavior it's too much sir all staff are m...

My parcel track id [protected], delivery boy called me on 1/8/2018 in the morning 11:30am, and told sir were is your address, i mentioned him everything in detail, he told me that i will be in your area till evening, the address on my parcel also very clearly mentioned, in spite of this, i did not received my parcel, i need the parcel urgently, i am leaving abroad. Your customer care numbers, local office numbers or courier boy numbers not in working or not responding, who is responsible for this act, this is the way your treating your customers. Hi my axis bank packet is delivered to unknown person and i am not getting any concern person contact details to trace out the same.

I was getting sms on delivery intimations but all at sudden i got a message that courier is delivered to self,??? How it is possible???

I was not at the address mentioned on the courier not even my family was there to take delivery.

How irresponsible is blue dart who charge hefty amount from customers and delivered the sensitive couriers to unknown persons.

Need my packet traced out and deliver it to the authorized person only.

I had booked item for delivery through shipper hbn network pvt ltd after paying the amount online. The shipper hired blue dart express for delivery of item. Initially i was given a reminder from shipper that the courier service will deliver on a particular day and message was also received in my mobile. Based on that i tracked the shipment and was horrified to see that shipment could not be delivered as the address was not accessible.I lodged complaint online and spoke to courier service. Then when they finally arrived the packaging was completely torn and beyond comprehension as if it was deliberately tampered with. Very sad service and without any care and compassion.

And the parcel was to be carried by my son to america
To our suprice when checked with blue dart they informed us that the parcel has been delivered even the site also indicates the same

It is a very important consignment and urgently required

The shipment was arrived at blue dart office on 30.07.18, even after more than 2 days passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shippment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service. Even the contact no provided by bluedart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Even the other parcels got delivered by the same courier agency. But in this case they updated the status "out of delivery area".

Dear Bluedart Managing Team,

I ordered three items from limeroad and the first item ( black cotton jeggings ) got delivered on 28th July, 2018 . The delivery boy ( Saurav Sharma Dhak- [protected]) falsely showed the right bottom side of the parcel to me and told that as rs 497 is written two times, so the packet contains two items. I believed his words and gave a total amount of rs 1000 to him . He said he don't have change and left. Later, i found that the packet was containing only one item instad of two.
I called him and told about it and after ignoring my words for multiple times, he said that he will come for checking the receipt. But he didn't turned up since two day's . Today also he told that he will come tomorrow but i am feeling cheated by him and want immediate action by Bluedart Noida Team . I am encoutering this lapse in service for the first time from Bluedart and still hoping for my refund of extra payed amount.

Please assist me in initiation of my fair refund .

The bluedart delivery man misbehaved with us he claimed that he is a a new man he doesnt know the normal atticate of even how to speak with a customer he made me come down my flat whereas deliverys are meant to reach ur products till ur doorstep his name is arun mondal he evn told me that if i wouldnt come down he would have gone & give me my product after 5 days.

On monday i had raised request for re issue of the icici card. They sent it through bluedart.
On wednesday the bluedart courier guy had called me up for the address. Since i cannot ask him to go here and there because guiding the person exactly to my doorsteps would be hectic for him also, so i simply asked him to wait just for 2 minuntes so that some person from my home comes and collect.
For this he showed such a rude behaviour and attitude which i had never expected from bluedart.
I had recieved my couriers from different people however no one was so rude as this bluedart courier guy.

Please teach some manners on how to speak to customers to your guys. Else if this continues then the name of the bluedart would surely fade away leaving no marks in mind of the people.

I have to writing this to inform with great sorrow that your delivery boy is very unresponsive and every time he is denied for my courier delivery at my resident. I dont know his name but i have his contact number [protected]. He told me that he is unable to deliver the courier to my address village Mandkola (Pin Code 121103).Everytime He talking with me rudely and cut the call. I am tracking my courier from 25 july. Your customer care number is always busy and they never pickup any call. I have put many emails to your customer care email address but there is no response.Kindly look in this matter and solve my issue as soon as possible.

Product from paytm mall did not deliver on time. I called your customer care thrice for update, everytime i was told that the product would deliver on the next day, they took my alternate number, my ofgice extension, unit everything still i have not got anything and now the order has been cancelled.
If the executives can't help in these things why you even have customer care helpline. The toll free number is not even toll free.
I need proper reason why the order is cancelled from your side

I am ravi. I received a message from axis bank that a package was sent by them to my office address through blue dart. They informed me that it was sent on 27/07/2018 itself. Iam very much available in my office on all working days between 10.00. Am and 5.45. Pm during office hours. But to my surprise you made the. Impression through your message that the consignee (Myself) was not available to receive the package. I declare that i will be available at my office tnpsc between 10.00 am and 5.45 pm. Expedite the delivery process today itself.

The delivery boy call me to delivery the packet and i was teling him the proper address but the delivery return my packet. I need this cheque book urjently. Kindly solve my problem or i take some legal action against company.
