I am absolutely unhappy about blue dart services. My waybill no. Is [protected] and an important parcel was expected by 25th july 2018. Sms came from blue dart at 1.30 pm saying that the parcel is out for delivery that day. I am a retired person and hence made sure that i will not leave the house till i received the package. At 3.00 pm when i checked the status through tracking, i was surprised to see it mentioning that at 2.00 pm delivery was attempted but door was locked. I was furious, and tried calling customer service. Five times i called and each time after the recorded voice said that i will be connected to a customer service representative, after some 2 minutes of music, the call will disconnect. I have these calls recorded and wish that someone will help me take some legal action on blue dart and sue them for a hefty fine.

Updated by Geeyem1954 Parcel was delivered after I visited their booking office and lodged a complaint. It took more than 4 days for them to deliver a LOCAL consignment.
