I have ordered for an online purchase from isha shoppe coimbatore. The shipment had arrived in kochin on 27.07.2018 and shown shipment out for delivery on 28.07.2018. On 28th i have not reciecved a call from the delivery and shown the status delay caused beyond control. The hub in edappilly and my location is nearly 3 km distance and i dont know what was beyond control.
Anyway on 30th again "out for delivery" i recieved a call from the delivery boy at 6.45 pm where i mentioned him i am not available in the given address as its my office and my working hours are till 05.30 pm. Today again (31.07.2018) till now (@04.05pm) i have not recieved even a call from the delivery boy, and i tried calling the bluedart office number where they are not picking up. Every staff working here are complaining about the same delivery issue of bluedart. I didnt expect such an experience from blue dart.

I have bad experience in blue dart delivery person with mobile number :[protected] claims that he was come to home and not deliver the product. He's so rude and not having patience, i've received many deliveries from bluedart but no one is like this rude delivery person. He argued and used bad language and behaved like a fool. Please consider this and make sure and notice me what you've done for this issue.

I received a call from [protected] (one delivery boy's no of tamluk, west bengal) on 10 days back. He told me to collect my parcel (awb [protected]) from his office. I told him to deliver at my address. Till date i have not received the parcel. I have called that person so many times, but he misbehaved with me and told not to call him again.

I am struggling to receive package with waybill no : [protected]. I was out of town on weekend, the shipment was returned with reason "delivery attempted-premises closed".

As per automated message from bluedart, i selected the slot of 09:00 am to 12:00 pm for 31-jul-2018. But it seems it was still attempted to be delivered 30-jul-2018 13:09. Also i left written message on my door to call/contact me at my cell phone number [protected]. There was no call from delivery person. It seems delivery person is not coming to second floor and returning from ground floor itself. The telephone number [protected] never works.

The current situation of shipment is "undelivered shipment held at location". Please advise where i can collect my shipment. It is very important document.

My shipment number [protected] is being moving around without any notification to me. First time the delivery boy came to deliver, i was out of my residence for a small work and my security guard called me to inform of the delivery, hence i requested the delivery boy to wait for 5 minutes so that i could receive the consignment. The delivery boy was arrogant, adamant and did not wait. The next day he must have come and left with no notification. I did not receive any messages of the delivery on any instance and neither did i receive a call from the delivery boy of arriving to deliver. This is not acceptable at all to me that a delivery boy is pretending to do me a favor by doing his job. I need action on this guy and i need my consignment with no hassles.

This is for your notice that it has been many times that the courier service of blue dart is not delivering the parcel to my address and the details for not delivering the parcel is that the addresss unlocatable/ landmark needed. As it is already written behind biyabani kothi, bareilly, what other details do they need??
I have visited the blue dart office many times just to collect the parcel.
The address of courier service is shop no. 2 & 3, ratandeep complex, chawki chauraha, civil lines, bareilly. Uttar pradesh. Phn no.[protected].

I dont know why blue dart or their co-workers are not delivering my parcel which is very important to me. This parcel is from icici bank and i need it urgently.
I wonder why after confirming the date and delivery time of the parcel via message yesterday you people are not delivering my parcel.
This is my third complaint and you people are just giving me consolation but it seems like their js no benefit of complaining again and again.

Sab no. [protected], not deliver yet.. Bathinda branch landline numbers are dead.. Not able to connect... Any person not call me till date.. My currier in bathinda branch but how can i contact.. My address landmark is near bal bhawan dispensary.. Easy to find every currier person.. But very poor service... I have faced difficulty to call which person.

Dear team, ecxuse me for my attrocities but this monkey calls, tell me he in in my address nearby and i give him my house address. He says he is coming. Now i wait like an #.. Then i get a msg... User was irresponsive. I didnt answer call.
Wtf. I called him, he was like excuse the msg, he has some work he will finish and then deliver the product by 7 pm. I waited. Till 7.30. I called again, he disconnected it.
Btw i am #ing eye sighted. He was to deliver my specs from lens cart. [protected] this is his number. You guys do anything and get this delivered. Mazak hai kya??? We all rely on u guys with so much hope an #.. Ok # it.. Maybe my product was not so important but still what if someone is alcually hoping very important thing to be delivered. Will they do same???

This is satyanarayana mantha reference no. Arn-102892 from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. My consignment no.[protected].

My consignment cover booked on 26/07/18 at chennai from icici pru mutual funds. That parcel has arrived at visakhapatnam on 28/07/18 near about morning at 8.50am. I spoke to ur concern (Dwarakanagar br., visakhapatnam) regarding my parcel. He said that ur parcel is arrived it is going to be delivered by evening. I thought that it may be delivered before 7pm, but very surprised it was not delivered. So, on 29/07/18 morning immediately i rangup ur concern at same branch, he said that ur address was not found because of new guy on field, immediately i have given my
Number and i told him when he reaches my location plz cal me i will guide him. But what happend i don't know 29/07/18 evening again i rangup regarding this parcel.
I am very sorry to say, that dwarakanagar concern not at all bother about my consignment, just he was laughing he said that " at any cost tomorrow ur parcel will be delivered before 2pm.

But he really misguide me, cheated me... Today is sunday. That guys, what he said yesterday... Absolutely fake information... Sunday is holiday.

How can he say tomorrow (On 30/07/18) parcel will be delivered? Who are those working at dwarakanagar branch is very lazy guys and don't have responsibity. Plz don't encourage them.
Please take it as a serious issue... Take immediate action...

My tracking number is [protected]. The package had been dispatched on monday, 23rd july and till date it has not been delivered.
Even after numerous calls to the customer care executive and being promised everyday since thursday, 26th july that it will be delivered by end of day, there has been no delivery made.
I have not recieved any call from any delivery boy till date and i am suprised that other deliveries from myntra, jabong, amazon reach the same address in maximum 2 days to which bluedart has taken more than a week, and the packet still remains undelivered.

Absolutely pathetic service offered by the customer care executives recievig the calls. They have no clue as to what is happening on the field and just make fraud promises.

Please be rest assured that i am going to escalate and take it to the consumer court under consumer redressal act.

Consignment with waybill no. [protected] was supposed to reach here on 27th july as per the information provided by courier office. But today its 29th july and it is yet to arrive. The food content inside would have been spoiled by now. Hence i need full compensation due to negligence of bluedart courier facility. They have just updated the status as - network issue - hence delayed in service, but my all the food items would have been ruined by now. So, i highly recommend them to bear all the cost incurred by me as it is because of their own negligence and my only fault is that i placed this courier request with blue dart which will be taken care of in future.

Waybill no -[protected] status showing delivered, where as it is not delivered.
Please share details whom the delivery was done.

Blue dart courier man has to share details whom he delivered and why he delivered to wrong man.

The courier is from hdfc bank and hence this courier must be traced immediately.

My packet way will [protected] arrived at Dasuya blue dart office on 26 july18. Office bearer not call me a single time he update status consinee address unlockable. After checking on net I call in his office he ask 200 Rs to deliver my packet if not paid he will return my packet. 3 days passed still he not deliver my packet. Address are perfect

Dear sir i am prasenjit das choudhury from karimganj assam. One of my parcel has came to karimganj with your courier service but duty to office problem of your delivery centre my parcel does not came to me. I have came to your oarcel offce bt they told that they dont when will be the parcel deluveted to me. My parcel number is EV[protected].

I shipped birthday gift to my husband on july 25 and expected delivery date was july 27. Blue dart raipur office was not able to deliver the parcel even on july 28th which was also the birthday day of my husband... Its horrible to use blue dart courier service... Full day on july 28 i followed up with customer care service to get it any how delivered on july 28... But i shud say they are hopeless people... Pls resolve the issue

My bluedart tracking for shipment dispatched on 26th july 2018 is [protected].

My dad is hospitalised and there is nobody at home however, when i track the status it says the shipment was delivered to a random name suma

How can it be delivered if no body is at a home

I tried to call bluedart also. However there customer service is pathetic and they don't answer calls even though they have a toll free number.
