My waybill number is [protected]I need to change the delivery address. Because i relocated from that delivery address. But i need that package. I cant able to come there and picked it up. My shipment was suppose to be delivered on aug 03, 2018 at my home address with my phone no mentioned on it. Since it is a bank related document, there is no chance of wrong address info. On the day of delivery, the tracking details was showing as 'out for delivery' but after sometime it got changed to 'c'nee shifted from the given address'. How is it even possible??? They never tried to contact me also. I never expected such a shameful service from blue dart atleast.

I bought eyeglasses from coolwinks which they sent me through blue dart express on 30/07/2018. Expected delivery date was 01/08/2018. Coolwinks is situated at gurugram and delivery address also in gurugram. I waited for call or delivery boy till 6:00 pm as expected delivery day. They didn't deliver it nor i got any call from blue dart. Surprised thing was that they updated on their website that consignee was not available. I talked to their customer service and mail them. The next day same process repeated. I got a msg on 6:07 pm that your shipment will attempt in next 30 minutes. I waited for next 30 minute as my office leaving timing is 6:00 pm. I call back that number from which i got a msg and unhearable voice call of 25 second. I call back that number at least 50 times but it was rejecting my call. Next day i talked to their customer service. But still i not got my shipment.

Way bill no. [protected] dated 02.08.2018 not delivered till today i. E. 04.08.2018. No message for late delivery and after several calls customer care that article will be delivered on monday 06.08.2018, why?

Today i had my sbi card delivery. I have been slotted timing after 6pm.. But the delivery person called me at 4pm. I told him i have been slotted after 6pm it's 4pm only.. He replied today saturday i can't wait.. I ask him to come after 6pm. But he refused and he argued with me. I told him that i complaint. He told do what u can do.. Very arrogant.. He is talking like commander.. Take your card today or monday.. This is the worst attitude person

I'm resident of bangalore india. Consignment number [protected] was to be delivered today afternoon. I called your customer care at 1534 hours to know the status and to know about the time of delivery. To my surprise i received a message that delivery was attempted at 1547 hours and the premises was closed. This is totally false. Since morning i and my family are at home. It's requested to take action against your delivery staff for non delivery of the article and also for his false report which is highly condemning.

Customer has been already mentioned delivery address on the parcel. Then, why you supposed to deliver at our ahmedabad office address.

We need your clarification on priority basis.

I got a call from a guy from hdfc bank that my shipment has been dispatched on 28th july 2018.
I am still waiting for my hdfc bank credit card to deliver it to me.

Looks like no body care to call me once it reached to bangalore.

Still it is at their warehouse in international tech park.

My hdfc uses this pathetic courier, the delivery doesn't even bother to call me and just sets the status as address not locatable, this is the third time i'm facing the isse

When i call customer care they'll talk like it is my mistake if the delivery guy can't find the address (I doubt this, he may have just put the status to escape the job). When i ask the customer care to contact me with the delivery guy to know the estimated delivery time, they say it's not possible! Then what f ing job do they have to do over there? What the hell should i do now?

I applied pan card of many customers and my pan card also... Is dispatched by blue dart but this curior owner in mehkar dist buldana pin 443301
Is not delivered it... He is returned this pan card and not informed to customer as well as.. He not informed about collect from her office...

My order no. Is 27766. I called 2 times the customer care of blue dart & provided them my contact number & landmark also but on daily basis they say that they don't have my landmark. What pathetic & disaster service they are providing don't know. I think they don't understand english & hindi. If you people don't want to delivered the order so just let us know & stop your courier service, otherwise traine your delivery people to do their job properly.

My consignment (No. [protected]) is pending for delivery from 26th july.

At first i get a call to collect my consignment. However, i was not there at that address on that date. After that the person disconnected the call and not received when i was calling him later.

Now from last 10 days the status is appearing as "undelivered shipment held at location".

Please look into the matter. This kind of negligence is not expected from such a big company. And this is not the first time, i am seeing such negligence on your part from last 3 times. Please deliver my consignment as soon as possible.

The delivery service at pune market yard branch says he can’t deliver my parcel after 4 pm. Though the company asks me schedule delivery between 9am and 6:30 pm. The response from customer care and the market yard office personal is “no i can’t deliver at 4:30pm” and shuts the phone off. When i call him again, he says he can’t deliver at 4 30pm with no explanation and in turn asks me to collect it from his office. Such an unprofessional and rude behaviour. If you can’t oblige to scheduled delivery than please do not keep sending messages to schedule delivery.

My shipment with awb [protected] arrived at mathura bluedart office on 30/7/2018, since then and till today, the online status reads "out for delivery".
This is not first time with me.
This office is always so irresponsible.
Many of my shipments had been delayed and i had to take the delivery by myself at their office.
The office always try to neglect home delivery in mathura by feeding wrong cause of non-delivery.
I request the regional manager to change the mathura office bearer as soon as possible.

I have been waiting for my courier from past two weeks
When i request them to call me up on extension number they refused as they said they only on registered number
But today my delievery again refused as they stated that extension number is missing and they denied deliever
I was waiting for call on my registerd mobile number from since 1 pm to 6pm
Pathetic service

Presently I receive a blue dart order.That is Smart watch.A smart watch is look like a already used.smart watch is not working, I want to return this product.the product amount is 2700.product number is [protected] plz return the amount my account number is [protected].when this amount is added on my account.which date are added.smart watch is not working
