I was to receive my order (no [protected]) from the British Council on the 6th of may. It was undelivered due to vacant premises. I wish to reschedule the delivery to 14/08/18. I cannot get through to customer care despite calling multiple times. Is it possible for someone to contact me from your side or kindly provide an alternative number to call?

Hi there,
I was supposed to get ielts TRF on aug 16th and the ielts concerned people said they have handed over the certificates to the blue dart courier service. Its been more than 16 days. Please get the certificate as the admissions in canada are closing down.

    But the address is correct as consignments from indian post and other courier services are delivered regularly here without any hassle. So i request you to deliver my consignment in the address scribbled in the consignment which is correct and complete. Contact no. [protected].

      I have applied for a sbi credit card since last month and my card is courier through blue dart and unexpectedly i go to another place from the current address but my colleagues are lives there but the did not understand the situation and i called many times to courier boy but he did not respond to my query. and the card is send back to bank for rejection. so please do the perfect courier boy to replace in guntur region thank you sir.

        Hi,

        Myself arun. My debit card should be delivered to my home address by blue dart, but the delivery guy called me and informing that he cant deliver to my address as it is time taking for him to trace out the address.

        I cant understand, why that guy is finding the excuses to deliver. He did not even try to find and deliver to my address. I clearly said him the landmarks.

            My awb no.[protected] is not delivered on my address.first time call by blue dart office man and said to collect my parcel at office of blue dart.second time they update on line that address not complete.then 1st time online updated that costumer not on address.two time they update wrong in blue dart website.delivery man said that pin code 364280 is not serviceble for delivery.so they forse to take my parcel at office

              Dear team,
              This is to complaint that your company is not doing the job properly they update status wrong for shipment when the shipment is not delivered and this is not the first time the same issue has happened more than 4 - 5 times .
              Your company is known for the work but if you does not do work properly then I think there is issue with the services with your company.
              There are some matters where the shipment is in damaged condition.
              Kindly look into the matter else we have already raised the issue with our corporate office to stop your service.
              Please find POD Number for an example and attached status of them in POD [protected] once the status was updated as delivered then technical error then the shipment was delivered.Please find attached instances.

                Hi bluedart,

                I am not able contact the courier person. He is not recieving calls at all.
                It is hyderabad balanagar blue dart courier office.
                My shipment details are awb[protected]

                This courier related to my credit card

                Reached to this branch almost 5 days back

                Courier guy said address need to change.
                Address also updated from bank.

                But courier guy is not responding after that update

                I told address has been changed to another address but still he was not so oblige he started talk in a harsh manner, I told it's credit card. I don't again where it will go he is not cooperating. His number is +[protected]
                Courier is not delivered, When i approach customer care they told me that, it will be delivered today but I didn't received. Finally they have updated like, location is not available.

                my packet no is [protected]. on 27/07/2018 i got a call from courier boy that time i was not available at home so i told him please come after 6:30 to 7:00 pm that time he told me to this is not possible and also he misbehave with me so i humble request to you please provide my courier on time.

                  I have received a courier from axis bank. The courier by came to my current address. My wife gave my adhaar xeroxcopy to him. He asked my original copy. While searching for aadhar he was behaved with my wife badly. I call him couple of times. But there is response from him.
                  Kindly take an action on him immediately. R else i will go to consumer court on your services.

                  Delivered i7S TWS Wireless headphone is not working. One stick is not charing and turning on. Its quite disappointing to see the quality of product on the cost I have paid.

                        My shipment was suppose to be delivered on aug 03, 2018 at my home address with my phone no mentioned on it. Since it is a bank related document, there is no chance of wrong address info. On the day of delivery, the tracking details was showing as 'out for delivery' but after sometime it got changed to 'c'nee shifted from the given address'. How is it even possible??? They never tried to contact me also. I never expected such a shameful service from blue dart atleast.

                              I bought eyeglasses from coolwinks which they sent me through blue dart express on 30/07/2018. Expected delivery date was 01/08/2018. Coolwinks is situated at gurugram and delivery address also in gurugram. I waited for call or delivery boy till 6:00 pm as expected delivery day. They didn't deliver it nor i got any call from blue dart. Surprised thing was that they updated on their website that consignee was not available. I talked to their customer service and mail them. The next day same process repeated. I got a msg on 6:07 pm that your shipment will attempt in next 30 minutes. I waited for next 30 minute as my office leaving timing is 6:00 pm. I call back that number from which i got a msg and unhearable voice call of 25 second. I call back that number at least 50 times but it was rejecting my call. Next day i talked to their customer service. But still i not got my shipment.

                              I also want to add the complaint against coolwinks also. This is the site from where I have purchased these eye glasses. I continuously talking to their customer support regarding this but they are also unresponsive.they told me at last they will cancel the order and refund money within 30 days. But what about my wastage of time. I ordered on 21st July. They will hold my money of RS. 1747 for above one month. I think they hold a lot of money of customers and earn interest and after some time they cancel the order

                                  Today i had my sbi card delivery. I have been slotted timing after 6pm.. But the delivery person called me at 4pm. I told him i have been slotted after 6pm it's 4pm only.. He replied today saturday i can't wait.. I ask him to come after 6pm. But he refused and he argued with me. I told him that i complaint. He told do what u can do.. Very arrogant.. He is talking like commander.. Take your card today or monday.. This is the worst attitude person

                                    I'm resident of bangalore india. Consignment number [protected] was to be delivered today afternoon. I called your customer care at 1534 hours to know the status and to know about the time of delivery. To my surprise i received a message that delivery was attempted at 1547 hours and the premises was closed. This is totally false. Since morning i and my family are at home. It's requested to take action against your delivery staff for non delivery of the article and also for his false report which is highly condemning.
