I am aziz khan from kakinada i have about to receive my parcel from blue dart...but the services of blue dart is worthless and very poor i am complain about those who responsible for not delivered the item...instead of delivery the item they shouted me...harassed me kindly take an action against those who responsible...

AWB#[protected] was couled not deliverd in first attemptW I was not called on my mobile mensioned on my assingement in second attempt i got call but in very bad manner by your delivery executive (MOBILE [protected]), his behaves very bad and scolding me that next time he will ring bell once and dont call ang go.
I will raise this matter with my bank and ask the bank if blue dart standerd is such, then please dont send any document by...

this is my AWB no [protected]..as shown your system the shipment is deleverd on 30th june..but as per mine the knowledge i have not recevied any shipment..so can your system show as delevered...is this your service????? how can i judge???? are you bluedart or Local courier service...kindly answer..

I have book mi phone on 4th, July 2018.but not delivere still date and deleryboy saying more parsal in this area.and last moment mr. Milan khatri (manager) all boys are busy in others parsal you want your parsal we are delivered on Monday 9th July 2018.

My package has the AWB # [protected]. I was supposed to get this delivered by today. The delivery person did not visit the home. He just called once and did not come at all. Why? Also he has updated that we have shifted our residence. It is sheer false and nonsense statement or update.We are living in the same address given and just because of his laziness or irresponsible act we did not get the parcel. Can you arrange it to be deliver again....

Bluedart has this habit of putting incorrect status.

The Bluedart person called me on my phone.
As I was in a meeting, I could not pick up the call.
I later called the person. He said, there is no courier in my name.
Later I checked the status using AWB and it is mentioned that premised closed, where as my family was very much at home at that time.

I have already complained to the shipping...

All Time Same Problem Address Not Traceable, Its So Embarrassing For Bluedart Improve Your Service As Soon As Possible. My Office Is An Prime Location In Lucknow Aashiana But The Delivery Boy Was Not Find It And Mention The Status Address Not Traceable. All the Staff Is Unprofessional And Their Is No Manner To Talk With Customers.

I am susanth prasad from Port Blair, it is the complaint against the service of bluedart junglighat Port Blair, I had ordered few items from Amazon and online shopping few items was delivered by bluedart but not in the given address I picked it from their office i.e. 10km away from my home, they always call and tell to pick it from their office or they will wait for three days and send it back, is this the way? No other courier service did...

This is regarding the Shipment from HSBC

AWB#[protected]. It came twice to get delivered and twice without any information and any calls I got message that the parcel is undelivered.
It's a bank parcel.Can you please explain why I am not being called by the delivery boy when they are coming at my working hours.
Can you please arrange a call back from blue dart and resolve this asap.

I have ordered my product on paytm on 25 June 18 and bluedart has received my shipment on 27 June 18 but today is 06 June 18 but yet i have not received my order .i have order the product because I wanted to gift it to my cousin on his birthday but delaying in delivery spoiled my all planning.i called the bluedart customer care on 05 June and they informed me that my order has been cancelled but I have not cancelled the order and paytm mall...

this is second time they are not delivering my items by giving fake tracking status and reasons.when i called them they told me they can't deliver i would have to come .last time also they dis same and now again.
all other courier companies have deliverd many items to my address without and problem and blue dart again did this..they updated out of delivery area...

Its very surprising to see that well known reputed organization like BLUE DART will do these kind of cheap tricks.

Without attempting delivery of Consignment they have updated status as Address Shifted, we are staying in the same address last 5 years.

After seeing update in the Blue Dart website, I called customer care and informed same that we are very much operating from the Same address and told them to deliver...

My pan card was expected to be delivered by 21 june, 2018 by your courier service but unfortunately it is not delivered yet. My tracking no. Is [protected]. I queried about it at your rewa branch but they said that they haven't received this consignment because it was lost during shipment. I request you to search my document and make it available to me or inform the sender by which they can make a copy and send it to me. Thankyou....

I have called on 3rd july morning 11.30am at blue dart sholapur, murarji perhaps branch, and the concerned representative confirmed that they have received my pan card and the same will be despatched on same day.. However it's almost 5 days of below email confirmation from pan india, still i haven't received my pan card by blue dart courier..

This is with ref to subject my new credit card from icici bank has reached at your jodhpur office on 27/6/18 but till date the same is not delivered at my residential address mentioned on envelope. I already made number of requests to your executive as well as to your branch manager mr sabir khan at basni area office but all are in vain and they are rigid at their end. I am expecting my package from Blue Dart TRK# [protected] at my register residential address but it was not delivered to me and it was re-rout to Seepz Andheri address (I don't know why it went there) also no one from Blue Dart contact me. I already emailed them my Phone no but no reply, then I called Blue Dart customer service but the person who spoke with me roudly it was worst customer service not expected from Blue Dart....

Even for a 10 rupees product delivery, now a days we are getting the delivery persons contact number, but for the bank valuables we are not getting any information other then this tracking system from your end. And the worst case is for getting this product we have to sit back in home for the whole day because you are not giving proper time commitment also. I have to loose my one day salary, time, other commitments for your delivery.
