My way bill no. Is [protected] (Blue dart) and this order shipped at karnal on dated 25/7/18 and my shipment address is also in karnal. But today it is 27/7/18 and it is not received till date and i telephone call to blue dart office karnal and a person asked me please come to my office and receive your order if you need.

Now sir please tell me blue dart one of the most exploring courier service whole over india and i am very shameful to hear this type of answer from your office please solve my problem and my order is very urgent please help me sir.

My parcel has not been delivered and wrongfully updated the status as "consignee not available".
I kept waiting, but neither the delivery man came, nor did he called atleast once if he couldn't find the address.
It is not the first time, bluedart has done this
Why this thing only happens with bluedart and not any other courier company? Pathetic services.

Recently ordered an mi vr from mi store. And every thing was going fine, the product was dispatched, received at our zonal office but till now no phone calls regarding order. Contacting your office, near my location was a total waste of time no response at all. Now i received a message as "the order was cancelled for you". How can an order be cancelled without my intention or permission.

Same happed with the last one. Few days back same product, but the first time i accidently inserted an extra zip code which was not at the same location. But the person called and spoke about the change of zip code and agreed to deliver the product at the same requested location till now not reached called multiple times but the number is switched off.

I have attached the details, please do the needful as soon as possible.

Yesterday I had complained about how Blue Dart without visiting my residence mentioned that 'Door Locked' in their Tracking report. Today again the same thing happened. In the Tracking message, they mentioned non-delivery because of door locked. I took a determination that I will take this up seriously, and made a visit to their Chennai Sterling Road office which was the nearest one to my residence. And in the Tracking message also this branch was mentioned as the one that attempted the delivery. The man at the counter was polite when I explained that I was 24x7 available at my residence for over 3 days waiting for the parcel while the Tracking report mentions Door Locked as the reason for non delivery. In front of me he called up the Valluvar Kottam, Chennai office and said it will be delivered between 7 and 9 pm. Later when the delivery man came to handover the parcel, he didn't even take my signature for the parcel. I am sure that Blue Dart anticipated problems from my side and hence must have made some forged entries to show that the parcel was delivered on time. The delivery man was also arrogant saying, "please do lodge a complaint. I don't know why it was mentioned Door Locked. I was asked to deliver it only now"

This is vinodkumar. I applied for a credit card few days before. On tracking the delivery status, it says the applied credit card got dispatched on 21/07/2018 and i received 'out for delivery' notification on 25/07/2018 but still i didn't receive my credit card. I tried contactimg you many times but there is no response from your side. Kindly have a look over it to get my problem solved.

your delivery boy call me yesterday evening 5.00 pm for receive shipment. they first asked me shipment address root. when am tell location they tell me am go to paschim sharira you come and receive shipment but am not reach this location. when am tell delivery boy you deliver shipment mention location then they tell me "my boss tell me or desired location is paschim sharira". am not go to shipment address.

why your origination take shipment delivery order. if you not deliver any shipment his mention location.

please give me resolution and all confirmation. and verify all detail. why your delivery boy mention "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed" . am give your delivery boy all proper root for shipment address.
please resolve my query.

My blue dart waybill no is [protected]. Pick sehedule on 25/7/2018. But none yet to pick up my shipment till now, although 48 hours past. Its urgent for me please look into my issue and Solve it. I contact customer care number seberal time put unbale to talk with them. Also i mailed them but can' t get any answer of my issue properly. Blue dart service being bad at the time.

Blue dart agent not came to my home or no call received to collect the goods. But closed the shipment no# [protected] as premises closed. Very worst service and i was in home from morning to till time. But that fraud delivery person is making us fool. It is important to me and morning i have to go to bank. So i need the delivery by today itself. Please help to get delivered by today.

On monday dated 24-july shipment with id [protected] had delivered at home address and this is not mine.in address it is clearly showing that it was not in my name n adresss but still guy from bludart had delivered at my home. Shipment contain total 8 box and i am finding very difficult to accommodate this boxes.
I had also called on bludart complaint no several time, and they told to get it back but still no one has come. Kindly take it back till tomorrow or else i will not responsible for the same.

I got courier from amazon but bluedart didnot gave to me that courier if i was calling to that courier person he is not lifting my calls and his name is bajpai his number is [protected] this is the worst service dont give to this bluedart, he didnot gave any way bill no, without knowing any information he is not lifting the call from me is this good?

Yesterday on 25-july-2018, the courier boy called me arond 01:00 pm and asked me about the exact location and office address and confirmed me that he will rech here by 3:00 pm. But at the day end around 6:00 pm i checked the delivery status of the parcel and found that they mentioned that address incorrect.

I want to know what was the cause that courier boy didnt come and changed the delivery status as failed as incorrect address.

Dear mam, i have applied for pan card from 1 month but until i have not received pan card details regarding my pan card are:pan alloted to you is eprpp0334c. Pan card will be nsdlpan [protected] it was despatched from 12 to 15 days but i can't still receive it

Dear sir.. I apply for sbi credit card and it will be delivered by blue dart corrier on 26july. But today morning i reivead a message from sbi that my card is deliveraed 25 july at 3 pm and recived by me. But that time i was in office and no body at my home. And online tracking portal of blue dart showing that shipment delivared on 25 july at 3 pm. How it is possible.. And no any call come from blue dart me regarding shipment delivary. It is very big fault of your corrier services. Plese look into this matter my shipment detail is given below.

My order from the the body shop was scheduled to be delivered by 24th of july 2018. The delivery person was at my residence but i was in office. I offered him to choice to leave the package at my doorstep to which he refused since someone had to sign. Then i asked him to come at around 7:30-8pm (Bluedart mentions delivery from 9am to 9pm) to which he blatantly refused and spoke extremely rudely. I need the package immediately and im unable to contact them.

Complain regarding the shipment of way bill no [protected]. Without visiting or contacting me, the delivery person updated the shipment status as "no such consignee at the given address". I am really sorry to say their employee are not good enough to deliver. Their employees are not responsible regarding delivery. They are saying that they can't find the address. Whereas i am using amazon, flipkart and there was no problem regarding delivery of products.

I received an icici bank credit card on 4th july after registering a complaint (Id: 2004169). Unfortunately i have lost my card and applied to reissue the same card. Now blue dart has started the same drama. Please find the attached screenshots of two waybill number.

I buy a product (Weight approx 50kg) on amazon online. Amazone send my product via bluedart express bearing way bill no [protected]. During the time of delivery delivery boy demanding money. When my family refuse to pay the money, he put the heavy weighted parcel out side of home (On the road) and misbehave with my family and went away by telling dekhlenge.
