This complaint is in continuation to my earlier complaint reported in the start of the same month. 2ns shipment from the same biller have been delayed for more then 2 days as well & has been delivered after escalation to Bluedart customer care. The shipment was lying at the office for 2days without any reason

    My orders product is not working properly... Speakers are not connecting to bluetooth.. Plz refund my amount back... I will order another product... Charging pin is also not connecting... I expected more from your service but cusomer service is also not good... Iwish to refund my amount back... No quality at all... But some items are gud.. Iwill order another products...

      I order for 4 combo top office work zip shirts rs 1099 but received different product.

      All the shirts are different colours from my choice and very bad quality.
      I want to return this product and refund my money.
      The contact numbero shown on the product pack is not answer.
      I order from facebook ad.
      So dont know that how return this product and apply for refund.
      Please help me.

        Blue dart person didn't called to the number which is there in the package and delivered to some other person. customer care is not valid and not working most of the times. worst service not getting why government is supporting it? I faced many bad times with blue dart. Atleast it's there responsibility to call the person and hand it over the package.

          Hi team,
          As my courier was delivered on 27th may 2018 in pune and the agent has sent a text message from others mobile number that collect your courier, so after that i have called him 7 to 8 times that i am reaching at your place to pick up the courier as i was going on leave from next day but his behavior was so wrong he just shouted and said "i cant deliver, i am going now come on monday". Is this the way you help us to get things on time.
          The agent name was moulana as you can find it from date 27th may 2018 he was sitting at infosys phase 2 sdb -2 icici bank delivery boy, the num, ber he has provided was - [protected].

          I want strict action against him. Please free to reach me for further queries.

            I want return the item which is totally different from the actual one. Order id [protected]. I have order a saree with the price of 637 including shipping charge. But when i got the item i m shocking it was totally different in color designed pattern, cloth. I dint know where is the fault. But i want now return the product and i want my money back as soon as possible. Plz

              The delivery man called me once and i don't know why he don't talked after a couple of seconds he disconnected the call, after some time i received a message that (Missed You: Dear Customer, we attempted delivery of your Loan Welcome Kit for Account XXXXXX via Blue Dart Courier, AWB [protected] on 27-JUL-18. For details, please call our Customer Care.)
              Since i received this message i have called the delivery man more than 20 times but he is disconnecting my call every time and I'm unable to contact the customer care no. because its too busy

              As i complained yesterday about the parcel which was dismissed without contacting me either by a call or by visiting my home.
              This same issue is repeated today also.
              The delivery man without contacting me dismissed my parcel.
              Sir/mam its a request that this parcel is very important to me and i need it. So please make sure that your co-workers are working correctly due to their lack of working some people are facing so many problems.
              I request you to handover my parcel to me anyhow because its urgent

                Such a pathetic customer service this company has. They misplace the shipment and provide wrong contact details. Even after contacting them they disconnect the call or keep you on hold. Worst courier service.
                The awb number is [protected]. The delivery location is rourkela.
                The delivery person didn't even contact me and updated that location not traceable. I have been calling at their contact number innumerable times but in vain. These people don't even respond.

                  Blue dart delivery team did not even tried to delivery my IELTS result on waybill no [protected]. They mentioned that Consignee's Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed in the status and held the packet at Moradabad Location. However an earlier packet [protected] with same address and source from British council was delivered. BC is not even providing a duplicate copy of the same. It is a very important document for me. I am going to ask to British council to deal with blue dart and review their partnership with them.
                  My Mobile no is already mentioned in address and they did not even tried to contact me. Customer care team is giving me the vague answers.

                  Such a Pathetic service.

                        Consignment No. [protected], envelope sent from ICICI Bank reached Coimbatore on 23.07.18 not yet delivered to the addressee. Mentioning wrong reasons in the tracking site, person always available at house.
                        Please arrange delivery of the consignment urgently. My name is Rajagopalan with contact number[protected]. Contacted your customer care on 26.07.18 and 27.07.18 but issue not resolved. Address is very clear and phone number also given to the constomer complaint to clear any doubt in identification of the location. It is in Corporation Limit only. Please help.

                          My way bill no. Is [protected] (Blue dart) and this order shipped at karnal on dated 25/7/18 and my shipment address is also in karnal. But today it is 27/7/18 and it is not received till date and i telephone call to blue dart office karnal and a person asked me please come to my office and receive your order if you need.

                          Now sir please tell me blue dart one of the most exploring courier service whole over india and i am very shameful to hear this type of answer from your office please solve my problem and my order is very urgent please help me sir.

                            My parcel has not been delivered and wrongfully updated the status as "consignee not available".
                            I kept waiting, but neither the delivery man came, nor did he called atleast once if he couldn't find the address.
                            It is not the first time, bluedart has done this
                            Why this thing only happens with bluedart and not any other courier company? Pathetic services.

                              Hi,
                              Recently ordered an mi vr from mi store. And every thing was going fine, the product was dispatched, received at our zonal office but till now no phone calls regarding order. Contacting your office, near my location was a total waste of time no response at all. Now i received a message as "the order was cancelled for you". How can an order be cancelled without my intention or permission.

                              Same happed with the last one. Few days back same product, but the first time i accidently inserted an extra zip code which was not at the same location. But the person called and spoke about the change of zip code and agreed to deliver the product at the same requested location till now not reached called multiple times but the number is switched off.

                              I have attached the details, please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              I have paid cash of rupees:1299/-

                                Yesterday I had complained about how Blue Dart without visiting my residence mentioned that 'Door Locked' in their Tracking report. Today again the same thing happened. In the Tracking message, they mentioned non-delivery because of door locked. I took a determination that I will take this up seriously, and made a visit to their Chennai Sterling Road office which was the nearest one to my residence. And in the Tracking message also this branch was mentioned as the one that attempted the delivery. The man at the counter was polite when I explained that I was 24x7 available at my residence for over 3 days waiting for the parcel while the Tracking report mentions Door Locked as the reason for non delivery. In front of me he called up the Valluvar Kottam, Chennai office and said it will be delivered between 7 and 9 pm. Later when the delivery man came to handover the parcel, he didn't even take my signature for the parcel. I am sure that Blue Dart anticipated problems from my side and hence must have made some forged entries to show that the parcel was delivered on time. The delivery man was also arrogant saying, "please do lodge a complaint. I don't know why it was mentioned Door Locked. I was asked to deliver it only now"

                                  This is vinodkumar. I applied for a credit card few days before. On tracking the delivery status, it says the applied credit card got dispatched on 21/07/2018 and i received 'out for delivery' notification on 25/07/2018 but still i didn't receive my credit card. I tried contactimg you many times but there is no response from your side. Kindly have a look over it to get my problem solved.

                                      your delivery boy call me yesterday evening 5.00 pm for receive shipment. they first asked me shipment address root. when am tell location they tell me am go to paschim sharira you come and receive shipment but am not reach this location. when am tell delivery boy you deliver shipment mention location then they tell me "my boss tell me or desired location is paschim sharira". am not go to shipment address.

                                      why your origination take shipment delivery order. if you not deliver any shipment his mention location.

                                      please give me resolution and all confirmation. and verify all detail. why your delivery boy mention "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed" . am give your delivery boy all proper root for shipment address.

                                        My blue dart waybill no is [protected]. Pick sehedule on 25/7/2018. But none yet to pick up my shipment till now, although 48 hours past. Its urgent for me please look into my issue and Solve it. I contact customer care number seberal time put unbale to talk with them. Also i mailed them but can' t get any answer of my issue properly. Blue dart service being bad at the time.
