Waybill [protected]

The parcel was supposed to delivered on 24-jul-2018. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

The delivery boy called me up at 1.4pm for my amazon order i could not pick up d call i called back at 1.16pm but his phone was busy more than 1hour. Then when it rang he did not pick up my phone till now at 3.35pm after ringing his phone for more than 10 times. He generated report that consignee has given bde hal address. I am absolutely unhappy about blue dart services. My waybill no. Is [protected] and an important parcel was expected by 25th july 2018. Sms came from blue dart at 1.30 pm saying that the parcel is out for delivery that day. I am a retired person and hence made sure that i will not leave the house till i received the package. At 3.00 pm when i checked the status through tracking, i was surprised to see it mentioning that at 2.00 pm delivery was attempted but door was locked. I was furious, and tried calling customer service. Five times i called and each time after the recorded voice said that i will be connected to a customer service representative, after some 2 minutes of music, the call will disconnect. I have these calls recorded and wish that someone will help me take some legal action on blue dart and sue them for a hefty fine.

Updated by Geeyem1954 Parcel was delivered after I visited their booking office and lodged a complaint. It took more than 4 days for them to deliver a LOCAL consignment.

It is 200% wrong. The delivery boy not came to my home and simply making wrong comments.
My house is opened and i am present.
Like this delivery boys your blue dart name will spoil. And i will tell the facts happened to me to my all near and dear.
This will reduce the reputation of your company.

But the courier fellow yet not delivered due to the chilly reason of location not avail & pin code not avail.
Am i ask you one thing. My mobile number printed on the courier. Then why not doesn't called me. Are they sleeping? Or deliver to my home. Till nothing done. Why they doing like this. I suggest to banks, please do not give this courier service to blue dart courier.

Not at al l expected fro. This kind of service from blue dart.

Irresponsible # service.

Complain against deep das, extremely rude called me thrice regarding the delivery of my cheque book with all wrong information. He called me that am calling from blue dart regarding your cheque book delivery. My all address proof belong to that address which is mentioned in the cheque book. But, i was in office at that time and father went to another flat in same campus by hanging a board any courier will get delivered, please deliver it in that address. The courier has denied his duty and deliver it to mumbai with wrong information. Am staff of the bank the cheque book belongs too. I mentioned that. Incident took place on 24 th aug 2018

Hai all this is my 2nd worst to worsest experience from blue dart from past few days my delivery is pending reason primises office/residency is closed.
And I just keep calm and was waiting.
The worst thing is today 24/July I'm in home and I was checking status of my delivery in blue dart web around 9:55pm.
The status was updated the primises is closed. What the hell.??? Very poor hell.

But now they are giving the reason that the area is out of delivery services.. They cost too much but very bad service. Am really disappointed with this service.. Instead of delivery a goods on mentioned address, he called and continuously ask for handover the courier to security main gate.
And reason - due to big vehicle he is not able to delivery the goods on mentioned address

Either blue dart responsible manager /team has to ensure that one person should carry one certain amount of goods which they can delivered.
Or

Kindly educate your courier boy to complete the duty on time

The incident happened two times where courier company send my my consignment by saying incorrect address.

Today when we visited the center bachupally in hydrebad and then they said our delivary boy is new.

The address was same both the time and its correct address. Many other courier and things come on the same address.

Awb no -[protected], we personally visited when we tracked daily

Previous awb [protected], [protected], which got return mentioned incorrect address.

I tried 12 times to reach the customer service to update the address as in my tracking status it shows landmark not provided gence incomplete delivery.

I need help with this otherwise the courier will be shipped back and i will be out of state for couple of weeks. I need the courier urgently is there any way to contact to bluedart representatives and help to update the address

One of the most pathetic courier service. I have scheduled my courier delivery time after 2pm but courier boy came before 10:30am.. after that they returned my courier to hdfc team.. No call from delivery boy that I am available or not?...

Worse service ever.

This is to inform that this courier service is worst among all, despite written at the side of my courier "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" the service boy folded it critically and damaging my document at its peak, Bluedart should keep atleast this thing in their pockets; not to temper with documents of others. Disgusting!

For the past 10 days haven't received my courier inspite of it being in mumbai only. Am calling them twice each day and they confirm it will be delivered today but 10 days have passed and no action taken.

No sense of responsibility and to add to it they have the audacity to tell me, its not delivered what can i do. There is load and it will take time.

Never seen worst service then this..

He did not attempt second delivery, when i reached him on his mobile, he straight away denied that there will be only one attempt per day. So, how will i collect my courier. I left my house @ 10:45 but when i checked the blue dart website with my waybill no. It showed that delivery was attempted @ 10:30 and the premises was closed which is not at all possible as i left @ 10:45 waiting for the parcel to be received.

My parcel was to be delivered on 20.07.2018 but not delivered yet. I have given my office address but the delivery boy always come in lunch or after office hours.
I also choose the time slot of 9am to 1pm for delivery but that is also not followed. It is a urgent parcel for me and really need it on time.

Even the delivery boy is not picking up my phone. His phone number is [protected]. Kindly resolve my problem and want it to be resolved by today. My office timing is 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with lunch between 1- 2 pm.
