Sir,
Not at all happy with the service of Blue Dart. I had specifically requested before 3 days the delivery time, yet they did not deliver the very important courier within time.
Further the executives were not at all cooperative and rude. Missed very important courier.
Also helpline number is not working / busy

I presume this amounts to deficiency in service. No one to help

Shipment no [protected] with regards to the shipment delivery boys don't deliver nor call us. This is the third time parcel is sent by the sender. My address is correct and all other courier and post i receive except blue Dart. Always your delivery boys write address is wrong or not found.
This is not expected from a company like yours.

The Pincode is absolutely correct and I have received more than 5 couriers at the same address details.

I need you to deliver the courier by EOD today

Every shipment with bluedart has to have an issue and that too unwanted/unexpected/false.
5th bad experience with bluedart

The Delivery guys working for such a reputed company needs basic training in how to talk to people who are not that literate for not everyone in the house who would be collecting the Delivery will be literate enough to understand everything in one say.

If your Delivery guys do not have the basic etiquette then that could result in unwanted altercation which is not good for anyone.

I would be raising the Issue with my bank who are using blue dart to courier their packages to customers.

I would like to bring your attention towards the pathetic service of blue dart courier Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Every time I have to visit their office to tell them about my courier. They don’t even call a customer to ask the address and location, they simply put those courier in reject list. If I call them at their office they don’t even receive it. It’s a harassment of customer. It happened thrice with me. I request you to please take some necessary action against Jodhpur blue dart courier services.

Three days ago i ordered a set of 5 shirts, today I received that parcel at my home, but the quality of the product is not the same as i expected, im not happy with the quality and the size of the product, im very much unhappy with the quality colour and the size of the product, i want to return this stuff as soon as possible, and want my money back as soon as possible

The courier boy with out coming to house or verifying the address he was staying that the address was proper address and using yielding(unethical behaviour) at the customer without verifying the address.

I have been waiting for one full day at my premises on 19th July, 2018. Shipment Number: [protected]

No one turned up. No phone calls came. An sms reached my number ([protected]) stating my shipment has been released for delivery. The tracking is showing the shipment was not delivered as no one was there in my premises. This is completely false. I was waiting in my premise for the shipment.

The customer care number provided is not answered even if tried multiple times.This is quite frustrating!!!

The Airway bill no: [protected], is not delivered yet to my registered adhaar residential address. Blue dart delivery called me from a wrong location quoting i should take the cosignment from there which was not possible. After this 2 days have gone by and still no delivery. in 5 days have gone by since i await this parcel.

The blue dart has not yet delivered my courier which should have been done by now . It is showing consignee Address incomplete/landmark for this waybill no [protected]. They delivered with the same mentioned address to my house a month back and now they need a landmark ? If
a renowned courier service cannot find the destination with a well detailed address, it really makes them unprofessional and unfit for the job . Morever i cannot contact their centralized customer care number . Really unprofessional service.

M belongs to ludhiana. The blue dart delivery boys didn't try to find the address. And we have to face the problems for not delivery on time and we need to goes there office to know about
or get our courier. In the ludhiana, m applied a pan card of punjabi bhawan which name (punjabi sahitya akademi) and this is famous in ludhiana near bharat nagar chowk but your delivery boys didn't find the address m very surprise to see the updated status by blue dart. You have to improved your delivery services. This is not done first time, i face the problems many of time .

My address is prohibited area entry is restricted but blue dart services employee not contact me on telephone and return my courier standard chartered bank dispatch my card by blue dart services but I live in prohibited area their entry is restricted I have contacted with bank and blue dart services to contact me on mobile phone but blue dart services not contact me on phone and returned my card to the bank

Hi this Ajaz, mostly jitni baar bhi blue dart curier se kuch bhi ataa hai ghatkoper office mein anay k baat 25 -30 baar call karna padta 2-3 custmer care se ladna padta hai to kahi curier receve hota hai, koyee bhi curier boy ko bhejte hai aur proper place nahi ataa aur kuch resion ya rwrong information show karke chale jate, abhi mera shipment recv nahi hua hai ref number-[protected], aur jab custmer care ko call karo to woh ye bol kar phone rakh dete k mai update karta hoon apke query ye remind karwata hoon office ko

My shipment was supposed to be delivered today. I got a call asking my address and this guy was 1 km away from me. I got a message stating that I CANCELED the shipment. I called him and he didn't answer. I called customer care and they didn't talk. No one answered my call. I need that shipment urgently and these guys are so unprofessional. Now it's stating everywhere that I CANCELED the order. And here I'm sitting like an IDIOT waiting for it.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service byBlue dart company. I handed over the packet with way bill no. [protected] on 12.7.18 Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711102. And their staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of courier...

I ordered a pair of shoes which was to be worn by me on some special ocassion. The dilevery date was convient to me so I thought to confirm the order. But the order reached before the date of dilevery . The courier not asked me to collect the order in the same day, I asked him to dilever it in next 2days to which He didn't replied to me in detail . On the date of dilevery I found the order was returned by the courier boy (with a reason that I refused to take dilevery ).On talking to him on his mobile no he replied in a very rude manner that it was my fault . He fearlessly asked me launch a complain against him and said his name is birbal.His phone no is [protected]

My name is pankaj chellani tracking nos for my parcel is [protected] and content was cheque book from axis bank.
Parcel was dispatched on 14/7/18 and arrived gandhidham on 16/7/18 since all these days i hadnt rcvd my parcel this is major failure if a parcel can arrive in 1 day from other state then why delivery hasnt been done in 3 days when it is lying in same city. Pn other hand when we are approaching to local distributor on phone they dont reply properly is this the approach of reputed courier service provider.
I had been caused losses for these delays and Bludart is fully responsible for it. I would file complaint in consumer court for this.
