Sir,
i would like to register a complaint against Blu Dart express courier. one of my ordered product is lying in their kunnamkulam office since lat 6 days. after getting call from their office on last friday dt 13/ 07/2018 after office hours your team failed to deliver my product even today 18/7/18. i had ordered a product online and received a call from the company and their kunnamkulam office about the arrival of the product. since their office called me after office time (delivery is scheduled to be between office hours, it is clearly mentioned) they couldnt deliver friday, nor monday, tuesday and even today. I kept calling their executive who contacted me, every day twice and its yesterday that he told me that he is not from bluedart but from some other courier. I.e. bluedart express office at kunnamkulam sublet the responsibility to some irresponsible guys just to save 5 kilometre distance of petrol. This is a cheating from the part of Blu Dart company. The said Kunnamkulam office of Blu Dart is just 5 kilometre away from my bank at Pazhanji.
my product delivering company has clearly informed me that they are sending my parcel through bluedart and charged me for that.
request you to kindly take some action against the company. The product i ordered was supposed to be for one occasion was today. Now the product is of no use to me.

They didn’t even tried to contact me not even single call an in Amazon it is showing they tried to contact u they called me once in morning and sai service is not available then they updated like that when service is not available y the hell they do all this
No Intimation on my Courier Courier did not recd as on day. I will check my bank after track the I'd.

    I have a shipment [protected] from HDFC bank and I have a got a status from the bank that the shipment is returned with the reason that " the phone is not picking". As I am unable to pick mob on work and we don't have a system of knowing the particular call is from Blue Dart or not. Better you should text a message that you have courier plse cont.

      It's really bad service by your Civil township, Rourkela-769004 Branch they are not delivering the couriers and showing unsatisfactory answers also they don't even call customer for policy delivery or self collection.
      It's many intense their as a HDFC Life Employee I am complaining also the branch staff are not so comparative giving unsatisfactory answer.
      Plz redespatch customer courier bill No- [protected] and give him delivery.

      Third Grade staff Hired for Pick up services, pick up boys comes with great attitude in the company.
      if the package is late and asked to wait, then for that day it is not possible . Other wise people sitting & watching movies in the company or busy with their mobiles waiting till 8pm also.

      Blue dart agent didn't deliver my important documents in my office, I called him a couple of time n he said he will be back in 1/2 hr. Their service is worst n agents are mannerless and careless

        Blue Dart is faking that the consignee is not available where in we are waiting for this consignment since it has got important exam books for my daughter. I called their one common helpline number luckily and the lady note down my delivery address once again and promised will get it delivered again today but when I checked the status it is undelivered once again.we haven't received any phone calls either though some one was at home. I tried calling them again next day but their one helpline has got congestion through out which is very frustrating. I going to write to the books company as well who chose Blue Dart as their delivery partner and charge from us the delivery charges for such pathetic service.

              I never refused he himself refused to handover at my door step he called me and asked for address i explained him then again he called me and said come down As i work in night shift i was sleeping requested to come at door step he refused to come up at my door and abused me with foul language. I will file a case against blue dart for defamation...Awb [protected] states i refused but he refused and abused me i will escalte to media

                It is to inform that Blue dart parcel No. [protected] was dispatched from NSDL to handed over to customer but after lapse of more than one months my above parcel not yet received to me. I have many time contacted to your customer care phone no. [protected] but only one or two times my phone picked by your representative and after querying the same matter he did not satisfied response given to me. He stated me that your parcel delivered on 27 May 2018 but parcel did not received by me. I asked name of receipt-ant of parcel but they did not any reply given to me. pse solve my problems otherwise i will filled a complaint in consumer court against your company.

                  Awb [protected] i got a call from delivery boy that i have recived the bank debit card and asked me for the address i have explained him the complete address. As the buliding address is same and asked him to come on 2nd floor as i work in night shift i was sleeping he refused to come on 2nd floor and abused me by using bad words. Im going to file a case against blue dart in consumer courts

                  Hi, I m business partner of Bluedart. I ship products via Bluedart but my bill for shipment came with high rate .I cant pay that much bill as rate is not what was mentioned. I ll sue in court if they ll force me to pay.

                    I want to pay using my Credit card, and there is no provision of digital payment at BlueDart office here in my Akola city of Maharashtra...
                    I neither have cash in hand nor balance in the bank... The only option left is to pay through Credit Card..
                    Our PM is making every efforts to make India Digital, and these people are not taking him seriously...
                    Dont know whay BlueDart has given its Franchise to this man, who dont have the basic provision of payments...
                    So, sir please do something...

                      I had some very important original documents from lucknow to kolkata on saturday ie 14/07/2018
                      It has not yet been delivered to the consignee. The consignee has been trying to collect it at r n mukherjee road center to no avail.
                      They refused to share any information regarding the pachage or its whereabouts. They even refused to give the consignee any contact numbers. If he had the contact number he could have simply have called to get an update on the package instead of having to go there everytime. This is totally unexpected and unacceptable behaviour. The delay has resulted in my container being liable to demarages which are substantial and charged on a daily basis.

But To My Suprise At 8.00 PM When i Triedc to Track my Package it Says Consinee is Not Available... bUt i Was There in Home All Day... When i Tried to Contact the Blue Dart, the Phone Lines were Not Working...

                          We are requesting to you that Blue dart staff was miss behaviour and not getting proper information for pickup My Courier.
                          not pickup landline phone Valsad Location ([protected]).
                          Below are the description of the incident,
                          -- On "14th July-2018"06:45 PM, When i have pickuping my courier from your location office. They has said to me that I will call you on monday for pickup courier from the office due to some security reason,
                          -- You can send family person to collect the courier,
                          -- Otherwise i will be sending back to HDFC Bank.
                          -- 16th July 2018 from 9:00AM to 4:00 PM, I have waiting for call from your location office.
                          -- 16th July 2018 4:00PM not getting any call from Blue dart so i have call to my father they are going to receiving the courier,
                          -- but he told him that tomorrow they will sending the courier @ near by location.

                          Please advise on above..

                              I have purchased one product in online shopping and that product is reached on yesterday 9:45 AM(16/07/2018) at calicut blue dart office and i got that updates through tracking, But till this time i dint get that product in my hand.I called two times on yesterday for check status, first time they told you will get that product today but i dint get upto evening 4PM then i called again that time they told our delivery boy is not yet reached in there if he come you will get today otherwise tomorrow.
                              Note :Today morning i checked the status, in there the delivery person is updated the consignee location is unlocatable.Actually the land mark is near to the main town and one of the famous hospital i dont know why the people doing service like this even he dint make a call to check the landmark.I am totaaly disapointer the blue dart service.Please take an action to the calicut office and do the instruction to how to do the service properly.

                                Items was Not Delivered on Expected date. My AWB is [protected]. Every other Courier Deliver But Your Service Did not. No Delivery Guy Even Call Up and Later Updated Saying " Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery" which Was Finally Updated to "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb". I need a Specific Reason Why this is Happening. When I tried to Contact Costumer Helpline they Did not even pick the call. Please look Up to this Issue. I have seen so many similar issue. please look up to it.

                                  Order no 8976301 has not been received to my specified address. order status is showing me delivered, how is it possible. i had ordered online from droom.in. on 16/07/2018 at 7.53pm it is showing me delivered, but i was in my home but to i had not been contacted by the blue dart person for delivering my order. if this ordeer is given to other than it will be a wrong message from the blue dart company. your company will be spolling your reputation. hence i request you to please solve this issue immediately.Plz ask to contact to [protected] OR [protected] for answering my query.

                                    This message is regarding the deep pain and inconvenience i suffered due to one of Bluedart's employee's incompetene.This particular employee Mr.Ritesh Mishra, Senior TSR of Allahabad, UP Bluedart was extremely rude and discourteous when i went to request him to deliver my courier.He was talking with extreme contempt and arrogance and was atrociously unresponsive and unhelpful. He clearly denied to provide any assistance.His behaviour was as such as if he owned the whole Bluedart and customers were his rightly-owned slaves and was extremely disrespectful.

                                    The expected delivery date of my courier was 16 July.However still they didn't dispatch it for delivery so I personally went to their office to receive the courier .He denied that .I asked him to get it delivered at my place, he denied that. For a world class company( I doubt their standards after this incident), such employees are a blot on the hard earned image.I am extremely disappointed and horrified with their service and this particular employee's behaviour has made me realise to end any future associations with Bluedart, if no action is taken against him.

                                    Update : While tracking my courier on your website, it shows Out for delivery and then consignee not available Which is nothing but a blatant lie.They denied to provide any delivery.Such a scam, Such a loss for once used to be a great company :(
                                    Sad to see DHL Is associated with them.

                                    Request to all people : Go for other Companies which are any-day better than this phoney arrogance filled company with extremely poor service.

                                      As i have order mobile phone and today i have received after the mobile after receiving the phone i opened the packet and after opening i switched on the mobile but the mobile is not at all working it's not getting on i have paid 12000 for this mobile and it's not working and all the accessories are also not working everything is fake nothing is working ... I want to return it and i want my money to be refunded please approve my complaint and return my money because the Brand new mobile is not working after paying 12000rs i got cheated please help me please...
