It has been second time that my product is not delivered. Every time i am sent this message :

THIS IS A FRAUD COMMITTED BY YOUR COMPANY AS I NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THE DELIVERY GUY INSTEAD I AM SENT THIS STUPID MESSAGE WHICH DOES NOT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS EASILY TRACEABLE AND I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING ITEMS I ORDER FROM OTHER COURIER AGENCIES.

INFACT LAST TIME I CONTACTED YOUR USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO ARRANGE A CALL BACK FROM THE DELIVERY GUY BUT ALL IN VAIN.

DUE TO YOUR INADEQUATE STAFF AND POOR FACILITY IF I DON'T GET DESIRED MARKS IN MY IELTS EXAM I WILL SURELY SUE YOU GUYS BECAUSE THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED WAS THE STUDY MATERIAL FOR THE EXAM.

IT'S BETTER YOUR GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND WAIT FOR THE CONSEQUENCES WHICH YOU MIGHT HAVE TO FACE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

I live in gomtinagar.. from 5 days I'm waiting of my delivery from blue cart but it has not arrived yet.. When I tracked the order by way bill no. it is showing undelivered shipment held at location..despite the fact that the area in which
I live is VIP.. and easily accessible.. So, I am filing this complaint against Blue Dart Express Company.. I want my courier to be delivered at my place as soon as possible..

I usually order from amazon.com and their preferred delivery partner is blue dart for international orders. I am facing pathetic customer service from this company . I have sent them numerous emails regarding the problem i am facing with their delivery boy. Their delivery boy refuses to deliver my orders to my delivery address and has misbehaved with me previously and spoke very rudely to me. Few of my parcels have been sent back in the past with the reason being sited that customer refused delivery whereas their delivery boy refused to deliver it to me. Inspite of notifying blue dart about the same no action so far has been taking. This is very frustrating. I did not expect this kind of service from them.

Sir, /Madam, My document no[protected](critical document) sent under critical express category was delivered to wrong person and at the wrong address. The delivery boy never gave a call before delivering the document nor did he inquire about the addressee. What is the importance of taking the mobile numbers then? Reputed courier like Blart Dart is never expected to deal with a critical express document so carelessly and haress the customer.

A package with AWB number: [protected], was supposed to be delivered to me on last Saturday (14th July). I had also received a message from bluedart stating the same. I also tracked the package in the map through bluedart's tracking page. But, then I received a phone call from +[protected]. The person on the phone said that they would not deliver the package on that day (i.e. 14th July) for some unknown reason. I insisted them for the delivery but, they stubbornly refused and said that it would be delivered to me on Monday early morning (i.e. today). Having no other option, I had to agree.

After that, I looked in the tracking details page. It was stated that "Consignee Not Available". How ridiculous is that!!

I called the same number twice for a clarification and it went on ringing.

The phone number is switched off from today morning and I am yet to receive my package.

as my Document No[protected], was booked to my address(PLOT NO 29, SECOND FLOOR, OPP VERTEX LAKEVIEW VILLAS BACK GATE, NIZAMPET,
HYDERABAD- 500090. But dont know to whom it is delivered. When i tracked it it is showing it is been delivered to some hanumanth. I have checked with the watchman at villas which is located opposite to my house but they were saying no person works with that name there. i havent received any call from your delivery person at least before handing the document to some other person or if he had any confusion would have given me the call right but no such thing has happened. Please it is very important document and have to receive by today at any cost. i kindly request you to please do an immediate needful. this is second time which has happened last time my document was simply laying at your bachupally office and when i have mailed i received call from your franchise person to collect the document then i have to go at near by land mark given by him and collected it. At the same time i have guided my address to him and said please give a call if any problem in finding the address. It is really very casual and low profile approach by the services like Brand Blue Dart. I need the document to be delivered by today please.

Neither did i receive any call from your office nor from any delivery boy.

When a landmark is Police Station, what best land mark could be then that.

Moreover, being in practice as a Taxation Advocate, my name & address is
well known the the addressed town.

I doubt the honesty of your delivery boy and contribution in delaying the delivery of my post for the reasons best known to him.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver my post.

I ordered a mobile in MI store.The bluedart who's delivery consultant is not yet delivered the product. In the blue dart website tracking it shows the product will be delivered by july14th 2018 but todays date is 16th July 2018 and not yet delivered.

I have allreddy mentioned my correct address on my corear which I s farword by ICICI BANK but I didn't get my corear to me plzzz send me no executive had called me what the [censored] the company manegment is taking care need my parcal immediately, my order no:AWB[protected].plz send me executive to me by tomarrow

In the above mentioned area delivery is completed and they do not even tell that our product has arrived. Instead they wait for us to call them, and when we call them the simply says that delivery is not available in our area and asks us to pick it up from their godown/storage facility.
This has happened several times.
Please find a solution.

I did not got delivery till now your tooo late and you are saying that consignee refused to accept what are you doing are you a snail so please bring it fast if you did not bring it below 20 july i will refuse to take it keep it on your mind so take it as a request and bring it fast i was suppose to get by 6th july think how much i would have frustrated so please bring it fast

Was supposed to receive my product vis bluedart tracking no. [protected]. When I checked the status, it says "consignees address incorrect". I have not received any call from the bluedart person checking on my availability, even i called up thrice to blue dart customer care, and they assured me courie will be delivered before 7 pm.T Very upset with the kind of services., and shocking to see the team updating false information. I have never faced such issue from any other courier services even local courier also. Please help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I was suppose to receive my card today but when I checked the status it shows consignee not available/locality not traceable they didn't even called me before updating the status information. The same branch which falls under my locality has delivered a product recently a month before.Kindly look after this or provide me the personal contact details of the agency in jedcherla.

I have ordered some products from Amazon for which delivery boy called me today and he told me to receive the product from Gomia which is 15kms away from my address and when I told him to deliver it at my address, he denied for delivery. Your Service is very bad. The Courier Boy was Ravindra Singh and his way of talking was very bad his contact no. was [protected].

Hi I am looking for my product which should have delivered to me by 13th July which was yesterday.. n still I am waiting for the product..I am trying to call in borivali branch from where the product was picked up...I tried calling 30 to maybe 37 times ..but someone is dead other side...if this mail is really helpful...then look forward to deliverd my product..

I Have received the parcel from your serviceman but when I check the parcel... It was open.

Two of the documents from the parcel is missing.
The Documents are from KOTAK SECURITIES
IN WHICH 1:-ACTIVATION PIN
2:- KST CARD is missing.

I have told the serviceman about it and accepted the rest of the documents.
The documents are very important to me.

My atm card was supposed to be delivered and as I am in bed rest after meeting with an accident I can't go down the stairs to get the package. Even after repeated telling the address and the landmarks and letting him know I'm not able to walk he just left without delivering as well as not attending the call afterwards. Thats an important package and this is such an irresponsible behaviour. Very bad service.

I dnt understand why Bluedart put false info on the website. Your delivery person didnt call me nor came to my door, which you can clearly track on the the track your shipment movement option. Then how can bluedart says that the consignee was not available. This happens always with bluedart. My entire family, friends and relatives has the same complaint with bluedart. Rename your company as false dart.

Request you to please terminate your services from Hyderabad India.

The above consignment was attempted to be delivered on 12/07/2018. Since no one was available at home, a slip was left at the door requesting me to get in touch with them at [protected]. Promptly I contacted the said number and since it was a IVRS, the system prompted asking me when to deliver the consignment with an option "deliver between 10 AM and ! PM" I was waiting at my house leaving all my other works. Finally it was delivered at 15:10 hours. For Blue Dart, there is no concern for their customer's time.
I suggest that Blue dart must keep in touch with the consignee through phone and honour the time commitment without delay. I have wasted almost my full day.
