Dear sir,

My AWB no is [protected]. As usual got WE MISSED YOU card as all at home are working people.

When I called your customer care number, she said that they can't deliver letter before 10 am ! She also asked me to wait till 12noon. That means, I need to take leave from office ! Or other alternative option is delivering on Saturday. But we are working on Saturdays too. You people can't deliver after 5 pm. Today is start of the week and if the letter is important.. your services suck .

Bluedart pay for delivery boys just to go to places and to drop WE MISSED YOU CARD.. It's funny. There is no HRD concept at all.

Being a prominent Courier company in India, your timings to deliver is very restricted.
It's always headache to take delivery of letters sent by BLUEDART for people who are working.

Your delivery time is morning 9am to evening 5pm

In cities like Mumbai when almost all are working, we always get your WE MISSED YOU card.

Hard life of Mumbai, working people leave home before 9 am and reach home after 5pm. That means, BLUEDART never deliver letters at one attempt at 90% cases. You don't leave letters with neighbours too.

Then we need to call your customer care and take leave to take delivery of one letter.

It's additional manpower cost to you too.. your delivery boys make 2 to 3 attempts for each letter or parcel that comes through BLUEDART.

Instead make 2 shifts for delivery ..One set if delivery boys from morning 8 am to 4pm other working till 8pm . ..So that every letter is delivered at first attempt.

Take example of Amazon delivery system . They work fantastic . Very convenient to customers.

    Hi,

    Blue dart have not contacted me yet. They are just asking for extension number of my office. As we do not have extension numbers here so they undelivered my parcel and the same get return to company.

    I want to know if i have given my complete address and mobile number then why they are not just calling me at my mobile and delivered my parcel.

    I want my product to be delivered today only. Reference number is [protected].

          I am highly surprised and shocked at Bluedart service which i thought was the best courier company.Today they have proved me wrong by not delivering my courieron time. I had sent my courier on Priority and was suppose to reach on Friday i.e. 6th July and today its 9th July and courier has reached now after continuously being talking with customer care.
          Also, on top of that they have wrongly mentioned/updated on the site while tracking the status that nobody was available to take the courier and the courier boy came back.
          Now i want my refund back because the purpose of sending the courier on priority got waste.

            My name is Nimai arora. I am from amritsar. Your courier service in amritsar is very poor. Your employees never cooperate with the customers. They always speak rude language and behaviour. Its very shamfuel from your express company that they also not provied d3livery on time and even they not provied delivery at home. They never pick our customers home. When we say to provied they always says to pick the courier from their office. If they are unable to provied delivery at home.then why are you make false representation to the customers.

              Hello Bluedart,

              Today i have had unpleasant experience with Blue Dart regarding my important courier AWB #[protected] delivery. Message was received from Blue Dart today early morning that Courier will be delivered today, since it is very important courier i was waiting at home to receive it but until 3pm i was neither contacted nor online status changed for delivery. So, i have called around 3pm to Blue Dart customer care to fidn the status and customer executive informed me that courier will not be delivered today and will be delivered on Monday. Since no one will be there at home to receive on monday i insisted to deliver today and executive confirmed that he will get it delivered today. Again around 5:30pm i called customer care to find status as no one contacted me for delivery, this time i was updated that it is out for delivery. I waited until 7pm and called again customer care after checking the online updated status as "Need Department Name/Extention Number" and to my surprise customer executive told me that updated status is general update and the meaning is "since mobile Number [protected] is not reachable" courier was not delivered. I was completely shocked to hear that as mobile number always reachable and since morning i was waiting hoping that anytime courier person may come for delivery after online tracking and customer care follow-up. This false updated status is completely unethical and unacceptable considering the importance of the courier. This is not only damaging the Blue Dart reputation but also worst customer experience. I hope blue dart addresses this issue in right way and my delivery would be done at the earliest.

                Got a message from my bank that AWB [protected] is undelivered on June 29 as the door was locked however it was not locked as my parents were there at home & there is no information from Bluedart as your common practice to put a card. When checked with BD customer care on June 30 they confirmed the shipment will be delivered on next working day i.e. July 2 however nobody turned up again have called to customer care on July 5 & they confirmed will be delivered by 6th but no delivery. Again have called today but even in customer care nobody is lifting. What kind of service you are providing. Also this has been a general observation that your Bharuch franchisee is pathetic, they don't have a service approach. A feedback to look into the management of this branch

                  This is my AWB no.[protected].as shown your system Devilry attempted and premises closed.It mentioned three time. I would like to know that our premises remain open 24 hrs and office boy accept delivery any time. then why it is possible.
                  I asked it about customer complaint no and they assured next day delivery boy will call you on your no and will come. but it did not so and again showing Premises closed. This is ridiculous.
                  Pls revert it is my urgent letter and I want i by Monday. It is still showing Undelivered shipment and held at location.

                      AWB#[protected] was couled not deliverd in first attemptW I was not called on my mobile mensioned on my assingement in second attempt i got call but in very bad manner by your delivery executive (MOBILE [protected]), his behaves very bad and scolding me that next time he will ring bell once and dont call ang go.
                      I will raise this matter with my bank and ask the bank if blue dart standerd is such, then please dont send any document by blue dart

                            My package has the AWB # [protected]. I was supposed to get this delivered by today. The delivery person did not visit the home. He just called once and did not come at all. Why? Also he has updated that we have shifted our residence. It is sheer false and nonsense statement or update.We are living in the same address given and just because of his laziness or irresponsible act we did not get the parcel. Can you arrange it to be deliver again.

                              Bluedart has this habit of putting incorrect status.

                              The Bluedart person called me on my phone.
                              As I was in a meeting, I could not pick up the call.
                              I later called the person. He said, there is no courier in my name.
                              Later I checked the status using AWB and it is mentioned that premised closed, where as my family was very much at home at that time.

                              I have already complained to the shipping company not to courier using Bluedart and instead use Professional courier.

                                  I am susanth prasad from Port Blair, it is the complaint against the service of bluedart junglighat Port Blair, I had ordered few items from Amazon and online shopping few items was delivered by bluedart but not in the given address I picked it from their office i.e. 10km away from my home, they always call and tell to pick it from their office or they will wait for three days and send it back, is this the way? No other courier service did this they all deliver the consignment in my home, If they can't deliver it in given address then why they're​ taking the consignment. Bluedart is the worst courier service I had ever seen.

                                    This is regarding the Shipment from HSBC

                                    AWB#[protected]. It came twice to get delivered and twice without any information and any calls I got message that the parcel is undelivered.
                                    It's a bank parcel.Can you please explain why I am not being called by the delivery boy when they are coming at my working hours.
                                    Can you please arrange a call back from blue dart and resolve this asap.

                                      I have ordered my product on paytm on 25 June 18 and bluedart has received my shipment on 27 June 18 but today is 06 June 18 but yet i have not received my order .i have order the product because I wanted to gift it to my cousin on his birthday but delaying in delivery spoiled my all planning.i called the bluedart customer care on 05 June and they informed me that my order has been cancelled but I have not cancelled the order and paytm mall customer care also informed me that bluedart customer care gave me wrong information as my order is still placed ..i am very disappointed by the bluedart services and want to raise this issue as higher i can...worst experience by the bluedart services and I would like to call them worthless courier service..and urge the customers to not to put faith on bluedart as they sucks.

                                        this is second time they are not delivering my items by giving fake tracking status and reasons.when i called them they told me they can't deliver i would have to come .last time also they dis same and now again.
                                        all other courier companies have deliverd many items to my address without and problem and blue dart again did this..they updated out of delivery area status..WHY the ### you guys accepted order when u c'ant deliver..i called them they were making false excuses and told me to come. the branch office is 30kms away from my city ..
                                        MY address is totally correct your delivery boy is too lazy ..shut down your company because you guys never deliver ..pathetic and rude service...this is 2nd time
