The status of my shipment is showing as delivered but it has not been delivered to the address. While talking with your customer executive, they are also giving the same response. The person to whom i have ordered the package didn't get any phone calls during the delivery time. I would like to know who has delivered the package and to whom. Please help.

This is 3rd time blue dart courior team not delivery my courior in my address every time they should mention address not complete but when i pick up courior from blue dart office address proper mention in courior very bad i lost my job becuase of blue dart team they not delivery my document. Plz take a action i am from ludhiana punjab and blue dart office is industrial area there staff is very rude behavior

The boy delivered it in the odd time around 14:00. Banging the door very harshly and demanding for identity proofs. When my child said i dont have a driving license he said you go to school and might be having a aadhar card. I said i have the xerox. The kind of his behavior was very rude and he just left the door without saying sorry? So harsh behaviour. Is he or me providing the service

My courier was coming from jaipur, on 12th june it was sent and still now it has not been delivered to me
The person sending me the courier has misplaced tracking id and we are now tensed where our shipment is.
I have tried so many times to call customer care, not even once they picked up call.
I am frustrated of waiting now and really discourage your service. I want to know where is my shipment.

Delivery not done on time, person doing delivery is not carrying phone with him neither he is trying to call the consignee, just says that he attempted a delivery. Very bad experience with blue dart, hopefully next time onwards my company will not take any services from your company, in near future.

Hi, i have a ABN i.e. [protected] which is received on 21st June'18 as no one at my home so, the courier man contact me tge same for delivery of my parcel and i said the sam that my door was locked and give me that parcel to my office. But the courier man had taken that parcel to itself. I visited the gurgaon sukhrali office to collect the same but they said that they hadn't received parcel yet and they will delivered the same to tge next day. Till now i hadn't received my parcel yet. And also there is non-coperative staff in this branch. Also the behavior of courier man is not good. Hoping for positive response.

My card from paytm was not delivered just because the name on the address was different and name on the card was different... Address matched still they refused to deliver..# service.. He should have checked that the names belong to the same address and should deliver the card but he refused even his head was arrogant.. Talked in bad manners and rejected my request

I got this sms -"Shipment from Axis Bank vide Blue Dart Airway Bill [protected] has been delivered and received by NEELAM" on friday 22nd June 6 PM.
This shipment has gone to wrong person. This card was delivered without calling me or asking whether address is correct or not. How unprofessional and unsafe is this. PLEASE SEND THIS TO MY ADDRESS.

This consignee is from sbi, your courier boy has delivered the letter on gate without informing me ; this letter was received my guard on 15th june & he has not inform me, due to this miscommunication;other company has deducted rs. 820/- from my account so who will pay this penalty.
Why your courier guys not call if i am not available please do not leave the packet or until unless i will not inform them.

I was supposed to receive my kotak bank debit card parcel in starting days of june 2018 at address specified in locality of madhapur, hyderabad. My parcel was set out for delivery. I got a message about order can't be delivered landmark needed. I mailed again full address. An employee called me also and got my updated address. But since after many days passed i did't got my order. Please pay attentation. I will be really very very grateful.

I called on every blue dart customer care number and no one is receiving my calls.

I was supposed to get my courier from nyka today. Your distributor called me and asked for the adress. I told him that it's just a street away. He asked me to send someone to him saying itna mai puch puch k aaya hu baaki aap bheje. When i said there is no one in the home you should come to deliver it to door, he said ap mje apna naukar samjhi h kya. Ni lena h to mat louie parcel hum ja rhe h. And then he cut the phone. I called him again he said he left the place. I said i will file a complaint against you he said kar dijiega dekhna meri company kya karti h. Very disappointed by blue dart. I have also recorded his call. I f you want i ll send it too. And if necessary actions would not be taken i will seek help of social media too. His no. Is [protected]

I am expecting a consignment from Bangalore with awb no. [protected]. But they are unable to deliver the package. I called customer care and provided all details about address and my personal phone no. but after then also they are not delivering the article and updating the status that delivery atte.pted premises closed or consignee adress unlocated and the delivery person is not at all calling me for clarification. I again called customer care but he told that the delivery boy called you but you have not lifted the call. But in reality they never called at last 3 days back I got a phone call asking the address I told about the address to delivery boy also and requested him to call me if he faced any difficulty, he replied I know the address don't worry but still at the end of the day he updated the same status. I am getting irritated with their attitude. I have never experienced such kind of worst service in my life. Kindly help me.

Awb no [protected] requested and called from 12, 1 and 2 clock to prioritise the delivery were customer service executive is very poor response and confirms at 2.30 the delivery cannot be expedited Atleast share the correct info to the staff Tried to speak to the supervisor were denied speaking over the phone even we are also at customer service tried to be polite and not be arrogant

I order unistar shoe on 16 june and product reached at jamnu on 19 june but i cant received call ag that time. After i will call that boy and said i will deliver ur product tomorrow. But when i call ur courier boy today he misbehaved with me. I am very unsatisfied by our service. This was ur responsibility to deliver my product to me. Even i ask for my product deliver then ur boy talk with misbehave. Boy name rakesh from jammu. My product is unistar shoes from paytm.

My name is rutuparn and i have a shipment to come and get it delivered at 21.6.2018 but till now it is not as cc number is always busy or network consetion as blue dart says they tried up delivery on 20 but i did not receive any call no one came to place disgusting service at all very rude people have kept at office at hadapsar my awb [protected] very disappointed

But not received and this order is stay only one place in newasa mh tracking number is [protected] date is expired of shipping 10 to 12 days it's very bad company i it's very fraud company 3 days ago order is in newasa and now also newasa now what i do i don't know it's really fraud company i can't order again through bludart

Bluedart did not deliver my courier providing a fake message that item is undelivered as premises is closed whereas they did not even make an attempt for delivery. I have proof of this as I did not get any calls from apartment security about blue dart courier person seeking entry into the complex on said day. Even after repeated calls to customer care about rescheduling the delivery the item with AWB no.[protected] has not been delivered. They are detaining the item without reason.

This is a very bad on the name of providing service, the courier (Bank atm) is been delivered in some unknown place, the website states that it is delivered, and there has been no one who has attempted the delivery at the destination address.

I payed with patym wallets, for the first time he enter my number then he send OTP amount deducted from my wallet but he not received it went long process .then second time I payed through another paytm wallet then he received money, deducted in my another wallet.
