Bluedart had returned an important package which was sent to me through awb# [protected] despite i have contacted customer service 3 times and gave number to call me. Absolute careless and letahrgy in service where iam losing business of package noyt being delivered. Will bluedart bear the lost business amount. Iam receiving package from all courier service companies to the given address except bluedart and if they could not find address they should have attempted to call. Why the heck they should call as its not their father or mothers or brother or sister package and its some unknown # package who is waiting to receive the same.

Dear sir,

I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl in hyderabad road,, telenagana hyderabad on 14.05.2018. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on may 30, 2018, i got the following message:

With respect and regards, i want to inform that we work with blue dart from the past 05 years but i never complaint any in these years. But from the past couple of month i found that blue dart is not up to the mark, so as a well wisher i request clear the matter as soon as possible.
We dispatched a packet on 09-may-2018 blue dart under no. [protected] from srinagar to jammu, with address mentioned below

Today[protected] the packet is still pending in jammu, the tracking show different attitudes which is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. When i call to blue dart srinagar main branch lal chowk, the girls were attend our call say why you book parcel in our firm (Blue dart) why not you choose other way. The girls attitude in very rudely, so i once again requested see the matter in blue dart lal chowk main branch and jammu also.

I tried to contact blue dart customer care service but it seems its charge for rs 2 for a min but we only listen sorry can not process. Blue dart service is such pathetic i tried to call to center as well but no one picking up the call. Please shut down your service if you can not serve your customer. I am still waiting for my consignment. Please i request you to contact on my number as it is given on consignment as well as i sent mail with my mobile number.

The items which i ordered on Nykaa got dispatched via Blue Dart on 25th may. By 28th May the items were supposed to be delieverd but it never got delivered and as of now when i am trying to track the order there's showing that the undelivered shipment items is held at location. I even tried calling customer care of blue dart but there are unresponsive i just have no idea of when will the products get delivered. Blue Dart has a poor delivery service.

Your blue dart alwar Rajasthan office not give me proper response for my couiour.When I check online tracking report than status says shipment out for delivery but evening status shows fake status everyday consignee address unlocatable and land mark needed. I have been go three times ur office personally he did not give my couiour & says that u have to come tomorrow... Plz solve my problem... Your couiour service is too bed...

I have been in contact with customer through out the day asking when will my delivery will be completed..they told its out for delivery and it will be done before 6:30pm but its not done and they mentioned in the status that delivery attempted-premises closed..i have been waiting for this courier since morning and at the end of the day they mentioned the status like that..there are very important documents in the courier and because for receving the courier i didnot attend my classes and stayed home seeing my phone all the day to receive the call by the delivery person but at the end they simply mentioned the status like this..im facing lot of problems with this delay..please resolve this issue..please..this is a request as im desperate for the courier which is needed very urgent..

But your staff did'nt delivered the parcel and sent me the message that, they could'nt trace out the consignee.This is base less.My house is in the centre of city.ie it is nearer to Holy Amgels School . Bluedart courier executive in noon call me just 1 time and that time i'm busy for personal work, and then i contact to executive but he not reply and not contact me again, i visited blue dart office but they also not answer me correct and not give me my courier. And say to me your address is short, and he said tomorrow again executive come and contact to you. And if your address is short so we not given you courier and not contact to you again.

In a week my 2 or 3 parcel become via bluedart. But your courier distributor have very rubbish service of my town. It doesn't deliver the parcel, when 2-3 days are or we call him then he say come the office and find your parcel. Even the single parcel till today they didn't deliver at mention address of parcel. Sometime we call him then he say am stand here, you came and pick your parcel. He call me on road. Its the service of bluedart.?

My way bill number is [protected], it had dispatched for delivery before 12 days, once a delivery boy stated that door was locked after that till then it was not delivered, visited the kamote branch spoken with mr. Tushar provided i told him can you guide me how could i receive my courier. One of your family members should be available to receive the courier & we will deliver it between 10:00 am to 6pm, i told if the courier is not delivered within 7days why you haven't returned. He didn't answer guided me to speak with customer support, when i requested him to provide the number gave me the wrong number.
I told him that it's a wrong number but he is not ready to accept, told him call infront of me & atlast accepted he gave wrong number. He apologized and committed that he will deliver it before 10:00am on 29th may.
From morning i was calling customer service, they you will be receiving call from kamote branch till now i haven't received any call.
Please let me know whether my courier will be delivered or not?

My way bill no.:[protected] (Blue dart). Last thursday 24.05.18, i received a message in my mobile that my package is dispatched thru blue dart and it will be deliver by 28.05.18. Yesterday also i received a message that my package is out of delivery and it will be deliver by yesterday itself. But till now my package is not delivered to my address. Yesterday i get leave from my office and am waited whole day in my house for my package. Yesterday i make phone call to customer care also and they replied that the package will be deliver before 8.00p. M. But they didn't deliver yesterday. Today also am called to customer care regarding this issue, they said the same thing as the package is deliver by today.
I need my package urgently. Till now 29.05.18 the transporter (Blue dart) is delaying to deliver my package.

A courier has been send to me on last 16/05/2018. I got the message as my address area is unservicable i tried to contact the delivary boy but there is no response, now i came to know that my courier is send back. The courier is send to ulloor office, my 2 mobile nos has been in front of courier nobody tried to contact me. I called that courier boy nearly 50 times for the last 3 days. He not even call back atleast one his name is sreekanth, 21, 22, 23 for these days i called him and the courier is snd back on 26 without contacting me, yesterday i personally went there and the lady sitting there collected my no and tell me she will contact me but till now nobody contacted me, i[censored] want to know about ur reviews jst type ullooor blue dart then u will come to know about ur firm nobdy has written a good review, as it will affect ur companys goodwill, what shoud i do to get my courier back p;s revert

We are facing to problem, your courier boy wrong information update my consignment [protected].
We have already provide correct /complete address with pin code. Before few days my hdfc bank credit card dilivered/hdfc debit card, etc delivered my same office address.

How to possible incomplete address update this shipment.

Plz urange the delivery on urgent basis

Hi I am Rakesh Mandal from Jalpaiguri west Bengal. My way bill id is AWB#[protected]. I just want to complaint against blue dart Jalpaiguri branch. They are not attend customer/ address and wrong or fake update on status.
On the date of 24/05/2018 I got a call from blue dart Jalpaiguri branch they said me that I have a parcel and they force me to collect that from office. Then I told why they not delivered me my address where I stay at proper city. Then they asked me for directions and I provide direction very clearly. I still waiting but no one are coming. I informed all of my family members regarding this parcel. Now I got a SMS that my parcel will return due to non availability it is kind a joke is this ?
Please do something on this issue.

Dear sarikclick,

I have ordered lehenga, but received wrong product for order no-23213.
It is delivered by blue dart no.[protected] by shipper queen get (242841).
Reference written on product is: a[protected].
Sender shop (Kiteshop saree & dress cdd/pp) has given wrong conatct no and address everywhere. I want to stop payment for the product for the fraud shop.
I dont want bludart to work for fake shop delivering fake product

Delivery boy asking money for deliver my HSBC credit card as a gift.
Also I called him many time but he did not respond to my calls.
He always asked me to came on there place and collect the card.
He behave like a god.
Still I am waiting for my card.

Worst service... This is 5th times now m getting worst service from blue dart. Never deliver the courier on time. Never calls before coming. Most of the times courier boy do not bother to come and update the status as delivery attempted premises closed. Last time it was monetary loss to me, i was expecting one cheque which was never received. Never use blue dart. Worst people worst company. Call center no given on website never connects "[protected]"

I have applied for Citi Bank debit card which reached Bangalore on 23/5/2018 through Bluedart express. I receieved missed call from +[protected]. Post which I have called multiple times but no response and no one contacted me till date. Tried calling Bluedart various phone numbers but still no one picks up the call neither there is any kind of response . Please help as my card is important for me.
