The awb # [protected], was not delivered to the person addressed, instead it was delivered to the security without the my consent. This happened on 4th may 2018.in fact the delivery person did not contact me even. I came to know this when i received your message on 5th may 2018.

In fact the consignment was very sensitive and crucial from delivery point of view.

Could you please explain the reason for this. And how do plan to ensure that this does not repeat.
I am worried because, as i am expecting another very very important consignment within next one or two days...

I ordered a red full face helmet with mattee finish but I received a half face and it's not matte finish, I want to return the product, and refund my money back, and return is approved but they didn't contact us, and return date is also extended

    In my life so far I have had privilege of opening Various Bank accounts and also have been lucky enough to use a few debit cards however this is something insane that has just happened to me.

    My debit card is been delivered to some other person and I have no clue about it and no calls from anybody and I can clearly see the name of the person on their official website that my debit card has been submitted to Thapa

    As per the guidelines of the Apex bank, it is mandatory to check Aadhar Card or Pan Card or any other orginal identity of the person at the time of delivery.

    I may have a basic Account as of now in your huge company but every ruppee counts and I am stuck without money due to epitome negligence of your team and your courier partner.

    Kindly help me out with a compensation on daily basis starting today till a new card is delivered to me.

    This is pure banking fraud and loophole in your courier delivery system which needs to be taken to consumer Court on an immediate basis and I need to withdraw the amount which I am unable to do from past 3 days which is causing me a lot trouble to for my payments. I demand a compensation of this negligence and this attitude.

      This is to inform you that i have ordered a gown from triviyaa.com and a lehenga from sariklick.com but i have recieved a different product on 5th may 2018 at 6pm. The guy who delivered the product was from blue dart and his number is [protected]. He took rs 1462 and went but after opening the parcel within 2 minutes i called him but he didnt answered my call. He disconnected my call. Still now he is not answering my call and he is disconnecting my call. I want my money back. I will take this complaint to the higher level. If the guy would have answered my call i would have inform that i have recieved a wrong product and i would have return back the product and got my money back. I think that i have been cheated by bluedart because the guy is not recieving my call. I spoke to a person from blue dart chowrasta branch who told the parcel number is correct - [protected] and [protected]. Please look into this matter and please take action against that delivery boy. Please tell me where that money has gone. I am sending attachments of the product which i recieved and the delivery slips.

        I am kamalakannan d., from kolkata, my way bill no [protected] contains 25kg home gym kit (Purchased from amazon) is not delivered till date 07/05/2018, it is supposed to be delivered on 02 may 2018. Further tracking as my own interest, the consignment was reached kolkata on 2nd may to the ajc bluedart centre and the same day went out for delivery but the delivery person couldn't deliver the consignment, while i am tracking it says that the consignee is not available, but its a false message, consignee was available during that day. During the delivery i didn't get any information regarding the consignment from bluedart.
        Further 3rd may 2018 also its went out for delivery, this time tracking says that my area nizam palace, 234/ ajc bose road (Central government office and residential area) comes under prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.in nizam palace all sort of delivery and parcel pickups done by many courier services. How come bluedart had this problem.
        Later on, i tried to contact bluedart customer care no.[protected] and[protected] both the numbers are not working.
        Further, ajc bluedart centre contact number also not available in bludedart website.
        How to get my consignment? Very disappointed.

        Yesterday I had a talk with Bluedart customer care (09/05/2018), they told that my consignment will be delivered yesterday, but the AJC Bluedart service centre couldn't deliver the consignment. Again today morning (10/05/2018) had a talk with Blue Dart customer care, they told that it will be delivered today. Very disappointed.
        I had a talk with Bluedart customer care on 07/05/2018 afternoon they told that it will be delivered on 07/05/2018, but the AJC Bluedart service centre couldn't deliver the consignment. Again today 08/05/2018 had a talk with Blue Dart customer care, they had a talk with AJC Bluedart service centre then told that tomorrow the consignment will be delivered.
        Above all the information was followed as my own. From bluedart I didn't receive any information either mail or call.
        Yesterday (10/05/2018) I registered a complaint against my way bill number to Bluedart customer care and took the complaint no.5xxx11 . After sometime I got call from Bluedart Regional office, salt lake, sector V, Kolkata and she promised that consignment will be delivered today late evening (10/05/2018) but they couldn't. Today (11/05/2018) morning I received call again from Bluedart Regional office, salt lake, sector V, Kolkata and they asked sincere apology and promised that it will be delivered today and I got delivered my consignment by 3.20 pm around.
        Thanks to Bluedart Regional office, salt lake, sector V, Kolkata and Consumer complaints.

          Delivery person doesn't even check and confirm the consignee availability at delivery location but was very quick to update the status as consignee not available. I was not available at location but my relatives was at home and person has not even arrived at the location. Very pathetic service by blue dart. I am an employee and obviously will not available at home, its your responsibility to call and at least come to the address and confirm my availability or anybody at location. If your not doing that, then why blue dart is in delivery service. I already raised this complaint with citibank mentioning not to dispatch cards with blue dart. Otherwise i do not want to avail any facilities from citibank. Also there was a intermediate status as delay caused beyond control. Shipment also arrived at my location hub ie hsr layout at 2nd may but status 'out for delivery' was made at 5 may. I will not recommend blue dart service to anybody.

            After one week one of the staff mr. Jayeesh from origin office.
            Saying that awb no is changed to [protected]

            Today is 5/5/2018 still shipment is not delivered to concern person.

            Blue dart is killed my time i have paid rs.4350

            Kindly take the action against blue dart.

              Blue dart guys are like fbi agents, my bank (Kotak mahindra), opened a bank account for me and i was issued a credit card with my temporary address and having the permanent address from different state and when these fbi agents came to deliver the card they asked so much questions and at last they did not deliver the card even after checking my adhar card where they were informed that on card my permanent address is given and i am living on my present address on temporary basis but they did not deliver the card and finally i had to ask them to send it to bank.

                Not getting my product on said time, non-responsive customer executive and delivery personnel. The personnel did call before delivering but then decided not to deliver by saying that he will deliver on sunday, which apparently is not a working day for blue dart as tild by customer support. The personnel said the premises were closed which is not possible. Way bill no [protected].

                  My docket from arrived from 27 april and depart at 1 may but they are not delivering me the docket always shows that address is incorrect from 1 may to 5 may and still it showing the same

                  Why courier boy not call us?

                  This is not a fair service
                  If company pay the cost to employee then he have do his duty and second think when i call to office they always tell me your docket will reached to you by today evening 8:30 is this the time to deliver after 7 to 8:30 (Timing given to. Me)

                  I need my answer why you people dont call the customers.
                  And why are not delivered the documents at time.

                    My product bought from coolwinks.com has reached padgha (Near bhiwandi). My address is just 20-25 kilometres but after reaching there, the message came to me that the address is not in their service area. When you know that the pincode is not in your service area, why did you accept that product from coolwinks?? How can you message like that?? The fact is, coolwinks has delivered 3 products before this order on my address. So this is not the first time you are delivering. Already the shipment is late. Now send it to me asap.

                      I saw this second time very worst service in blue dart courier, today 05.05.2018, even no one did not contact me, how your people update undelivered shipment held at location. & also i try to reach customer care, the 24x7 number is, incorrect which is the update in blue dart website.                           We had booked our electrical goods from pimpri pune to barmer rajasthan on 28/04/2018 by surface mode and they said that the material will reach up to destination on 2nd may 2018. The above material still not reach up to delivery place. We are having loss rs. 10000/- per day since delay in delivery.

                          We think that the blue dart is the fastest courier services other than other courier services but we got very bad experience with blue dart and we are not happy with your services.

                          We want that material should deliver by toady itself at any cost

                              This is to inform that i had made a parcel delivery order from dtdc courier service patia (Newly shifted to blue dart) bhubaneswar on 22 april 2018. A few days later on 26 april, the parcel was given a new consignment number from blue dart as [protected], and they also gave the delivery address wrong there. Now it is 5 may 2018 and yet i haven't received the parcel. I have repeatedly given them the right address through mail yet they are delaying. They're saying the agent's mailbox is full, so cannot receive any feedback and therefore not answering to any of my queries. I need the parcel immediately, else i might issue a more serious complaint. Please look into the matter seriously.

                                Today the product (Tracking no awb# [protected]) has been delivered to a third person. When i have seen your message that the item has been delivered to me, i became very anxious and afraid because that time i was in my delivery address. After enquiring to all my neighbour i came to know that it has been delivered to a maid servant of our building. Fortunately i got it from her. It is most unfortunate that such a careless activity from a reputed courier like you. I hope that you should be careful about the delivery of such a costly & delicate item.

                                  I ordered a package via Amazon which was to be attempted today. I directly got a 'premises closed' msg of 'failed attempt' at around 5:30...
                                  1. I was home the entire day till 5pm, i[censored]r panvel courier boy CANNOT FIND THE BELL AND RING IT, it's not our fault.
                                  2. If attempted delivery was made at 5.01, why was the failed execution msg sent after Soo long?? I could've contacted u guys immediately and got my package retrieved from the said fellow who wouldn't have been so far.
                                  3. So AFTER I called ur tool free number, I got a call from some fellow at Panvel. After hearing my side of the story, he promised to deliver it before 9 at my clinic as I had to be there from 6-9.. which NEVER happened.
                                  4. Now I keep getting msgs that delivery will be attempted yet again... But where? Home or clinic??
                                  5. That fellow who called is royally disconnecting my calls.

                                  Such unprofessional behaviour of your staff at Panvel should not be tolerated.
                                  I need updates NOW as to where my package is ... Your toll free CUSTOMER CARE also shuts at 9pm when I called and my call was automatically disconnected.

                                  Also, pls remove this ### idea of having to register at your CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM before succesfully sending this complaint. It agitates customers even more. And I expect updates and replies from your side regarding this complaint.

I sent money to lenovo online and it was successfully accepted and i was informed that it will be sent by blue dart express at my home . but without any call or email, blue dart express failed my delivery and the result is I lost my money

                                        This is in regards to the complaint of my package which is undelivered.
                                        There’s an important document in the package which is not yet delivered by the courier person, i’ve been calling him everyday but he is not responding to my call, if he answers to my calls he says that he’d call me back in 30 minutes, this is very disgusting. I hope the courier will not be returned.
                                        I’m requesting you to handover me the package as earliest as possible.
