I am a regular customer of blue dart team from last more the decade. And do good business with your esteemed organisation. You have worrest service in srinagar which is main hub of jammu and kashmir. No one is answering the phone, they have 3 no. Out of which 2 is out of service. You can also try.

    Very urjent courier
    Blue dart not delivering waybill no : [protected] and reference no :[protected]. I have called several times to blue dart customer service but not taking any action. They are updating wrong status on daily basis. As per tracking status, in the 11th morning the status is updating as "shipment out for delivery" and evening updating the status as wrong pin code provide since 11may 2018. I have provided all necessary information on time. Please refer attached screenshot of blue dart tracking for waybill no : [protected]...

      Hello there, i ordered online the debit card of paytm payment bank and i paid 125 rd for it. But yet i didn't get delivery of my debit card and i didn't receive any single call from blue dart for my card and now it shows your order is cancelled. I want to know why my order is cancelled while i didn't receive my money which i paid for it. Please let me know when will i receive my debit card or refund my money which i have paid that's 125 rs. Please send the details and register my complain.

        Dear sir/madam,
        Hdfc bank sent my credit card through blue dart courier service, the consignment number is [protected]. As credit card having my residence address, so they agreed to deliver my card on sunday 5/5/2018 between 9-12, i waited them till 1 pm, then i have some other work so left my home. Courier boy called me post 1 pm, i asked him either wait for 5-10 minute or come any other day. His behaviour was very rude he denied both. Next day i have office, i don't know whether he went to my house or not but my shipment status started showing that the premises is closed.
        Again i got call from the courier company ([protected]) on may10, 2018, and they told me that they will delivered my shipment between 10-12 on may 11, 2018. I have taken leave but again they didn't came. I tried to call on their toll-free helpline number, every time i called they charge 2 rupees and call didn't went through.
        I was in dire need of my card, additionally i has wasted my weekend and have to take leave. When i am calling on the number he didn't pick.

          Its a very urgent courier for me and it has not been delivered yet. Checked the status online and it says premises closed. However the irony is i didnot receive any call from the delivery boy.

          Firstly the tracking id was not activated for many days and then they didnot call.

          Please take it seriously and help me deliver my courier latest by tomorrow.

            I am complaining about my delivery of medicines .., .. it is dispatched on 4th may 2018 and did not delivered till 11th may 2018 ..whereas i called multiple times to customer care ..which is useless nobody answer ... on 11th may by mistake some taruna picked the call and i explained her i have kidney failure i will die if i will not get the medicines soon its already very delayed please fet my medicines delivered they are in gurgaon since 8th may 2018 ... my dailysis are increasing i cant stay on dailysis for too long ... please i will die ... i begged ... but she completely ignored and i think before that medicine will reach to me i will die ... thanks to bluedart ... and i case i will not die ... bluedart is the only reason to drag me to the deathbed.

              The most pathetic service, i was supposed to get my package delivered on 8th may 2018 and today is 11th may 2018, and yet no call from them. I'm a resident of hyderabad and ironically, the package has reached hyderabad on 4th may and rest is history. And whenever i call customer support they always reply that the product will be delivered by end of the day and that end of the day hasn't come till date.

              Would ask you to restructure your delivery strategy.

                  I ordered a item in paytm. It was supposed to deliver by 8th may, i haven't received any item, but it is showing delivered. When i checked with paytm they provided a pdf of blue dart delivery, in that they delivered it to the wrong address. The awb number is [protected]. I gave my address as chinmayi pg for ladies, they delivered it to srinivas chinmayi pg. I haven't received any call before the delivery. This is heights of negligence, my money is also valuable. I need an action on this

                    Awb no. [protected], i got a call from [protected] dated 10/05/2018 who told me that there is a currier where to come i just told him that at the address mentioned on the packet & he told me ok alright.
                    Later in evening i got call from other person who told me that your address is unlocatable pls confirm the landmark.

                    My main concern for this complain is that the same person who called me from above mentioned no. Dated 10/05/18 had already delivered my cheque book just 2 days back i. E on 08/05/18.

                    It may be that he would have forget the address there is no problem but when he had called me he must have asked about the landmark but he straight forward asked me where to come at 12:14 noon & he decided not to deliver which can be concluded because at 12:23 noon the same was updated when i tracked online.

                    Finally i got delivered next day without a single call from anyone.

                    My request pls train the staff to be humble if he is in customer service & not be so arrogent.

                      I order a product from paytm which order no. [protected]. Paytm sent the product dispatched the product through blu dart courier on 04 may 2018.
                      Blue dart awb no. Is [protected].
                      This to complain against order blue dart awb no. [protected]. I am extremely unhappy with the delivery process of blue dart. Blue dart promise to delivery my product ob 08 may 2018 but i did not get that till now. Also when i try to call blue dart sonipat (Haryana) they did not pick my call. Even when i talk him last time 2 days ago he lie and and said, watchman refuse to receive the product which is just impossible. This is very shameful act.

                        I was vacating my college hostel so i had shipped all my belongings from hostel to my parents house via bluedart. The expected delivery date was 3rd. I received two shipments on 1st but one box came on 9th that too damaged. Also, during the pick up, they told me they will offer me student discount but they gave student discount only on 2 shipments. I paid 1400 for 31kg and 1800 for 5 kg. The 5kg shipment is the one which was delayed and delivered is extremely pathetic condition after making many phone to the bluedart customer care

                            My blue dart awb#[protected], awb#[protected], awb#[protected] all showing out of delivery area. I don't understand if they can't deliver why they pickup the shipment. Only blue dart has problem, all other courier companies providing service very well. I would suggest all customers of paytm, amazon, flipkart to request shopping sites not to choose blue dart.

Hdfc bank try to send me no of courier but i didn't get even a single courier. Return reason: we got different product. We ordered blue and yellow colour silk saree but we got green saree it is very cheap in quality. I want to return the product and refund my money back.

                                  I informed the courier guy on first day i am on a training during that time and asked him to deliver it to the office reception which is the actual location mentioned. But he denies to give it and want me to come way down to collect, even though informing him that i will be in training so cant come in personal and receive. When other bluedart courier person can visit the reception to pick/drop the courier only he gives reason. The package contains my bank card which is very critical i need it asap. Please make sure you deliver it through some other guy at the reception.

                                    The shipment is out for delivery since 7 may and since then, everyday the status is the same-closed premises, but the fact is that i have not received even a single call on my number, and it has never happened that the premises are closed, my mother is always at home. That particular parcel is o[censored]tmost importance to me and my work is stuck because of it. Instead of showing some responsibility, the customer care department either disconnects or puts me on hold but provides me no valid information as to what the current status is and why have the previous statuses been updated incorrectly. I asked for the number of the concerned person who will come for delivery but i was refused for the same. The service is extremely hopeless. Like i said, the parcel is of extreme importance to me, kindly deliver today itself anyhow! ~tanisha rekhi

                                        We waited for a delivery letter from bank through ur courier awb [protected] this has came and went return and again we requested from bank to pass the letter to come so awb[protected] this was the second one came but not delivered to our address. We claimed to contact near our blue dart courier but they didn't give correct way of response and behaved in wrong manner as a customer service there is no dignity to have response like this. If we ask reply from them they reaply that door is locked and they won't contact us its a reticluous thing on your service kindly please take some action against it.
