My shipment was arrived surat at 25th january 2018. But they mentioned in tracking details as address incorrect. On 27th january 2018 i called in customer care and provided my complete address and mobile no, but then again they mentioned address unlocated/landmark needed. They not even trying to contact me. So poor service by bluedart. Even a local courier gets delivered at my address, but they don't even care to call a consignee to ask the location.

Finally today the courier boy came today in afternoon for delivery after 2 unsuccessful attempts.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Respected sir blue dart courier dalhouise road pathankot near Shani Mandir. This courier service is not good in pathankot distt. All the staff member do not work responsibly. This courier down the blue dart image. Plz take action this regarding.

    My bank documents are sent through blue dart courier your surendranagar brannch coordinator mr vijay - padmavati express says that address is incomplete and he misbehaved with us.
    Please note that my address mentioned on courier is complete as i am regularly receiving all documents with out any complaints.

    What we got trouble is misbehavior of the sales staff.

    Looking for your support.

    I dont have docket number because its bank document and we didnt receive any messages regarding oxket number. My details are as below:

      Delivery person misplaced/lost the courier containing sensitive documents and updated the status as delivered on 25/jan/2018 but till now i did not get the courier shipped to my address. Package shipped from mumbai on 24/jan/2018 as of today the date is 27/jan/2018 and till now i did not receive the courier.

      How can it be updated as shipped when i did not receive it?

      When called up to the blue dart customer care they said will arrange a call back.

      I personally went to the local blue dart and checked with them and they gave the delivery boy name and mobile number but his phone was not reachable. After a long hard struggle i was able to contact the delivery boy and i got an irresponsible reply from him as "i don't know where i missed it" this was a shocker to me. How can a delivery boy be so irresponsible? From a reputed company like blue dart.

      Now the courier containing my bank document is lost. Those documents are highly confidential and very important.

      What do blue dart do now? For wasting my time and stealing/misplace/losing my confidential document.

      This needs to be addressed.

My courier is still in bluedart office. The office people not taking calls. Please make sure my courier deliver by today...             Hi,

            My relative has dispatched one packet from kanpur with pod no [protected] on 24 jan, i have still not received the same in delhi.

            As per company site, same is delivered in delhi hub on 25 jan, 18 but as per customer service, same is not in air-plane, pathetic service i have seen from any logistics company till now & worse are customer service they don't know how to speak with customer.
            Pls arrange delivery urgently before sunday 2.00 pm as i will be moving to another city.

                I gave my ielts exam and was expecting my exam results to be delivered to me by bluedart.

                Initially when tracked - it gave a unknown name and relation - mother in law who received my item when i am single!!

                Previous waybill number - [protected]

                I made numerous phone calls and emails to blue dart and the reply i received in the end - sorry we are unable to track it back.

                I again contacted my examiner to re-send the exam results.

                New way bill number is - [protected]

                On the blue dart website it shows delivered to swati on 25th january when again this not been delivered to me.

                This was my original exam results which i asked my examiner to re send after blue dart's fault once however this happened again!!

                Can you believe it?

                Worst service i have ever seen in my life and because of this mess blue dart has created - i have lost my higher education opportunities abroad!

                I need someone senior from blue dart to contact me urgently and sort this mess you have created.

                Please sort this out!

                    I tried blue dart n is services so had chosen them for a courier from kolkata. It was a photo mug which costed me 300 n i received it in more than 50 pcs. The product was well packed, they mishandled the same even when i mentioned that it contains a cup. They charged 150 for early delivery n i wasted rs.450. I can never trust them again. They are unable to keep their promises

                      This is to inform you that without any intimation they have updated the undelivery code of "out of deluvery area". I guess they have branch in maheshtala right. Then how can they update wrong code for uodatation that to without even giving any call to the customer... When they do not want to provide any services to the customer they can clearly mention before taking the order right.
                      I hope to get supportive clarification from your end and hope to get the service to my given address which comes under your area..

                          They have received my courier on 20/1/18 but still they have delivered it rather delivering that courier they were sayin that your mentioned address was incomplete. I have talked to them on phone several times and let them know my proper address and given them my contact number but i have not received any courier from them. Very much disponted with your service.

                            I have called to blue dart on 22nd jan 2018 regarding re-schedule of my courier. She told yes mam we will re-schedule. But up to now there is no response. I have tried to track online there the status is not updated. I am calling to customer care their response is useless they are so rude towards the customers. They don't even have a scene to listen to a customer query.

                                Sir i want to complaint about a service man. Who called me nd use abusive language and his behaviour was too worst. Mobile no. Of that service man is [protected].
                                Plzz take an action about that incident..about that service man whose atitude was worst.
                                He should know how to treat customers. He should know how to speak. He don't have manners. Actually he didn't want to delieverd it to my home. His talking tone was also too disgusting. I want want to meat him or talk to him. And amazon's product come by blue dart alwayz. Not all the service man's behaviour is bad. I have recieved too many order by many service man and they called me and talked to me very polietly and delievered my order but this time i m totally disappointed by the service man. Actually he used abuse thats why i just don't to interact this type of service man again. Plzzz it is my humble request to take an action about it.

                                    The guy never reached my place... It is a wrong status...

                                    The guy called me up and after asking the address he said he will get it delivered. I waited for almost 2 hours package never arrived. When i tried calling back on his number [protected] the number was continously busy.
                                    With these sort of responses they are hampering amazon's name thats it.
                                    I want the package to be delivered.

                                        It's not delivered at my address still (Rz h 241 nihal vihar nangloi). Yesterday's status was "c'nee shifted from the given address at 11:00 am 22-jan-2018" and today its undelivered shipment held at location!!!
                                        I dont understand whom do i contact, as i have even sent a mail through you website but i have not got a mail or a call back, but unnecessarily put the status as undelivered shipment held at location without any intimation.
