One document was sent by icici bank in the name of sasmita chatterjee and unfortunately, the document is delivered to old address?
The awb number is [protected] and in regarding to this, also spoke to customer care person name "namita".

So, blue dart is a company who does not even check the authencity of the person before handling over the document and my mobile number was also mentioned in the document, where as deliver...

It is very bad that the courier has got delayed by 4 days which was booked though air for some urgent requirement. 40 kgs of material was booked through air courier from cochin on 10th oct-2017 to indore under [protected], which is yet to get delivered. Due to this delay production was down from 12th oct-17 on-wards, for which blue dart have to take the responsibility. Team does not even bothered about the urgency, even after many requests....

Last week i sent two cartons of books to bombay branch office but over their my colleague has received only one carton of book and the second carton is of polybags which is belong to some fire station in bombay.

Pls resolve it as soon as possible because we require it on an urgent basis.

Very important delivery of some of belongings were sent by blue dart courier on priority delivery (Which costed me 510 rs which is 5 times more than the normal rate)
Their courier boy came for the pick up and put the wrong pin code on their system while delivering it, got delivered after a delay of 7 hours from the scheduled time, and that belongings were sent to one of relatives who stays at usa for diwali, because of the late delivery...

I have not yet received my consignment despite reminding several times to Blue Dart Customer Care. Ranchi Service Centre finally returned my consignment to shipper without ever contacting me....

I had ordered an item from paytm for my aunt. Vourier man called me in late evening for the delivery. I was just 5 mints away in the next street. So o told him to drop the parcel in a vehicle in the compound. He confirmed it. As soon as i reached home in around 7 mints, there was no shipment dropped. Hi, i am palsam udaykumar. I didn't receive my courier till now. It is very much urgent to me. The courier didn't contact me. I track my status that is returning to the origin shipment. They didn't even call me to contact for the courier. They are returning the courier. So please send me the courier because it was urgent to me futhur purposes. I am waiting for that since 20 days. I can see on tracking that my parcel is in my city and shift out for delivery. but it is not delivered .and remark is that consignee is not available.

There is parcel arrived in same city (Ahmedabad) on 20 th september 2017
And today 14 oct. I didn't yet received it all thanks to blue dart.

I still have not received my courier in spite of multiple requests calling madurai office even after 5 days.

The staff are very rude and do not know to use the right cultured language and they do not understand the urgency and need of the parcel.

It is so pathetic they the staff do not even know basic english.

I have received a phone call from an unit of blue dart on 14th october 2017 at morning 10:20 am ; he asked my name and arrogantly behaved and told that he is calling from ovali etail unit, not at all any proficiency in communication and instructed me to collect my package immediately from their office because they cannot send the package to the address due to their shortage of staff and they have more packages coming and i am not only one...

I have to return my order because product are different to look at the site and not the all product inside packing. I went to the bluedart of electronic city branch, bangalore on 11 oct 2017, and i mentioned it to the receptionist that its very urgent document and needs to be delievered asap, and he assured me that it will reach tomorrow afternoon. This complaint is regarding bluedart courior dharamsala because they are the worst courior company i have ever seen. Then dont delivers the courior on time, nither they call and intimate than the courier has arrived and nor they deliver the courior at door step even in door step delivery option selected. So kindly take a strict decision against the dharamsala branch or either shut off this branch because other courier companies are doing...

Our consignment was dispatched from neemuch (Awb no. [protected]) to guwahati via bluedart on high priority as this is an extremely critical consignment to serve an important client. We went ahead with bluedart even though it is expensive as this was highly suggested to get our consignment delivered on time, we were told it would take 4-5 days.
