I had placed a return request from my account to snapdeal, that i had ordered a mobile (Vivo y55s) in gold, but i received black color. I got this product from blue dart situated at kakrola more. I ordered it by named rahul and got invoice of named shampy and the invoice had 4 imei numbers, mine (Black mobile one) was written by ball blue pen and another two is by computer as you see in the image below. It's a great threat to the laws of consumer. (Changing the imei number) the request was received by snapdeal by 7 september 2017 as per the image below too, no one came till now, i got that too that this mobile warranty was started since 1 july 2017 and this product is a clone copy by vivo store. I have contacted to snapdeal as in many ways i can, but there is no response, it is sad to say that i got depressed and the snapdeal's all bad rumors are (I think for now) true.
Please help me for

Bluedart people at dimapur lied, rejected delivery of prepaid orders, selling illegally cod orders without my concern.

Who gave them authority to sell my cod orders when i asked them to hold it till evening the day it reached to the destination city, i suggest mi india to ship only through 'delhivery courier' at least they will attempt to deliver it. Bluedart never do a single attempt to deliver nor a single phone calls.

It is really a shameful for us that a company which is having big brand name do this kind of silly mistakes. One of your executive is not attending us and they provide us a message in phone that the premises is closed my awb no is : — [protected] now it will give us a message...

"your order from paytm with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered as premise closed. To reschedule, please call please call[protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat."

What is this sense less activity even though we all are at home why this message is coming...!! Revert me asap...!!

My name is avinash & my credit card supposed to delivered yesterday Document No:-EV[protected] but it is still not deliver today also as on[protected] . Shipment was return back due to customer is not available. Request you kindly deliver the shipment at earliest.

Today I have called one of the person from bluedart courier. He is saying the address is unable to find and we will not delivering again. I have a passport and all documents are with same address and we are staying since my birth.

I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a i didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card (Ayrpb2298q).
Immediately with the given airway bill number ([protected]) i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 22 sep 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.
Thus, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest

I was supposed to receive high confidential documents on 22 oct itself, but yet 7 days now i have not recived it. No number to reach them at all. Customer care number never works. And now im tracking my shipment it roamed around whole city since 7 days but did not notify me yet about my delievry. Recent tracking details read as consignee not available. But i they didnt call me for once or notify about this to me on any medium.

My order was booked through amazon and delivery had to be done by bluedart to me but not delivered to me on time and sent back to seller and i tried calling there branch available in baddi himachal pradesh. But they never responded to any call. I personally went to there office and they simply said our phone is not working and we sent back your parcel, as your address is not reachable.
Earlier same team has deliver to many courier on same address.
When i checked the log of calling, they called me one time, but i have not received any call from them.

It is not first time blue dart is working like this...

I want they should be penalized for same so that they will learn how to make your customer happy...

They didn't try to deliver my package and showed in their tracking system is undelivered.
They gave excused that we haven't service in your area. if they haven't why Bluedart take packages. Every time i face this same situation. I would not prefer bluedart to anyone now.

We couldn't find you at priya enclave nacharam. We came to know that you live in ravindranagar.

With refernce to #AWB [protected], I would like to inform you that I have requested an early delivery of my shipment which contains a credit card and customer care keeps on making false promises and I have not recieved my shipment as per commitment by customer care.

Further I would like to bring to your kind notice customer care even said they have prioritise my shipment and will be delivering it on urgent basis.

Its really sad a reputed company is making false promises and not fulfilling their commitments.

So i request you to kindly look into this matter as your customer care is not taking customer seriously.

my urgent banks document is coming throw your blue dart Currier but today not getting my document i will more time follow the customer care & your mira road branch office all time say you got your document before 6 PM after 6 Pm not getting my document i call the customer care they say your address is wrong so you got the document tomorrow. that not fare i request all time asked your customer service executive when got my document please provide doc boy contact no i will pic my document they say we not issue the contact no you meet this place they came & given the document. But Not came any person to deliver

Dear blue dart customer service representative

I was to receive my pan card through awb [protected]. I have checked your system tracking which shows the consignment or shipment has been delivered. However i regret to notify you that the same is not true and that i have not received my pan card.

Would appreciate if you could provide details

Wabill number is: [protected]. The product was delivered on 23rd october and it was tols that by 26th the product will delivered at any cost. I tried to contact the customer care many times on 26th and i was told that there is no problem in delivery and by 6pm it will be delivered.

When i checked next day (27th october) on the bluedart website it was mentioned that address incomplete. My question is if address was incomplete the delivery boy could contact the consignee and confirm the same. Still i am following up with bluedart customer care today and it is expected to be delivered today.

My complain is that when there is contact number of consignee and if there is incomplete address then why can't you call consignee and confirm the same.

I found a very unprofessional delivery boy whop came to deliver by sbi credit card his called from this no [protected] who did not disclosed his name. He reached outside my office and called me to collect my card. Since i am a sales person and i was not on the way back to my office i requested him to kindly let me know other time so that once i reach my office i can call him and collect my card. He denied and when i told him that i will complain he was least bothered and told me do what i can and disconnected the call. When i called him back to get his identity he started disconnecting the my call.

I request the authorities to take necessary step against the delivery boy.
My shipment not is ev[protected].

I knew blue dart dhl as professional services providers but this gave me a very sad experience and a negative image of the company.

The consignment was picked up from the pickup location bangalore on 10th of oct and the destination was hyderabad,

They shipping cost was charged rs:4250 and the promise was to deliver the product with in 4 days

The product is still not reached the destination

Inspite of calling the customer care multiple times, there was no proper response.

I have sent mails to bluedart but still not resolution received
