I had placed a return request from my account to snapdeal, that i had ordered a mobile (Vivo y55s) in gold, but i received black color. I got this product from blue dart situated at kakrola more. I ordered it by named rahul and got invoice of named shampy and the invoice had 4 imei numbers, mine (Black mobile one) was written by ball blue pen and another two is by computer as you see in the image below. It's a great threat to the laws of consumer. (Changing the imei number) the request was received by snapdeal by 7 september 2017 as per the image below too, no one came till now, i got that too that this mobile warranty was started since 1 july 2017 and this product is a clone copy by vivo store. I have contacted to snapdeal as in many ways i can, but there is no response, it is sad to say that i got depressed and the snapdeal's all bad rumors are (I think for now) true.
