My name is utkarsh narad. I'm totally frustrated with blue dart services. 3 days ago my parcel was scheduled to be delivered but they cancelled it saying address issue even though i confirmed my address and it was thoroughly correct. 3 days have passed and i called the customer care like hundreds of times but they haven't taken any action against them. This is my first time with the blue dart and it has been the worst experience. The worst courier company in india. I request you all please don't ever rely on them or order through blue dart.

    Very bad experience and service is very poor. I was waiting for a delivery from amazon which was supposed to be delivered by blue dart. But the service & behaviour of the courier guy is pathetic. 1st day he has cancelled my order without even contacting me. I got to know from amazon about the cancellation & then requested them to send back. 2nd day the same courier guy called me as he said 1st day he was not able to contact that's why cancelled & now he is not getting my house address properly so he's going to cancel my order again which is ridiculous. I don't understand who have given him the authority to cancel the orders randomly. If it's from the company or management itself, then really it's not acceptable & should stop this practice immediately. My flat is just beside two multinational & nationalized banks. So not getting my house address is just for the sake of saying. For your reference i am giving you the name of the branch & details of the courier guy. Its in jajpur road, orissa, 755019. Name of the courier guy - bhagirathi, contact number - [protected]. Not ended, he was shouting on phone unnecessarily & threatenings like he will cancel the order. Then on top of his tone he was saying to send someone for picking up the product from their office. Then my husband went for pick up, there also he was making scene. When i have paid for delivery charge how come you are asking me to pick up. Such a bad experience. I hope you will understand; do the recovery asap. Really awful & so downgraded service which is not at all expected from blue dart.

      I'm really trouble with this. I ordered a gift for my best friend's birthday. But it didnt reached it there at all.. Its almost one week passed after the birthday. The tracking site shows "undelivered shipment held at location". I dont know why. At first they told they cant locate the place. But why?? I have correct adress with every details. Please deliver it as soon as possible. I ordered it with much curiosity, but i cant given it to my friend.

          Ref no. 011532 for package. I received a call on 13th nov, 2018 for package delivery. However, i was not present at the location to pick the order, so requested the delivery boy to deliver it the next day that is on 14th nov, 2017.
          However, i did not receive any call the next day and when i am checking, it says the package has been delivered to some person named krishna.
          I don't understand what kind of service is this. This is an urgent case. If the package cannot be delivered to me, it should go back to the sender. How can it be delivered to some random person without my confirmation.
          I request you to inquire about the package asap.

            I had placed 2 orders from koovs.com and they had successfully dispatched the order under the promised time frame and reached the bangalore hub, by nearest area koramangla on 13th november, i'll attach a screen shot to confirm the same.
            Bluedart is one of tbe reputable companies and i didn't expect this from them.
            I have provided my pin code as 560047, which is nelsandra and the nearest bluedart hub is koramangla and even then they dispatched the order to the banner-herald hub. This is either fake updates on the website or seriously bad mismanagement.
            Kindly report this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism because we consumers suffer all the time.
            I needed my order by 14 november and i called up the delivery centre and they confirmed it'll be delivered by 14th november but it was not.

              I kamal kant comaplaint about your service person who was with my courier of bank cheque book of my firm kamal trading co. Called me to receive on other address as was mentioned. I went and delivery boy said me to give id. I said that i have no id in my pocket, it is placed on my shop. It is his duty to deliver on my shop. Then the person whose mobile no is [protected] from truecaller his name is sandeep misbehaved me and abused. Please take action against the person. I could not sleep whole of the night because he misbehaved with me without any reason. I hope you will take action against your franchise.

                Very rude and horrible service . Same with the call centre lady staff who answers the call. Without even we complete our conversation they disconnect the call. If this is the attitude why do you emloy such unprofessional and uncouthed persons in your company. The standard is stooping down.

                  I had issue in getting credit card delivery. Simply they are mentioning fake reasons and closing the courier. Two times both are credit card not delivered. If some other statement or other couriers are received from same branch and services. Very bad services. Why they are getting mobile no if they are having policy of not calling for any assistance in address locating.

                  My courer ref[protected] this some reasons we was not present our courier address that time courer boy reached home address and my curier has back to service center than still I continually call to blue dart courier but I haven't any responsibil reply to courer service
                  Delivery boy very rudely behave and I said him to open parcel he is not agree for that after giving payment. I said him I just wanted to check it that it is not empty or other items. But he take back parcel without give me.

                    My credit card was dispatched via blue dart on last friday by the bank. The blue dart agent called me on friday and i was out of station so i told him to bring on monday. I haven't got any call or message regarding the delivery yet. I have called the customer service they were not taking the calls. Seriously it's much annoying. Please find a solution by today.

                          I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

                              I ordered a mi a1 phone from the mi website which was to be delivered today at my office address. I got a missed call alert from an unknown number at 3.45pm so i did not take it seriously. Later in the evening at 8.25pm i got a mail that my phone has been delivered. I called bluedart and they told me that my phone was delivered to the address, but i did not receive it. I checked with the admin team in my office and the mailroom as well and no one has received it fro my office. Who is responsible for this.

                              Let's try to see the bigger picture here :
                              1. A product of some monetary value was marked as delivered without any prior communication about the same to the receiver of the courier.
                              2. On reaching out to Blue Dart, first thing that was told to me with 110% confidence was that it was in the mail room of my employer (with the exact location) saying I was contacted but could not be reached.
                              3. This confidence led me to investigate further in my office if this was the case. But I could not find any record of that courier in my office. Which led me to finally raise this complaint where I was told there is 24 hrs needed.
                              4. an hour after this I got a call from a courier guy from Blue dart who said he has my courier.
                              Which means it wasnt delivered in the first place and both customer care execs mislead me
                              On top of that, the delivery guy with that courier was unprofessional. he marked the delivery as complete when this wasnt the case. Will any action be taken regd the same?
                              What about the customer care exec who made me doubt the Admin team in my organization.

But that is totely wrong no one can visit my home or call me for the same. If you required my c. C tv footage i am agree to share with you. Also today i call our local courier team (Sector 14 panchkula) firstly thay aproche me very causely after some time thay call me again & thay inshaure me that the person will definatly come & deliver my courier by eod.
                                Till now i am not recieve any call from bluedart office & no one visit my home.
                                Request you to please look into the matter very clously & i am waiting for your positive responce

                                  This is regarding consignment no. [protected] which is domestic priority shipment from delhi to hyderabad. This was supposed to be delivered to the recipient's address by 12 noon the following day which was not done. At 1 pm when we checked online, it showed, 12:30 pm it reached the hyd facility and it is out for delivery. As the documents were very urgent i called the somajiguda blue dart facility and they said that i can come and pick-up the packet. At 4:05pm i reached the dhl facility and they handed over the packet to me at 4:10 pm. When i asked them to acknowledge that this packet was not delivered on time and therefore i want to raise a complaint, the facility guys tried to make many excuses and on after another 35 min they gave me an acknowledgement for this parcel. Now, as per your notice and announcement (See attached pic) if a domestic priority shipment is not delivered by 12 noon, you are supposed to refund the full amount to the customer. Therefore, please let me know how to claim the amount of rs 350/- from blue dart for not delivering my shipment on time?

                                    The packet arrived at my address on 8 nov when i was out of station. I reached and stayed there for 11& 12 nov and sent email to your given address. I got reply from your kirankumrr @bluedart.com saying he has advised the concerned bluedart station to. Deliver it after making call. But nothing happened. Also didn't get any further advice from you.
                                    I left kolkata again on 13 nov.
                                    Please tell me how do i get my packet which contains my valuable pan card.
                                    I'm simultaneously lodging a complaint to l the it authorities.
                                    I'm a. Senior officer in a bank and know what to do.
                                    Your local station gave. Me a number [protected],. But making a call it doesn't respond.
                                    Please do the needful.

                                    On 30th of November my packet was arrived at Gurgaon and it need to dispatch at Gola. The courier guy named Sarvesh Kumar has marked it delivered on 7th November in the afternoon at 12 P.M. but I didn't received it and this person also used abusive language when I called him for deliver status

                                      Hi team,
                                      This is about wrong package delivered to me.
                                      I got amazon package on monday[protected] delivered by bluedart. The package was on name of brother in law at his address.
                                      As my brother in law and i have flats in same society i took his package and gave delivery boy 650 rs which is cost of package.

                                      I could not contact my relative at that time as he is out of india so as to confirm with him if he had ordered anything on his address.

                                      Later when i contacted him he said he ordered nothing. I opened package to see if it has any amazon invoice to see order number but there was no invoice inside.

                                      Now i don't have any details to return package, when i contacted the bluedart guy he said i couldn't take package and said why you took package, now system is updated, we can't take it.

                                      I have paid for package which doesn't belong to me kindly help me in getting back my rs 650 back.

                                      I contacted bludart manager but no help.
