I have a consignment with blue dart, which was supposed to be delivered on 4th nov, but some how it didn’t, since then no one has called me up to confirm the timing for the delivery. The address given is my home address and hence no one is available during working hours.
Customer care number does not work at all need to know whom can i talk for this

      Dear team blue dart,

      I need to receive a shipment from my bank docket number : [protected] reached to the delivery hub on dated : 04.011.2017 and attempted a delivery but due to the my office work timings and unavailability of family members i didn't receive the shipment on-time.
      I called the delivery hub on same day 04.11.2017 at the time i came out from my office (Apprx.18.00hr) they tell us to call on next day sunday.

      I tried to call them but it was closed due to non working day on later i was received message from customer care ad-blue dart by 21.00hrs to select a scheduled delivery time slot then i booked a time slot on today. I. E monday 06.11.2017 time 18.00 to 19.00hr (Screen shots attached for reference)

      Finally i checked for the status of my delivery it shows that the item is out for delivery, so that i called for the delivery boy number to trace the delivery to the nearest delivery hub ([protected]) autonagar gajuwaka but they told that time is up sir no delivery today tomorrow we will attempt

      Why they don't attempt today even i booked a time slot?

      Why dont you people are not meeting the delivery time lines?

      Please let me arrange the delivery immediately by today

      Or please let me allow to collect at hub

      Please respond and take it as an urgency

        Hi blue dart,
        Hi this is pathetic service as this from blue dart. After i get to call back for unsuccessful delivery for which i never received call, even after clear instruction from bank to call me before reaching.
        And when i call customer care agents are so ruthless and unprofessional they answer n don't talk till u ask if anybody have answered n after i give my waybill # they are least bothered to ask permission to wait and few secs later they hang up.
        I demand for a call back from the team.

          The waybill number - [protected] has been delivered to some person named 'anshu' which is not supposed to be the concerned person.

          The parcel needs to be delivered to 'ashok arora', ambience corporate tower, amazon, nh-8, gurugram, haryana -122002.

          How could the delivery boy hand over the parcel to some unknown person without prior check? As per the tracking details the parcel was delivered on 3rd nov. At 10.52am.

          Could you please look into this issue on high priority and deliver the parcel to ' ashok arora, as the parcel was a birthday gift?

          Your earliest action on this issue would be highly appreciated.

            I got a call from your delivery boy (Number called was from +[protected]), he says he will not deliver my product to my address, and he orders me to go and collect it from where he says so. Else, i need to forget my product and money.
            Is this the policy of blue dart?
            I will not go an collect this from your delivery boy, and my husband called him multiple times on the number to make timings for delivery, he refuses to answer the call.

            How am i going to get my product successfully and safely?

            Seeing such a behavior of your delivery boy, i will want this to be delivered on a weekend when i have people around me, if not possible to do so, please cancel my order and i shall go ahead for refund.

            Bad delivery service

            Bluedart is very bad delivery service.. I supposed to receive my courier if i call to courier not or office they are not picking the call... Next time ill not use this nonsense courier service very bad.. Friends please dont use this service... Ill convey this to all

            This practice is something which is followed by such delivery men in most of the courier companies. I personally understand this is going to add up as a bad reputation for a well known courier company like bluedart, and bluedart must take some corrective actions to fix such behaviour of their feild workers.

            Bad delivery service

            Bluedart is very bad delivery service.. I supposed to receive my courier if i call to courier not or office they are not picking the call... Next time ill not use this nonsense courier service very bad.. Friends plz dont use this service... Ill convey this to all.
            Hey have updated the status that "delivery attempted-premises closed" which is completely wrong as i was in my home the whole day. The delivery man from bluedart just for formality called my number and i answered the call too but he did not responded for a while, i could even hear him talking to someone woman while keeping me on call and he disconnected the call after a while. I am sure this delivery man was not doing his duty and made false attempts sitting in comfort of his home and has updated false information in "tracking details".

            I want my courier on today only
            I want to recieve my package ref no. EV[protected] after 11/11/2017 because I am in UP my native place. I request to you arrange delivery after 11 Nov 2017
            worse . I dont want write also..

              Today i ma in my office from 9 am itself. The delivery boy did not come here and he wrongly updated the status as "consignee not available" on 9.52am. This is muthoot finance audit office. Then how can he wrongly update the matter. I am here up to 5.30 pm. I called to your customer care then she assured the courier will deliver before 1.30 pm today. But not received till now. Your t nagar branch no is also not working. I tried to [protected], 29and 30.

                Its been 1 month i have not received my credit card from blue dart, only message i get in my phone we delivery failed. No phone call nothing i have received i have provided my office number everything. The number which you people have provided never works. Please tell me if you people cant deliver my card i have too look for other option. My number is [protected] and i am available in this number from morning 9a. M - 4.30p. M evening.

                  My name is asif iqbal.
                  My tracking id is [protected].
                  My ordered items were a combo of bluetooth headsets, 64 gb pendrive, 64 gb memory card and bluetooth earphone.
                  But the 64 gb memory card and bluetooth earphone were missing.
                  I was supposed to to get a sony pendrive but i received kingston pendrive.
                  Moreover the one bluetooth headset i received doesn't work.
                  I received the products on 4th november 2017.
                  Kindly help me to return the products and refund me the price i paid.

                    I am piyush gusani. I have collected my mother's pan card from blue dart office from above address. When i asked why they are not delivering pan card at home address they talled me that you have to collect it from office only. Blue dart don't deliver pan card at home. Income tax department says that pan card will reach at home. I want to know that does blue dart don't deliver pan card at home address???

                      Hi, i am dr amit sharma. My american express courier is due since 1 st of november. Its way bill no is [protected]. Being a surgeon i was in ot on 2nd november 5;20 pm. I told courier guy to deliver next day i, e 3 rd nov, between morning 10-11 am. I talked at ur customer service centre thrice. They gave me assurance that it will be delivered between 9 to 12 am today. Till now i hvn"t recieved my courier. From gurgaon to gaziabad blue dart is not able to deliver the courier.,
                      Really shameful on ur part. Do u ppl belong to stone age or what?

                        This is to inform you that my credit card was sent by icici bank with

                        The credit card arrived on blue dart office valsad on 30- oct - 2017. The put the status out of delievery area. So i went to the blue dart office with my adhar card, pan card, my icici debit card on 30- oct-2017 in the afternoon 3.30 pm. They told me they can not deliever the card at office they will deliever the card at home next day. They did not deliever the card next day.
                        After 4 days on 02- nov - 2017 they called me and said you take your card from office. I refuse to take from office as the did not give me on 30-oct - 2017.
                        After all on 04 - nov - 2017 they delievered the card at home. Mean while i already blocked my card on 02- nov - 2017.
                        This card delievered me is just a waste.
                        Pls look forward in this matter.

                            This is regarding doc. Awb#[protected] which contained my vehicle's original insurance copy. The same was despatched on 24th nov'17 but was returned back twice to bhubaneswar office, odisha without any intimation to me regarding the return. After several followups the same had to be personally collected from my side from nearest landmark to my address on 3rd nov'17.                               As per the link below. The toll free number is not active. After a second the call disconnects and they charge 2rupee. The mail id provides us poor service.

                                I am expecting my citibank card since 31/10 but it has not been delivered yet. When I checked its status on the tracking page, it shows that delivery has been attempted twice and the house was closed.

                                I received a call on 31st to check whether I am at home or not and I confirmed that I am at home, but wasn't delivered. And somebody is at my place 24x7, so I am not sure where your person is trying to deliver the card.

                                  I was about to receive my demand draft from citi bank which was a refund from e commerce website ebay. For some reason the address was misplaced. It might be my fault. But after i received call from blue dart and asked if they could correct it and deliver to my exact location, the courier person gave me hope to call later and tell me d procedure. But till date no steps has been taken and my parcel is lost i think. I am extremely unhappy due to inconvenience caused

                                    Citi bank has dispatched credit card to me using blue dart. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st oct 2017 but delivery exec called me after 8 pm asking for landmark and flat number. Till now it is not delivered and when i called customer care, the executive spoke rudely to me as if it is my fault for calling him. He was yelling at me on the phone and when i said this is not the way to address the issue. He said this is getting recorded anyways. He showed too much attitude and insulted me for asking the reason why was not it delivered. Further he added that i should have given proper address. I should have gotten 1000s of shipment to the same address even from blue dart. He asked me to go ask citi bank when i asked i can’t wait for credit card longer and i am in urgent need of it.

                                        This consignment was booked from nashik on 24th october. It is yet to be delivered at kolkata. The blue dart site shows shipment connected to delivery on 1st november. The parcel had reached kolkata on 25th november. Nobody is picking up the toll free number or other phones mentioned in the site at kolkata. I have been put to a financial loss on account of this inordinate delay. Can the management explain why such a premier logistic company is behaving in such a irresponsible manner?
