I have a very high regard for the blue dart before this incident. I thought a very professional people and educated people are working in this.

Our consignment was dispatched from neemuch (Awb no. [protected]) to guwahati via bluedart on high priority as this is an extremely critical consignment to serve an important client. We went ahead with bluedart even though it is expensive as this was highly suggested to get our consignment delivered on time, we were told it would take 4-5 days.

Its being a very bad experience with blue dart kukatpally hyderabad i have to recieve my credit card on 10/10/2017 (Aws - [protected]) but i didnot get any call or no one came to my home i was at home and they mentioned that my premisces were closed and didnot deliver it and to enquire that i called kukkatpally number [protected] around 9:45 am on 12/10/17 they cut my call number of times and when i went to their office on of the receptionist...

Very poor customer service. V r not receiving call from courier person instead receiving call from toll free number.. If customer is not available there is no way to communicate with courier person.. Sathyamangalam courier in charge is also irresponsible.. Making ten mobile calls to know the status still no responsible answer he s saying i m not available in office until 12 pm also.....

I got call on 09.10.2017 from blue dart rajkot that your courier from axis bank is with us and within today we will deliver it, but that day it was not delivered till today so i call him several time but he didnot pick my call till date i also attached screen shot of it. More of it they update some unfair reasons on tracking site. Do needful for it...

Parcels come to address properly but did, nt delivered properly. They didnt inform us the delivery time. They come to location and inform us. Then they return the parcels. My order from shein was dispatched through blue dart awb# [protected] was to be delivered by 12-oct-17. Amount payable is rs 1729. But through tracking source i came to know that shipment is redirected to the same hub and i didn't get my delivery. Your shipment leaved my district and went further. I want my delivery to be given to me as soon as possible. Please inquire about why the shipment again gone on the same route.

My pan card has been dispatched on 11-sep-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 21-sep-2017. But i haven't received any call or message from courier person finally they returned my shipment to origin. How can i get my shipment again.

Hello blue dart this is the first time this has happened and i must say i feel so disgusted because of the way your delivery executive treated me. Let me tell you what happened he called me and told me to tell my address so i did then he got lost and started ranting about how i should come and pick it up "it's your order not mine" and all sorts of abusive behaviour finally when he did come to my home he told me to come outside...

It is very bad experience i have facing with your bludart service. From last two days my parcel is held within your indore office and till it is not delivered to me. This parcel is very important to me and my banking activities is completely stopped. I trying to call your courier office but no one picked up the phone. Also try to contact your customers service deck but no any response. It's very bad not expecting from bluedart....

My pick up was assigned by bluedart courier service on 28th sept but after waiting 14 days no one came for pick up. They cancelled my pick up two times and blamed me for this. I scheduled my pick up for third time but nothing happened. I complained about this to customer care but they told me to drop off the product myself and hung up on me, didn't even listen to my complain. My local bluedart office person told me that there is no one available...

Bad service with wrong information - still not receives my important parcel,

I am waiting for my parcel from 29th september.
In tracking system it shows in transit, their was no attempt for delivery from bluedart. And mentions wrong information about late shipment, etc by bluedart.

After that i also applied for re-delivery by telephonic call on 8th oct. But their was no response till now.

I did not receive the ordered item through amazon, but i got a message from blue dart that the item was delivered to upendra (I. E., me). One of the persons of blue dart called me and said that tomorrow we will deliver that item to you.
So, my question is that is there any possibility to change the item ordered by your men.
