Dear sir, please find attached snapshot of showing the current status of subject shipment. Please note that we are just 1 km away from your dhl - bluedart hub. However no one from bluedart has attempt to make a delivery even if the shipment was arrived at hub on 16th october as per the status report which is here with. We are writing this mail to you today on 17th october and at 21. 45 hours to indicate the gross negligence and carelessness shown by your hub at mira bhayandar. Please note that this implies that bluedart which is the most reputed company in the in currier world has started declining performance. Please take corrective action to sustain your good image in the market.

    The waybill no. Of my shipment is [protected] and reference no. Is 12768542. The tracking status is showing that delivery of my shipment was tried at 1520 hrs on 17th oct 17, however the shipment could not be delivered as the area was a prohibited area with restricted entry. This is a completely false statement given in the status. Why did the delivery boy not called on the call details written in the shipment? Also all courier services deliver the shipments in this area but it is sad to know that bluedart always finds this silly excuse to not deliver the shipment. Also most of the customer care numbers available in the open site are either not functioning or not being attended by anyone. This is not just creating inconvenience but most of the times its a big loss as the shipment is not delivered in time. The matter may be looked into and my shipment must be delivered at the earliest.in case of non delivery or further delay in delivery of my shipment from your end with the same excuse happens again and is updated in the site, i will be forced to take legal action against you and i shall also file consumer complaint against your company for your pathetic services and redressal systems/ procedures.

      Dear sir,
      My cheque shipment was from mumbai to kopargaon track no.[protected].
      This shipment was arrived yesterday to kopargaon 16 october 2017. & within one hours he changed the status that "out of delivery area". If you check the address the distance only 4 k. M which is on the road of kopargaon to shirdi. If you dont know or unable to deliver a shipments why dont you take initially stage those shipments which you are not able to deliver on the mentioned address. I got really pathetic service from the company who is a giant in courier business.
      You could have delivered this shipment at the time without any delay at mentioned address instead of giving status that "out of delivery area"
      Finally i myself went there and collected the shipment. I thing this is the kind of service you usually provide to your customer & this may be work style of your company.

        Since last 15-18 days i am politely asking your vapi manager narendra pandey, my customer executive vicky, my sales head sandip maurya. For my parcel which is been stuck at your ahmedabad warehouse. But no one till date is able to answer my question "where is my parcel?" and "when it will be delivered?".

        As per this consequuences, everyone is just passing on there responsiblities on others shoulder and making me passover each and every time.

        This is not at all fair.

        And due to this i am stopping your payment, of previous month, and i know the consequences : that my pick up will not be done, my shipments will be on hold, i don't care any of this at all as my shipment value is way above, i. E., rs. 220100. And this was been shipped by your company last month[protected].

        I am attaching my scanned awb copy, my stock transfer bill value along with it.

        I hope you can help me down for the same.

        Deliver boy called me for Adress he said and we were waited for product, end of day I got the message your product couldn't deliver due to not having cash
        He didn't come to Adress...
        What doing deliver boy... Why this message sent from company

            Bluedart is very unprofessional. I have been waiting for my orders from sheln for three weeks and very irritating as i got text messages that i have given wrong pincode seriously while ordering in sheln, my pincode was valid and so it is i have been ordering in other sites too didn't have this problem. And i don't understand why they doesn't call me in my given number. I personally have problem with bluedart company coz it is the number one delayed, laziest and unprofessional courier service. They disappoint and makes people wait with all kinds of excuses like wrong pincode etc. Etc.

            I request the courier person would call me in the given number.

              Blue dart service in tumkur, karnataka is worst. As per awb the courier reached tumkur on 11. Oct.2017. Even by 16. Oct.2017, blue dart did not deliver the courier. They didnt`t bother to deliver or intimate me. On 16. Oct.2017, i visited their office to collect the courier personally, even after waiting there for 30 minutes, nobody attended. The person in charge was busy loading parcel in the truck. Such a repulsive attitude. Not worth paying exorbitant charge for not getting mail delivered.
              Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Way bill[protected] not delivered even after 3 days of arrival to the office which is just 1 km away from my residence. The company tele executive was irresponsible and discourteous. They did not even care even after repeated reminders. God save our country from such corporates.

I have already visited the madhapur blue dart service 2 times and mentioned the address and phone number, next day they sent it back. Again i tried to call the bank applied.                       On 21-sep-2017 total 5 items were picked up by bluedart from my address, but 4 items were supposed to pickup.

                      Awb numbers of items which were correctly picked up :

                      The fifth item was supposed to be picked up by another courier, but by mistake it was picked up by bluedart. Please update me on this extra item (Whether it was delivered to shopclues or with bluedart).

                        One document was sent by icici bank in the name of sasmita chatterjee and unfortunately, the document is delivered to old address?
                        The awb number is [protected] and in regarding to this, also spoke to customer care person name "namita".

                        So, blue dart is a company who does not even check the authencity of the person before handling over the document and my mobile number was also mentioned in the document, where as deliver boy does not bother to call me?

                        I want my document and if any paper or information is leaked to 3rd person, blue dart will be responsible for that?

                        Please don not claim that blue dart is best courier company as we can see the process they follow?

                        I want this issue to be resolved as earliest and if you cant do anything, i will definitely take legal steps against blue dart.

                          It is very bad that the courier has got delayed by 4 days which was booked though air for some urgent requirement. 40 kgs of material was booked through air courier from cochin on 10th oct-2017 to indore under [protected], which is yet to get delivered. Due to this delay production was down from 12th oct-17 on-wards, for which blue dart have to take the responsibility. Team does not even bothered about the urgency, even after many requests. As a special case material need to be delivered to the site on urgent basis so that further delays can be avoided. Hope blue dart have some commitment towards customer satisfaction. If so please deliver the material on immediate basis at the following address:

                              Very important delivery of some of belongings were sent by blue dart courier on priority delivery (Which costed me 510 rs which is 5 times more than the normal rate)
                              Their courier boy came for the pick up and put the wrong pin code on their system while delivering it, got delivered after a delay of 7 hours from the scheduled time, and that belongings were sent to one of relatives who stays at usa for diwali, because of the late delivery the flight was gone and i could not send the same to my relative.

                                  I had ordered an item from paytm for my aunt. Vourier man called me in late evening for the delivery. I was just 5 mints away in the next street. So o told him to drop the parcel in a vehicle in the compound. He confirmed it. As soon as i reached home in around 7 mints, there was no shipment dropped. (Kindly note that many courier men knows me and they hhave dropped items in absence many times. There has been no fraaud till this incident)
                                  And also im not at all concerned about the product. It is worth nothing for me.
                                  But you need to inquire in this matter. If he has done any fraud, tell him to do the good. Or else i will hae to lodge an fir for theft.

When nobody came up with parcel to my place how could you people imagine that i am out of station . Such a worst service you people are giving. Plesae Stay away from Service that you are giving.

                                        Hi, i am palsam udaykumar. I didn't receive my courier till now. It is very much urgent to me. The courier didn't contact me. I track my status that is returning to the origin shipment. They didn't even call me to contact for the courier. They are returning the courier.
