The credit card from SBI package sent to me was received by Blue dartTrivandrum office and they never contacted me or try to deliver to my address and now the package is sent back. It has happened to me once earlier also. Kindly requesting to take necessary action in order to avoid inconvenience to customers.

I had a shipment with waybill no : [protected] and i am really very disappointed with bluedart's service specially their staff's behavior, first of all they don't deliver the product in time and update wrong info as "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". What the hell, are these delivery boys illiterate or what, as the address was crisp and clear, second i went to collect the shipment myself on 30th sep 2017 to your hadapsar service...

I ordered my specs in lenskart... The man there told me that i will be getting that within a week. Saturday 7/10/2017 was the date of delivery given by blue dart according to tracking system. We have booked it on 19sept bt still not it is delivered. The tracking says it has been delivered bt we have not received it yet. They have surely stolen them & it would be better for the courier company to return those tickets otherwise we will file a complaint at the court. Send the tickets as soon as possible. I have ordered samsung single door refrigerator in amazon on 21 sep and it was about to get delivered on 25 sep. Since i moved from current address i updated address the current address to both amazon as well as blue dart on the 25-sep and both agreed to deliver the next day. Still i haven't received the order.
