I supposed to received the courier on 21-oct-2017.

When i checked in the courier tracking tool they mentioned as

21-oct-2017 — consignee not available — i didn't get any call about courier.
23-oct-2017 — shipment delivered — i am not yet received any courier, but they updated status as "shipment delivered.

Could you please let us know, when can i will received my courier.

    My name in chandan singh rana & i were purchased order no[protected]
    Online gift pack from https://www.gifts-to-india.com/ haldiram kaju katli 1kgs and dry fruits (Cashew, apricoat (Khumani), raisins (Kishmish) and almonds) 1kg booked on 14th oct 2017 and it was shipped thru blue dart on 16th oct 2017 against way bill no [protected] for kanpur. I am regularly followed up with blue dart for shipment delivery since 21st oct but every time they are giving only excuses.

        My order oneanone vibration phone #[protected] has not delivered till today 23 oct., date of delivery. Plz deliver my order by tomorrow. On 21oct and 22 oct message received on [protected], yhatvproduct delivery will be attempted by that specific time but it was not delivered. If bluedart is not able to deliver the product then resend on shopclues.com.

          Hello sir/madam,
          I am nikhil choudhary, resident at h. No. 463/2, sector 41 a, chandigarh. One important letter from my bank have sent me through courier by yesbank and you have attempt twice but the resident was locked because of festival season, we r out of station at that time. Today i come to my home and i had called to blue dart sector 8 madhya marg office, they told me person will deliver your courier by 11:00am. After 12:00pm i called them plz deliver my courier they told me, that person will reach at ur home at 3pm. Then i told them plz give me his number so that i called him. Blue dart staff refuses to give me his number. Then i called him after 5pm he said, sir ur parcel will be delivered to you today surely. But i did not receive my parcel. Becuase of deficiency i service from your part.
          Now i dont want any parcel from your side. Because u gave me wrong information and a person waiting from d morning to receive the parcel but you did not reached.

            Respected sir,
            In karnal near haryana photostat there is a blue dart courier office. Chopra ji is the owner. My courier with acknowledgement number [protected] bearing name of shivangi kapoor reached there on 9th october 2017 and they returned the courier on 15th october 2017 without even intimating us. It was such an important courier as it included some essential documents that i needed immediately. They are just ruining the name of your company.

              I have booked one doc [protected] from karaikal to noida. While tracking it is showing wrong pin code, whereas on the same code 201301 other courier service provider has delivered the packet.
              Now i am trying to contact worst blue dart customer care numbers for last 3 hrs. And not able to connect.

              Blue dart such a repute should have a good customer care service.

              Please revert with delivery status on [protected], urgent.

                I have ordered a laptop throught paytm dated 17/10/2017 and delievery date is 21/10/2017. And the order is not delivered yet. The office of blue dart is closed from 3 days and mobille is also switched off. My blue dart waybill no. Is [protected]
                This is too bad for this type of reputed company. Please solve it immeaditely. Otherwise i cancell the order.

                      My son is studying at ximb bhubaneswar. On the occassion of bhaifota his sister planned to send him some gift items. I approached to bluedart at ekdalia park outlet in kolkata on 18th october and was told that the consignment will be positively received by the addressee by friday 20th october at bhubaneswar address. But till today afternoon (21st) it was not delivered. It contains some confectioneries which was sent by sister to brother on bhaifota occassion. If it doesn't reach in time it will be obviously of no value. This incidence will definitely have impact on the people's trust on blue dart courier. Please take necessary steps for this failure.

                        Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 16 oct 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

By morning 10.00, they have not called me and also i am in the house for the whole to get this courier, they have updated the status as premises closed. Very poor response from customer care as well. This courier is bank related product. Which required very urgent. They are saying cooly will be delivered tomorrow.

                                My pan card no. Dcdpr0248k despatched by nsdl through blue dart waybill no. [protected] on dated 6.10.17. While tracking the said waybill no. At blue dart' website, it showing delivered on 13.10.17. But i have not received it yet. Please inquire the matter and do needful. The blue dart company is not doing its duty proper. Who is responsible for the misuse of my above pancard. Register the case against blue dart for updating the wrong information and not giving the true services. It should be black listed.

                                        Blue dart company is courier company & thier utmost duty to safely deliver the items to consignee. But blue dart personal forgotten this moto. Thier delivery boy not able to wait for 5mins for consignee to deliver the item. After sucess of blue dart in market, blue dart had forgotten their moto & not training their person. Thatswhy they not even to bother to deliver the items. They use their rights in wrong way by witing consignee rejected to except the delivery. And company even didnt bother to confirm the same by phone or email. Today's blue dart working without communication. So request all the people do not use blue dart for sending your items. It is not safe & no gaurantee for delivery.
