my urgent banks document is coming throw your blue dart Currier but today not getting my document i will more time follow the customer care & your mira road branch office all time say you got your document before 6 PM after 6 Pm not getting my document i call the customer care they say your address is wrong so you got the document tomorrow. that not fare i request all time asked your customer service executive when got my document please provide doc boy contact no i will pic my document they say we not issue the contact no you meet this place they came & given the document. But Not came any person to deliver

I was to receive my pan card through awb [protected]. I have checked your system tracking which shows the consignment or shipment has been delivered. However i regret to notify you that the same is not true and that i have not received my pan card.

Would appreciate if you could provide details

Wabill number is: [protected]. The product was delivered on 23rd october and it was tols that by 26th the product will delivered at any cost. I tried to contact the customer care many times on 26th and i was told that there is no problem in delivery and by 6pm it will be delivered.

When i checked next day (27th october) on the bluedart website it was mentioned that address incomplete. My question is if address was incomplete the delivery boy could contact the consignee and confirm the same. Still i am following up with bluedart customer care today and it is expected to be delivered today.

My complain is that when there is contact number of consignee and if there is incomplete address then why can't you call consignee and confirm the same.

I found a very unprofessional delivery boy whop came to deliver by sbi credit card his called from this no [protected] who did not disclosed his name. He reached outside my office and called me to collect my card. Since i am a sales person and i was not on the way back to my office i requested him to kindly let me know other time so that once i reach my office i can call him and collect my card. He denied and when i told him that i will complain he was least bothered and told me do what i can and disconnected the call. When i called him back to get his identity he started disconnecting the my call.

I request the authorities to take necessary step against the delivery boy.
My shipment not is ev[protected].

I knew blue dart dhl as professional services providers but this gave me a very sad experience and a negative image of the company.

The consignment was picked up from the pickup location bangalore on 10th of oct and the destination was hyderabad,

They shipping cost was charged rs:4250 and the promise was to deliver the product with in 4 days

The product is still not reached the destination

Inspite of calling the customer care multiple times, there was no proper response.

I have sent mails to bluedart but still not resolution received

I am dilip kumar maurya send one pkt of rakhi to address 380bb judge colony jaunpur on 03 aug2017 by blue dart jeevan jyoti bhagwan licence building jagadhari road ambala cant 133001 under doc no.[protected] dated 03 aug 17 with amount 250/-, not delivered yet today's date 26 oct 17 and the festival goes bad for my wife's brother it's very bad we select blue dart courier for sending rakhi to relatives, i know this complain do not take any action on this respect but i feel shame to blue dart courier they had just open their business without responsibility.

This is to bring to your notice that there are parcels from amazon, hdfc which are fulfilled by bluedart courier service to my address pin code 143505 (Batala, punjab). But at time of delivery the service is very poor and delivery persons refuses to come to home for delivery and sometimes they misplace the parcel.
Please increase your staff strenght or change the staff members in our area.

Bank document under awb no. [protected] booked on 18.10.2017. Till not delivered. Your records shows - premises closed. We like to inform you that our office close 9.00 pm and a watchman is 24 hours to look after. No one came to deliver the docs and marked premises closed. No one pick up phone at local office. The urgent bank document. Pls look into the matter.

I have been observing from last few months that we do not receive any courier and our shipment gets returned with a message "office shifted"

Our office is very much at the same address from last 3 years.

To state the latest example, yesterday i was at office from 10 am to 8 pm, we did not receive any courier and when i tried to track my courier today morning, it says returned due to office shifted.
This envelopes are bank related and hence quite important and urgent.
This is highly frustrating. Request you to look into this matter.

This shipment is for HDFC Bank. I called cusotmer care but customer care number is not getting connected.

As per Blue Dart:

On 23rd August : Consignee not available. But my parents were at home on 23rd ocotber.

On 24th october : Undelivered Shipment Held At Location.

On 25th October : Undelivered Shipment Held At Location

I do not understand what they mean by Undelivered Shipment Held At Location.

There is always someone at the mailing address to receive the parcel.

Please call me and inform whether I willo get my parcel or not.

Iam very disappointed by the blue dart services as they have not delivered my courier at the address i have mentioned. It was really very urgent and i am upset with the poor services of your company. My courier waybill number is [protected]. The expected date of delivery was 15.10.2017, but the company have not even tried to rang me up or not even they delivered my courier (Important docs) at the address yet. It is a very bad approach of blue dart.
Now it is my request to you to re deliver it to me at the same address.

My insurance company had sent some documents through blue dart couriers number awb#[protected] on 18.10.'17. As per tracking details it reached guwahati on 22.10.'17. But it has not been delivered. This was known on 24.10 as i checked the position after receiving the details from the insurance company. There after i contacted their guwahati branch number. Mostly it remained busy. Later when somehow i got the line through on 24.10.'17, i was informed that delivery person had not come, so it could be delivered only in the afternoon. At lunch time their phone was temporarily out of service. Later on enquiry was told that he is sending an email to the delivery department.in the evening again on enquiry was informed that the area was out of service area. The documents not delivered even on 25.10.'17.
They never informed me about arrival of document. Nor contacted me for alternative delivery location.
Service is worst, as i later on read the reviews, is there any way to make the company to fulfill its obligations to deliver, once they have accepted the documents. Why didn't they book the documents if it was outside the delivery area. What areas are covered by the delivery. By reading other commitments/ reviews it is clear blue dart makes customers to collect the documents from their office.

Consignment booked (Consignment no - [protected] dt 16/9/17) from mumbai to kolkata but still not delivered. Could you provide some information on this. For durga puja road restrictions were there for 10 days and after that it opened but it still has not reached its destination.
From 10/10 to 17/10 there were no restriction and still not delivered.
Your customer care executive just talk and put down the phone, it seems we have made a huge mistake by opting for your services. Either pass on information or give us mail id to whom to contact.

Package airway bill no [protected] addressed to me was wrongly shown as attempted delivery yesterday. No such effort was made as i was at home throughout.
Today, 25 oct 17, i received a message saying my package was delivered to me. Wrong information given by delivery man. I had to obtain his medication bile number from the building security person. When contacted after many attempts, he wrongly said i was not at home. When i gave him my name and flat number, he said he would deliver the package to me now.
The delay very mans tel no is [protected]. Please investigate this person thoroughly for he not only does not deliver pasts but originates false messages as delivered. The documents send through courier are extremely sensitive and it is not expected of blue dart company to have such a casual attitude towards delivery.
I request to know the action taken.
The package is not delivered to me still.

P. S. Some important information that did not come to me in the last few months from blue dart courier could be because the delivery staff are showing completion incorrectly. The damage it causes the addressee is very great. Please inquire seriously. It could be the same person doing this criminal action. Ramesh

Awb - [protected]. Hi i am from north paravur in ernakulam. The blue dart agent in my town does not deliver any packages to the addressee. Is this part of your policy because they have been doing it for years now. I being busy with my work seldom find time to go out shopping, which is why i shop online and get it deliverd to me. The service provided by the agency defeats that purpose. Mostly what happens is that they keep it with them for three days and return it stating that it wasnt claimed. Please sort out this issue.

Than i call to [protected] courear agency so he spoke rudely he said that he can deliver only (10 am to 2 pm) otherwise you collect parcel from his office. He can't call to me b/c of very busy that's excuse is giving by courear agency

My order no. [protected] was not delivered to my address the reason stating that the area is not covered by blue dart, i had even given an alternate address of the city still my concern remained unanswered, why should a customer be penalised for this.
An early response would highly be appreciated.

I, sanjeev sharma, purchased a product (Philips hp8310/00 hair straightener black) through flipkart online shopping on 24th september 2017. A message from flipkart company received on my phone that my my product # [protected] will be deliver on 07 oct 2017. But your courier company did not deliver the product till date. When i asked to your kullu hp branch they told me that my product is already delivered to sanjeev on 3rd october 2017.
I never received my product. The product received by fraud signature by someone else. Signature on recieving is not mine.
Please look into the matter as its a case of forgery/fraud signature.

Dear sir. Your delivery boy today not done any delivery attempt to me regarding my courier no. [protected]. I had not recd. Any call from delivery boy. All day i'm in office. What in evening i found that delivery status updates that there is no person available on given address. Very poor delivery system.
