Staff you are appointed never called to our customers and status always on the screen address not found. For these reasons every customer is facing the difficulty. Moreover there is no any office of your courier in batala who will take proper care. Please look into the matter....

I had a very bad experience with yavatmal bluedart office regarding courier service. Every time i have to personally go and collect the parcel. This people do not deliver parcel at doorstep. They got many reasons not delivering the parcel at doorstep. This is 4th time i had to go and collect the parcel personally.

Blue Dart is not picking up my product since 6 days.
I requested for a return/replacement of my product but blue dart express is not coming to pick it up.
Pick up order already has been registered but they are not giving me any response.

Consignment not delivered on time.
Hi team,

The above consignment supposed to deliver on 5th and till now it is not delivered. It is mentioned that the consignee refused to accept. This is a wrong comment, no one came to my home. I have received one call 6th, due to network problem i couldn't hear anything and the next day i have informed the customer care the same and she told me will saturday will deliver. Till evening...

My parcel was suppose to arrive on monday 09/10/2017 but due to the error in the mobile number submitted i sent my representative to their distribution center to pick up the parcel. The blue dart guy asked for a consent and identification as a procedure. I asked him if i could mail him all the details as due to bad weather no other cyber cafe was open. He didn't listen to any request and denied the email address where i could have emailed...

My tracking number is [protected], and the product is theobroma brownies which was to be sent on 7th october 2017, and i had called up today to the customer care who had promised me that it will be delivered today. I am very annoyed by such delayed services of yours, specially when it is a food item an utmost care must have been taken.

Shipment not delivered at given address. Delivery boy is lying that he visited the given address & we have shifted from the given address. Whereas we are parmanent residents at the given address. There is no way to contact blue dart. There helpline numbers are not reachable or not pickef by them. We request though this module to pleasr deliver our shipment at given address immediately. And also take stern action against the delivery boy for...

Horrible service from blue dart. I will be available for the same address but i was outside they won't handover to my staff and the change there status c nee for way bill no [protected]. When i call the nearest store nobody pick my call. Such a worst service never seen before. I would like to inform you first off all change your staff. Every time getting busy on another call and nobody pick my called....

Blue Dart is the worst courier service that i have ever come across. There is no response on the customer service end . The product is not yet delivered to me and there is no way i can contact through. Simply the worst service that i have ever received....

Hi, i am expected to get a document from citi bank on saturday (7/10/2017). Prakash from gachibowli centre called me in the morning and asked me whether its right time to deliver the courier. Since i dont know about their specific rules and regulations, though i was not in home, i responded yes so that someone in my home can collect the parcel.
