My pan card no. Dcdpr0248k despatched by nsdl through blue dart waybill no. [protected] on dated 6.10.17. While tracking the said waybill no. At blue dart' website, it showing delivered on 13.10.17. But i have not received it yet. Please inquire the matter and do needful. The blue dart company is not doing its duty proper. Who is responsible for the misuse of my above pancard. Register the case against blue dart for updating the wrong information and not giving the true services. It should be black listed.

I hasn't receive my bank courier but it has received in blue dart express it already 12 days not recieved very very worst service very bad service the officers are talking very harsh words they were not responding properly who were in the collecting counter they were telling the next day you will receive but still not receive 09/10/2017-20/10/17 my way no is [protected]

The shipment arrive in 17th October but the shipment is not deliver to me. I checked my delivery status every time I saw the item is out for delivery. But it's not come to me this item is a credit card and it's official need to me. Bez o[censored]r responsible behaviour I should go to the consumer cort on Monday.

With reference to waybill no. The concerned parcel received by your manipal branch on 19th, but still not delivered. It is o. K. But they loading in your tracking details that "attempted delivery". But they never phoned me, and came to deliver the product.

Blue dart company is courier company & thier utmost duty to safely deliver the items to consignee. But blue dart personal forgotten this moto. Thier delivery boy not able to wait for 5mins for consignee to deliver the item. After sucess of blue dart in market, blue dart had forgotten their moto & not training their person. Thatswhy they not even to bother to deliver the items. They use their rights in wrong way by witing consignee rejected to except the delivery. And company even didnt bother to confirm the same by phone or email. Today's blue dart working without communication. So request all the people do not use blue dart for sending your items. It is not safe & no gaurantee for delivery.

Delivery boy called me i was not in my house i mentioned to delivery boy that bludart will deliver that on next day. He agreed. Next day i did not get the delivery. Then i check in tracking. It is showing undelivered with every day status. After that i did not get a second call. Also tried to contact bludart many times and also sent mail to them. No response from them. Unable to contact blue dart.

Very very poor poor poor service. Do not use bludart for personal courier.in first attempt shipment is not delivered. Then it will be not delivered in any cost.

We neogen food & animal security (India) pvt. Ltd., cochin had send an urgent envelope to below gundur address of coca-cola on 14.10.17 after confirming the blue dart service to this location. Though the same had to be delivered on tuesday, it is not yet delivered and tracking report shows "out of delivery area" now. We therefore request you to kindly take up this matter and do the needful on urgent basis. Tracking no.[protected]

Sbi credit card is dispatched from malakpet branch at 17:03 the delivery person has submitted reason for not delivery that the customers address as shifted at 17:05
With in 2 min how can they clarify that we are shifted to another adresss

I have a courier being delivered by blue dart dhl with a waybill number : [protected].
Which was a birthday present and was supposed to be delivered on 17-oct-2017 and even the blue dart site also says the package is out for delivery on 17-oct-2017 itself. Now today is 18-oct-2017, 12:45 p. M and still no contact from anyone of blue dart.
I have tried too many contacts (Kharbel nagar, chandrasekharpur) of blue dart in bhubaneswar and none of them could give me any info about the timing of delivery.
I am surprised to see that blue dart site does not provide any contact information ever regarding the delivery person.
Is this how a reputed organisation works.

This courier company must be completely ousted from india as it is pathetic in service and costing huge time and money to the customers without giving proper services. My card was shipped on 26th sept, next day it arrived at the main office but the delivery guy will always post in the tracking status as address un-locatable/wrong pin-code/consignee not available. On calling customer care, they will repeat the same status without any other help on the delivery. We are fed-up. Why can't these banks opt out the bluedart and send through most trusted speedpost services or pressure the bluedart to comply and behave responsible.

Wake up man! We need only good services.

Despite explaining the situation and requesting the customer care guy, my credit card has not yet been delivered to me which ideally i should have received on 17.10.17. Now I have lost the offer on the things that i planned to purchase online. Bluedart service is extremely poor.

Dear sir, please find attached snapshot of showing the current status of subject shipment. Please note that we are just 1 km away from your dhl - bluedart hub. However no one from bluedart has attempt to make a delivery even if the shipment was arrived at hub on 16th october as per the status report which is here with. We are writing this mail to you today on 17th october and at 21. 45 hours to indicate the gross negligence and carelessness shown by your hub at mira bhayandar. Please note that this implies that bluedart which is the most reputed company in the in currier world has started declining performance. Please take corrective action to sustain your good image in the market.

The waybill no. Of my shipment is [protected] and reference no. Is 12768542. The tracking status is showing that delivery of my shipment was tried at 1520 hrs on 17th oct 17, however the shipment could not be delivered as the area was a prohibited area with restricted entry. This is a completely false statement given in the status. Why did the delivery boy not called on the call details written in the shipment? Also all courier services deliver the shipments in this area but it is sad to know that bluedart always finds this silly excuse to not deliver the shipment. Also most of the customer care numbers available in the open site are either not functioning or not being attended by anyone. This is not just creating inconvenience but most of the times its a big loss as the shipment is not delivered in time. The matter may be looked into and my shipment must be delivered at the earliest.in case of non delivery or further delay in delivery of my shipment from your end with the same excuse happens again and is updated in the site, i will be forced to take legal action against you and i shall also file consumer complaint against your company for your pathetic services and redressal systems/ procedures.

Dear sir,
My cheque shipment was from mumbai to kopargaon track no.[protected].
This shipment was arrived yesterday to kopargaon 16 october 2017. & within one hours he changed the status that "out of delivery area". If you check the address the distance only 4 k. M which is on the road of kopargaon to shirdi. If you dont know or unable to deliver a shipments why dont you take initially stage those shipments which you are not able to deliver on the mentioned address. I got really pathetic service from the company who is a giant in courier business.
You could have delivered this shipment at the time without any delay at mentioned address instead of giving status that "out of delivery area"
Finally i myself went there and collected the shipment. I thing this is the kind of service you usually provide to your customer & this may be work style of your company.

Since last 15-18 days i am politely asking your vapi manager narendra pandey, my customer executive vicky, my sales head sandip maurya. For my parcel which is been stuck at your ahmedabad warehouse. But no one till date is able to answer my question "where is my parcel?" and "when it will be delivered?".

As per this consequuences, everyone is just passing on there responsiblities on others shoulder and making me passover each and every time.

This is not at all fair.

And due to this i am stopping your payment, of previous month, and i know the consequences : that my pick up will not be done, my shipments will be on hold, i don't care any of this at all as my shipment value is way above, i. E., rs. 220100. And this was been shipped by your company last month[protected].

I am attaching my scanned awb copy, my stock transfer bill value along with it.

I hope you can help me down for the same.

I m riyesh kochrekar my complaint is because i have ordered fc barcelona jacket bt some other jacket came in package how that's possible to get someother product inteastd of what i hav order so i want return this product and want my money back fast as possible.

Bluedart is very unprofessional. I have been waiting for my orders from sheln for three weeks and very irritating as i got text messages that i have given wrong pincode seriously while ordering in sheln, my pincode was valid and so it is i have been ordering in other sites too didn't have this problem. And i don't understand why they doesn't call me in my given number. I personally have problem with bluedart company coz it is the number one delayed, laziest and unprofessional courier service. They disappoint and makes people wait with all kinds of excuses like wrong pincode etc. Etc.

This number doesn't response. Maybe the entired bluedart company went for vacation in paris.

Blue dart service in tumkur, karnataka is worst. As per awb the courier reached tumkur on 11. Oct.2017. Even by 16. Oct.2017, blue dart did not deliver the courier. They didnt`t bother to deliver or intimate me. On 16. Oct.2017, i visited their office to collect the courier personally, even after waiting there for 30 minutes, nobody attended. The person in charge was busy loading parcel in the truck. Such a repulsive attitude. Not worth paying exorbitant charge for not getting mail delivered.
