Dear sir,
I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre addressed at 802. 2nd floor, main road arjuna nagar, kotla mubarakpur, new delhi.
I didn't get any call from the courier service or any concerned department regarding the delivery of my pan card. I checked the status of the pan application which stated that:
"your pan card has been dispatched on 22.09.2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 02.10.2017."
Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at blue dart website to track the status, but to the utter surprise it displayed that the pan card has been returned to the concerned department i. E. Ndls rto, mumbai.
The reason mentioned by them was no consignee at the given address. But the fact is, there was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my doorstep from blue dart agency. I was not even called by the courier guy once. I was very much available at the given address all the time.
Later the same day i had sent an email to the concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my given address, but no response has been given by them till date.
In accordance with same, i request you to kindly register my complaint and treat it serious and resend my pan card at the earliest to the address given by me in the department.
