Hi,
[protected] my consignment no. Which is still not delivered to my address which is b-250a, lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad, u. P-201005. The status is showing that i already receive this by me which is still lying with blue dart indrapuram service center. The consignment is not delivered by the blue dart to my address i also attach the photo of my consignment. So please check the status and delivered this to my address asap

    Dear sir,

    I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre addressed at 802. 2nd floor, main road arjuna nagar, kotla mubarakpur, new delhi.
    I didn't get any call from the courier service or any concerned department regarding the delivery of my pan card. I checked the status of the pan application which stated that:

    "your pan card has been dispatched on 22.09.2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 02.10.2017."

    Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at blue dart website to track the status, but to the utter surprise it displayed that the pan card has been returned to the concerned department i. E. Ndls rto, mumbai.
    The reason mentioned by them was no consignee at the given address. But the fact is, there was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my doorstep from blue dart agency. I was not even called by the courier guy once. I was very much available at the given address all the time.

    Later the same day i had sent an email to the concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my given address, but no response has been given by them till date.

    In accordance with same, i request you to kindly register my complaint and treat it serious and resend my pan card at the earliest to the address given by me in the department.

            Hi team,

            My document misplaced while sending from raipur to noida and my courier sent to delhi basant kunj. I was taking followup from last 3 days with bluedart. After that i got to know that it delivered to someone else. And after that i contact that person who collected my document in delhi but he is not ready to give as his document is also misplaced. So after lot of try i went myself from noida to bluedart basant kunj office delhi via taxi and take person from bluedart office and we went together to that person to collect my document after that only i got my document.

            I request you to kindly reimburse my money 1000 rupees which i have paid to taxi driver to reach to basant kunj delhi bluedart office.

            Kindly consider this and let me know i[censored] have any issue in that and let me know how can i get this money.

              I am not receiving any prior calls for the delivery of my product and when i call the customer service no response at all from them and once the call was connected and i preferred to give the time for the delivery since then they have never picked up the call and during working hours it's absolutely perfect that non o[censored]s can get touch to u online hopeless service ever

                  Immediately with the given airway bill
                  Number i checked at buledart website to track out my
                  Status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 09 oct 2017 and
                  Deliver date 10 oct 2017. There was no call from blue dart express
                  Till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very
                  Much available for those days.

                    I have a pick up request that has been raised by amazon india. The waybill no is mentioned above.

                    It is pending from last 8 days from 2nd oct.
                    Everyday eod i get a message ' your pickup is scheduled tomorrow please keep your shipment packed and ready'.

                    Request you to do the needful.
                    The product cost is 36000. So i am very worried.

                      Amazon products are deliverd by blue dart corrier service.in hanumangarh ju; there is no blue dart corrier office. Products are deleverd by shri shyam corrier service mob. No [protected]. His service is very poor. He do not deliver products in time. When we go to his office to get product his office remains close. So please give your blue dart agency to other efficient person so we can get our product well in time and place

                        Dear customer care team a parcel bearing no:[protected] dt:06-10-17 was booked from faridabad to bhubaneswar. But till the date and time i am not getting the same. Yesterday when i tracked the consignment on online it reflect the parcel is expected to delivery on dt:09-10-17, but from yesterday to till now i had called to the bhubaneswar office land line no: [protected] and other nos given at you site near about 100 times to know the status of my consignment but no one was picked up the phone even a single time. So how can i and any one know the status of their consignment. At the time of booking your booking agent was promised to deliver the material within two days and charged accordingly but the service is given by you is very worst. Specially in bhubaneswar odisha office. All the staffs are unfitt and unable to deliver the quick and positive response to their client, if the administration want to keep good repo in the market and with your client administration should take strict action against the incapable staff who is unfitt for your organisation.

                          I live in ludhiana. I have allahabad bank bc (Business corporate) & csp. We also apply online pan card daily here. All pan cards are shipped in industrial area sc in ludhiana after allotment of pan card no. According to area. But blue dart courier boys do not call the pan card consignees. Therefore mostly pan cards are returned undelivered.in which of them the consignees face lots of problems due to nondelivery of pan cards.

                              My awb no. Is [protected] which is undelivered till date local person close the delivery by putting fake remarks & your customer care least bother for the same i have launch this compliant to customer care also but they are unable to deliver every time they have given date & time but no buddy to bother to deliver.
                              On 07th they have close the call with remarks not available but your kind information on saturday we were available for whole day right from 6.30 am to 11.59pm.

                              Your customer care is chargeable pls check your record how much call i have done for the same but you are doing fraud for making money from phone calls.

                              Your local manager & employee just sleeping & your customer care [protected] is doing nothing your customer care executive all are dummy candidates.

                              No contact from any one this pathetic services you have.

                              I need a satisfactory answer for the same.

                                My waybill number [protected] package was told that my address was unlocatable yesterday. I received no phone call nothing from the delivery boy and yet i get the message that he had tried to deliver my product. Which i am sure he did not. If your employees cannot locate an address and if any ambiguity is found in the address cannot call the consignee then please don't hire such useless people who would tarnish your brand. I am really disappointed with blue dart services.
                                I am also sure that my product was a bank document a chequebook and the delivery boy found it more easier to drop it to the bank rather to give me the document at my doorstep. Blue dart should not hire such inefficient lazy employees.

                                    My name is prince mahajan my contact number is [protected]. You pan card service is too poor for batala city district gurdaspur 143505. Staff you are appointed never called to our customers and status always on the screen address not found. For these reasons every customer is facing the difficulty. Moreover there is no any office of your courier in batala who will take proper care. Please look into the matter.

                                      I had a very bad experience with yavatmal bluedart office regarding courier service. Every time i have to personally go and collect the parcel. This people do not deliver parcel at doorstep. They got many reasons not delivering the parcel at doorstep. This is 4th time i had to go and collect the parcel personally.

                                      Hope you will take some necessary action for delivering parcel at doorstep.
