Consignment with lr number [protected] booked from chimak health care, solan, himachal pradesh on 21/9/2017, and the same arrived at manjeri bluedart office on 29/9/2017 which was meant for door delivery has not been delivered till date and time, 03/10/2017 at 2:50 pm manjeri, when contacted the office, had a really bad experience, need a interference from your part to resolve the issue...

My sister residing to this given address:-ghar no 241, shewalewadi, manjari farm taluka-haveli solapur road 412307 was expecting her new pan card. But the blue dart express ltd has delivered the pan card to someone called mr. Dhiraj diwane as per their record. There is no such person living at the given address. The airway bill no is [protected]. Please let us clear about this chaos of blue dart express as my sister required her pan card...

@bluedarttweets it's a disappointing update on tracker. That package is urgent and important for me. After emails also not a single call. Bullock cart may take 3 hours for 15-20kms. Blue dart cart takes more than 3 days. Cheers for slowest service...

Again your courier is failed to deliver my sbi credit card, always he is demanding money after delivery, even the courier agency is just far away 100m from my residence, this complain was also raised before 3 months.

Your representatice called me at 4pm. And said he is supposed to deliver the item from in half hr. But instead of delivering the item, he even not picking my phone and i got a status update in blue dart that the said item is delivered to my address. However it is nityet delivered. It is very upsetting to inform that india’s so called “best courier service” is actually the “worst courier service” ever. This is not my first instance with bluedart but the second and now i find it very important to share my experience as now i am sure that bluedart is the most useless and rubbish courier services i have ever seen.

My waybill no is [protected] & ref no is. [protected]. I have ordered a mobile screenguard from screenguard.co.in. It is prepaid order. They shipped the product by bluedart couier service. On 1st october 2017 in the courier website it shows that the product has been delivered but till now i did not get my product then where they delivered it. This total mistake done by the courier service. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible....

I received a call from [protected], requested to deliver the courier at my house add, courier boy said he will do it. But due his negligence he sent it back. Now my credit card is expired and didn't receive my renewed card till the date.. It would take another 15 days and so... Now bluedart please answer me what kind of service are you providing to customers.. I waiting for your valuable answer.. To which further...

We have changed our pan card (Blue dart awb :- [protected]). As per information received from you is it is taken by balaraj on 27th sep, 2017. But till today (I. E. 1st october, 2017) we did not receive our pan card. It is your responsible to hand over or call the particular person who belongs the post. What should we do now regarding our pan card? Please give us reply....

No home delivery, or at least leave package somewhere close to the address of recipient. Really lazy workers or less workers, or too stingy to buy scooters for the workers to deliver packages.
Really, even i can receive all orders for people in kohima and text them that, their item has arrived and i would just wait for them to come pick it up.
-500 rupees for their pay is also enough....
