Hi, i am palsam udaykumar. I didn't receive my courier till now. It is very much urgent to me. The courier didn't contact me. I track my status that is returning to the origin shipment. They didn't even call me to contact for the courier. They are returning the courier. So please send me the courier because it was urgent to me futhur purposes. I am waiting for that since 20 days. So please send me the courier by tomorrow

    I can see on tracking that my parcel is in my city and shift out for delivery. but it is not delivered .and remark is that consignee is not available.
    BUT I AM PRESENT WHOLE DAY IN MY HOUSE WITH MY JOINT FAMILY 12 MEMBERS. then how remark is that consignee is not available.

      Saying and sharing this toughest and worst experience with india's oh sorry world's worst courier service
      Now come to the main point
      There is parcel arrived in same city (Ahmedabad) on 20 th september 2017
      And today 14 oct. I didn't yet received it all thanks to blue dart.
      Customer service executive jo sale aapni chatthi me bhi sach nai bole honge.. Roj subah kahete he aaj ayega parcel aur sham ko nai aata he to call karte he to khete he aab kal ayega aab ab kya karne ka bolie.. Kahete he k naranpura me pada he. Vaha lene jate ho kahte he hamare pass to aya hi nai

          I still have not received my courier in spite of multiple requests calling madurai office even after 5 days.

          The staff are very rude and do not know to use the right cultured language and they do not understand the urgency and need of the parcel.

          It is so pathetic they the staff do not even know basic english.

          Blue dart as a company is getting into defamation and trouble in india. Thebusiness may not go long with this sort of service.

            I have received a phone call from an unit of blue dart on 14th october 2017 at morning 10:20 am ; he asked my name and arrogantly behaved and told that he is calling from ovali etail unit, not at all any proficiency in communication and instructed me to collect my package immediately from their office because they cannot send the package to the address due to their shortage of staff and they have more packages coming and i am not only one to be taken care of as they have more packages. Or otherwise they will send it back. If any damage they are not liable. The person did not even mentioned about the location of the office.

                I went to the bluedart of electronic city branch, bangalore on 11 oct 2017, and i mentioned it to the receptionist that its very urgent document and needs to be delievered asap, and he assured me that it will reach tomorrow afternoon. And it is 13 oct today and the parcel has not reached. It was so important and still it has not reached. If you could not make it, then dont lie to the customers.
                Such a pathetic service.

                The customer care was not helping, such unethical and fraud behavior was not expected from bluedart. They are liars and tricked me by giving false promises.

                  I am supposed to receive my courier from axis bank at 12th october 2017, i called bluedart before they could call me and gave my cell phone number and an alternate phone number too, it is supposed to be delivered to my office address in ambattur industrial estate but for the last 2 days i am calling bluedart they are giving any update on this and when i checked online with reference # [protected] on 12th october 2017 it says that cosignee not available, no one attempted to deliver it, i didn't even get a call from anyone regarding this courier, i called in the same day and gave them my employee id and company name, again on 13th (Today) i checked online it says that "shipment out for delivery" but i haven't received it yet. I will be taking this issue seriously if i don't get the courier by today, it is not fair on bluedart part having people blindly mentioning as"cosginee not available"when they didn't even attempt to deliver.

                    This complaint is regarding bluedart courior dharamsala because they are the worst courior company i have ever seen. Then dont delivers the courior on time, nither they call and intimate than the courier has arrived and nor they deliver the courior at door step even in door step delivery option selected. So kindly take a strict decision against the dharamsala branch or either shut off this branch because other courier companies are doing well in this area.

                      I have a very high regard for the blue dart before this incident. I thought a very professional people and educated people are working in this.

                      Your delivery boy asked me to come there or here based on his convenience and misbehaved by threatening me that he would not give the credit card. You may collect at the office. Meanwhile, it will go back. He did not inform me previously and asked how i am not in the address? His name is raju from visakhapatnam. My number is [protected].

                        Our consignment was dispatched from neemuch (Awb no. [protected]) to guwahati via bluedart on high priority as this is an extremely critical consignment to serve an important client. We went ahead with bluedart even though it is expensive as this was highly suggested to get our consignment delivered on time, we were told it would take 4-5 days.

                        It was dispatched on the 4th of october and has not been delivered yet, and it is the 13th october today. The customer care number does not work and the responses on email are vague and incorrect. Yesterday, we received email communication that it would be delivered today and today it has still not been connected forward to guwahati from 'ccu - bda' (Kolkata).

                        Due to the unwarranted delay caused by bluedart, it seems we will have to bear significant losses if goods are not delivered today. Even if goods are delivered today, we will still be bearing high costs as these goods will now need to be sent by air cargo to our client from us instead of any other mode of shipping.

                        This is after 5 days of trying to follow-up and understand what is causing the delay. Due to the delay, we've already been put in a very tough spot as we have already paid for and received the other components of the order we need to fulfil for the client.

                        I hope this complaint helps fast-track the consignment for urgent delivery today.

                          Its being a very bad experience with blue dart kukatpally hyderabad i have to recieve my credit card on 10/10/2017 (Aws - [protected]) but i didnot get any call or no one came to my home i was at home and they mentioned that my premisces were closed and didnot deliver it and to enquire that i called kukkatpally number [protected] around 9:45 am on 12/10/17 they cut my call number of times and when i went to their office on of the receptionist spoke that they dont call customers for first 2 times they go for delivery and he says that they are having lot of deliverys which meanse my problem donot matter to him having 1000 customers doesnot matter but having satisfied customers matters alot for growth of any organization,

                          I heartfull thank the guy who delivered me my credit card today 12/10/2017

                            Very poor customer service. V r not receiving call from courier person instead receiving call from toll free number.. If customer is not available there is no way to communicate with courier person.. Sathyamangalam courier in charge is also irresponsible.. Making ten mobile calls to know the status still no responsible answer he s saying i m not available in office until 12 pm also..

                              I got call on 09.10.2017 from blue dart rajkot that your courier from axis bank is with us and within today we will deliver it, but that day it was not delivered till today so i call him several time but he didnot pick my call till date i also attached screen shot of it. More of it they update some unfair reasons on tracking site. Do needful for it

                                I was expecting my parcel from axis bank 3 days before from today. I called trimbak road, nashik office and requested to deliver my parcel & i got an answer that it will be delivered to me next day but i didn't get it. So i went myself to the office to collect my parcel as i told your guy to please collect from here, then the desk guy gave me some irrelevant reason and told me to go home and assured me that tomorrow i will definitely get my parcel delivered. But no use. My parcel didn't come. So again today (12/10/2017) i went to the office to collect my parcel and desk person was like "who are you?". Fortunately i received my 'important' document by myself.
                                Government post office works better than bluedart i must say.
                                I can understand the work load and odd-even weather change, parcel gets delay. But how much can customer bear. Bluedart has given me so unsatisfactory service this time. This is not done.
                                Bluedart just lost one loyal customer!

                                  I am Chandra Shekhar from Mangalgiri(A.P). I have been buying some goods online. These items are coming through our service. There are difficulties coming to us from our service center in Mangalgiri. On the 12th, the boys who are delivering the phone call us to come to our center and take your parcel. If we ask him, we do not have a vehicle right now and we will be getting loading in 2 days. The delivery that we were waiting for was very disappointing, the delivery boy's disappointment. This is not the first time ... so I am complaining. In August, the card came from Bajaj Company. It did not deliver the delivery immediately. The phone had to be taken back again, but not the delivery. The card was received by me after 10 days to get that card. It is 10 days to understand what service center in Mangalgiri can work. The overall performance of the Blue Dart Service Center in Mangalgiri is not very good. I want you to come and take part in the process of asking me to take action on them.

                                    Parcels come to address properly but did, nt delivered properly. They didnt inform us the delivery time. They come to location and inform us. Then they return the parcels. But the parcels important for us. They told me the parcels are weight. But the parcels are easy to lifted parcels. They didnt work properly. We also pay delivery charges. But they dont delivery the parcels.

                                      I had ordered a parcel of rs 299 from amazon, it was no longer useful for me so i told delivery boy today to return it.in my office he insults me talking in front of my colleagues and customer that if you people don't want the parcel then why you ordered it amd now where i keep this parcel i have no place on my activa with aggressive and loud voice he told me this i just ask his company name and his name and told him that to return any order is in my right and noe i will talk to yoir management and company.                                         My waybill no. Is [protected] for this they haven't attend to deliver my product at my place and they had mention it as my place got locked, the day which they have mentioned (11/10/17) that whole day i was in that place only, and next to that day i opted for 1pm to 4pm delivery slot and they didn't deliver my product in the selected slot and again they are asking me to wait for some more time at my place. Bloody blue dart is very sick in providing services.
