I had a shipment with waybill no : [protected] and i am really very disappointed with bluedart's service specially their staff's behavior, first of all they don't deliver the product in time and update wrong info as "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". What the hell, are these delivery boys illiterate or what, as the address was crisp and clear, second i went to collect the shipment myself on 30th sep 2017 to your hadapsar service center (Pune) and the fellow sitting on the counter misbehaved when i asked to hand over the package (A credit card) as i have personally come to collect it and he said bring me an authority letter from the bank and i will give it to you in person. What a shame, when the person is standing right in front of them still they denied giving me my own parcel on the contrary their delivery boy was ready to leave the package at my office address even when i was not there in office.. And finally even when i rescheduled the delivery for thursday and told the same to the delivery boy still he came on tuesday and to my surprise handed the package to my mom without any verification and left. These people should seriously behave professional and should stop harassing the customers..
