I ordered my specs in lenskart... The man there told me that i will be getting that within a week. Saturday 7/10/2017 was the date of delivery given by blue dart according to tracking system. I was waiting for that courier but at 8:15 pm, a message was sent to me by blue dart mentioning that "shipments failed because consignee was not available". I am writing this complaint because no call came to me and i was at home that whole day and no one came... How can u say that i m not available... It is the worst courier service.

    This person called me from [protected] who was a blue dart delivery person.
    My order was paid.. But i wasnt getting proper updates regarding the product status he called me at 4:16 n i was like 500mtrs away from my place as i had gone to buy something.. I told him bhaiya m near the main road can you cm here n give the courier he started talking roughly n denied he cannot come anywhere else the given address.. And he started confusing me that he will leave my parcel with some neighbor idk who.. I said please don't i m coming back just wait for 5mins..
    While returning when m calling him up he has blocked my other number (Jio) i din have balance in my order listed number.. I called him so many times he din pick whn i reached i told kya bhaiya m calling u have blocked my number.. He started acting very rude and started shouting and then he is telling me to talk in kannada... When i said i understand but can't speak he started speaking random abusive words in kannada and started bringing out south indian n north indian issue.. N started following me back.. Please take severe action against him.

    So poor service blue dart gives, your delivery boy is not receiving my call when i called him after missing his call in my training session and neither he is calling me back again, in fact he is disconnecting my call, very nuch disappointing, bad service blue dart gives. The most important think, i will never suggest blue to any one.

      Dear sir,

      I have applied for name modification in pan card by filling the form at pan centre managed by nsdl in alora industrial consultant alora house, near surjeet school pai bagh bharatpur rajasthan 321001 on 10 july 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on oct 10, 2017, i got the following message:

      "your pan card has been returned undelivered by courier to nsdl on 19-sep-2017. The same will be re-dispatched to you shortly.."

      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 18 sep 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

      I sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my given address (418, rajendra nagar, bharatpur-rajasthan-321001). But no response from them too till date.

      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you that your Blue Dart Carrier Person come to our office on dated 01.10.2017 for deliver the goods which Our Vendor M/s.Mohan Das Arjun Dass send the goods to us & booked the Blue Dart Cargo vide docket No.[protected] dt.13.09.2017.

        Our Factory was close on dated 01.10.2017 So, the carrier person has not delivered the goods. After that 06.10.2017 & 07.10.2017, one person from our office gone to the Blue Dart Surface office for taken the goods.

        But the carrier person says that your goods delivery has been late, so you will give us the Late Fee charges of Rs.1500/-. when we have agreed for paid the charges . Then Blue Dart Surface Carrier person mail to your head office for delivery the goods at our Factory Address.

        But neither no reply receive & nor the goods receive. Mr. Saini[protected] in Blue Dart office is not picking our phone.

        Kindly accept our request & do the needful.

          We have booked it on 19sept bt still not it is delivered. The tracking says it has been delivered bt we have not received it yet. They have surely stolen them & it would be better for the courier company to return those tickets otherwise we will file a complaint at the court. Send the tickets as soon as possible. Or this courier company will be banned.

            I have ordered samsung single door refrigerator in amazon on 21 sep and it was about to get delivered on 25 sep. Since i moved from current address i updated address the current address to both amazon as well as blue dart on the 25-sep and both agreed to deliver the next day. Still i haven't received the order. Daiky i could see they are updating as customer moved

              Refrigerator ordered from amazon is not delivered. We call customer care of bluedrt everyday but no one helping to deliver the product... Correct address n alternate numbers are already given.. But no help.

                  As the order shipped by bluedart reference number [protected].
                  I didn't receive any call or message from blue dart courier boy regarding my order delivery although he passes a rubbish remark as the address in correct on the same address i received 3 orders from flipkart by ekart.
                  The bluedart did not share any contact details with me on which i can contact and got my order by going there personally.
                  And without informing me the return the prepaid order to the seller.
                  The courier boy didn't call me and because of his fault i got panelize. I want my order.
                  And punished courier boy and blue dart those are responsible for the un delivery.

                    I'm laxman c narale resident of bijapur karnataka. I've applied for the pan on 6th sept 2017bearing ack no n [protected]. When i checked the status is showing as pan delivered on 22 sept 2017. I don't understand to whom did they deliver my pan as i have not received the pan yet. As i have noticed bluedart branch of bijapur are not delivering the pan to so many customers instead they are sending back the pan.

                      I booked consignment no. [protected] for karwa chauth which was scheduled to be delivered by 7th oct and was truly very very important to be delivered on time. Online update information declared it out for delivery at 11 in the morning and we kept waiting for a call from delivery office. When till 4 pm we didn't got any call went to nearby office they told it is out for delivery but didn't provided any helpful information to get the parcel in time. Such behaviour and irresponsible service of bluedart has put the bad image of company coz of few lazy and absent minded people leading to undelivered important parcel used by a hindu women on karwachauth.

                      Poor show.
                      Shame on u guys.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        Blue dart courier service dehradun is not delivering my couriers. Please note the following consignment numbers awb no.[protected] booked on 18/08/2017 from mumbai to dehradun. And awb no.[protected] booked on 23/09/2017 from mumbai to dehradun. Both these couriers were send by the consignor with full address and contact details. But blue dart has not delivered these couriers to me and has send them back to consignor by giving an excuse of incomplete address. Blue dart service does not sends the courier boys and does not even bothers to call on my number. They just return the couriers by making some lame excuse. Please try to resolve this issue.

                          I should receive a parcel from hdfc bank with waybill number [protected], while tracking the same, they have updated with the wrong status as holiday and will be delivered in next day, how can they decide themselves that our office is not working on saturdays. When i made a call to customer support they have initiated some instructions to concern and those executives are very rude and they are asking me to come and collect the parcel if i need them or they are conveying me to wait until they deliver is it the way of behaving with the consigners also there is no response for this issue

                            Hi,

                            I want to raise a complaint against delivery boy Sandeep, since last four years I am facing this issue, and every time I receive any shipment I faced a lot trouble, he never deliver it because, he is wilfully denied to delivery my parcel, i have to approach branch to collect it every time same issue.

                            Sandeep knows my address, however, he did not delivery my shipment and update false information that my address is locatable, I am facing this issue multiple times, why he denied to delivery and he is saying he phoned me but I never received any such calls.

                            Can you please check and take strict action against Sandeep.

                              Dear management,

                              I ashish pandey having ref no ref no ev[protected] for my card courier which was not delivered as the sales boy who came at home was not aware of any documentation process needed to complete the same, he did not accepted my mom id, my id as i was not at home, he went to my home 2 times and came back to bluedart office without informing and my parcel is returned and mentioned that no body was at home to pick up the same.

                              Is this the service they are paying,, it hampered me a lot as that was very urgent to do a transaction but due to foolish people it did not.

                              And after calling to bluedart service center on [protected] the call center lady priyanka was very foolish as she does not know how to deal with customer and she denied me to help further... You can track the voice for the same...

                              If this is bluedart service then i wont to request please stop such farji company to operate as service is major concern, with our money they are earning and they are talking and servicing like this...

                              I was also face the same problem, in which the mother ###er courier boy so lazy so he just pass remark incomplete address however i got 3 orders in same address by ekart and havent received any calls or msg from bluedart regarding this thing, no contact no was shared with me on which i can receive out those ### i pre paid the order and was return to seller again i will screwed bluedart and flipkart both.
                              bluedart and flipkart to ### with your policies.
                              i will taking this forward.

                                  The waybill no.: [protected]. There is no information on the delivery date. The product has arrived at a nearby courier place on oct 5 5.12 pm. The delivery was scheduled to next business day. The next day the status was changed to "delay caused beyond control" and still there is no information on the delivery. I called up the customer care and they informed the delivery is on[protected]. There is no information yet. And they inform that the customer cannot collect it at the location and will be delivered only to the address. Please provide a resolution at the earliest. My contact number: +91 [protected]

                                    Hi, i am a resident of guwahati and one article no. [protected] was shipped to me by my aforesaid bank and accordingly i got a call today noon from your concerned delivery boy asked me whether i am at home. I replied to him that i was out of my home and wished to collect my article from a nearby place where i was at that time in my official work. But the concerned delivery boy refused to deliver the same and when i told him that i can also collect the same from your hub at guwahati, he sternly replied that you have no rule to deliver the article at office and i must receive at home. This is ridiculous. I past also i suffered so much harassment from your side. On last occasions i had to pick up my article from your hub office since no delivery was made at my address. Your service is very worse so far as i experienced and also pls teach some manners to your officials at guwahati. I am also forwarding this issue to my bank so that they can change the courrier service next time.

                                        I am completely disappointed and upset with the pathetic behaviour of the co-owner of the blue dart courier service in siwan, bihar. My product was supposed to be delivered by 4th of october which they were unable to provide. So on the 6the of october, i went to receive my product from the office itself, the staff clearly refused to hand over my product and misbehaved with me. I would to inform blue dart that your service is in the wrong hands in siwan and would recommend to cancel the franchise. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
