Please forward the complaint to bluedart. They have not called me or messaged me and have updated no such consignee. I am present at this address. I have college from 9:30 to 5 pm. Rest of the time i am present. But they have not contacted me either. Please help me.

    Immediately with the given airway bill
    Number i checked at buledart website to track out my
    Status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 09 oct 2017 and
    Deliver date 10 oct 2017. There was no call from blue dart express
    Till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very
    Much available for those days.
    Thus sir, i kindly request
    You to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card
    Resend at the earliest.

      Hi team,

      Waybill: [protected]

      I have a pick up request that has been raised by amazon india. The waybill no is mentioned above.

      It is pending from last 8 days from 2nd oct.
      Everyday eod i get a message ' your pickup is scheduled tomorrow please keep your shipment packed and ready'.

      Request you to do the needful.
      The product cost is 36000. So i am very worried.

      My shipmnt was supposed to deliver on 3rd Oct. Its 5th today. I had words with delivery personnel and he told me that he would deliver the shipment on 4th but he did not come. And now he is rejecting my call also... Plz assist me what to do now. My shipment no.is [protected].

        Amazon products are deliverd by blue dart corrier service.in hanumangarh ju; there is no blue dart corrier office. Products are deleverd by shri shyam corrier service mob. No [protected]. His service is very poor. He do not deliver products in time. When we go to his office to get product his office remains close. So please give your blue dart agency to other efficient person so we can get our product well in time and place

          Dear customer care team a parcel bearing no:[protected] dt:06-10-17 was booked from faridabad to bhubaneswar. But till the date and time i am not getting the same. Yesterday when i tracked the consignment on online it reflect the parcel is expected to delivery on dt:09-10-17, but from yesterday to till now i had called to the bhubaneswar office land line no: [protected] and other nos given at you site near about 100 times to know the status of my consignment but no one was picked up the phone even a single time. So how can i and any one know the status of their consignment. At the time of booking your booking agent was promised to deliver the material within two days and charged accordingly but the service is given by you is very worst. Specially in bhubaneswar odisha office. All the staffs are unfitt and unable to deliver the quick and positive response to their client, if the administration want to keep good repo in the market and with your client administration should take strict action against the incapable staff who is unfitt for your organisation.

            I live in ludhiana. I have allahabad bank bc (Business corporate) & csp. We also apply online pan card daily here. All pan cards are shipped in industrial area sc in ludhiana after allotment of pan card no. According to area. But blue dart courier boys do not call the pan card consignees. Therefore mostly pan cards are returned undelivered.in which of them the consignees face lots of problems due to nondelivery of pan cards.

                My awb no. Is [protected] which is undelivered till date local person close the delivery by putting fake remarks & your customer care least bother for the same i have launch this compliant to customer care also but they are unable to deliver every time they have given date & time but no buddy to bother to deliver.
                On 07th they have close the call with remarks not available but your kind information on saturday we were available for whole day right from 6.30 am to 11.59pm.

                Your customer care is chargeable pls check your record how much call i have done for the same but you are doing fraud for making money from phone calls.

                Your local manager & employee just sleeping & your customer care [protected] is doing nothing your customer care executive all are dummy candidates.

                No contact from any one this pathetic services you have.

                I need a satisfactory answer for the same.

                  My waybill number [protected] package was told that my address was unlocatable yesterday. I received no phone call nothing from the delivery boy and yet i get the message that he had tried to deliver my product. Which i am sure he did not. If your employees cannot locate an address and if any ambiguity is found in the address cannot call the consignee then please don't hire such useless people who would tarnish your brand. I am really disappointed with blue dart services.
                  I am also sure that my product was a bank document a chequebook and the delivery boy found it more easier to drop it to the bank rather to give me the document at my doorstep. Blue dart should not hire such inefficient lazy employees.

Staff you are appointed never called to our customers and status always on the screen address not found. For these reasons every customer is facing the difficulty. Moreover there is no any office of your courier in batala who will take proper care. Please look into the matter.

                        I had a very bad experience with yavatmal bluedart office regarding courier service. Every time i have to personally go and collect the parcel. This people do not deliver parcel at doorstep. They got many reasons not delivering the parcel at doorstep. This is 4th time i had to go and collect the parcel personally.

                        Hope you will take some necessary action for delivering parcel at doorstep.

                              Consignment not delivered on time.
                              Hi team,

                              The above consignment supposed to deliver on 5th and till now it is not delivered. It is mentioned that the consignee refused to accept. This is a wrong comment, no one came to my home. I have received one call 6th, due to network problem i couldn't hear anything and the next day i have informed the customer care the same and she told me will saturday will deliver. Till evening i didn't receive the call waited home for the courier and no one turned up and evening i called again customer care, she told me that he is busy today will deliver on monday. Today monday 9th october, i didn't receive any call from blue dart and no one came home to deliver the courier. I checked now the status online again it shows "consignee refused to accept". We don't know the reason why giving wrong update in the website.

                              I request you to check this and deliver the courier to my address

                                My credit card is on hold by the blue dart from last 5 days.

                                On the courier package my office address is mentioned. (Commerzone, yerwada, pune)
                                The delivery person came to other branch of my office (I. E. Kalyani nagar, pune) and i told him that you are on wrong address and please come to my correct office address (Yerwada, pune) which is not very far from kalyani nagar. He told that yerwada dont come under his area of service, other person will deliver it.

                                Now my credit card is on kept on hold from last 5 days. I don't know why it has been kept on hold.
                                Tried to call many times to the office but no one even pick the call.

                                Can you please register my complaint of such a delayed and pathetic service.

                                  My parcel was suppose to arrive on monday 09/10/2017 but due to the error in the mobile number submitted i sent my representative to their distribution center to pick up the parcel. The blue dart guy asked for a consent and identification as a procedure. I asked him if i could mail him all the details as due to bad weather no other cyber cafe was open. He didn't listen to any request and denied the email address where i could have emailed my consent along with my identity card. Made my person wait for the supervisor who never showed up till the closing time.
                                  I tried calling before sending my person to their customer care where there was no response.

                                  After two hours of calls i decided to send my person to pick the delivery and their was such response.

                                  Blue dart is considered one of the best services in india but its the worst. People did not cooperate as the situation could have been solved with little attention and understanding. I have a show to attend with no garments to present.

                                      A lens purchased from lenscart tracked by no.[protected] by blue dart express ia not received at the address given till now. Contacted your office at harippad, kerala and they told that it was delivered already but didn't received the same eiher from your office or at delivery place.

                                        Shipment not delivered at given address. Delivery boy is lying that he visited the given address & we have shifted from the given address. Whereas we are parmanent residents at the given address. There is no way to contact blue dart. There helpline numbers are not reachable or not pickef by them. We request though this module to pleasr deliver our shipment at given address immediately. And also take stern action against the delivery boy for wilfully not delivering the shipment.
