      This to bring your notice that we have not received our consignment (Containing passport cover) way bill no [protected]. On 2nd october my wife has received an email from passport authority stating that they have couriered the passport cover & shared the way bill number. Once i track the consignment to my shock it was delivered, (Received my mr suresh), when i started search for mr suresh, by name no one exists in our apartment, confirmed from landlord. Given complain to bluedart customer care, but till today no call/intimation from them, yesterday spoke with mr rohit cc executive, he assured me that within 24hrs they will sort it out, but no call/intimation. After that i only called to bluedart cc, cc executive forgot the name, she assured me by 3pm tomorrow they will sort the matter. When i asked them how can your delivery guy is so negligent, he could have call me before handing over it to some1, she replied mobile no was not mentioned, ok no issue, then i asked he would have taken the receivers id/phone no etc etc, they can track mr suresh from that, it seems they are doing that, ok my next question to her he might have given the consignment to one of the flat, let him come & identify that, but they doing that from past 3days, oh my god.. Really i am not able to understand how negligent delivery guy was. If it was an important document & the same thing would have happen then you can understand what will be my situation. Really bluedart has loosing its reputation, very bad service. Looking forward for a solution for the issue, within a time frame.

          My refrigerator arrived in hyderabad warehouse on 24sep 2017 and it's not been delivered untill now everyday i m being said it will delivered tomorrow but still it wasn't so today i requested for cancellation of my package i don't know why blue dart is being so lazy in delivering it would never recommend blue dart to any one i hope at least my cancellation gets fast

            My credit card was submitted to blue dart on 28th sep however they didn't call me and updated the status as "land mark needed" then i called the customer care and dropped the email with all details. Customer care gave me the contact number of delivery boy but that was waste. On 4th oct i got a call from that delivery boy and he said in very rude manner that if you have to collect you courier then you have to come at center point i will not come to your house. I requested that i can't come so he said then i will return your parcel. I immediately called the customer care and explained but again that was waste they said we will redirect your courier to secondary address. Now again they didn't call me single time and updating the comment that my address is not found.

            I didn't get any call till 3rd oct so i called the customer care and then they gave me the number of delivery boy. I tried to

              It took 15 day for ur courier to reach to Ranchi and even after when it arrived Ramgarh it is not being delivered...I don't know what is happening but it's too frustrating..

                My courier was returned by saying no such consignee at given address, but fact was no courier person reached at the address to deliver and maybe from mid they just donot want to deliver the same at the address & remarked as no consignee at given address. Till now i was thinking bluedart as best company to get delivered at any address in india in least possible time, but now i will not even recommend it to anyone else now onwards. I donot know how such remark can be done without even reaching at address. This is worst company, please avoid such a fraud company.

                  My Blue dart Awb#[protected], Awb#[protected], Awb#[protected] all showing Out of delivery area. I don't understand If they can't deliver why they pickup the shipment. Only Blue dart has problem, all other courier companies providing service very well. I would suggest all customers of Paytm, Amazon, Flipkart to request shopping sites not to choose Blue dart.

                    It's paras sumaria one of the customer of your bluedart but it's a worst service from your end & direct updated in your system address unlocated no phone calls for confirm address it's ok but after providing proper address to your call center with detailed address then also no call from your end for address proper location.

                    What a good services from your end. Hat's off to you bluedart team & no response from your bhiwandi location number [protected]

                    I hope my issue'll resolve on priority.

A delivery agent was very lazy to speak in call to ask address. I am going to take a serious action if i dint get any response and refund. Blue dart is a fraudulent company which should not stand in the market. Am going to spread the msg abt blue dart fraudulent practice.

                          I had ordered a book from make my delivery on 1/10/17. It was attempted for delivery on 3/10/2017 and they found the premises closed. There was neither any call from the agent that he is delivering nor any note at my house. I contacted your service center on 3/10/2017 in the evening and they promised me that it will be delivered on 5/10/2017 between 10am-1pm. I took a half day's leave and the parcel was attempted delivery at 3.30 when he again found the house locked. This parcel was very urgently needed by me and when i contacted your customer service on 5/10/2017 at 6.20 pm they are informing me that it will be delivered on 6/10/2017 and no time given. I have to go to work and cannot take leave which i think bluedart very well understands. It is sad that a courier company of such repute is badly functioning and troubling people like me.

                          I would like the management to take necessary action and have the parcel delivered at my residence tomorrow before 9.30am that is the time i leave for my job
                          An early action is appreciated

                            I already spoken to your customer service officers regarding my delay of delivery of my shipment. I tracked and noticed your tracking system, it was mentioned consignee unable to reach. I given my residential address and landmark with alternative contact number also.                               Mobile purchase from xiomi store dispatched thru' docket no - [protected], received on 04.10.2017 and the payment of rs 15000/- was made to the delivery boy. The delivery boy returned one noe of rs 500/- to my wife as it was slightly torn from one corner, and then he went out and again came with another note of rs 500/- for replacement. My wife was busy and without noticing the details she replaced both the notes. Meanwhile i reached home and noticed that the other note was completely in a mutilated condition and cannot be used, whereas the cash was withdrawn by my self from hdfc atm and all the notes were new.
                              I tried calling the delivery boy no of times on his mobile but he didn't pick up the phone.
                              Since the delivery boy fraudulently replaced his mutilated rs500 note, you are requested to take the appropriate action to get this note replaced and ensure such type of incidences should not repeat in future as the same can spoil the brand image of the company badly.

                                How can you people be so irresponsible? You have 100 of customer service numbers and nothing can be connected. I haven't got my parcel yet and how can you update the status as "delivered successfully". How long should i be waiting for your reply? And the person you sent for delivering the parcel without even talking to me he has ended the call abruptly and left the place without even delivering it. I want you to reply regarding this asap

                                    Shipper has been sent the product 28-sep-2017. Blue dart not able deliver this shipment yet.

                                    Its pitty shame on blue dart service that delivery team called me on 3rd oct asked me address. I mentioned its k. R. Puram. They dont know k. R. Puram where is located. But their office is there in hoodi.

                                    Hoodi to k. R. Puram hardly 2 k. M.

                                    It show they dont want to come for delivery, customer has to go their office and collect the product.

                                    Its not happened to me many times with blue dart only. Other smaller courier services could able make this delivery faster and prompt time.

                                      My courier was sent by icici credit card department through blue dart on 27 sep 2017.in the name of :deependra pal 201 sri balaji enclave chocolate factory road main tavrekere road bangalore 560029. When i tracked the shipment it showed wrong pin code return to awb. I called them and informed the pin code but same thing happened after 3 days i called them again and informed the pin code now the best part is nowt they delivered my card to unknown person named aruna.
                                      The customer service people are so rude and talk like robots no resolutions provide by them when i asked how can you deliver bank cards to anyone they said we didn't asked you or your bank to use our services
                                      Moreover i got message from icici stating your card has been delivered.
                                      What if that person uses my card as its a fresh card all details are enclosed within envelope. Who will be responsible? Why icici bank are still using this courier company? As i found millions of complaint for same
                                      Resolution:they harassed for 7 days after that they delivered my card to some stranger, i need compensation as well as my credit card back. I don't need the compensation money you can donate amount to a reliable ngo please help me and take relevant action against blue dart.

                                        I am a regular online purchaser and often my shipments are sent through blue dart but each time your franchisee at silchar disappoint me with their delivery service. Eg. My consignments bearing tracking id #[protected] ; #[protected] etc has reached the courier point on 27th sept, 17 but till now they have not delivered me. Often i need to visit the office of the blue dart and pickup my packages instead of home delivery. Where as services of other courier agency's like "delhivery" ; "express bees", "dtdc" are much better.
                                        I expect you will consider my worries seriously and take proper action to improve your customer services at silchar. Thanks.
