Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this email to raise a complaint against a person who was suppose to deliver my package. Tracking number is awb# [protected].
When i tried to return his call, he misbehaved and said "raise a complaint if you want, i don't care".
I have faced problems because my parcel was not delivered. He did not even attempted it to my address and confirmed the same when i called him back on top of that, your employee misbehaved badly. I guess, his name is sanjeev.
I want to know what will you do to make sure this is not repeated.
With all due respect, if my complaint is not taken seriously, i will raise it to higher officials and go to the customer forum.

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have checked my tracking id no [protected] it shown that this shipment has delivered on 24.08.2018 but i do not received yet or
Osmanabad’s blue dart not deliver on my proper address or it avoide to deliver my item,
Kindly request you to solve this matter as soon as possible.
