Ordered a mobile in Flipkart and the delivery responsibility was given to blue dart by Flipkart. But the shipment was delivered to some other person by the bluedart.

Shipment was supposed to be delivered at Tangla 784521 however while I tracked in blue dart website it was shown as the delivery was attempted at Mangaldoi which was not my given address.

    not delivering the product to the address

    It is extremely disappointing to inform that bluedart centre at ettumanoor

    Is refusing to deliver the package at the prescribed address...

    Hi, this is mansimran singh from ludhiana, i had a delivery of my credit card delivery from my bank on my address, your person gave me a col regardring and i told him that i am a little far of which would take me 10 min to reach the spot, the guy was so rude in talking and saying aap k liye mai vella nhi hoon ki wait karu. I requested him again and after that nw i hv cold him 30 times he is not picking up the phone, i even asked for his name and he didn't even gave his name his mobile no is [protected]. I even called at the branch from where he came from cheema chownk branch ludhiana, there were 2 no's on google [protected] and [protected] both the no's even after repeated calling were not picked. This is such a harrasing thing which has not been expected from a company like bluedart. A strict action should b taken from you guys against that person or i am going to take a legal action against your executive who didn't even care when i told him i am in an emergency and i require that card as tommorow i will b not in town for 3 day'z.
    Please take this issue on prior notice.

        Bluedart courier always marks Itteri as' Out of reach area' though Itteri bears the same PIN code of 627007 as Tirunelveli. Wonder why they even accept the package in the first place when they can't do door delivery. Kindly check and do the needful to correct erring Bluedart. Bluedart customer care girl is of no help.

          Could you please provide me an update for the delay in delivering this package. Expected date of delivery was yesterday and this package is stuck in bhiwandi hub and after escalating yesterday now the package status is showing "network delay: will impact delivery". This kind of service is not good. It has been 5 days and my package is stuck at the source location.

            We had requested for cheque book form kotak mahindra bank ltd., which was delivered on 25th september 2017 as per your office record. We never received any docet and when we enquired the same at the kotak bank branch we were surprised to know that the docet was handed over to some other person by your representative. The bank relationship manager then made a call to your vapi office and made us talk with your representative and they informed that it was delivered. The delivery was done without verification to some other person. After the telephonic conversation your office representative got the cheque book and handed over to us in tampered condition which we refused to accept. But your representative left the cheque book and left.

              delivery address change

              I purchased a mobile phone from tata clicq on 27th of september 2017, which was dispatched by them through bluedart courier services. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 29th of september 2017. On this date i got a sms from bluedart stating that your shipment cannot be delivered beca use your address is out of our delivery area. It was surprising to me because 15 day back i purchased same mobile from same vendor and it was delivered at my address by blue dart. When i inquired about the same i came to know that my shipment is in nasik (More than 200 km from my place) and they insisted to collect it from our office. So i requested concern person to deliver the same at my doorstep as current location of shipment is more than 200 km away from my address. Concerned representative assured me that your parcel will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours. It has been more than 5 days and my parcel is still in the nasik office. After that day i called blue dart customer care several times and every time i was assured that my parcel will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

                way bill no - 15133351671, not able to understand status of my consignment!

                I sent this package on 28th of september 2017, the status as of right now is "clubbed canvas bag scan"
                I am not able to understand meaning of this status!
                The package was to be delivered by 3rd of oct but it's still under process.
                I'm very annoyed by this kind of service!
                It's an important and valuable package please deliver it asap!...

                I have not received consignments with waybill nos. [protected] and [protected] via blue dart courier company. It has been delayed for long, it has already been undelivered twice and still held at my nearby ajc service centre (Bluedart) since last 10-12 days. It must be sent to 98/7a harish mukherjee road, kolkata - 700025 between 10am to 8pm.
                Please reply as early as possible.

                  I ordered micromax 32 inch led tv on amazon india on 24th september 2017. My order number is[protected]. Estimated delivery date that was shown at the time of place in order was 28th september 2017.

                  They despatched through bluedart and provided me tracking number of [protected]. Now i tell you the story which had made my life a # frustrating. At the end of 28th september, my product was not delivered so i contacted customer care of amazon india by calling their toll free number of[protected] or 9027 (For direct call to large appliances team). The executive told me that it will be delivered by tomorrow i. E 29th september. I waited whole day but tv didn't arrive. Again i called cs and got the response that they will get it delivered by 30th and they are escalating the issue. Today it's 3rd october and 8 20 pm. It's not yet delivered. I would have called cs for about 30 times i. E daily i am calling them for 7 to 8 times and these people are consistent in fooling me by saying that they have escalated the matter and it will be delivered by next day. I personally called blue dart also on their customer care and would like to say these are worst logistics company than amazon.

                  Most of times they never picks up the phone and most of times are rude and woul say directly the product will not get delivered by next four five days and expect delivery only after that. I personally sent complaints to both amazon india and bluedart though email. Bluedart mail went unreplied and while amazon's gave me standard answer that's it's already escalated.

                  I would like to say that this was my first biggest mistake of my life by placing order on amazon. Better place all your online orders on flipart or paytm. I ordered ac and washing machine too on flipkart on 24th september and got it delivered by next day i. E 25th september. I have become hopeless and very tired and # frustrated by calling amazon customer service for about total 40 times (10 times in email). If i would have been aware of their fooling tricks and their worst service and read so many negative reviews on the internet, i would have never placed this order. They had spoilt my festival i. E. Dusshera.

                  Requesting you if you can help me in getting my product delivered. I swear that i will never place any order on amazon in future.

                    Hello team,

                    I am writing to you as i didn't get my parcel which i was supposed to receive on 29th itself.

                    The comments mentioned no one was available on first day and 2nd day it says address unlocated. How on earth is that possible that on first day u didn't anyone at home and on second day you write address not located.
                    Also, no one tried to contact me over phone even if there was any of the aforementioned problem. This is not a good ehtic.

                    Secondly, when i contacted the delivery person he told me sir i have a lot of work and disconnected the call.

                    What sort of service you are providing? I tried to contact who happens to be from delhi branch, she is arrogant too and didn't reply.

                    This sort of service is not acceptable. Kindly assist me in getting my parcel.

                        -on 29/09/2017 your delivery boy had put slip`sorry to have missed you`in our letter box without giving any doorbell. All family members were at home only
                        -on 30/09/2017 i called your customer service but they were unable to resolve the issue telling that from 30/09/2017 to 02/10/2017 are holidays and assured that shipment will be delivered on 03/10/2017 only.
                        -on 03/10/2017 when i called them then assurance was given that it will be delivered by 1pm
                        -as it was not delivered by 3pm i again called customer service and they said"no one was available at home so shipment was returned" on the contrary we were waiting for it since morning and everyone were at home only
                        When we were waiting for our shipment since 29/09/2017 how can your delivery boy can report so
                        I have not received my shipment no.[protected] till datefor which your delivery boy is solely resposible.
                        Hope you shall resolve the issue at an earliest please

                          I am writing as a trail mail because just to show the irresponsibilities if your staffs are still continuing.
                          Now this has become a very big headache.
                          Everytime i have to call your service executives for delivery.
                          We are taking a paid service from you and afterall you are providing confusions.
                          The people are not calling customers for delivery instead theh are simply updatong that not able to locate.
                          [protected]:the system is showing 13th septemeber delivery but customer not yet received bond and not a received a single call from your staff.
                          Now in your site its showing returned undeliverable.
                          By this we are loosing customers.
                          Please ask your staff to do duty atleast for their salary.
                          They should have minimum courtesy to call and take the address if they really want to do their duty.
                          Please make necesaary arrangemnt for the delivery

                            Consignment with lr number [protected] booked from chimak health care, solan, himachal pradesh on 21/9/2017, and the same arrived at manjeri bluedart office on 29/9/2017 which was meant for door delivery has not been delivered till date and time, 03/10/2017 at 2:50 pm manjeri, when contacted the office, had a really bad experience, need a interference from your part to resolve the issue

                              My sister residing to this given address:-ghar no 241, shewalewadi, manjari farm taluka-haveli solapur road 412307 was expecting her new pan card. But the blue dart express ltd has delivered the pan card to someone called mr. Dhiraj diwane as per their record. There is no such person living at the given address. The airway bill no is [protected]. Please let us clear about this chaos of blue dart express as my sister required her pan card on urgent basis.
