I have ordered Hear phone from Mi and it suppiosed to be delivred on 29th sep but when I call to Customer support they statted that due to DELAY CAUSED BEYOND OUR CONTROL they will delivered it on 3-oct.Th Blue dart office is just 10 mintuse away from house just for 10 minutes delivery they are taking 96 hours.

Worst service I have ever seen.

    I have courier from my banker vide the way bill no [protected], courier company try to deliver the product but at that time due to certain reason unable to pick the courier, very next day i visit courier office & told my courier is returned, but they assure me today your courier will be deliver & you also intimated once courier is delivered. But they neither deliver nor intimated, again i visit courier office they told me once a shipment undeliver they can't hand over the shipment to customer its return to consignor, i don't think so that kind of rules is there. I think company personnel just harassing customer nothing else. If a customer request to company representative & showing his all proofs he/she is the right person to pick the shipment, but still not showing any interest towards customer, so bad experience with blue dart service & behavior towards its customer.

          I have bought product from amazon.com and they have committed delivery upto 26 september and then upto 29 septrmber but still the package is not arrived at my location and blue dart still trying to deliver it to wrong location. Blue dart had attempted my package delivery to akola region. But my location is washim and pincode is also mentioned on my order. Then how can blue dart attempt the delivery in akola

            I have orderd lg (43) inches tv from amazon on 24th of september. According to amozn co. They have delivered tv to blue dart on 27th, but as the assured date was give 29 to me it was not delivered on 27 but as per date given to me even today i have didn't received it. I also tried contacting the blue dart team but i had very very bad response from them. I tried contacting from different no. But my this idea too failed. So i request you to plzz look in this matter and try to solve it fast orelse don't commite dates to your customer i[censored] can't deliver it on the given date.

              I was expecting the awb number:[protected].
              It was supposed to be delivered on 28th sep 2017 and in the website it is mentioned to be delivered while it is not. The courier called me on 28th and asked me if i am available and i clearly said am at office. He said ok and cut the call. I have been trying to call the courier agent and he just picks up the call and does'nt speak.

              Now i see in the bluedart site that they have mentioned it as delivered. And none of the customer care numbers mentioned are valid.
              They loot premium charges compared to other courier services with no service

                Hi,
                I want to highlight that i have ordered a tv from amazon. From amazon the product has handovered to bluedart. Bluedart message me that my order wil reach me by 28 september but i have no received my product on commited time. I have requested them please deliver my product by today as it is urgent and i have to gift that product to someone but they simply deny to deliver.

                Could you please tell me bluedart, is this the way to provide customer services.

                Don't make fool customers and made false promise if you people are not able to deliver it on time.

                  I have ordered fastrack watch rs.499/- code (Fastrack ng6093sm01c analog watch - for women). But i received different watch having code - ftng6095sl03c via blue dart courier awb number [protected]. On courier tracking details mentioned your address i. E.
                  F-48, basement, east of kailash, new delhi, delhi 110065.
                  Blue dart is tie up with such fraud company. And not giving contact details. Shipper address not mentioned not mentioned on blue dart receipt which i have received at the time of delivery.
                  Please take some penal action and help me to get my money back.

                        If big company like bluedart not able to reach hdfc bank on time then where they can reach becoz of you inability i lost my offer of flipkart while order i have mention timing as banking hours but blue dart boy called me at night around 8:30 pm (Blue dart no[protected]) i told him kindly come in the morning he said yes but themself only put request for return bucoz he is not able to delivery.                           Message came on 26-sep-2017 that courier was delivered to hcl tech, chennai. Then, i went and checked with my service desk. They said that no courier received in my name. Then, i called the sholinganallur blue dart office and now they were telling that courier is with us only not yet delivered. Now, they are telling me to come and collect the courier. Is this way that courier delivering process? Seriously, after that phone call it make more irritating with that service person

                            I had submitted a courier for sales documents of my car to trivandrum on urgent basis through blue dart on 25th september 2017. They assured me delivery within 48 hours since sales had to take place of my vehicle.

                            Today being 29th, the courier is yet to be received at trivandrum address which resulted in cancellation of sales and loss of money to me.

                            Waybill no is [protected]. I want to claim compensation for the damages caused to me.

                                I ordered a product from paytm, after few days i got msg that your parcel has been shipped via bluedart and alloted a way bill number to track.

                                I am waiting for my parcel since from 5 days they are not giving.

                                I called customer care 10 times, all time they said you will get now, you will get today like this,

                                I wanna sue them, coz i ordered a shoes for my dad, and now he is going from here, what i will do with the parcel now,

                                I want my compensation for this now
                                Coz i have to again send the shoes to them or wait for their next visit.

                                    Though the consignee address is written properly for way bill no. ‪[protected]‬; the courier is still not delivered. I was waiting for so long to get the package delivered and suddenly status got updated to consignee address incomplete. I didn't receive any call, nothing. I got an sms saying call on ‪[protected]‬ to reschedule the delivery. I did that two times and got charged for no reason. No one even answered from another side. This is really unprofessional. It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

                                      This the very worst scenario, where i want to complain about the delivery person behavior. That person came to deliver a phone to me where he don't have swiping machine. When i have requested him to get me card machine, the way he spoke is very harsh and very rude. Even i have requested him to give me 5. Minutes so that i can transfer via paytm but he didn't gave me chance to speak, instead he told "cancel the order-i will leave". I have never expected this from the most prestigious service firm. This is the mobile number he called [protected] and i heard that his name is vivek. The rude way he behaved with me is very bad and unexpected. I hope firm will take action and properly train these type of persons properly to behave with customers.

                                        Ordered a haier fridge in amazon and was mailed that i would receive the product via blue dart on sep 25. Due 2 my unavailability, the person asked if the fridge cud be delivered next door which was the poorest idea. Then got a call at 10pm for delivery which i denied. He made me wait for next day also. Then on sep 27, he confirmed to deliver at 6 pm then he said 7;30 pm then finally got the product only at 9pm. He didn't know its on first floor, was stammering enough to shift it. Why are they unequipped and why do they have to make us wait for hours together? Let us know the exact delivery time and not to waste our time. Also fetch necessary persons, do not manage with one or two. Fridge is not a product to be delivered at neighbor's home, better educate this to them. Consider this as a strict compliant against the blue dart service.

                                        Recently two of my shipments were delivered in damaged(broken) condition though they were securely(tightly) packed with thermocols, bubble wraps and carton.

                                        I do regularly use Bludart service for courier service and never have i ever before faced this issue.
