    I had ordered a book from make my delivery on 1/10/17. It was attempted for delivery on 3/10/2017 and they found the premises closed. There was neither any call from the agent that he is delivering nor any note at my house. I contacted your service center on 3/10/2017 in the evening and they promised me that it will be delivered on 5/10/2017 between 10am-1pm. I took a half day's leave and the parcel was attempted delivery at 3.30 when he again found the house locked. This parcel was very urgently needed by me and when i contacted your customer service on 5/10/2017 at 6.20 pm they are informing me that it will be delivered on 6/10/2017 and no time given. I have to go to work and cannot take leave which i think bluedart very well understands. It is sad that a courier company of such repute is badly functioning and troubling people like me.

    I would like the management to take necessary action and have the parcel delivered at my residence tomorrow before 9.30am that is the time i leave for my job

      I am l. Bharani pandiyan, i am waiting for my shipment, it was very urgent requirement for me. My shipment ref no is ev[protected].
      I already spoken to your customer service officers regarding my delay of delivery of my shipment. I tracked and noticed your tracking system, it was mentioned consignee unable to reach. I given my residential address and landmark with alternative contact number also. Kindly deliver to the address and if the delivery agent unable to reach kindly call the alternative numbers for the guidance.

        Mobile purchase from xiomi store dispatched thru' docket no - [protected], received on 04.10.2017 and the payment of rs 15000/- was made to the delivery boy. The delivery boy returned one noe of rs 500/- to my wife as it was slightly torn from one corner, and then he went out and again came with another note of rs 500/- for replacement. My wife was busy and without noticing the details she replaced both the notes. Meanwhile i reached home and noticed that the other note was completely in a mutilated condition and cannot be used, whereas the cash was withdrawn by my self from hdfc atm and all the notes were new.
        I tried calling the delivery boy no of times on his mobile but he didn't pick up the phone.
        Since the delivery boy fraudulently replaced his mutilated rs500 note, you are requested to take the appropriate action to get this note replaced and ensure such type of incidences should not repeat in future as the same can spoil the brand image of the company badly.

          How can you people be so irresponsible? You have 100 of customer service numbers and nothing can be connected. I haven't got my parcel yet and how can you update the status as "delivered successfully". How long should i be waiting for your reply? And the person you sent for delivering the parcel without even talking to me he has ended the call abruptly and left the place without even delivering it. I want you to reply regarding this asap

              Shipper has been sent the product 28-sep-2017. Blue dart not able deliver this shipment yet.

              Its pitty shame on blue dart service that delivery team called me on 3rd oct asked me address. I mentioned its k. R. Puram. They dont know k. R. Puram where is located. But their office is there in hoodi.

              Hoodi to k. R. Puram hardly 2 k. M.

              It show they dont want to come for delivery, customer has to go their office and collect the product.

              Its not happened to me many times with blue dart only. Other smaller courier services could able make this delivery faster and prompt time.

                My courier was sent by icici credit card department through blue dart on 27 sep 2017.in the name of :deependra pal 201 sri balaji enclave chocolate factory road main tavrekere road bangalore 560029. When i tracked the shipment it showed wrong pin code return to awb. I called them and informed the pin code but same thing happened after 3 days i called them again and informed the pin code now the best part is nowt they delivered my card to unknown person named aruna.
                The customer service people are so rude and talk like robots no resolutions provide by them when i asked how can you deliver bank cards to anyone they said we didn't asked you or your bank to use our services
                Moreover i got message from icici stating your card has been delivered.
                What if that person uses my card as its a fresh card all details are enclosed within envelope. Who will be responsible? Why icici bank are still using this courier company? As i found millions of complaint for same
                Resolution:they harassed for 7 days after that they delivered my card to some stranger, i need compensation as well as my credit card back. I don't need the compensation money you can donate amount to a reliable ngo please help me and take relevant action against blue dart.

                  I am a regular online purchaser and often my shipments are sent through blue dart but each time your franchisee at silchar disappoint me with their delivery service. Eg. My consignments bearing tracking id #[protected] ; #[protected] etc has reached the courier point on 27th sept, 17 but till now they have not delivered me. Often i need to visit the office of the blue dart and pickup my packages instead of home delivery. Where as services of other courier agency's like "delhivery" ; "express bees", "dtdc" are much better.
                  I expect you will consider my worries seriously and take proper action to improve your customer services at silchar. Thanks.

                      It is extremely disappointing to inform that bluedart centre at ettumanoor

                      Hi, this is mansimran singh from ludhiana, i had a delivery of my credit card delivery from my bank on my address, your person gave me a col regardring and i told him that i am a little far of which would take me 10 min to reach the spot, the guy was so rude in talking and saying aap k liye mai vella nhi hoon ki wait karu. I requested him again and after that nw i hv cold him 30 times he is not picking up the phone, i even asked for his name and he didn't even gave his name his mobile no is [protected]. I even called at the branch from where he came from cheema chownk branch ludhiana, there were 2 no's on google [protected] and [protected] both the no's even after repeated calling were not picked. This is such a harrasing thing which has not been expected from a company like bluedart. A strict action should b taken from you guys against that person or i am going to take a legal action against your executive who didn't even care when i told him i am in an emergency and i require that card as tommorow i will b not in town for 3 day'z.
                      Please take this issue on prior notice.

                          Bluedart courier always marks Itteri as' Out of reach area' though Itteri bears the same PIN code of 627007 as Tirunelveli. Wonder why they even accept the package in the first place when they can't do door delivery. Kindly check and do the needful to correct erring Bluedart. Bluedart customer care girl is of no help.

Expected date of delivery was yesterday and this package is stuck in bhiwandi hub and after escalating yesterday now the package status is showing "network delay: will impact delivery". This kind of service is not good. It has been 5 days and my package is stuck at the source location.

                              We had requested for cheque book form kotak mahindra bank ltd., which was delivered on 25th september 2017 as per your office record. We never received any docet and when we enquired the same at the kotak bank branch we were surprised to know that the docet was handed over to some other person by your representative. The bank relationship manager then made a call to your vapi office and made us talk with your representative and they informed that it was delivered. The delivery was done without verification to some other person. After the telephonic conversation your office representative got the cheque book and handed over to us in tampered condition which we refused to accept. But your representative left the cheque book and left.

                                I purchased a mobile phone from tata clicq on 27th of september 2017, which was dispatched by them through bluedart courier services. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 29th of september 2017. On this date i got a sms from bluedart stating that your shipment cannot be delivered beca use your address is out of our delivery area. It was surprising to me because 15 day back i purchased same mobile from same vendor and it was delivered at my address by blue dart. When i inquired about the same i came to know that my shipment is in nasik (More than 200 km from my place) and they insisted to collect it from our office. So i requested concern person to deliver the same at my doorstep as current location of shipment is more than 200 km away from my address. Concerned representative assured me that your parcel will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours. It has been more than 5 days and my parcel is still in the nasik office. After that day i called blue dart customer care several times and every time i was assured that my parcel will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

                                  I sent this package on 28th of september 2017, the status as of right now is "clubbed canvas bag scan"
                                  I am not able to understand meaning of this status!
                                  The package was to be delivered by 3rd of oct but it's still under process.
                                  I'm very annoyed by this kind of service!
                                  It's an important and valuable package please deliver it asap!...
