I have courier from my banker vide the way bill no [protected], courier company try to deliver the product but at that time due to certain reason unable to pick the courier, very next day i visit courier office & told my courier is returned, but they assure me today your courier will be deliver & you also intimated once courier is delivered. But they neither deliver nor intimated, again i visit courier office they told me once a shipment undeliver they can't hand over the shipment to customer its return to consignor, i don't think so that kind of rules is there. I think company personnel just harassing customer nothing else. If a customer request to company representative & showing his all proofs he/she is the right person to pick the shipment, but still not showing any interest towards customer, so bad experience with blue dart service & behavior towards its customer.
