I applied for pan correction online and it got dispatched through bluedart courier services, then we got message that our pan card will be delivered before 31-08-17 but till today i. E, 01-09-17 we hadn't got any call from bluedart. So i checked the status with bluedart airway bill number, then i got to know that pan card reached our city on 24-08-17 but they didn't called us. So, i called bluedart branch in our city and asked them, then they said we can't deliver to your address you should come and take our card. Then i went to their office today i. E, 01-09-17 and asked why didn't you contact us, they started lying that we contacted you but your mobile is not rechargable which is completely a lie, then i asked why don't you call again but she said we don't that much time to call. They are being so rude to customers, they are even shouting at us. I think serious action should be taken towards them.
