This was the first time i was using bluedart for courier and really very disappointed and wont be using bluedart in future. My parents had sent some important documents to me via bluedart, the payment of which they had already done. Today i got the call to receive the courier. I was in college and was busy in project work so i asked my friend to receive the courier on my behalf. I was not knowing that the payment was already done by my dad and i didnt need to give any money to the delivery boy, so i just asked for confirmation whether any money is to be paid or not and the delivery boy said yes rs 500 is to be paid and my friend paid the money and received the courier. When i just confirmed this from my parents, i made almost 100 calls to the delivery boy but he didnt pick up and later switched off his mobile. I even called the bluedart's so called toll free number which is actually not tollfree. But no response.

Such a worse company.

Today i got a call from Bluedart to collect my parcel from their office as they refused to deliver it due to non availability of vehicle when i went to bluedart office to collect the courier personally in my personal vehicle then they refused to give it to me.

    I am sanjay a serving officer in armed forces, and all the readers please please take my advise. Never send anything important through blue dart. Never. Its the most unprofessional agency and customer care is utterly useless.
    I sent an expensive badminton racquet, a professional one through blue dart from siliguri to gurgaon.
    It was delivered in such a state as if someone has deliberately hammered and broken it out of shape.
    Please avoid blue dart at all costs.

      I have received a sms at 11.50am stating that the cheque book was delivered to one ms. Meena when we were out of our house. The airway bill no. Is [protected]. Neither we have received any call from your delivery person nor we authirsed any person in the name of ms. Meena to receive the cheque book. Please look into it and arrange to deliver the cheque book at your earliest.

        I had received a call from blue dart delivery boy day before yesterday. My passport which was submitted for visa stamping had arrived but since two days he is just calling but he is not delivering the passport. This is ridiculous. The blue dart service at mehmoorgang, varanasi, uttarpradesh the delivery boy name is ashley singh. Such kind of careless behavior is not expected from blue dart.

          I had a courier expected from bluedart on saturday on my company address.
          Since it was official docuemnts company employee had provided company address itself and i was waiting for it on saturday at the office.

          While (Over) smart bluedart employees finds out (May be from internet) that any way saturday is holiday for my company so they do not deliver "the day definite delivery" courier and insted shows up on monday.

          They do not even consider to call and ask atleast.
          I have one question to them :

          What exactly day definite delivery means and if somebody paid for express delivery, why would they not consider holiday etc themselves and expect delivery two days late? It was a passport and had to cancel travel.

            I am Noor Alam, was expecting my PAN Card to get deliver before 11.09.17. From Pan Card Office I got communication that it has left on 01.09.17. But yesterday when I tracked with my Bluedart Waybill number, I found the status showing Delivered on 06.09.17. Whereas I have not found my PAN Card till now, neither I got any calls from Bluedart.

            Please update me on the issue as soon as possible.

              I beg to state most respectfully and humbly that i am a customer of blue dirt dharmanagar. I did not get the delivery of my parcels from there my parcels awb numbers are #[protected] #[protected] #[protected]
              #[protected].in this connection blue dirt authority of dharmanagar informed me that i am out of their coverage area. But i have evidence that i am in their area and it is their responsibility to perform their duty properly. First para last line. Even though i have produce my relevant documents issued by dm, supporting my demand of being a customer of their area coverage, they have again denied. They have no right to reject any government certificates.

              I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to understand my inconvenience and take proper step to lessen my problem.

                  Dear sir,
                  I am mohammad nasir hossain. My son aarbaz alam is a student and recently he has attended an ielts exam (Held by british council) for higher study at uk. The ielts result hard copy is a must document for applying uk student visa. British council had sent the ielts result hard copy through your blue dart courier as the waybill number [protected]. This parcel arrived at your kolkata maheshtala office on 27th aug. But your maheshtala staff did not delivered us and marked the "consinee's address unlocatable" and after 11 days they returned the parcel back to shipper. After getting information from shipper today i have visited your mahestala office and talk to the officer in charge mr. Debasish das. He called some of his delivery persons. Most of them said this address is well known and if you check you will find hundreds of courier delivered in the same address. So, how this address is unlocatable that your people mentioned and return back to shipper? Due to not getting the ielts result hard copy my son aarbaz alam is going for uk visa process on monday because his institution queen mary university of london session is going to start on 18th september 2017. If the visa gets rejected due to not presenting of ielts result, your blue dart will be liable for this big loss. As this might be affecting my son's career also.

                    Sir, my name is chirag sharma i ordered a product which order no is [protected] and when the delivery boy comes he makes a call on my registered no [protected] so i pick the call the voice is not clear then i make a call from my side then he didn't pick the call and he returned back and give information to company that consignee is not present.                     Sir my self chirag shram i have ordered a product which no. Is [protected]. This product is delivered a delivery boy which no is[protected] he came and make a call when i received call the voice is not cleared then i end the call and after this i make a call immediate and after this the delivery boy not picked my phone and take out product to office and the information given to blue dart office that consignee is not present. When i registere a complaint at night the executive thatyour problem will be solved out quickly when today thr customer care executive call me that you have to given 20 rupees extra for again delivery i am ready for this but the he want that iwill tell the atm card no. To that person this is fraud type work when i given money in cash why he asked my atm no. Please solved out this query and quickly as soon as possible unless i have to do a mail in the govt. Parceland logistics dept. About the company this type of improper way of work.

                    I check my tracking id. Then I saw my parcel delivered to another person.i want my parcel back.
                    I have order for credit card from ICICI Bank. Courier partner was blue dar. I have change my delivery address to call icici costumer care & that address is menstion on kit. but bleu dart has not delivered on this address. that's why i am facing problem. So i want please deliver my credit card kit in my Sangam vihar adddress.

                          Dear sir,
                          We have received a shipment of goods at our mumbai h. O. From our warehouse in pondicherry. When the goods were shipped they were in perfect condition. When we received them at h. O. On the 11th august 2017, 79 products were damaged with a retail value of rs. 40, 000.

                          The goods were marked as damaged on receipt and a blue dart representative even came to make an inspection later in the day. His name is rajesh maruti sanas and his job title is executive - security. His email is [protected]@bluedart.com

                          The reference no. For the shipment is [protected] (See attached photo). The receipt slip with blue dart is marked as goods received but with damage.

                          I have attached an image of the damaged goods where our products have either been totally crushed on one side, or the pumps have broken and the labels completely spoilt by leakages from bottles that were cracked open.

                          When we received the shipment blue dart reps admitted that these goods were damaged in transit because they were dropped. Yet i have not received any further information and have not been given any service whatsoever. How i am going to recover the value of goods damaged? I have even prepared an excel file detailing which goods have been damaged and photographed them and sent them to blue dart ([protected]@bluedart.com) - but no response!!!

                          What kind of service is this? Is this how you treat your customers?!

                          I request a full refund for damaged goods.

                          Dear sir,
                          We have received a shipment of goods in Noida From my Office. When the goods were shipped there was two items. one laptop and one a beautiful Cup, Packet was looking damage, So I asked to open and show the Items.
                          that is in perfect condition inside the box,
                          I asked to open other then delivery buys denied and asked for provide the receiving I provided that.
                          then Delivery boy leave the place wile I started to open other packet.
                          I opened and Found Cup is in broken condition, which worth was Rs.300.
                          All happens today, date is 05-May-2022.
                          I request with the blue Dart team to pick up the broken Item and refund the money Rs 300.
                          Item was gifted to me, it would be more costly, I am very disappointed with BlueDart delivery system

                            Sir,
                            It is my painful duty to inform you that i often hampered due to the negligence and non delivery of courier at my address from you partner at blue dart, branch mattoo complex, lal chowk.

                            Sir, i am working in the pharmaceutical company as area business manager and i ofen indulge with courier services regularly, but the said courier services online reflects, "given address is incorrect"... Which is total an excuse! Then how other courier services easily delivery goods or products? On the prominent address as "merjanpora eidgah, srinagar" besides they never bother to call. When enquired the same at the office of the blue dart at said address they arrogantly said, "you need to come here if you want collect your courier else we send you courier back to the company.
                            Kindly look into the matter and redress my grievance

                              I didnt receive my courier till now from past 10days. Delivery boy is cutting the call evert time. Such a worst service i have ever seen. I have complained to blue dart on this, yet no result. Hyd customer care is lifting the call but not speaking. Now i want to go to consumer court if it wont get resolved by monday. I have all the call recordings and logs of no of times i called to the delivery boy.

                                The dispatch center of blue dart in phase 8, industrial area, mohali, punjab, india (+[protected],[protected] never picks a call of customer to know about the delivery of shipment. We have to visit the dispatch center for getting update for our shipment. I suppose to receive the courier on regular basis but never got an update telephonically.

                                  My courier from icici pru. #[protected] received by ramesh. I don't know him.
                                  Courier delivered in greater noida. Even this is not my address mentioned.
                                  Even not inform me on phone call. You had to contact me before deliver it. How can courier boy handover any document without any identity of receiver? Please look in the matter and resolve this problem

                                    My package was reached at ur bluedart ahmedabad agency like 2 week ago and i complained about 5-6 times that u r not delivering it and they r saying that we will deliver it today bt their today is not even coming.. Every day they are saying that we will deliver it to u today or tomorrow for sure bt ur useless agency is not delivering it.. My waybill no. Is [protected].. Deliver me my package asap. Or just refund me my 750rs

                                        Hi,

                                        I have requested a courier through citi bank to my family. They engage blue dart to deliver the draft. First courier reached my family successfully without any complaints.

                                        I sent another draft to them in the same address and this time the courier hasn't reached them yet. The draft was returned back to citi bank and was told that no one was in the premises. My family lives in apartment and other courier service also delivers couriers successfully to this address. I have put the flat number and all the relevant details, so there is no point that the address is wrong. Also the first draft delivered successfully to the same address.

                                        Since, the courier was returned. I have to request citi bank to re-issue the draft again because my family urgently needs the draft. My family also tried to call customer care with the tracking number and they were told that the draft will be received by yesterday but still they haven't received it. Also i noticed that some people have posted very bad reviews. Sometimes, they don't even go to the premises for delivery and they just update the system with false information.

                                        I have already raised my concern with customer care but no one is giving me any definite answer when the draft will be delivered to my family.

                                        This is pathetic service from blue dart end.

                                        Please have a look into the tracking number and send me a response.
