My package was supposedly to get delivered by 19th September although order was out for delivery for a couple pf hours, the status changed to Prohibited area - restricted for delivery all of a sudden.

I didn’t receive any calls/texts or intimation regarding the same. The helpline number is of no use as it drops the calls out of nowhere. Not able to connect to any of their support staff and their outlet is closed.

I am writing to report a recurring problem with your delivery service. The assigned delivery person consistently generates OTPs and fake delivery status and even not communicating via phone call, resulting in canceled deliveries attributed to the customer and mentioning fake reason
by showcasing fault from customer side. This issue is causing frustration and inconvenience.br...

My product is not delivered to the address and the person is available but still they show the status as consignee is not available, even trying to reach the bluedart customer care every number is saying number is not in service. don't even know what to do, can anyone possible to provide any number that i can contact bluedart help here., thank you...

The estimated delivery date of my parcel ( [protected]) was on 4th September 2023. The parcel reached the destination city on 8th September and I thought I would receive my package soon and I continuously kept on tracking the status and finally it was changed to contact customer service. When I contacted them they told me that they couldn't detect where my parcel is and they aren't recieving any response from the team. Today is 14th September...

Worst service ever ...my shipment no. [protected] is being delayed since two days and customer services are not listing reason behind delay ...they keep on saying that it will be delivered on the next working day....

My order which contains very important product was said to be out for delivery and no delivery attempt was made, i was at home the whole day and my status on blue dart was updated as Consignee out of station, my AWB # is [protected], i am a government employee and such type of fake stuff cannot be tolerated by blue dart, please look into this matter, i needed my parcel urgently...

Blue dart delivery guy didn't made a contact with me nor they called me and my order is not delivered yet but they are showing consignee not available on site...

Till now, i didn't receive any update. Today i tried to track the consignment status. It is showing as the shipment was returned to origin. The tracking details showing that the courier person tried to deliver the courier many times saying that the consignee not available, not sharing otp. I didn't receive a single call/sms from them regarding the delivery. Finally it is showing they have returned the shipment to the origin....

There were no attempts to deliver the package on 4th Sep and I am very much at my home. The reason out by the delivery guy is wrong or he has intentionally put it there to evade delivery on 4th Sep. This is a plant and needs to be delivered asap. Tracking no. [protected]...

I have two shipments K387597 from kushal jewelers and 465092 from schwabe india in which one was supposed to be delivered on 30th august and another on 1st September from bluedart civil lines meerut. I waited for a day Or two and then checked the status. I saw that they have put the status as consignee address not locatable. When I neither got any message saying it gonna get delivered that day nor anyone called me if the address was not locatable....

This is complaint regarding blue dart delivery service as my parcel is not yet delivered and when I checked through their website they displayed " Shipment Redirected to same AWB" even though my pin code and address is totally correct. I can't even contact them and today is rakshabandhan, I didn't received my rakhi as my sister sent me through this.😓...

On 29th Sep 2023, Blue Dart was supposed to deliver my HDFC debit card at my registered address. In all honesty, The delivery person didn't even bother to call me . I would have collected it personally with necessary identification documents. Now I see on the blue dart tracking page that my package is marked " C'Nee shifted from the given address " . I asked my parents who still live at my address if there was any visit from blue dart delivery...

I have been waiting for the delivery for almost 7 days and the status is 'Undelivered Shipment Held At Location' for the last 4 days and they daily updating the same. No proper communication. Have raised complaint but still no response.
