Bluedart incorrectly updates the consignment status without actually making delivery attempt.
They may have high volume which they may not be able to fulfil but this fraud is not acceptable when they put the blame on the customer.
My shipment is getting updated as 'Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect' from 2 days while no delivery attempt has been made. No bluedart person has even entered my apartment. There is no call from them. this is just a fraud.
internet is full of such bluedart fraud stories. Strict action needs to be taken against such fraudster company.

    Delivery issue without any intimation

    My delivery was supposed to arrive today. Its showing cnee refused id/otp incorrect, but no one came to delivery the product.

    I got a message from my bank hdfc your credit card is delivered through blue dart..after no any call or agent is come at my address ...and after that I got a message your address is incomplete ...then I go to blue dart office at kapasehra they denied to give me my parcel...they told executives will comes at your address...after that no any agent is come at my address my bluedart awb number is [protected]..
    what the pathetic service of blue dart and his employyee...I never expected from blue dart..

        I have Booked a shipment for Bangalore from Moradabad through blue dart on 23rd of September under waybill No-[protected] and it was dispatched on the same day[protected] with expected date of delivery is[protected].
        When I checked the status on toll free number, they told me that shipment was detained by regulatory authorities on[protected] and it is still[protected] in custody of department. When I asked them to share the legal Proof, they stop responding me and they are still not ready to commit when will department is going to release the good.
        I have been chasing them since last week (Yogveer - [protected]) and now they are not responding my call

          Dear Bluedart Customer Support,

          I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the non-receipt of my parcel, despite the tracking information indicating that it has been delivered.

          My parcel, with the tracking number [protected] was scheduled to be delivered on[protected] However, I have not received it, and my repeated attempts to contact your customer service have been unsuccessful.

          I want to emphasize that I have never shared the One-Time Password (OTP) associated with this shipment with anyone. Therefore, there should be no possibility o[censored]nauthorized access or delivery.

          I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the next steps to be taken to rectify this issue.

            Hi,

            Bad service by Blue Dart.
            My shipment is out for delivery at 24 September 12:16 AM and at 25 September 16:30 its been updated to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address", even though address is proper and i am at my home. it's not delivered. if the address has problem you should contact us on the given number but they not connecting with us. because of that i cause many loss because of this delayed delivery. I requested to ensure and solve this problem ASAP.

                bluedart c'nee shifted from the given address

                It is really strange...
                waybill [[protected]]
                the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?...

                Way bill [protected] I was supposed to receive this parcel on 20th September and I saw the parcel reached Kolkata Picnic Garden on 20th September but soon after the status changed to Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery.
                Please note Picnic Garden is only 3 km away from my residence and my place is never been a restricted area. This is an apartment complex where thousands of packages are delivered everyday.
                There is no contact number to even call and pick the parcel by myself.

                    I'm fed up now...
                    Never had such experience with an online purchase before
                    I purchased a by tocgwatches.in on 05/09/2024. They told that delivery will be completed within 3-5 days and for the same they booked a shipment via bluedart on 09/09/2024 the shipment was received by bluedart and was confirmed to me that my package will be delivered by 12/09/2024.
                    On the same day first the shipment got delayed in Delhi for some reasons idk why..
                    It reached Agra by 9:00 am and was out for delivery by 12:00.. I eagerly waited but at 16:00 I tracked the shipment and it said DELAYED BEYOND CONTROL
                    I was confused what is this and tried 100 times calling their costumer service number but they never picked the call
                    Now on 13/09/2024 by 15:00 I checked the shipment it said delayed delivery and by 15:20 it was out for delivery AGAIN...
                    I was relieved but it was a bit fishy as they don't deliver this late
                    Now I called their costumer service executive and this time they picked up ...
                    I was told my order is not on delivery even though it showed on the website...
                    They assured me to deliver it by the evening
                    I again called them they said the same
                    I waited the whole night and now at 22:30 I got whatsapp from bluedart that my delivery was unsuccessful because CONSIGNEE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE...!!
                    wtf...
                    The whole day they lied to me and now they blamed it all over me...
                    I'm fed up now
                    Just give me my package man
                    Consumer court help me please 😭🙏
                    They don't pick calls you can't track delivery boy it's just too much...

                      I had delivered highly confidential documents through Blue Dart on 9th September 2024 through super fast (priority) delivery to Amritsar. The package was supposed to reach in 1 day, however it was delivered after a delay of 2 days i.e 11th September 2024 despite me paying Rs 900 (extra money) for super fast delivery.
                      When the package containing highly confidential documents was delivered, the package was torn and opened up. I will share pictures once this complaint proceeds further.

                        I ordered from Elinor Jewels and did a UPI payment on 4th september 2024. their delivery service was Shiprocket and Blue dart was supposed to deliver the parcel to my address. on 10th i received a sms from blue dart saying your parcel is delivered and received by 'RAHUL' i do not know any rahul, it is not delivered to me. i was sent a code as well but without that code i dont know who received it.

                            I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the delayed delivery of my courier (Tracking Number: [protected]), which was dispatched on 8th August 2024 via Blue Dart/DHL. We specifically chose your service due to its reputation for reliability and paid premium charges for early delivery. However, the service received has been far below expectations.

                            The expected delivery date of 12th August 2024 has now passed, and despite several missed delivery dates, the package has still not been delivered. The tracking updates have repeatedly shown incorrect information, such as "Consignee's Address Incomplete/Incorrect, " even though my address is accurate and complete. Additionally, no delivery partner has contacted me to verify the address or to attempt delivery.

                            I have also tried multiple times to reach your customer care team, but the contact number provided is not reachable. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me with no way to resolve the issue.

                            Given the premium charges we paid for expedited service, this experience has made me seriously reconsider using Blue Dart/DHL as our courier partner in the future. I request that you urgently investigate this issue, correct the tracking information, and ensure that my package is delivered without any further delays. Additionally, I expect a thorough explanation for the repeated errors in tracking and the unavailability of customer support.

                            Please address this matter with the urgency it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

                                I have sent a courier to Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh from Tamilnadu on 30th July through Shiprocket, it reached Destination Hub (Kanpur Area) on Aug 1st. It’s been 8 days, that the courier is not attempted to deliver. On calling customer care, they are saying the same, it might have misrouted and not reached Destination Hub and will be delivered in a couple of days, saying that they are raising a ticket. Daily they are raising new tickets, but no solutions/update so far. Yesterday (Aug 9th) I received a call from Shiprocket Support team saying, “your order will take 5-7 days to deliver, i[censored] need in urgent, u can process new order for your client and we will initiate RTO and refund the order value with RTO charges if applicable. Till today (Aug 10), I don’t get any update from them. Then I did chat with Shiprocket, they said, there are operational issues with Bluedart and will initiate RTO and Refund will be done by Bluedart courier itself. So kindly look into it and solve this issue and refund the order value with RTO charges if any, as soon as possible. Attaching Tracking details and Shiprocket chat.

                                  My blue dart package not yet received, getting the status Out for Delivery in the morning and in the evening even without attempting the delivery they change the status to Delivery Failed-Premises closed. They don't even call. And I also don't have the courier guy number so I can ask them to come over. Can you please help Blue Dart team.
