My order was supposed to be delivered on 18th August 2023. But it is still not delivered. Even though the hub is just 5 kms away from my house, they were still not able to deliver. Now the status is showing as "misroute due to shipper fault/wrong pin" even though I have given correct address and pincode. Their customer support is also worse and half of the time they're busy. My awb no : [protected]. My shipment reached my city on 3rd August 2023 and on 8th August its status was " OUT FOT DELIVERY " But the delivery wasn't made . Now the recent status shows "need department name/extension number."
Where today I got an another shipment from bluedart (AWB: [protected]) at same address within 3 days of delivery.
I asked the delivery boy about the second shipment and he doesn't have any clue of that.br...

My order with Waybill number [protected] was arranged by service center for an item under repair but nobody came to pick up and all of a sudden the status is changed to "Pickup Cancelled By Customer On Attempt". This status is not only factually incorrect but it is wasting the time for which the product is repairable by th service center. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent activity on part of Bluedart....

I had ordered Titan watches from from online titan store, its been 7 days now, I haven’t received delivery. And for my symurprise, bluedart is showing wrong status too many times as wrong delivery pincode or out for delivery, and very next day they show status as ahipment areived from therw etail office to thane city. Just trying to full customers.

I purchased samsung galaxy f13 on 15th july from samsung website. Today is 20th july. Blue cart is the package handler. The shipment has reached muzaffarnagar, and is out for delivery on 19 July, which is my city where i live. Though the consignee address is written properly for way bill no. [protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided address once again in message. I have not received any mail from bluedart. My icici credit card was sent via blue dart and was supposed to be delivered today. I directly went to blue dart office and they confirmed that they have received the shipment and it will be delivered today. They said they cannot give the shipment to ne directly and have to deliver it at home. Waybill number for shipment is [protected]. This Bluedart service is the worst among all courier services.
They simply do not attempt the delivery and say "Consignee not available".

I am specifically talking about the Bachupally Branch, Hyderabad. Whenever I get the message that my item will be delivered by bluedart I need to mentally prepare that the item won't be delivered or it would take alteast 3 weeks to deliver.

I dont know why organizations...

I had never experienced this much frustration in the process of a consignment to be delivered at my address before.
May 2023. As I needed that passport urgently, just after seeing that tracking-status online, I proactively called their Customer Service ([protected]). My produch has not been delivered. The bluedart tracking portal shows "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" even though this is nit true. Infact i received a delivery from bluedart just a week ago in the same address. I haven't received any sms or calls from the delivery person. I dont know what to do. Please help....

I ordered my product on 2nd April and just because I couldn't pick up a single call, the deliver didn't even bother to pick up the call after that. I tried calling him several times but no answer. They just kept postponing the delivery and now it just said that the consignee cancelled the order, which in fact I didn't. Such a poor delivery service and no audacity at all to contact and inform the customers about the status of delivery. Please...
