Sir,

I booked a blue dart parcel under critically urgent category on 16th Feb 2017 from Pune to Ahmedabad with consignment no [protected]. It was supposed to reach before 12pm on 17th feb 2017 for which i paid rs 500. but delivery was made around 1530hrs (3.5hrs later than the scheduled time). 17th feb being a saturday, offices got closed at 2pm and now i am facing a loss of Rs 4748. I kindly request you to look into the matter. i want either a valid justification of the late delivery of i want blue dart to pay appropriate compensation of the negligence.

I booked blue dart courier with courier no [protected] from pune to ahmedabad
It was booked under criticality urgent category for which I paid rs 500. It was promised that my documents will be delivered by 12pm on 17th Feb but even 3om today blue dart do not have any idea about the delivery. It has huge financial implications on me for which I can produce documents also. I request if I can get a justified explanation or blue dart should be fined
Please provide me shipment number ([protected]) on my official address on Monday(13-feb-2017)

    Myself Ramesh Kumar Mishra my shipment was booked on 15-02-17 but the same was not delivered on cut off time 16-02-17 and even it was not delivered on 17-02-17 and on[protected] my office is suppose to be closed so it will not be delivered on[protected] either.
    And one more thing when I contacted customer care and asked them to deliver this on first half of[protected]. they refused to do so.

    This does not meet the service standards of Blue Dart. Please look into the matter and let me know accordingly.

      Hello team,

      My credit card has expired and i am waiting for the new card which is being held by your delivery executive.

      1) how is bluedart concerned about my employer?
      The executive who called me today (After your assurance email) states that "as you are not working with hsbc currently, we will not deliver the card. The card will be returned back. You can complain to anyone you wish" the phone number from which 3 calls were made and subsequent denial was shared is: [protected]

      - is bluedart supposed to do the pre-checks of my employment before delivering the consignment?
      - what legal standing does the courier service have in seeking such personal/sensitive information?
      - are you seeking sensitive information for any undue use of this?
      - is it a policy by bluedart to seek employment and other sensitive/personal information before delivering consignments?

      2) i am being contacted by the delivery agent after 7 days of holding the consignment; while the tracking status was being updated with various reasons.

      - do you give freehand to your delivery agents to update false information on tracking page
      - don't you have a mechanism to check if the da has really contacted the customer or attempted delivery?
      - do you let your das speak and behave rudely and unruly with the customers?
      - is it - 'because of customers that bluedart exists' or is it - 'because of you (Bluedart) that customers exist'

      3) bluedart is acting like an extortion company!
      You are holding my consignment which is a credit card and playing a game of extortion without delivering it to me. The worst part is the false updation of tracking and seeking sensitive information and denying delivery basis my employment.

      I received another package from your bluedart safely and ontime. Check this tracking:-your amazon order with blue dart awb# [protected] was delivered at 1134 on 16-feb-17 to self.

        HDFC Bank had couriered a document on HIGH PRIORITY basis and they had expedited it for doc to reach me today 16Feb17 by 1330 hrs

        Your team delivered it at 1930 hrs while I was supposed to submit the duly filled doc to the Bank by 1630 hrs today

        Request you to look into this matter and take corrective action and confirm by reply mail the same.

          An item was ordered by me online which is to be delivered by the Blue Dart courier services company to my address.
          The consignment no is [protected] which is to be delivered between 15 - 17 Feb, 2017 at NSEZ, Phase - 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201305.
          The consignment status always shows either not delivered or delivery held on their web site.
          It has been from several days their service man does not call me on my mobile number to receive the consignment. When i call their office phone number no body picks up the call and when they pick up the call they talk rudely and irresponsibly. They do not give me any information about how the item to be delivered or where is the item.There is total negligence.
          Please help me to so that my consignment is delivered to me asap.

            Dear sir,

            I have applied for PAN card by filling the Form 49A at PAN centre managed by NSDL in Lalbagh Road, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560027 on 10 Jan 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status on Feb 13, 2017, I got the following message:

            "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 27Jan2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 06Feb2017."

            Immediately with the given airway bill number I checked at Buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to NSDL RTOS already on 07 Feb 2017. There was no call from Blue Dart Express till date and no one came at my door from Blue Dart even. I was very much available for those days.

            Later the same day (Feb 13, 2017) I sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my PAN card to my given address (83, First Floor, Anjinappa Layout, Kothanur, Bangalore - 560077). But no response from them too till date.

            Thus sir, I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my PAN Card at the earliest.

            Dear sir, same problem is hppening with me. I apllied for pan correction and also have recieved a messege stating that my corrected pan will be delivered on 22nd sep but no calls from blue dart service I am available skiping my chores to recieve my pan. Please do help me out.

              The people who working in blue dart they are fulling a customer from two days they are giving some answers to me, tomorrow you will get your shipment I don't know way, because of that I never went anywhere else sitting at home wetting for my shipment so please don't give any date and time which is you can't deliver the shipment, only with blue dart, I am getting this problem
              Many other shipment I am getting from other companys, I never get like this problem, sorry but I am totally disappointed.

                1. I am Major Bibhu Prasanna Tripathy posted to Mhow, MP.
                2. I had sent a brand new TV to Rourkela(Odisha) on 23 Jan 2017 through Bluedart courier costing Rs 28, 000.
                3. As said to me by the shipper I had even written as "owners's risk" as TV is a delicate item.
                4. As a safety precaution I had sealed the TV in a wooden box for its safety.
                5. I was charged Rs 2000 for the consignment and was assured that the product would be delivered within 7-10 days.
                6. After almost 12 days, to my horror I got a call from my shipper that the consignment is held at Odisha border and I need to pay a sum of Rs 560 more to clear it. I agreed to it as I desperately wanted the delivery.
                7. After that again it was detained in Bhubaneswar warehouse for a week from 3 Feb to 10 Feb. I was not even informed about it. When I enquired about it, it was cleared.
                8. Further again it is detained at Sambalpur Warehouse from 10 Feb till date without any valid reasons. Sambalpur is hardly 150 km from Rourkela. I dont understand why is it taking so long to send it to rourkela which is inside same state.
                9. I need a proper explanation and compensation for the delay in sending time from the shipper that is Bluedart.
                10. I wanted to gift that TV to a relative at Rourkela before 05 Feb which is why time was my premium concern.
                11. Now anyhow I couldnt give the gift as they have already left, at least the consignment should reach in time.

                I needed my courier from koovs ASAP for an event scheduled on 11th feb and had informed the courier person but he without my permission or my signature returned the courier without informing . This is really against the rules.highly unsatisfied

                  While courier tracking i came to know that my consignment reached at ulloor(trivandrum) office on 9th of feb 2017. But unfortunately the thing yet to be delivered. This is really pethatic, I tried to contacted them in their office ever since but no one attending the call..pls consider this as priority and deliver my part asap...

                      Hi,
                      I am from faizabad my packet was shipped from gurgaon and it reached faizabad on the ascribed date 14 feb 2017 and it was set out for delivery 11:25 am as it was showing on your tracking tool. As the package was very necessary so i make a call at 4:30 pm at the blue dart office and they assured me that the package will arrive shortly at the proper address. After three hours i again made a call to the same office and they give the number of courier boy and ask to call him. I called the courier boy and told him the reffrence no and order no and he finally asked me to come to the place defined by him and collect the order other wise he will return the order to the office... So finally i collected my parcel 4 km away from the ascribe d address.
                      Very bad service...

                          My PAN card was to be delivered by the government through blue dart courier company, but rather delivering it to home address he asked me to come and collect the same from the blue dart office in my city. And, on asking to make a home delivering he said they don't deliver it at home, you have to collect it from the office of blue dart.
                          So please get my PAN card delivered to my home address, since I am unale to fetch it from the office due to some reason.

                              i have book a emudra class 2 individual signature from there Banglore branch on 15/01/2017 they couried it via BLUE DART doc no [protected] on 16/01/2017. courier document came here at OSMANABAD on 18/01/2017. courier boy misplaced it and your osmanabad branch back office closed it as delivered . There is no sign or stamp on your run sheet on mine. several times i visited your osmanabad office and ask for my parcel but there is no responce from concern person Mr VINAYAK [protected].I am so upset about your osmanabad team for there atitude

                                This is the second time, facing a problem in delivery by your jejuri team, pune maharastra
                                They try a common reason 'premises closed'.

                                  My AWB no is [protected]. i am waiting for two days to my card.but no one can come or call me but status is premises closed or consignee not available.today i am waiting till 7pm, no one can come to my office, but status is consignee not available.i am not satisfied with your service.when will u delivered my courier.other wise tell me your address i can take the courier.

                                    Today I have visit blue dart courier 3:45pm at morbi office to collect my credit card of ICICI bank, I have checked online status shipment is received today at morbi office but I don't understand that why the courier boy has not given the shipment and why told me that shipment will reached tomorrow at morbi.

                                    It is very urgent for me . Today I want delivery at my house because other days I will not be present at home.

                                    This is the dissatisfied and very poor service.

                                      I am unable to receive my credit card which has been returned 3-4 times with vague and useless excuses by bluedart . The delivery person is simply giving false comments on the tracking portal . I am really annoyed and I don't understand how can well known company behave like this. My waybill number is [protected] . Please at least give a call to the person who is supposed to receive the parcel .

                                      ask them to call the needed person even at once . If they are incapable to place a call then at least ask from the consumer to pay for the phone bill. It would be less problematic

                                        I have my way bill no [protected] for which have selected delivery date 11/02/17 but till date not received my product even I have called u r customer service centre and your staff don't even reply properly and answered in a very bad way. Used very bad language this is how u provide serviced to the customers?

                                        I have even asked u r staff to give Me details as there is no update by site so she told that when delivered u will get u r product I don't know anything. She don't even reply for the questions what the hell is this?

                                        I left office very early since 2 days, now i can't ask them again for early to come home.
