the above mentioned bill number for pan card not yet received to us and they are coolely saying its been returned to mumbai office without any response they have dispatched to pan card office

one of the worst, idiotic and rutheless educated illetrates working in blue dart trichy location

I have also attached the shipment details with this complaint

Hello government try to avoid private sectors and depend on speed post for delivery purposes

We the HDB Financila Services Ltd., Dhule Branch (NBFC) receiving all couriers from our coprporate office as well as other branches.
Blue Dart office of Dhule (Maharashtra) Branch is not delivering the recived courier in our office.
Blue Dart office received courier before 2-3 days but neighter they are informing nor they are delivering.
Request you to take the matter seriously and resolve the issue on priority.

BLUE DART AHMEDNAGAR is the Worst and the cheap rated courier i have seen in my life . They never deliver the parcel to the door step each and every time they keep on saying lie the door was locked, We cannot deliver to your address, we not have the facility of delivering the Parcel to the given address . This are the reasons your representatives say to the customers and each and every time once they receive the parcel at there office they say the customers to go to there office and collect .At the time of booking the will not inform regarding this they simply accept the parcel and make the booking and the take assure that we will deliver to your door step at the booking point but after receiving at your delivering point .Kindly shut down your BLUE DART Service at AHMEDNAGAR . Each and every time your representatives do the same

This is with a citibank debit card delivery. Card was supposed to be delivered on 1st february. Delivery person contacted me from office address, i asked him to give at the reception desk. I do agree that as per company policy that is not acceptable. I asked the representative to give it in the bluedart office i will come and collect in person. The representative offered that he will deliver it to my home address. I checked the status on 2nd february they told the card will be delivered within 12 noon. I waited, no response. I had my own works and contacted bluedart customer care back on 5th. These beggars have mentioned[protected] is a toll free number but its chargable per minute 2rs. I did not get a hold of cs rep as it was sunday. I contacted back on monday and explained the entire scene to the representative. She refused to take complaint that card was stolen and she refused to connect to supervisor. Finally they again called for address verification. I gave the address again home address. They told me that i will get the card on 7th february before 12 noon. I called today to rajiv on [protected]. He didnt even listen to the complaints and told he will call back and abruptly cut the call twice. Felt like ####. Posting the same on consumer FORUMs

You can't see the address what it is written there?? To Amreli n where have you delivered?? At savarkundla?? Are you all blind?? You don't have eyes?? Your service zero...Can't even rate also you...Why have you delivered at savarkundla?? It's written in the address (amreli) and you haven't called me also?? Who refused you?? Have you mailed me?? Your courier service called me?? No then?? Who the hell cancelled my order...??

Hii my ref no is EV[protected] and it is in jp nagar service center they have not sent my courier till now and I have gone there but they are not giving also so please check it out what type of service they are providing SBI credit card is there coming by bluedart corier but they are still not send so please takse some action on that
on friday I have gone there to receive my courier but they told they will give me at home only but they are not coming to home also, i am fed up from bluedart service

Till now it is not delivered at Patna.
In this regard I have called on No. [protected] but it seems they are not serious. What type of service you r providing? After expiry of 12 days from picking the item the same has not been delivered at Patna address, promptly as the item reached at Patna on 31.01.17.

Waited for the day long and so I wasted my Sunday as got the MSG that my order will be delivered today but the next day I got a MSG 'consignee not available', feeling like cheated . I have CCTV recordings that proves my statement that no one from blue dart couriers came to my house even my colony, thinking of going to consumer court for mental harassment and disgraceful behavior of Blue dart.

Document has sent by Hero Fin Corp dated on 19th January POD:[protected] from Delhi. If I contact CC they told that no response from customer. We are inside house outside grill gate locked due to security reason. But doc return back to Hero Fin Corp. This is mere negligence of delivery person. Please take immediate action

I'm tracking the my shipment code.its showing particular date .I called to customer care they told.They deliver today. after 3 days it not delivering.Again I checked with customer care. They simply asking "your address not verified.So we are informed bank". The same address all courier coming properly.But the blue dart guys simply sitting in office. They asking address not verified. BLUE dart only very very worst customer service and courier service.

"Blue Dart" Being the most experienced & expensive courier service, I Had bad experience. Blue Dart Way bill #[protected] was dispatched on 27th of Jan 2017, the same was delivered on 3rd of Feb 2017 that to after contacting customer care.
there never tried calling me for delivery. It as taken 7days to delivery this important document even after giving detailed address with Landmark & contact # on the document cover(attached image for reference). But blue dart tracking site was showing as no Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed(Attached Image for reference)

Team...my ref no ev[protected] is not delevred to me...no body call me no body come to my address and update false report ...now am calling customer care on 4th feb 2017 and raise our complain after that am recive a call from ur side and ur representative said that am delivery ur parcel tomorow means toady 5th feb u stay on delevery place because am getting ur id...today am still wating but no body come...am sorry to say that blue dart service its very bull sheet in future am never use blue dart service...i request u pls delever my parcell on monday 6th feb on my office address.

My way bill number is [protected].I did speak to your customer service and I was promised that my courier will be delivered on a Saturday. However it was not done and your company tried to deliver this on a working day. As a result my courier has returned and now I am in a big problem. I request your office to arrange for redelivery and please send me an alert on my registered mobile. If my request is unattended I will raise this with consumer forum as your staff gave me incorrect information.

My AWB [protected]/3.2.2017, Mumbai to Jaipur.

While booking packet at Bluedart counter, delivery period confirmed for 24hrs (they checked my delivery pin code of Jaipur address). Charged me Rs.350/- for less than 500gms.

On followups, Mr. Abhijeet Naik, customer care was rude and non-responsive and said they will get back to me only on 6.2.2017. Will Bluedart compensate my losses incurred, due to non deivery, within 24hrs(their commitment) and rude and non responsive behavior.

I find BLUEDART is looting people, charging high price and fooling with delivery dates (inshort, they are non-commital on delivery time). Henceforth,

I have ordered a gift from "Ferns n Petals" which was scheduled to deliver to the mentioned address on 2nd Feb 2017.I was given Blue Dart's AWB number is -[protected] to track shipment.It reflects that from 1st feb 2017 it is in varanasi only but they are unable to deliver on the mentioned address.I have done many follow ups with the Customer care also.I have again given them the address with benchmark but still they are unable to deliver the package.
Even till now i have not received any call from the delivery boy that he is not able to locate the address.

Purchased 128GB Memory Card EVO Class 10 At Rs 699 only from ZONIIC, Order ID: [protected], but got a fake samsung 8 gb sd card. Item was delivered via bluedart in COD.

Message was updated that at 16:26 delivery was attempted but premises closed.
When i contacted the customer service they also gave false message that delivery was attempted.
