Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is with regard to Waybill No. [protected].

This shipment was supposed to be delivered on 04-Mar, but it could not be delivered since my residential premises were closed.

After getting the above information, I called up Customer Care (6-Mar) citing the issue that since I'm an employed individual, I'm available at my residence only till 10.30 am in the morning or after 10 pm in the night with the request to get the shipment delivered as per the timings above.

I also dropped a mail to Customer Care citing the same issue and also providing an alternative address (my office address) where the shipment can be delivered at a more convenient time since I'll be available at my office premises.

In both the above cases I was promised that somebody will get in touch with me to discuss on convenient timings for delivery of shipment and get the shipment delivered ASAP.

Since then I've been calling up Customer Care citing the same issue and requesting the Local Delivery Centre to get in touch with me so that we can discuss on a convenient time for delivery of my shipment, but in vain.

Please note the status below:

04-Mar - 17.08 Attempted delivery, premises closed
06-Mar - 13.47 Attempted delivery, premises closed
09-Mar - 14.37 Attempted delivery, premises closed
10-Mar - 09.02 Returned to Origin at Shipper's Request

I fail to understand whom should I talk to and where should I reach to get the shipment delivered which happens to be documents that I urgently need for official purposes. I've never come across such inefficiency and bad service from a courier company before, a reputed one like yours the least. Its better not to charge customers for delivery of shipments if your delivery centre is incapable of doing so, it will lead to use of resources at both ends more productively and better use of time.

Please address this ASAP.

The courier delivery guy from blue dart called me from +[protected] and asked me to come down to my office premises gate to collect the card. I had reported sick and was not in office premise.
Asked him to wait for 10 mins and he made a big issue out of it. And he was also not present at the spot when i had arrived after 10 mins. And he had deliberately not answered 9 calls from me.

PATHETIC ATTITUDE and LACK OF SERVICE!!!

My parcel with way bill no "[protected]" is not received by me till now.While connecting to the local no for bhubaneswar they have informed me that the shipment has been wrongly moved to kolkata.

The same has been dispatched from mumbai to bhubaneswar on 7th march.Ideally i need to get it by today.

Requesting you to kindly help as it is very urgent

My name is praveen, recently i ordered a perfume via online it was supposed to be deliver through blue dart
I didnt receive any product but in the tracking it was showing as it was deelivered.

Tracking id is [protected]...

Consignment vide way bill no.[protected]. Booked at Bhubaneshwar on[protected], Providing assuarence by verbal consent to deliver the Document Positively by 07.03.2017 at Kolkata as the documents is very urgent .
Regrat to say that Consignment not Deliverd at kolkata till[protected] till 17:40hrs. and more regrat tosay that no support was initiated by customer care after several request.
Finally suffering very much for poor service of Bluedart Corrier Service.

Good evening everyone, Regarding for complain against your customer care executive Ms. Uma, employee i'd no: 111015., she is irritated & irresponsible against my package, my pack number is #abw [protected], your executive (Ms. Uma) she told loud voice & speak with angry, so please take my complien and punish her executive and Teach your executive, here after speak with polite all the customers. And then I'll take off onemore (CC) complien copy through consumer court..

Yet I have not received my shipment due to your pathetic service. My shipment already arrived in sector 8 Chandigarh office but still not delivered. Yesterday I was also contact to customer care service she told me it will delivered by EOD, i have recorded voice of customer care executive rather than I also went to blue dart office she told me unable to delivered my shipment & said me it will be delivered by EOD at 5 pm or by tomorrow at 6pm. But unfortunately I am still waiting for my shipment, above the mention circumstances please don't harrsed the customer.

I went and checked with security at the
building where couriers are received and he mentioned that he received no courier.

I have sent Redmi note 4 32 GB phone haing cost of 12000 rs on 28.02.2017 from blue dart company, .i choose blue dart because blue dart is reputed company but blue dart messed up with my delivery item and changed the item..it is ridiculous as i thaought blue dart is a reputed company but they changed my phone and changed price on invoice, they delivered faulty lava 1000 rs phone.Not expected this ghatiyapan from Blue Dart.

I would like to register my complaint my shipment [protected] has been deliver on friday that is March 4, 2017. But the blue dart courier boy is not delivering it to me. He is just making out a fool of me even though the item i need it on emergency basis.so kindly register my complaint and do the needful

Tracking results for this consignment shows address not locateable whereas i have received one consignment from blue dart on same address today itself vide *[protected]* bluedart express ltd., invoice no. Hd2717631, a pic of the same attached.

My Awb Ref. No.[protected], out for delivery today on 11:19, but I did not received any call or any agent to my home I have also 3time to customer care to track my order and 2time to depo. But depo not any one pick up my phone and than I also track to my order, I found agent not came in my location and 9:02pm I show consinge address or location uncomlete. I know why we given mobile no. On order and what is responsiblity of bludart courier agent .If register postman delivered order on same address than bluedart courier boy is blind or mad.

Its been one week and my shipment is yet not delivered, there no attempt of delivery and representative always rude and unprofessional. Poor.

I have booked one item from ebay and blue dark shipment AWB is [protected].

On 3-3-2017 one delivery person called me by his mobile no [protected] and asked me to come to the road to collect the item. That time I was busy in my office and I told him to come to my office and give the parcel.

Then that person came to my seat and badly behaved and said "I have huge parcels to deliver. why didn't you come to road for collecting this" . I asked him to tell his name so that I can give complaint against him. Then he rudely behaved and gone without delivering my parcel to me.

It is very bad that blue dart people call a lady to come to road for collecting the parcel.

My self ashirwad, my shipping address is ultratech cement ltd., aditya birla group, d&d devision, 206 ahura center, a wing, mahakali caves road, andheri east, mumbai 400093.
Yesterday 02.03.2017 was my expected delivery, but as per bluedart record found "no such consignee at the given address". But i was present in the office on 02.03.2017 whole day from 9.00am to 5.30pm. 3 security gaurds also said to me no any parcel came in a whole day.
Many times i called to customer care number, they said we will send it again. Today is 03.03.2017 & right now its 3.00pm. I am still waiting for my parcel & its important (Hdfc card).
As per my experience bluedart curior service is very bad.

I order an item through paytm and the item is now at rewari (123401) courier office, status of the item is on their official website is (out of delivery area) and advised to pick from office (as throught sms). but i paid delivery charge for the package as prepaid then why they are not delivery my package at my given address ( only 10 km away from office), same problem is also for the postal code 123106 (only 6 km away from their office)
i have phone call recording of their customer care official.

The person called on my phone and told to please come down to receive the packet. (I work on the 6th floor). And when I went there, he asked for PAN card number/ gov. id proof.

I was with my company id card with the same phone on which he called. But it was not enough for him!!!

This is really pathetic!!!

My question here is, is it ok to handover my personal details (PAN card no or nay gov. id...

Complaint regarding AWB#[protected], your courier delivery person having mobile no[protected] attempted the delivery today, he misbehaved with my wife and throw the parcel on my 9 year old girl, please take necessary action

I gave correct address location i am getting so many letters to the same address nearly three time it is undelivered to my address. If you are unable to track the address kindly contact me on my mobile number. Mobile : [protected] or [protected]
