My packet was reached blue dart office angul on 24.01.2017. Every day I call them. They told that now they deliver my packet. But 3 days over by this procedure. Still I am not receive my packet. This is my 3rd experience with this Blue Dart company.
Please take action against angul centre. Like my packet any one can suffer. Without taking action, they are careless and doing against law.

    Hi this is Suresh from Bangalore I was waiting for he Credit card shipment which has to be delivered on 18th of Jan 2017. As i was not in town so tried contacting your guys no response. My Tracking # is [protected]. Please call me with the status of my shipment and when can i expect the same. You can reach me on [protected] or [protected].
    WORST COMPANY. I must say. One of my delivery was sent on Jan 17th and these STUPID guys have updated the status that "Premise Closed" so delivery could not happen. I WAS AT HOME AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL WAS MADE TO ME. When i called customer care, they even don't know.

And today is the 8th day since when I have sent you my package.Because of your poor service, I am not able to attend my exam. Who is going to take responsibility for it? This is how you serve your customers?

        ICICI sent me the package
        Which never came on 25th jan 2016
        The IDIOT delivery guy came to my place
        He didnt even call me when he saw THE premises were locked
        I called the customer care
        And then rescheduled my package on 27th jan 2016
        But the package never came !
        After seeking several attempts at customer care
        They told me some random #### that pakcage Could not be delivered
        And they will sending it on 28th

        AND THAN THEY FAKED THE DELIVERY
        THE GUY NEVER CAME TO DELIVER
        AND IT SHOWED RESTRICTED AREA
        AND PACKAGE SENT BACK TO THE SHIPPER's location...

        I[censored] GUYS ARNT UPTO DOING THIS
        THEN PLEASE SHUT IT UP
        WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
        AND IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY!
        Even the delivery guy never picked his fone
        Maybe he's dead !

          My Courier id is [protected]. Today I got a call from one of your delivery personel, his contact no is [protected]. He was 150 mts away from my home and was asking me to collect from him. I would have obliged to his request but was away from home with only my mom at home. so I tried to direct him towards my home but he didnt even listen to me and made excuses that he was in a truck and could not come inside the lane (which could be right), i once again tried to direct him towards home but he didnt even listen and disconnected the phone. My request to you is please send some with better people skills for the delivery and in a vehicle which is not a truck(even though my lane is 20ft wide more than enough for a 6 wheel truck).

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            This is the worst experience I have faced towards delivery of my Shipment. Blue Dart Courier employees and his office staff they are not doing their job seriously, they didn’t call me or message and not even visited at my home. Without intimation they have return my Shipment and this is not happened first time with me.

            When I was call and ask regarding my shipment @ Bhopal Center they was replied this area is not comes under them (out of delivery area) when I was ask, why you have been mention my area pin code service at your BLUE DART Bhopal Center, then the replied was really shocking, “It is not our fault, It is Payback department fault”. Tell them to delete you’re area pin code. No Manner how to talking with your Customer.

              I purchased a product from mi.com i was to recieve a scheduled delivery on 27-1-17 and delivery boy had made a call to me that he will parcel soon but the delivery boy has not delivered parcel. When i check the status of parcel it was showing me that that it is undelivered due to non-availability of recieving person but in actual he is not even come to that address for delievery instead i recieved a message of non-delievery of parcel from your agency.
              DELIVERY BOY NO: +[protected] I demand that product should be delievered at earliest to me . Please take strict action against the concerned person who is harming the interests of company and practising fake measures and in future someone is not cheated.

              Hi,

              Exactly same problem here. My Mi product delivered to me today (1 day delayed) which should be delivered to me yesterday.

              Delivery boy marked the premises closed with out even try to deliver. I have given my office address which was definitely opened yesterday and I was eagerly waiting for my parcel.

              Today my office was closed and I have to go to office especially to receive this parcel.

              I am very disappointed with their services.

                I had ordered a corrior from vender Name :Ankur singh accnt No:[protected] BaNk HDFC IFSC HDFC0001112 .The corrior is not delieverd as i was informed by the bluedart to clear and deposit the money in the vendor's Account by toolfree number +[protected] and they are saying after clearing the payment the corrior will be delievered in one hour .after the one hour corrior is not delievered and no call by the bluedart and the vendor is nly picking the call and not available anywhere not on phone or whatsapp i had done Rs20, 000 payment after the call by the bluedart

                    Hi, Bluedart service as far as I know is good in all areas. But very very worst in Madurai. Kindly remove bluedart from Madurai. So far all my expensive orders (washing machine, 55 inch TV, mobiles)were delivered through bluedart. And I will receive it only after 4 days after it reaches Madurai.Nobody responds well and ask for bribe.Remove it please

                          I am getting more than 200 items on my resident address in a year and out of 200 more than 50 items deliver by bluedart. But still they are not delivered some times and update status like

                          Consignee'S Address Incorrect
                          Premises is closed
                          Consignee not available etc.

                          And all those time I was at my home and same address used for all items. How can address is wrong? And they not even trying call me. And when I follow up they talk rudely and never try understand and more delay delivery and also argue that courier boy is not wrong and they called me and I did not pickup call. but I never get call from them for asking address or anything. and Same happen to my office address.

                          I do not recommended to use their service. Worst ever courier service.

                          This is really poor service.
                          I called snapdeal and they assured me to deliver between 9 AM to 1 PM but after when I call blue dart they clearly deny to deliver in that time and rudely said they may deliver after 12:30 PM and no possibility to deliver 9 AM to 1 PM. They also deny to prioritize and deliver ASAP.

                            I am NRI and home town is Una-Gujarat (Pin:362560), I have very bad experience of Blue dart courier Una Branch. Any shipment arrive through Blue Dart, I have never received due to very poor management and care less behavior of Branch office. Every time they return back to Origin with stating that Address is not found. Recently my wife PAN card also returned with Way bill No:[protected]. Last time my NRI account chaque book and Credit card also returned back. When I contact the bank they told most of our Una shipment with Blue dart happens the same thing. I think Una branch is spoiling all your name and reputation. I am very busy person and follow-up with you every time is not possible. Pls. take action and save your reputation.

The concerned person after receiving the complaint contacted me . His no is [protected], but instead of giving proper disposal of the article he started using abusive language and also threatened that my parcel will not be delivered.He also asked my credit or debit card no . Kindly take immediate action against him, otherwise I will lodge FIR against him and let me know immediately .

                                        Hi team,
                                        I want to lodge a complaint again one of your customer-care executive I had talked with, My Wef no: [protected].

                                        I had called the cc regarding my package for which i got an sms saying delivery attempted however I didnt get any call for the same, but while explaining my issue your CC executive was so mannerless that he was just not ready to listen my issue but tell me his assumptions and also arguing without knowing the fact.
                                        I just want to raise the concern as from a customer side calling a CC is the only thing to get the problem resolved but if the CC executives will not ready to listen ho a customer will lodge his complain or get the issue resolved?

                                        Hoping for an enquiry and a positive reply.
