Dear sir, myself hemant sharma from rewari 123401 and my contact no is [protected]. Awb no [protected] is return on 10th january 2017 due to incomplete address.
I am residence of this area since 45 years, this is very famous area in rewari city.in 45 years i have never seen any single document returned due to incomplete address. This is negligence of your office bearer. This type of negligence is ruined your esteemed organization image....

Cheated by Blue Dart Courier - Ms. Sushma Kharat.
Not delivered my Credit Card and kept with her since one week.
I request you to kindly take legal action against her for misguiding me and not delivering me the Credit Card....

I have received msg from HDFC bank that my packet has been couriered from Blue dart awb no. [protected] on 07.01.17. On checking from your site we have come to know that same has been delivered at your local office on 09.01.17., till date packet has not been delivered, even today i have called your local office as per him it will be delivered on 12.01.17.

Item bearing awb # [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 05-jan-2017. I was busy and not able to pick up the call from delivery boy. Madinaguda blue dart office is near to my home (Walkable distance), i walked to the office to collect the courier.

After waiting for more than 45 min staff in the office checked the status of the shipment and they said the item will be re-sent. But they have not attempted...

This is my second poor and pathetic experience with Blue Dart Express. Today they were supposed to deliver my credit card- HDFC bank. It's a common sense if I am applying for a credit card I am a working professional, which means during weekday's I will not be available at my residential address, ultimately you are supposed to call me once before delivering my courier to check if I am available at my residential address. The card was twice attempted to be delivered at my previous office address, even after me informing Blue Dart that I dont work there anymore. I paid for my package from AMAZON with sum of 800 through Paytm to the delivery boy ..And the amount was also deducted from my ATM balance...But the delivery boy said the payment was not received and to pay again through ATM ...He convinced me that once I pay the money again the previous money which was deducted from my ATM would be refunded ..So I paid again for the same order, but still there is no refund neither the delivery boy from blue...

It is intimated that a courier vide air way bill no [protected] was supposed to be delivered to me but the same has not been delivered to me till now. On inquiring from the office of blue dart at dehradun it is informed by them that the same has been returned to the sender without any reason
