We had ordered for a domestic gas stove 10 days ago. We got the tracking no [protected] and waited to receive the parcel. But we were shocked to know that the parcel has been returned without a call, nor any telephone or personal contact. Now what should we do to get back our order, who's responsible for our pain in not getting our requirement on time. Blue dart has to compensate for this inconvenience and punish the person/s responsible for this disturbances.

The courier here is not being delivered at time .
Before 3 days my courier has arrived here and yet not delivered to me .
When i go to them they say that we are not getting ur courier in our shop . It is kept deep inside shop . So kindly do something.

    This is to bring your kind consideration that on 24th January'2017 got message from blue dart "Delivery of my order from Ebay with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] was unsuccessful. Reattempt delivery in next 48 hours". So, today while I was doing some work I don't see blue dart person called me and unable to pick call. While I am calling back they are not attending the call. It was very bad experience with blue dart regarding my another parcel from blue dart is still not received. If in case any assistance call me at [protected]. Kindly, look into this issue and resolve as soon.

      Your Executive Call me 24/01/17 .He sad your credit card not give without your ID your Home Owner and sad If you give your ID I give your Courier than I sad If I come your office you give. He sad Ok Than I go Office with ID but Office Manager sad Credit Card give only you for your mailing address than I request but they not agree give me office. Not we are go digital or they are not give any ID behave. This Is wrong Because I wast time and money (I do private job Agriculture Sector) one day and my company loss one day sale.

          I was told my courier will be picked up between 4-6 pm, nobody responded till 6:30, I had to call several times to get someone to respond correctly. It was a food item and I had informed the customer care executives several times that I need to get it out straightaway and that I wouldn't be available after 7 because of some important engagements. Finally the pickup person came late and when I called customer care again, they refused to come and pick it up saying we can't send for a pickup again on the same day. In case, it was not possible to collect it, I would like to have been informed straightaway that it won't be possible rather than just making me wait and delaying the delivery. I would have rather used another courier service. This kind of service is really unacceptable.

            While trying to send a parcel to Faridabad from the Mapusa Blue Dart brand in Goa I was requested to open my parcel, every item was searched as if I am a terrorist.
            The worker, Anita Zore, has asked me to remove the silicagel pacxk that I have inserted to keep my valuable items from exposue to moisture.
            Needles to say that I have explained throughout the process (almost 1 hour of my time) what is silica gel and that all the items contained in the parcel ar3 merely clothes and last bags.
            At the end of the process all my items were messed and not folded correctly and could not fit my parcel which I have prepared in advance, as to save valuable time.
            Ratish dheke, the branch manager, has also refused to send my parcel containing the silica gel, and has made me remove it from the parcel.
            This is the first time in 12 years of working in India that I was asked to go through this insulting and time consuming process.

              My company send me some imp documents on 19/01/17 with mark urgent delivery because its very important documents and today 23rd there system saw you will recive your courier on 21st 17.15 hour since last saturday and today 23/01/17 monday bust still i am waiting for courier there customer care exucatives also give a false time commitment and counvey that there is not only my courier many courier they have.

              O worst service provided by blue dart courier vadodara, insted of if my company send that courier to me by any local courier it is far batter then bleu dart courier

                I had ordered a product from bewakoof.com with awb no.-[protected]. Blue dart was supposed to deliver it 3 days ago as it has reached my city way earlier. When i track my order they show that my order is not locatable. I didnt recieve any call from them and when i called them they asked me to come down to their office and take my parcel. When i refused the told me that their delivery person will come tomorrow in my area so i will get my order tomorrow. If this is the case then why do they show that my address is unlocatable. And expect me to come down to their office for something which they are supposed to do as i have paid for it.

                    I was about to receive parcel of ICICI from blue dart i gt the alert for the shipment.

                    Mother was not there at home. I showed him pan card and aadhar card also.

                    He asked for mine Id proofs also n I showed him pan card he said itz nt matching. Father name n husband name r matching by still...He went saying nt matching.

                    What you r upto guys ...??

                    I showed him pan card voter ID aadhar card still he is saying I want some more proof that I m her son. R u kidding mee ?

                        Last Time also when i had to recieve a package from bluedart, The consecutive was very harsh and he did not deliver my package and he Took it back.

                          Your executive was to deliver a parcel today[protected]. He called me over phone and spoke to me in rough voice, rather it was like threatening call. I informed that I was quite a distance away from my place and requested him to handover the parcel to my mother who resides in the same vicinity. He was in no mood to heed to my request and he summoned me to my place immediately or else he held that he would write a remark saying that "no such address found". If you hire goons like this, it becomes very difficult to communicate with them. If your organisation continues with the services of such hooligans and barbaric people, it will lead to hardship on your customers. Kindly abort service of this disgusting and unethical person.

                            Hi,
                            My card is out for delivery since last saturday. The one and only attempt was made last saturday with promised time around 1pm. I waited till 2.30 and after that called him for 10 times but he did not pick up. He called me at 5.30 in evening for the delivery and i was not at the address at that time. After that whole week has passed and no single attempt has been made. I went to the office and they said they cannot deliver it in hand, i told them that i am available for another hour at home, they said they won't be delivering until late evening during. 8 days have passed and my card is sitting in their office and they don't even care to deliver it. There must be atleast a on or before delivery date because they simply don't seem to care. I called hdfc while in their office and told them that hdfc executive will speak with them, but they went on to have their lunch, i had to place hdfx guy on hold for 5 minutes after which they did not even talk properly, simply said they will not deliver and cut the call. This is simply harassment as i stood there for almost half hour and no one was present at the desk to atleast talk or convey a message.
                            If you can deliver the cars by today 5pm then fine otherwise i am filing a case with consumer court

                              The envelope from axis bank should have been delivered to the addressee only, as it contained cheque book, debit card etc.
                              Instead, the delivery boy handed it over to the security at the entrance just now and went away, when the addressee was present in the house.
                              He should have confirmed the availability of the addressee at home and if not present, then only he should have given it to the security, especially the envelope carrying debit card etc.
                              Please advise your delivery boy accordingly.

                                I am writing this mail regarding an issue which I faced from your side..I have already spoken to your Delhi customar care about it but no action has been taken so far.

                                My name is Rabeen.Few days before I applied for a debit card which was about to deliver by today.I was expecting for my card as i desperately need it.I got a call from your courier boy around 2 PM and he was asking that where I am.I was at home at that time so he ask me when will be I available in the office.I said.I have evening shift which will start at 4Pm.If you want me to come at office right now.I can come but he said he would come after 4.I was waiting for his call in the evening later i called his number but he didn't pick my call and when i checked the status of my courier.It shown "Consignee Not Available" how a courier boy can pass a wrong message.Even if i was ready to come my office he told me that he would come at 4.Is it good for a well known courier company like Bluedart.I really feel bad about the same.Where should i make the complaint now.I have already given my ID proof at my office..What kind of rule have you made..If a person is not available at office, can't you able to give his card with the help of his ID.I am sorry to say this.It's really rediculas.

                                I am expecting a favorable response from your end.Please take an appropriate action against the person who came to deliver the courier.Here i am providing my waybill no and that person number who called me for the consignment.

                                    My credit card arrived to Mysore Saraswati Puram Branch at 4:00. I have called the office and confirmed them. They told yes it has been arrived and the person will be going to delivery today. Again I requested the delivery person we need it urgently please delivery today. He told yes I will deliver it today by 7 but did not come. If not possible why he assured us that he will deliver by 7. It is very bad thing he has done. For that I will raise the issue in consumer court if I did not get proper response from you
