My AWB [protected]/3.2.2017, Mumbai to Jaipur.

While booking packet at Bluedart counter, delivery period confirmed for 24hrs (they checked my delivery pin code of Jaipur address). Charged me Rs.350/- for less than 500gms.

On followups, Mr. Abhijeet Naik, customer care was rude and non-responsive and said they will get back to me only on 6.2.2017. Will Bluedart compensate my losses incurred, due to non deivery, within 24hrs(their commitment) and rude and non responsive behavior.

I find BLUEDART is looting people, charging high price and fooling with delivery dates (inshort, they are non-commital on delivery time). Henceforth,

I have ordered a gift from "Ferns n Petals" which was scheduled to deliver to the mentioned address on 2nd Feb 2017.I was given Blue Dart's AWB number is -[protected] to track shipment.It reflects that from 1st feb 2017 it is in varanasi only but they are unable to deliver on the mentioned address.I have done many follow ups with the Customer care also.I have again given them the address with benchmark but still they are unable to deliver the package.
Even till now i have not received any call from the delivery boy that he is not able to locate the address.

Purchased 128GB Memory Card EVO Class 10 At Rs 699 only from ZONIIC, Order ID: [protected], but got a fake samsung 8 gb sd card. Item was delivered via bluedart in COD.

PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE DETAILS OF THIS ZONIIC as it was COD order you must be having its details.

Though i was present and waiting for the goods against waybill no:[protected] to be received,
Message was updated that at 16:26 delivery was attempted but premises closed.
When i contacted the customer service they also gave false message that delivery was attempted.

I have a courier which is held in bluedart courier R.N Mukherjeer road branch kolkata for 5-6 days. When i track it says "no person found at given address" shipment held. I dont know why they dont call when they out for delivery and face problem finding address. They are so much begger that they cannt afford to maoe a phone call. I think they are making foolish to people by updating false status. They never call if they cant able to find address. Cheating people so that people can collect their courier by themself or they will throw it in dustbin fooling that it misplaced. Worst company. Plz take any action against them. My tracking no is - [protected]. No doubt why so much complaint against them. Plz do something consumer forum our hope.

Courier shipped out from office around 11.40 but still didn't receive anything., distance between bluedart office n my house is jus 1km, jus talked to delivery boy after getting his num from office, says it takes one more hour to reach u and also he said if you need urgently u come and collect .is this the way your staff approach us ? Worst service ever

The Courier guy refusing to deliver my courier. He just called me, I am not able to pick his call, within 2 minutes I replied back. but he is telling he will deliver on Monday.I have never seen such a unresponsible guy. Please take necessary action.

I was suppose to get my package deliverd to my office address on january 30 however for some reason i was not there and i told to the service representative that i will be there on thursday to receive my package and on the call i stated that i need the card delivered by 10 AM to 12 PM and the rep stated the same that it will be deliverd by then ...Now the day comes and guess what i am waiting for more than 4 hours to receive my package but still no show customer care representatives are just please wait for sometime it will be done ... But no show is this the way you give services shame on you guys being a brand such a pathetic service and this is not the fst tym i am waiting this has happened twice

My willbay no.[protected]** delivery place ludhiana my home which ur website shows have to be deliver on 30th of jan 2017. and today is 2nd of feb till date i m not got my parcel and if seen on your site the parcel come out for delivery on 1st feb and return because "delayed cause beyond control" if cause cannot control by your side then one should contact the reciever, but in this case havent contacted by anyone and when i call [protected] your customer complaint centre they phone isnt connecting and when connected they cannot give any satisfying answer. so what can an receiver can do when i requires urgent parcel and pays you more than indian parcel service and many other courier services which fullfill their delivery time, but you show just un-professional, irresponsibility towards this delivery.

My package was received by Blue Dart on 19th Jan 2017, without contacting the delivery address or the person on that address the package was returned.

The personnel from Blue Dart Avoided call when we tried to contact for the reason of return and even switched off the cell.

Resolution: I want the money of product refunded with interest or I want the product delivered within two days

I ordered a headphone through Amazon.in and they parceled it through blue dart express and i continuously started getting messages from both the companies about the delivery and shipment of my package, as my package reached the city, the bluedart company regularly send a message that they will be sending the package today at my place but nothing happend and it became a daily scene. After 4 days of this scene finally the courier boy arrived at my house.He told me about the payment of rs500 which I had to made him. I gave 50 new notes of rs10 but he refused to accept it when I asked him about the reason he said that it is inconvenient to carry them when I protested him he started misbehaving with me I made a call to thier city office and complained about him but they also supported him and shouted on me and said to refuse the parcel.

My awb no is [protected] this item received in your jind on dated[protected] in your office. I contact to your office in charge to Mr. Vikas on telephone. He told me i have no delivery boy so collect it from office. what is this ? behave is also rough.

I have face the same problem in last time with AWB no. [protected].

I got a call from bluedart for courier delivery, I provided the address, I was told that it doesn't come under his area, then I provided him alternate nearby address where he can deliver the courier, he promised me to call back once he reach the place but he never came back, since I didn't had the AWb number I could reach buledart, today I received the awb number and I could the courier has been sent back with wrong reason my awb no. I am neelima from kerala. Here i need to Complaint about the delivery service of blue dart, North paravur. I have to say that its very poor and the delivery services not up to sub standard. Please kindly enquire that the appointed staff are efficient and responsible enough to do this job. My certificate which was send by british council was there in blue dart office since January 1st week but perhaps its not delivered to me yet. I think it is missing because when am enquired about that certificate they are giving me a vague answer. Any how i need my certificate please kindly do something for this. Though the certificate was send by british council i cant track it or not having the reference number .Besides one of your staffs informed me over phone about that on the same day they recieved it .i hope i will get it without much delay .

I have a courier which was suppose to be delivered on 27-jan. Courier boy tried to deliver the package but nobodywas there to receive the package as I work in MNC. I was lied by your customer service rep that it will be delivered on Saturday as I have off on weekends. I have called your customer service number of times but to my surprise nobody picked up the call ro help me. Iam a physically challenged person and it is an important package to receive. I am surprised how a reputed company treat their customer like this. I wold be geateful ro you I'd you please deliver the package on Saturday ie inform me the branch so that I can send my father to pick up the package. This is totally unacceptable from a reputed company like you. Work on customer service and help customer first.
