It is quite dis heartening to know that there are a bunch of liars in the office of Blue Dart, Gopinath Bazar New Delhi.
My consignment tracking shows that the delivery could not be done as we had moved out from our residence. It is a clear lie and we are still residing in the same house as mentioned on the consignment.

Further to add to the unprofessional-ism none of the contact numbers are working had tried Ahmadabad number, Gopinath Bazar Office numbers and the toll free number.

    I am shocked at the service, as blue dart is the one and only courier service that has not been able to find my address so far. Worse still, they are quick to put the blame on the customer for not providing enough details about the address. For your information, other courier services deliver packages perfectly well to the address I provide them. Blue dart needs to have the basic courtesy to call the customer while attempting to deliver the package, rather than being in a hurry to say 'delivery failed' first, make the customer run pillar to post, and after the customer goes through all the hassle, coolly ask for details about the address, that too saying- no, we are not going to attempt to deliver the parcel again.

      This is to inform you that my Axis Bank Credit card is not delivered by the delivery boy yesterday ie 12.01.2017 & while tracking the same i come to know that land mark required.I call the customer care to provide the information & again today the delivery boy is denying to give the card.

      Please look into this matter to resolve the same at earliest.

        I am from zirakpur panjab. i ordered an product from MI store. i tracked my order and tried to contact blue dart for pickup becouse of my bzy shedule but i can't find any no to cll all are old and the worst thing is next day i got a cll from delivery person and ask for office pickup becouse i was not home and he gets angry saying dat you ever stayed home when your package deliver. that dos't his business so plz improve ur customer takle skills or replace them wth well knowledgeable employees

            HDFC Credit card sent through Blue dart vide AWB#[protected] on dt 11/01/17. The courier boy without coming to my home or office, simply returned the consignment on 12.01.17 stating that the consignee shifted from the current address. I am residing and available in the same address provided for the delivery of the credit card. Hence it is requested Blue dart to deliver the same to me tomorrow. It is unfair on the part of Blue dart, blindly depending on the false courier boys.

              My waybill no is [protected]. My hdfc parcel hasn't received by me yet but when checking at bluedart status checking it is showing received. It's been over month now. Kindly look into the matter. For any query feel free to contact [protected] . the date of shipment is 24november 2016 and delivered date is 26nov 2016, but I didn't receive it till now. If it has been received kindly show me the receipt of receiving.

                I made 8 calls from my mobile number [protected] to toll free number [protected] on 12/01/2017 in between 13.00 to 13.45. Call connected but no body is responding and call charges recovered from my balance. What is this? . 1)How calls charged to toll free number?
                2) After call connected nobody is answering, why like this ?...

                Hi Team,

                This is a complaint regarding non- delivery of my bank credit card at my Home Address. The reason I was notified for the shipment not being delivered to my home address was that the address needs to be updated. I would kindly request you to let me know the next course of action needed from my end to get the card delivered to my home address at the earliest.

                A quicker resolution to the above issue would be highly appreciated.

                Blue Dart Office at Baner Road, Pune received my parcel in the morning (confirmed through a call) but they clearly refused to deliver the parcel on the same day.
                I don't know if this is due to lack of working staff or their laziness.

                    Sir, I have booked my shipment (bike) from Chandigarh to Bangalore and shipment no is [protected] when I received by bike it was in pathetic and worest condition. Fuel tank was damage when I asked they refused to accept it I called many time to custom care but not a fruitful reply from the other end..I even call the person blue dart of Chandigarh he also refused...this is shameless thing.                           I have received msg from HDFC bank that my packet has been couriered from Blue dart awb no. [protected] on 07.01.17. On checking from your site we have come to know that same has been delivered at your local office on 09.01.17., till date packet has not been delivered, even today i have called your local office as per him it will be delivered on 12.01.17.

                          We never expect such bad service from company like blue dart. it takes 3days to deliver a packet by your local office.

                            Hello,

                            Item bearing awb # [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 05-jan-2017. I was busy and not able to pick up the call from delivery boy. Madinaguda blue dart office is near to my home (Walkable distance), i walked to the office to collect the courier.

                            After waiting for more than 45 min staff in the office checked the status of the shipment and they said the item will be re-sent. But they have not attempted to re-send the item.

                            Today when i went to the office again, they told that item is returned which is highly insane and not have not committed to what they said.

                            Further sagar who is staff in blue dart office, is showing favoritism towards his friends and known people to him. When i went to the office he checked my shipment and told me after 45 min that it will be re sent; simultaneously he had delivered a courier to his friend after through checking. This is not at all expected and such type of favoritism with the customers is highly insane.

                            Actions:

                            1. Send the item again to me asap.
                            2. Ensure that no favortism happens in your offices towards the customers. Appropriate action has to be taken on such type of people

                                It is to complain about the non-delivery of way bill [protected]from Blue Dart Courier service, dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam on[protected].
                                Gist of the case:
                                HDFC Bank has sent a Credit Card through your esteemed and well renowned Blue Dart Courier service situated at dwarakanagar on my name PVR Manohar Rao to my address bearing H.No.47-7-34, Puppaala's Elite, 4the Lane, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnma on[protected]. Today ur person namely ms.Preetham has called between 5.30pm -6.30pm to my mobile no.[protected] and asked whether my name is PVR Manohar Rao stating about receipt of Creditcard from HDFC bank and enquired about my address over phone. WhenI told complete address mentioned above, she told that as it did not contain flat no it is being returned and advised to contact the HDFC bank. Then I asked ms.Preetham when the entire address is correct and as u have verified the credentials of the addressee by ringing to my mobile no.[protected] to send the courier to my address where i will show my ID card also. She bluntly refused to do so for want of that simple reason. This the third time that card was returned for that reason only. In agony, when I told that i am going to complain about this unethical behavioral attitude, she replied in an arrogant manner do whatever u like, Is it the way of the person who is working in the Esteemed, Famous and Eminent company should behave and make a trusted customer to suffer. Will the my agony resolved properly and arrange to deliver the Credit Card immediately without further delay.
                                Hope your well organised prominent company will promptly act upon this to the utmost satisfaction of the trusted customers.

                                  This is my second poor and pathetic experience with Blue Dart Express. Today they were supposed to deliver my credit card- HDFC bank. It's a common sense if I am applying for a credit card I am a working professional, which means during weekday's I will not be available at my residential address, ultimately you are supposed to call me once before delivering my courier to check if I am available at my residential address. Without any notification, the courier guy visits my place and just leave dropping a piece of paper (So called receipt) where his number name is not mentioned. Have some sense guys or hire a better team who can take care of your customer service management in an ethical and sensible way. Pathetic Service, Pathetic company. There was a time when you were the trustworthy company and today there are so many unhappy customers.

But Blue Dart Representative Called me at 4.30 pm given me a missed call. after 2 or 3 minute later i called him he rejecting my call and i called him 40 times more after that he received and told me " i am blue dart representative he have courier " thats only he told after he ignored the call again i called him but he is not giving any information about to my product delivery. This is ONE OF WORST SERVICE I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE PLEASE REGISTER THE COMPLAINT AND CONTACT ME AND PLEASE DELIVER MY PRODUCT. YOUR BLUE DART REPRESENTATIVE
