It is to complain about the non-delivery of way bill [protected]from Blue Dart Courier service, dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam on[protected].
Gist of the case:
HDFC Bank has sent a Credit Card through your esteemed and well renowned Blue Dart Courier service situated at dwarakanagar on my name PVR Manohar Rao to my address bearing H.No.47-7-34, Puppaala's Elite, 4the Lane, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnma on[protected]. Today ur person namely ms.Preetham has called between 5.30pm -6.30pm to my mobile no.[protected] and asked whether my name is PVR Manohar Rao stating about receipt of Creditcard from HDFC bank and enquired about my address over phone. WhenI told complete address mentioned above, she told that as it did not contain flat no it is being returned and advised to contact the HDFC bank. Then I asked ms.Preetham when the entire address is correct and as u have verified the credentials of the addressee by ringing to my mobile no.[protected] to send the courier to my address where i will show my ID card also. She bluntly refused to do so for want of that simple reason. This the third time that card was returned for that reason only. In agony, when I told that i am going to complain about this unethical behavioral attitude, she replied in an arrogant manner do whatever u like, Is it the way of the person who is working in the Esteemed, Famous and Eminent company should behave and make a trusted customer to suffer. Will the my agony resolved properly and arrange to deliver the Credit Card immediately without further delay.
