I had ordered a corrior from vender Name :Ankur singh accnt No:[protected] BaNk HDFC IFSC HDFC0001112 .The corrior is not delieverd as i was informed by the bluedart to clear and deposit the money in the vendor's Account by toolfree number +[protected] and they are saying after clearing the payment the corrior will be delievered in one hour .after the one hour corrior is not delievered and no call by the bluedart and the vendor is nly picking the call and not available anywhere not on phone or whatsapp i had done Rs20, 000 payment after the call by the bluedart

    BLUE DART courier service, Muvattupuzha, kerala state, pin : 686673. Their behaviour is very rude and not ready to deliver any items to my door step or neither nearby my area. I have to travel 6 kilometers every time to collect all my ordered items till today.

      Hi, Bluedart service as far as I know is good in all areas. But very very worst in Madurai. Kindly remove bluedart from Madurai. So far all my expensive orders (washing machine, 55 inch TV, mobiles)were delivered through bluedart. And I will receive it only after 4 days after it reaches Madurai.Nobody responds well and ask for bribe.Remove it please

            I am getting more than 200 items on my resident address in a year and out of 200 more than 50 items deliver by bluedart. But still they are not delivered some times and update status like

            Consignee'S Address Incorrect
            Premises is closed
            Consignee not available etc.

            And all those time I was at my home and same address used for all items. How can address is wrong? And they not even trying call me. And when I follow up they talk rudely and never try understand and more delay delivery and also argue that courier boy is not wrong and they called me and I did not pickup call. but I never get call from them for asking address or anything. and Same happen to my office address.

            I do not recommended to use their service. Worst ever courier service.

            Update 2: Yet not delivered and their live vehicle tracking show their vehicle does not move a single millimeter since out for deliver. check http://bluedart.in/RouteMapMobile/ShowMobileRouteV3.aspx?CAWBNO=[protected]

            This is really poor service.
            I called snapdeal and they assured me to deliver between 9 AM to 1 PM but after when I call blue dart they clearly deny to deliver in that time and rudely said they may deliver after 12:30 PM and no possibility to deliver 9 AM to 1 PM. They also deny to prioritize and deliver ASAP.

              I am NRI and home town is Una-Gujarat (Pin:362560), I have very bad experience of Blue dart courier Una Branch. Any shipment arrive through Blue Dart, I have never received due to very poor management and care less behavior of Branch office. Every time they return back to Origin with stating that Address is not found. Recently my wife PAN card also returned with Way bill No:[protected]. Last time my NRI account chaque book and Credit card also returned back. When I contact the bank they told most of our Una shipment with Blue dart happens the same thing. I think Una branch is spoiling all your name and reputation. I am very busy person and follow-up with you every time is not possible. Pls. take action and save your reputation.

                      I have registered a complaint with blue dart that I have not received my consignment no [protected]. The concerned person after receiving the complaint contacted me . His no is [protected], but instead of giving proper disposal of the article he started using abusive language and also threatened that my parcel will not be delivered.He also asked my credit or debit card no . Kindly take immediate action against him, otherwise I will lodge FIR against him and let me know immediately .

                          Hi team,
                          I want to lodge a complaint again one of your customer-care executive I had talked with, My Wef no: [protected].

                          I had called the cc regarding my package for which i got an sms saying delivery attempted however I didnt get any call for the same, but while explaining my issue your CC executive was so mannerless that he was just not ready to listen my issue but tell me his assumptions and also arguing without knowing the fact.
                          I just want to raise the concern as from a customer side calling a CC is the only thing to get the problem resolved but if the CC executives will not ready to listen ho a customer will lodge his complain or get the issue resolved?

                          Hoping for an enquiry and a positive reply.

                            We had ordered for a domestic gas stove 10 days ago. We got the tracking no [protected] and waited to receive the parcel. But we were shocked to know that the parcel has been returned without a call, nor any telephone or personal contact. Now what should we do to get back our order, who's responsible for our pain in not getting our requirement on time. Blue dart has to compensate for this inconvenience and punish the person/s responsible for this disturbances.

                            Before 3 days my courier has arrived here and yet not delivered to me .
                            When i go to them they say that we are not getting ur courier in our shop . It is kept deep inside shop . So kindly do something.

                              This is to bring your kind consideration that on 24th January'2017 got message from blue dart "Delivery of my order from Ebay with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] was unsuccessful. Reattempt delivery in next 48 hours". So, today while I was doing some work I don't see blue dart person called me and unable to pick call. While I am calling back they are not attending the call. It was very bad experience with blue dart regarding my another parcel from blue dart is still not received. If in case any assistance call me at [protected].                                 Your Executive Call me 24/01/17 .He sad your credit card not give without your ID your Home Owner and sad If you give your ID I give your Courier than I sad If I come your office you give. He sad Ok Than I go Office with ID but Office Manager sad Credit Card give only you for your mailing address than I request but they not agree give me office. Not we are go digital or they are not give any ID behave. This Is wrong Because I wast time and money (I do private job Agriculture Sector) one day and my company loss one day sale.

                                    I was told my courier will be picked up between 4-6 pm, nobody responded till 6:30, I had to call several times to get someone to respond correctly. It was a food item and I had informed the customer care executives several times that I need to get it out straightaway and that I wouldn't be available after 7 because of some important engagements. Finally the pickup person came late and when I called customer care again, they refused to come and pick it up saying we can't send for a pickup again on the same day. In case, it was not possible to collect it, I would like to have been informed straightaway that it won't be possible rather than just making me wait and delaying the delivery. I would have rather used another courier service. This kind of service is really unacceptable.

                                      While trying to send a parcel to Faridabad from the Mapusa Blue Dart brand in Goa I was requested to open my parcel, every item was searched as if I am a terrorist.
                                      The worker, Anita Zore, has asked me to remove the silicagel pacxk that I have inserted to keep my valuable items from exposue to moisture.
                                      Needles to say that I have explained throughout the process (almost 1 hour of my time) what is silica gel and that all the items contained in the parcel ar3 merely clothes and last bags.
                                      At the end of the process all my items were messed and not folded correctly and could not fit my parcel which I have prepared in advance, as to save valuable time.
                                      Ratish dheke, the branch manager, has also refused to send my parcel containing the silica gel, and has made me remove it from the parcel.
                                      This is the first time in 12 years of working in India that I was asked to go through this insulting and time consuming process.

                                        My company send me some imp documents on 19/01/17 with mark urgent delivery because its very important documents and today 23rd there system saw you will recive your courier on 21st 17.15 hour since last saturday and today 23/01/17 monday bust still i am waiting for courier there customer care exucatives also give a false time commitment and counvey that there is not only my courier many courier they have.

                                        O worst service provided by blue dart courier vadodara, insted of if my company send that courier to me by any local courier it is far batter then bleu dart courier
