I have not received my order. My order is in the courier office since 3rd of January. It's been more than 10 days and I have not received it yet.
It is in Chandrasakherpur branch of Bhubaneshwar.
Way Bill no. [protected].
They have not communicated yet and when I tried to call I was ill treated and after that they didn't picked up my call.
This type of service and behavior is not expected from the organization and the staff.
I am highly disappointed from the service.
It is a stain on your brand.

    This is to suggest #HDFC BANK THAT THEY MUST NOT be sending any Courier through BLUE DART.
    Their service is so very pathetic. I was supposed to get the courier on last Friday. Their representative called me the same day and asked me that he will do the the delivery by 5pm. He gave me MISSED CALL at 4:30pm after which when I called him back the number was out of reach. He did not ever bother to call me back. I kept calling him for another an hour but NO RESPONSE.

    NEXT DAY SATURDAY I CALLED THE OFFICE- VIMAN NAGR BLUE DART and it was continuously coming busy and whenever it was ringing nobody picked the call.

    I repeated the same today, Monday and continuously calling their office but nobody is picking up the call. EVEN SOMEONE HAD DISCONNECTED MY CALL 3 TIMES??

    AFTER ALL THE THINGS I DID AT MY END FOR REISSUING THE CARD COZ OF THEIR SERVICE THE CARD SEEMS TO GET RETURNED TO HDFC.

    PLEASE STOP USING BLUE DART SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

    The delivery guy called once and missed his called and called him back in 20 mins and spoke very rough language and said if possible he will get in tomorrow. But got a message that the delivery was cancelled.
    Would like to take a legal action also in this issue.

          My courier with waybill no.[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 11th january 2017 but has not been delivered yet citing reason address not locatable, but in that case they have not even called me to guide them with my address. Its been 6 days since 11th january still haven't received a call from bluedart regarding my consignment. They not bother to check with the customer for prompt delivery

            Dear Sir / Ma’am,

            Sorry to say but this is the worst courier service I have ever encountered. Your courier boy called me up 2 weeks ago regarding the arrival of my parcel. Yet not delivered and listed it as I was not available, which is a vague reason. My location is a prime one just beside N.H. 31. It is so prominent that its even listed on Google maps.

            The courier boy later called me and told that it will be delivered. But no action taken. When I tried calling up the Courier Service they simply ignored after knowing the parcel details. Customer Care service even useless.

            Today I am receiving a mail regarding return of shipment.

              Respected sir/madam,
              I have courier yesterday from Delhi . bill no. [protected] .it supposed to delivery today .as in status, they have not found my coutier address.I m very socked they have not even called me or receiver once .as it was very important courrrier to be rcvd today . I supposed to summit tomorrow it . I have called local office to receive it personally .but their behaviour was so rude .they hanged up the phone before I could explain my critical situation . I'm very disappointed with service. I expect your discipline action against mis management service of local agent.

                  Below mail dated 12th jan i have written to one of the blue dart courier executive on customer help line number and waiting for his reply.
                  After registering the complaint i received my debit card on 13th jan which is reached at roorkee on 29th dec.
                  I have also forwarded copy of phone call recording to him

                  I have been struggling from last 3 months to get my debit card

                    I was awaiting a banking shipment. The tracking id said it reached chennai - parrys office on 8/1/2017. I was at the residence for the next 4 days to receive it since i am supposed to be at the site. No one came and nobody contacted me to my number but status was just getting updated as 'shipment attempted - premises closed' for 3 days. The 4th day i went to the nearest office, they asked me to go to the office next to broadway depot. The 5th day i went to the concerned office and asked about the issue. There was another customer with exactly the same case from royapuram. They just made us wait and later handed the courier. Actually they are not supposed to do that for banking shipments but since it was their fault they just didn't care.

                    When asked about the delay and status they had no answer. No answer for why they didn't contact me if they attempted shipment. It seemed they just update the status without even attempting. I told them that i want to register a complaint but the in-charge guy just gave us his number for any future shipments, he said he ll personally follow it.

                    It looks like the system for courier delivery is not proper/complete. It needs a feedback routine and interactive tracking system so that these kinda of loopholes can be fixed.

                      The service of blue dart courier is getting erose day by day due to its fake commitment and it's indisciplined courier boys.
                      Recently i have a credit card which should be received by me, at first attempt i wasn't at my place but i left my documents but that guy didn't deliver. So i placed request to re-deliver again with suitable time when i am available.
                      But these idiots used to call me that it will be delivered tomorrow n tomorrow after a week of mental torture they didn't deliver and returned to bank
                      Pathetic service provided by these people even the complain number were also supporting their colleagues for their bravo job.

                        Important document have to come. But in afternoon nobody met because me and my wife both are working. So I give the timmings for the next day after 5 pm. And executive confirm the same. Next day when i am tracking the courier it was same update at 3.45 pm that premise closed. And after calling again at boriwali east office the executive said the courier will be deliver today only between 5 to 8 pm and same was not received. This is what sensitivity agency is following.

                          Hi,

                          Today all day i am trying to reach Bluedart office BD 75, Salt Lake Kolkata, but no one is picking up the phone.

                          Yesterday, after my office work i reached in the Bluedart office at around 6.45 PM, but they refuse to give my own parcel. And said to come next day morning.
                          Today i am trying to talk to those guys to fix a convinent time to go personally to the office and pick the parcel, but no one is picking.
                          People are giving such huge money and except a premium service from Bluedart. But bluedart employees even dont think of calling back.

                            It is quite dis heartening to know that there are a bunch of liars in the office of Blue Dart, Gopinath Bazar New Delhi.
                            My consignment tracking shows that the delivery could not be done as we had moved out from our residence. It is a clear lie and we are still residing in the same house as mentioned on the consignment.

                            Further to add to the unprofessional-ism none of the contact numbers are working had tried Ahmadabad number, Gopinath Bazar Office numbers and the toll free number.

                              I am shocked at the service, as blue dart is the one and only courier service that has not been able to find my address so far. Worse still, they are quick to put the blame on the customer for not providing enough details about the address. For your information, other courier services deliver packages perfectly well to the address I provide them. Blue dart needs to have the basic courtesy to call the customer while attempting to deliver the package, rather than being in a hurry to say 'delivery failed' first, make the customer run pillar to post, and after the customer goes through all the hassle, coolly ask for details about the address, that too saying- no, we are not going to attempt to deliver the parcel again.

                                  I am from zirakpur panjab. i ordered an product from MI store. i tracked my order and tried to contact blue dart for pickup becouse of my bzy shedule but i can't find any no to cll all are old and the worst thing is next day i got a cll from delivery person and ask for office pickup becouse i was not home and he gets angry saying dat you ever stayed home when your package deliver. that dos't his business so plz improve ur customer takle skills or replace them wth well knowledgeable employees

                                      HDFC Credit card sent through Blue dart vide AWB#[protected] on dt 11/01/17. The courier boy without coming to my home or office, simply returned the consignment on 12.01.17 stating that the consignee shifted from the current address. I am residing and available in the same address provided for the delivery of the credit card. Hence it is requested Blue dart to deliver the same to me tomorrow. It is unfair on the part of Blue dart, blindly depending on the false courier boys.

                                        My waybill no is [protected]. My hdfc parcel hasn't received by me yet but when checking at bluedart status checking it is showing received. It's been over month now. Kindly look into the matter. For any query feel free to contact [protected] . the date of shipment is 24november 2016 and delivered date is 26nov 2016, but I didn't receive it till now. If it has been received kindly show me the receipt of receiving.
