I am shocked at the service, as blue dart is the one and only courier service that has not been able to find my address so far. Worse still, they are quick to put the blame on the customer for not providing enough details about the address. For your information, other courier services deliver packages perfectly well to the address I provide them. Blue dart needs to have the basic courtesy to call the customer while attempting to deliver the package, rather than being in a hurry to say 'delivery failed' first, make the customer run pillar to post, and after the customer goes through all the hassle, coolly ask for details about the address, that too saying- no, we are not going to attempt to deliver the parcel again.

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The delivery guy called once and missed his called and called him back in 20 mins and spoke very rough language and said if possible he will get in tomorrow. But got a message that the delivery was cancelled.
Would like to take a legal action also in this issue.
