Dear Blue dart,

Today I had a surprising yet disappointing experience with Blue Dart Delivery man - Prakash Rakshe, Pimple Saudagar Region, Pune - Maharastra.

I had a consignment that had to be delivered to me sent from my bank that is Citi bank. The delivery man came to my address, met me, but surprisingly only to inform me that he is not going to deliver the packet to me. The only reason he cited was the address was not mentioned as per his wish.
My actual address is "Flat no. 102, Sai-Nisarg Park, Phase 2, BLDG B, Wing A, Pimple Saudagar". And this was exact address what was mentioned on the packet. I have all of my government address proof like Aadhar card, Electricity bill and also PAN card, Voter card etc. I even showed him my original Aadhar card. And you know no one can question the address in the Aadhar card, issued by the Government of India, which matches my full name and my address. But this man wanted the address to be written as "B(oblique) / A" (indicating that BLDG B and Wing A). It clearly seemed it was his own wish about the way address should be written.

I asked his name and he said :Prakash Rakshe:. I also informed him that while I have all the required address proof matching the address and name shown on the packet, he still denied delivering the packet to me. I tried to explain him in all possible manners and he was in no mood to listen. Even he ignored witnesses of my neighbors. I have taken the photo of that packet and have attached here. See the pen mark on the packet where he wrote explaining that he wants the address to be written as "B/A", instead of "wing A, BLDG B (as is actually on the packet)".

Now my question comes. While I have all the required address proofs to show to him, what rights he has to determine the way address should be written ? Is he the collector of the Pune district ? He asked me to email the bank, change the address and have the bank to resend my consignment. Why would I do that ? My bank has registered my address after verifying all the needed documents.

He was very rude and seemed illiterate to understand the concept of the address or the government id cards.
I need this to be escalated to the highest level within your company due to the agony caused due to this. I stay at this address from past 5 years and have recieved numerous couriers and posts. Who is responsible if that was an important consignment ?

Coming to my address, checking my proof and providing nonsense reasons of not delivering is something which Blue dart values does not fit into. If this continues to happen with other customers of bluedart then surely there is no way Blue dart can go further.

    It's not delivered at my given address still. Yesterday status out for delivery and its undelivered shipment held at location. Please delivered it fast
    I will never suggest anyone for BlueDart if you guies provide such services. We do give contact numbers incase any issue you should call us if we will not track our order it may not deliver ever
    I want the revert asap

      They are very lazy fellows who are working in Nelamangala shipping hub which was located at Bangalore city in Karnataka state. I applied for credit card thrice but that courier boys are sent back the courier parcel without contacting me, as I checked status of courier it was showing consignee address not incorrect, please take serious action about that godown as I mentioned above

        I, d.V.R kumar working as a cheif office supperindent(personnel)
        of east coast railways, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.

        Submit the following with deep regret for immediate action in view of demonetisation.

        Due to misplacement of my hdfc debit card, i have been applied for afresh one through the bank of hdfc online in the last week of december-2016 as most urgent.Accordingly, the debit card along with cheque book dispatched by the hdfc bank on[protected] through blue dart courier.

        On date[protected], a courier from blue dart has come to my residence bungalow no-706 at 17:00hrs and demand to show the aadhar card of my son (preparing for iit exams) to deliver the shipment-[protected] i.E;hdfc debit card along with cheque book to him.After searching at least 20 minutes it is noticed that there is no aadhar card available in my residence.The same has been explored by my son over phone call.Therefore, i requested the courier boy who brought the said shipment to be delivered at my office itself instead of residence as there is no time slot/prior intimation by the blue dart.But the courier boy refused my request and stated that the shipment will be delivered at residence itself as per rules.

        Again the courier boy came to my residence at 19:00hrs on date[protected] to deliver the shipment in my favour.But he refused to deliver the shipment to me and demanded for aadhar card.In this connection, i demanded for the rule position in delivering the shipment to the customer.Hence, the manager of blue dart has also been demanded for aadhar card to deliver the shipment.Again, i asked the manager a copy of rule position or transferring the rule position at least to my email in delivering the shipment.He abruptly refused and will return the shipment to the hdfc bank.

        It is unfortunate and deeply regret to state that the delivery time slot has been informed from blue dart as sms alert on date i.E; 3rd january 2017 at 09:27pm vide shipment-[protected].Besides this, it is also noticed that blue dart tried to deliver the said shipment between the time slot(16:00hrs to 19:00hrs)mon-sat.

        In view of the above, i request your good self to supply the copies of rule position/direction either from the hdfc bank or blue dart in delivering the shipment to the customer as early possible otherwise i will knock the doors of honourable court as i faced lot of inconvenience by the staff of blue dart during the period of demonetisation.

          Hi, i got a cc from hdfc as i appiled in emergency of money. I got a courier by blue dart i was in ofc the boy came and went away. On d 2nd day i went to ofc to collect it by hand they rejected to give by hand asked me to stay back at home to collect it. I informed them the timings so that i vl b avaiable at that particular hours (10-1) clk mrg to aftnon. On that i hve taken leave and waited for courier but d boy havent cme i left to ofc for remaining half day i asked my mon to collect it the boy came at 3 again and didnt given to my mom as well as she is waitg already for it inspite of showing id proof.
          Wat the hell d services provideing u ppl?? Wt d security reasons wen myself came to collect d courier u ppl doesnt given i am in rush of money disgustg behvre disgustg ppl disgustg reasons ridiculous securitys shame on u ppl who troubles common ppl on name of security!!!

            My consignment no is [protected]. The consignment was reached Bangalore on 31.12.2016. As per the track they have tried to deliver on 2nd January and 3rd January twice a day and the reason for non delivery is mentioned that Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery. I have enquired with the security and they have informed that no one visited our apartment. Without visiting the apartment mentioning that entry restricted shows the commitment of Blue dart staff. I have called up the customer care and they also informed us that they will delivery today but dint deliver yet. We dint expected such a lousy service from Blue dart.

              Very bad experience with bluedart hoshiarpur. They will never call you and will put a fake status that customer's address is incomplete. Everytime, i had to check the status online and picked up the delivery by my own by seeing their fake status. Again they put a fake status that address is incomplete and returned the parcel. Not a single person called me.

                Complaint on consignment send on 31/12 no.[protected]

                I dispatched a very important document on 31st dec through bluedart. It was critical to reach pune by mid-day on 2nd jan’17. As per the advice of the counter person i dispatched through critical mode. To my utter disappointment the consignment was not dispatch till late evening yesterday. This will put me in serious financial loss! I depended on your good reputation and paid at least 4 times more than other couriers and i have been disappointed. Both my mobile number and the number of the person who was suppose to receive the consignment was given. However no one bother to call us.
                I want an urgent response and need to know how are you going to compensate me.

                    I can see the status being updated as not delivered, but actually no one is contacting form bluedart. I do not know exactly to whom to escalate this thing.
                    This is really painful and the reputation of the company is getting destroyed. Due to some irresponsible franchise this things are happening regularly in bluedart.

                    I hope a strict action will be taken.

I told him that my wife is at home and she will also be in home on 2/1/17, he said that person will deliver on 2/1/17. But on 2/1/17 no body has delivered it. Pl.                         My bank icici in andheri had sent out vital documents which was not delivered to me by blue dart even after many days. Blue dart has proved to be the worst service ever. It has been atleast a week since goods were dispatched. The delivery office does not even have the courtsey of calling me up and they have put status as address not found. Not at all acceptable.

                          I had order my slipper week ago .. and it is reached in my home town by blue dart courier 3 days ago or more .. but I hadn't received yet . They didn't received my phone calls .. I had no idea about my order .This is the worst service ever .. why you are doing this business when you can't handle it .. your services can't satisfy peoples who r trusting your service ... I hate your service ..

                            My shipment AWB [protected], it supposed to come on 29th DEc, when i called Bangalore customer care number they said because of PIN mismatch we redirected to our jp nagar branch it will be delivered by 30th dec, , then i called on 30th they said same reason PIN mismatch we redirected to bannergatta road branch so it will be delivered on 31st dec, then i called 31st reason is same redirected to jp nagar branch it will be delivered by 2nd dec, but 2nd dec also same reason again they redirected to bannergatta road branch they will deliver by 3rd dec, , , , , this kind of worst service company i never seen, they dont value customer, its an bank shipment they dont knw the value, as i stay alone in home just to collect this i took 2 days leave from my office this hell service not happened two days also, now i have to take one more day leave, if blue dart is customer service preferred company they would have called me once but til today not even one call,

                              I had applied for American Express Credit Card two weeks back. The card issuing company had couriered the card through Bluedart courier facility on 28/12/2016 with AWB No. [protected]. The consignment was arrived to my hometown Vadodara, Gujarat on 29/12/2016. As per the tracking details, it was supposed to get delivered to me on the same day or next business day i.e latest by 30/12/2016. As per the tracking details, the consignment had been delivered to some unknown person named "Jatdep" on 30/12/2016 and I am still waiting for the consignment to be delivered to me. So the complaint is,
                              1) Without checking ID proof, how did BlueDart executive had delivered the credit card to unknown person. This can lead to mishandling of my credit card which is a serious legal issue.
                              2) I had Called customer care regarding this issue 2-3 times, their response was, there is a possibility of status wrongly updated on tracking site meaning the tracking details BlueDart provides is non-trustable.
                              3) The local BlueDart office at my hometown is also not responding on phone +[protected]

                              I want the resolution of this issue at the earliest as this behavior shows the carelessness of the well known company.

                                I was expecting consignment no. [protected]. An attempt was made to deliver on 29th December. However, since I was not at home, the delivery was not effected. I cancelled my appointments to be at home on 30 December for this courier delivery. However nobody from courier service came. In the evening when I tried to check status by tracking I was shocked to find that delivery was not made as nobody was at home notation made. I am shocked since this is nothing but a blatant lie. Here I would like to mention that not a single telephone call was made to me informing about the delivery. This I find strange for a premium couriers company like blue dart.
                                I also tried repeatedly to call their customer care no. [protected] but each time it would get disconnected after the bell ring.
                                I expect a better service from blue dart .

                                  My AWB NO.-[protected],
                                  This courier was sent from mumbai addressed to sonipat by PAN/TAN department through BlueDart courier.
                                  Due date of delivery was 31 dec. 2016.

                                  I tried to enquire about my courier from Sonipat office..
                                  Firstly they didn't pick phone for 2 days.
                                  However on 28 dec. 2016 i started calling them from 11 a.m. but they picked phone at around 5 p.m. on 28 DEc. 2016.

                                  i was told that courier has arrived and i was told to personally pick courier from their office because they wont deliver at my address being in a village around 20 kms away.

                                  After travelling more than 20 kms. in acute foggy conditions I went their office on 30 dec. 2016 at around 12.00 p.m. only to be told that courier has been returned to place of origin.

                                  My problem is
                                  1. No reponse from the office and harassment and frustration caused to me owing to calling them multiple times and receiving no response
                                  2. Why did they didn't delivered at my address when courier service has been duly recognised by IT/PAN department for sending couriers.
                                  3.Despite agreeing to collect from office why did they returned courier to place of origin and i had to suffer additional physical and mental harassment.

                                  Desirable resolution - Strict action against the Blue dart courier company for deficiency in services and compensation of rs.5000 due to mental and physical suffering caused to me.

                                    I have sent one laminated frame with blue dart and also mentioned " handle with care" but they are so careless and they broken my frame which was suppose to send for birthday . i lost my Rs.4500 and i have paid Rs.1500 for courier for prompt service but they are inefficient to provide service. customer service executive are not cooperative . very worst service and experience.
