I purchased a "Studd Motocross Plain Full Face Helmet" with order no-[protected] and AWB Number: [protected]. This product is arrived at Lucknow zone on 25th nov16 but i did not get yet. When i checked status of courier it was showing "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery" but i checked today it is showing"Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". In this duration i tried to contact Bluedart and paytm care also...

I had placed a shipment on 24th November at Bangalore. The shipment had chocolates for my family in Trivandrum. Since it is a perishable item I had checked with the service on when it will be delivered and I was told it will be delivered on 26th. It didn't happen. When I called customer care they told me they were not able to reach the recipient. (In that case you should have called me back).
Sunday holiday, Monday was bandh. So finally...

I stayed in my temporary address from morning to evening waiting for delivery guy.But when I called customer care in evening they said delivery guy came and called me.What a lie.According to them delivery guy called me at 5PM once and my cellphone was not reachable. I am not sure why they are looking for extension number when i have provided my mobile number but not even once i was contacted. Both days shipment was returned without making any contact. Upon calling the delivery person, a document was refused to be hand delivered since it was a credit card. The way customer representative spoke was very rude and hanged the phone.

This complaint is for Valsad Blue Dart Office....

Needed to fix the time for delivery of my product but there's no response from the customer care. If you cant let them answer the cal then why is there such a high rate of charges in toll free number even and why do you provide service. Better dont get into this business if you cant satisfy your customer.
